@TalkTalk If your just going to spout corporate bolloc... Ahem, rubbish about what, by all the data I've seen, a massive outage of broadband services. Personally I was without broadband for hours after midnight last night!

@TalkTalk Sorry. Have been at my sister in laws. Apart from no landline now no internet !! Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

@TalkTalk I want to cancel my contract early without paying a fee as Talk Talk is not holding up their side of the contract. But I was told by your representative "it's close enough to the garenteed speed". I am appauled at the shocking customer service offered. (3)

@TalkTalk been on the call for 41 minutes, now talking to Pinky, the line manager for Cindy and Bridget. she has been both hostile and unhelpful - using your support is like having the life drained from you. I expect to receive an appalling experience!!!!!!

@TalkTalk After a day of messing around finally got through to the 3rd level of cancellations and now they expect me to pay up until 21st may as need 30 days notice, very poor after trying to pass on account. Terrible service from talktalk.

@TalkTalk I am absolutely fuming. I called with a technical problem earlier. You're customer service rude and ended the call by hanging up on me. She has changed something in my router, and now my baby cam will not reconnect to my broadband and is currently useless. (1)
