@TalkTalk Please can you confirm how long the fault in Edinburgh will take to fix? If it’s going to be the 2 -3 days that people are being told, will we get a reduction on our bills? Is there scope to claim for loss of earnings due to missed deadlines etc? Please respond!

@TalkTalk customer service is absolutely shocking. Hung up on 3 times trying to cancel a broadband subscription because the engineer came out to fit our broadband and realised there was no openreach outlet in our home. Absolutely no fault of our own yet we are treated like this

@TalkTalk I have also had a new Router sent to me but problem still persist, I still get billed every month regardless .I am now very frustrated, same goes for my little girls and Mrs. I feel stressed , cheated and misled. I have had enough and I just want to leave!!!

@ClaireMulvey @TalkTalk 100%. I lasted 3 months before we parted by mutual consent and a full refund. I was getting speeds from the 90s and customer service from bc. Awful company. I’m happy for your loss.

@TalkTalk worst internet provider ever! I was promised a new router 2 weeks ago and it never actually got ordered. Apparently it was reordered on Monday and I was told it would be delivered today and shock horror it never arrived!

@TalkTalk Seems to be stable now. Biggest issue I have, clearly there was an issue over a few hours but your service status page stated no issues. Why do customers not get a 24hr a day customer service, we need someone to talk to when issues arise.

Hi @TalkTalk I thought your internet service was bad but your customer service is even worse! I have waited over 2 weeks for a new router and I was told on the phone today to be patient! Seriously?! I cannot access my work VPN and am unable to do any work!
