    @TalkTalk If your just going to spout corporate bolloc... Ahem, rubbish about what, by all the data I've seen, a massive outage of broadband services. Personally I was without broadband for hours after midnight last night!

    @LauraWhiffin @TalkTalk They say they can't find anything wrong with the network and they need to do checks in the property to see if the problems there or locally. She can't do that, and I can't get back there 'til Thursday evening at the earliest. She's elderly and vulnerable and on her own.

    @talktalk so, if one has to call everyday bcs the internet falls down constantly, and one needs to cancel the contract bcs the service doesn't work as it should, then TalkTalk anyways charges the customer a cancelation fee? Is that fair?

    @TalkTalk If you say to a customer you will provide a connection at a certain minimal speed, it is you duty to meet these standards as we are paying for it, and if you fail to meet them you must return the payments. We are only asking these minimum requirements are met, nothing more.
