@TalkTalk If your just going to spout corporate bolloc... Ahem, rubbish about what, by all the data I've seen, a massive outage of broadband services. Personally I was without broadband for hours after midnight last night!

Another call to @TalkTalk getting nowhere I've informed them ,we moved home on 25th June and new occupier is using my phoneline. Want the line stopped or barred....Their reply We cant terminate line until 24th July". @TalkTalk is the worst company I've ever dealt with

@TalkTalk Tel 01843 650944 1011736301 customer number. Now no landline. No internet Just got home from sister in laws . Feel unhappy leaving her with just a mobile but I have to come home . Back there tomorrow

@TalkTalk How can you move home and TalkTalk dont shutdown the phoneline, so the new occupier then can use the phone and start running up bills that you have to pay. After 3hrs on the phone to TalkTalk you get nowhere. Dont use TalkTalk absolute awful company to deal with.

@TalkTalk Sorry. Have been at my sister in laws. Apart from no landline now no internet !! Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

Talktalk has failed woefully in its technical support. Despite reporting a fault since 14th June and almost daily phone calls, texts and emails, talktalk has not bothered. Absolutely disgraceful!

Have you heard about @VirginMedia ? 📺 ⚽ 🎮 Well, I didn’t think that’s what I was sharing but if you want the fastest internet in your area with BT/Sky tv as well then I’d get virgin media. Easily better than my BT/Talktalk experience. Talktalk being the worst.

@TalkTalk Oh dear! Such confusion does not bode well for customer care. You have sent me a link to authenticate a TalkTalk account - presumably this is necessary where there might be an issue of data protection.. but there is no data protection involved! My queries are general queries.

@plusnethelp If a customer moves to your broadband service from, say, TalkTalk, but currently lacks an nte5 master socket, instead they have a 1970‘s GPO termination box - were never upgraded. Can you do anything to help during the migration of ADSL?

@TalkTalk my sister-in-law has problems with her Internet yet again! It seems every few months she keeps having issues. Normally an @OpenreachHelp fault on line or exchange. Been going on over 18 months now! I have reported it and have case number. @Ofcom

@TalkTalk I am at home. Its been checked today and I am told its stable and, right now, it is. My issue is that it could go again at anytime so I have no confidence in stability. I have sent several messages to the DM facility and spoken to Customer Service several times.

@TalkTalk You’ve already put the actual elderly customer through hoops + hurdles.. her attempts to resolve slow internet speed have been met with a line test and being told “the line is fine” — your engineers need to consider whether it is reasonable to charge £20/m for 0.4mbps sync speed.

@TalkTalk my 75yo Mum has had a terrible experience. Three times she's had to fill in a change of ownership form following my Dad's death and twice she's had her internet and phone cut off. The bereavement team have not been helpful. Please can someone contact me asap.
