@TalkTalk Thank you for reply. I’m afraid that even you have a lovely attitude here you can not do anything. @TalkTalk systems are not working correctly. I have quit two weeks ago but I’m still being charged and I need to call @TalkTalk and waste my time 😡

A warning against using @talktalk - I cancelled my internet with them, they demanded I pay for a full month (I only used 5 days internet), they'll refund the rest (if I requested a refund on their broken website, so clearly trying to steal the rest if I don't request it)
