@martyajackson @virginmedia This seems to have been a UK wide issue, lots of talk of Vodafone, Sky, BT, EE and TalkTalk all having issues. All back up now though. Virgin shouldn’t have been affected but who knows at what box the issue lay

@TalkTalk bit late on this one, but as a customer for the last 4 years, I'm not happy how you are planning to raise the Fixed element of my price fixed contract so close to renewal too! And yet my renewal quote is less than what your putting my contract up to!

@TalkTalk To make things simple cause you seem to be missing a braincell. If someone is in a FIXED PRICE contract, say, for 18 months, that means they should NEVER see a price increase by even a penny for 18 whole months, this INCLUDES THE YEARLY INCREASE. Again, illegal, reported.
