@TalkTalk Sorry. Have been at my sister in laws. Apart from no landline now no internet !! Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

@TalkTalk If your just going to spout corporate bolloc... Ahem, rubbish about what, by all the data I've seen, a massive outage of broadband services. Personally I was without broadband for hours after midnight last night!

@TalkTalk Tel 01843 650944 1011736301 customer number. Now no landline. No internet Just got home from sister in laws . Feel unhappy leaving her with just a mobile but I have to come home . Back there tomorrow

@TalkTalk I have had slow internet for over a week and just had a Quebe engineer visit and he escalated it to have an open reach engineer visit but you have closed the call saying it is fixed. I can’t contact you via chat. This is very unsatisfactory

Imagine scheduling maintenance for internal systems at 9am on a Monday @TalkTalk . Feel sorry for the CS agents who are having to just tell us to call back later as they're powerless. Also baffled how @YodelOnline can't find an address that every other delivery service can. Poor.
