Rupert wilson (@Oxfordite) reported@TalkTalk I ignored the “we are closed” and tried online support chat.. So much effort in to faking this being a human staff chatting.. delays whilst the “agent is writing” .. Insulting to a human customer? You bet. It was just a chatbot after all.

Please know that TalkTalk is almost entirely automated through computer software.. most customers will find themselves talking to a computer generated voice.. or chatting to an automated chatbot.. Many won’t realise that no human is involved, just find support limited.

I’ll bet your supervisors prefer to know in advance what vague job orders actually mean and likely how long they’ll take? Open-ended ‘attend ADSL fault’ tickets must be vexing? They result from @TalkTalk support chatbots.
