Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

Want the line stopped or barred....Their reply We cant terminate line until 24th July". @TalkTalk is the worst company I've ever dealt with

After 3hrs on the phone to TalkTalk you get nowhere. Dont use TalkTalk absolute awful company to deal with.

They text a link so you can report the faultβ¦using the broadband that isnβt working. So, if youβve no mobile data, itβs perfect: you need the internet to tell them you donβt have the internet.π
