Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

After 3hrs on the phone to TalkTalk you get nowhere. Dont use TalkTalk absolute awful company to deal with.

Want the line stopped or barred....Their reply We cant terminate line until 24th July". @TalkTalk is the worst company I've ever dealt with

The other day, I joined his live on "TalkTalk" App, and I was interacting with viewers responding to comments, liking gifts, and engaging with people. Out of nowhere, he started swearing at me for no valid reason and even blocked me from the comments. It was honestly disappointing because I was just trying to show support and kindness, especially knowing how tough the industry in Mzansi can be. Itβs sad to see such behavior, especially from someone who once lived a more comfortable lifestyle and now seems to be going through a different phase. Perhaps that also explains why his live sessions donβt attract many viewers anymore.

Lee Cummings (@LeeCummings74) reported@TalkTalk Hi we have Internet but no dial tone at my parents house. We have tried getting through by phone and live chat but haven't had any joy at all. We've actually been cut off twice now and it's getting very frustrating as they are in their 80's and rely on the service.
