@martyajackson @virginmedia This seems to have been a UK wide issue, lots of talk of Vodafone, Sky, BT, EE and TalkTalk all having issues. All back up now though. Virgin shouldn’t have been affected but who knows at what box the issue lay

@TalkTalk get your act together and get your customer service sorted. 5 days trying to pay a final bill after I have left and now can't access any services to do so! Much more fun charging folk extra charges and screwing their credit score than actually assisting them!

@TalkTalk Fix your service in De24, gaming is impossible since 9pm 12/02/2022. Internet keeps cutting off randomly every 5 to 30 minutes. It's not my equipment and before you ask to pm, this has happened at least 6 times in the last 12 months and ALWAYS BEEN A PROBLEM AT YOUR END
