  @TalkTalk Sorry. Have been at my sister in laws. Apart from no landline now no internet !! Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

  @TalkTalk Tel 01843 650944 1011736301 customer number. Now no landline. No internet Just got home from sister in laws . Feel unhappy leaving her with just a mobile but I have to come home . Back there tomorrow

  @TalkTalk How can you move home and TalkTalk dont shutdown the phoneline, so the new occupier then can use the phone and start running up bills that you have to pay. After 3hrs on the phone to TalkTalk you get nowhere. Dont use TalkTalk absolute awful company to deal with.

  @TalkTalk If your just going to spout corporate bolloc... Ahem, rubbish about what, by all the data I've seen, a massive outage of broadband services. Personally I was without broadband for hours after midnight last night!

  @TalkTalk I spent 45 on the phone asking for a manager who apparently aren’t in the same building as your customer service team. I found this out after the customer service lady finally listened to me an booked the right engineer in. This company is a joke.

  @TalkTalk your broadband service is crap tonight, no its not me, my router or my setup. Your customer services is designed on the basis that the customer is wrong whereas its you and @BT_Openreach who are responsible for this break in my connection @Ofcom

  @carolecadwalla When Dido Harding ran TalkTalk the company was in a terrible state. I talked to many dissatisfied customers. It wasn't just the data breach.

  @shane_gladstone Why? Because she was head of Test and Trace. Why? Because she runs NHS Improvement. Why? Because she ran TalkTalk... and compromised a load of customer data. But that's not all. She's a Tory peer, wife of Tory MP (and anti-corruption champion) who ideologically opposes the NHS.
