@TalkTalk Tel 01843 650944 1011736301 customer number. Now no landline. No internet Just got home from sister in laws . Feel unhappy leaving her with just a mobile but I have to come home . Back there tomorrow

@TalkTalk Sorry. Have been at my sister in laws. Apart from no landline now no internet !! Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

@TalkTalk I requested an upgrade online a couple of weeks ago. Estimated go live has passed with no sign and account says pending - but no orders when you click it. Help please. Working from home so need faster.

@TalkTalk If your just going to spout corporate bolloc... Ahem, rubbish about what, by all the data I've seen, a massive outage of broadband services. Personally I was without broadband for hours after midnight last night!

@TalkTalk I will let trading standards and OFCOM regulator deal with my complaint, lied about fixed price contracts, lied in there advertising of fixed price contracts , I can see this will be the new mis selling scandal , absolutely appalling company.

@ThatTimWalker @didoharding She’s already lost £37BN, which I would expect her to repay from her own pocket. IF she works for the NHS, it should be for FREE until that money is repaid! Certainly, she should never get anywhere near a position of trust. Let’s not forget she was a failure at TalkTalk too!

12:14, 12:20, 12:24, 12:46. Talktalk engineers say "there's a dial tone, must be openreach's issue" openreach say "we fixed an issue in your cabinet, lights are green, must be working" without acknowledging the core issue is not a lack of connection but constant disconnects

talktalk has to be the worst internet provider ever. i can't even watch youtube without it pausing. utterly useless lol
