    @TalkTalk thank you for replying, please read my subsequent tweets. I did and gave up when asked the 6th security question so that whoever answered could access my account. I’m not sure how much of an issue it is random people contacting you to recontract someone else’s account

    @ghost_wales Plenty of options, most of them cheaper. I've just switched from talktalk after 3 years. No problems with them but Shell energy are a bit better price wise.

    Contacted @TalkTalk as I am out of contract and have been for nearly 2 years so paying over the odds for the service compared to a new customer in contact so potentially wanted to re-contract with them. However it’s a right pita with customer services to talk about my account

    @TalkTalk has the worst customer service I've even witnessed in my life. Shocking and appalling. I've had to cancel everything after waiting 7 days to get set up. 3 cancelled engineer appointments and spent 7 hours on the phone. PLEASE avoid Talktalk like the plague. STAY AWAY!!

    @TalkTalk wifi has been playing up for the past 2 days and although the light is blue, all devices says there is no connection. I’ve tried calling your customer service but they were no help and said everything was working fine!! I’m working from home and need this resolved ASAP

    @TalkTalk Would this have caused my parents’ router to have cut out from midnight to 3:00 am? It was functioning fine again by 5:00 when I arrived at their house.

    @ohnorobot @TalkTalk This is so, so bad. It's negligent in many ways but the amount of stress debt collection letters cause = horrendous. @TalkTalk should be investigating what is going wrong in their system, or more likely, why their system is designed to be this way
