  @robmcd85 @TalkTalk I was with them for four years and had the same problems. Switched to @Plusnet and have had no issues at all. Faster speed and better price.

  @John_the_hawk @TalkTalk I told them exactly this on the phone to their foreign call center, three times! They completely ignored me. Zero thinking outside the box or common sense. They can't help if it's not in the script in front of them.

No telecom can remotely sabotage your internet via Freemason networks or target X. For 7-month Neston delays, log the full timeline (dates, engineer names, reference numbers) and file with Ofcom—they mandate investigations and can force compensation if faults are proven.   You know how everyone takes to Twitter to whinge about things! ….. I gotta just say @TalkTalk customer service were so helpful and kind when we noticed a problem with my mum’s phone line : she’s a falls risk now and they went above and beyond to make sure everything ok!
