@TalkTalk If your just going to spout corporate bolloc... Ahem, rubbish about what, by all the data I've seen, a massive outage of broadband services. Personally I was without broadband for hours after midnight last night!

@TalkTalk Hi Rico, thanks, I get that remote access software is being used for that too. But you’re the only UK ISP doing this to my knowledge. The scammers will simply use another solution - logmein rescue, GoToAssist - do you block these too?

@TalkTalk Unbearable. Utterly painful and it's killing my brain calls. Talking to TT is impossible! How many mistakes can you make with me? I'm leaving TT as soon as I stop crying! Your service is appalling. Utterly terrible.
