@TalkTalk If your just going to spout corporate bolloc... Ahem, rubbish about what, by all the data I've seen, a massive outage of broadband services. Personally I was without broadband for hours after midnight last night!

@TalkTalk I have spoken to you via chat and I am at a loss of what to do. I am cancelling my direct debut until you sort out my wifi. It keeps going off every single day! I am not paying for a service I don’t have! I asked to speak to a manager, I’ve heard nothing!

@TalkTalk can someone from your customer services explain to me why I have to spend an hour and a half yesterday to get an engineer to come round to today to confirm the router isn’t working to have to do the same checks again to get a replacement?

@TalkTalk you've deleted my tweet about your poor service, placing a block on my FTTP line so I cannot switch providers. 10 weeks of calls, emails, chat bots etc. Contacted ombudsman and putting in a formal complaint. Appalling service.

What a waste of time @TalkTalk are had an installation 16th march and still not connected I've spoken to about 10 different agents had to constantly repeat myself to them to find out the issue is outside nothing to do with the setup inside.
