@TalkTalk Sorry. Have been at my sister in laws. Apart from no landline now no internet !! Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

@talktalk Are open reach working on the line in the SA46 area.The connection is very unstable ?Please don’t pretend it’s an issue with our router, junction box,phone etc as these are all tested and functioning.

Based on previous issues with @TalkTalk I have been required to commit over 50hrs in phone conversation and email over a two year period, this resulted in a hard fought refund for the duration but my wall was left with a giant hole and internet box left hanging by your engineers.
