    @TalkTalk customer service is really terrible. Waiting on hold to be told I'd be put on another hold. Can't believe how crap they are. So glad I'm leaving this terrible company

    @TalkTalk If your just going to spout corporate bolloc... Ahem, rubbish about what, by all the data I've seen, a massive outage of broadband services. Personally I was without broadband for hours after midnight last night!

    @TalkTalk 7 days ago I spoke to a complaint manager as no broadband/landline since initially reported on 5/10/25. After 2hrs on the phone I chose to switch providers. So glad I did as there has not been any contact by the relevant TalkTalk teams to resolve . Appalling

    @TalkTalk .@TalkTalk case no. MEC91359 internet worked for 1/2 the day and stopped again at 2100 this evening. It’s a BT OpenReach problem again as all neighbours (multiple providers) having the same issue!!!!

    @Dermo___ Chat GPT recommends the following pal Call 0345 172 0088 — this is the general service line for broadband, TV, landline and fibre. From another number or if freephone from a TalkTalk landline isn’t available, you can use 0203 441 5550.

    Five days with broken internet from @TalkTalkBizCare - which, aside from the usual difficulties, also means no phone line into our business and we can’t print anything. Come on TalkTalk, sort it out. This is ridiculous.

    @TalkTalk worst service ever. the online assistant is useless, waited over a hour to talk to a "expert"online and gave up. Meanwhile my vunerable 83 year old father has no phone and i cant get a engineer booked to fix the issue.

    @TalkTalk your customer service is a joke. I've had no Internet for over 3 weeks. 2 engineers have been out and gave both said thd same thing, I need a new router. Why aren't yiu sending me one????
