@TalkTalk customer service is absolutely shocking. Hung up on 3 times trying to cancel a broadband subscription because the engineer came out to fit our broadband and realised there was no openreach outlet in our home. Absolutely no fault of our own yet we are treated like this

@TalkTalk Thank you for reply. I’m afraid that even you have a lovely attitude here you can not do anything. @TalkTalk systems are not working correctly. I have quit two weeks ago but I’m still being charged and I need to call @TalkTalk and waste my time 😡

@TalkTalk Please can you confirm how long the fault in Edinburgh will take to fix? If it’s going to be the 2 -3 days that people are being told, will we get a reduction on our bills? Is there scope to claim for loss of earnings due to missed deadlines etc? Please respond!
