@freesat_tv @TalkTalk I am now stuck in a Talktalk contract I ONLY signed up for get this ‘free’ Freesat 4k recordable box but @TalkTalk say the offer isn’t valid. I would never have left my old ISP if I had known this would happen.

@TalkTalk You’ve already put the actual elderly customer through hoops + hurdles.. her attempts to resolve slow internet speed have been met with a line test and being told “the line is fine” — your engineers need to consider whether it is reasonable to charge £20/m for 0.4mbps sync speed.

@TalkTalk But I am here to assess whether TalkTalk actually give a damn?! What your policy is on such things as customers lacking master nte5 socket, still having 1970s termination, without test socket.. whether you are part of the solution, or wholly the problem.

@TalkTalk This is really the poorest service I ever experienced. Your operators are kind and willing to help, however, the disconnection between depts is disgraceful. I am not pretending much, just an efficient service and competence in sorting the issues out. Today 🔝frustration

@TalkTalk I have sent a dm and still awaiting a response and all I will end up getting is its a problem with home set up am sure that's just set on repeat for everyone
