    @TalkTalk Tel 01843 650944 1011736301 customer number. Now no landline. No internet Just got home from sister in laws . Feel unhappy leaving her with just a mobile but I have to come home . Back there tomorrow

    @TalkTalk If your just going to spout corporate bolloc... Ahem, rubbish about what, by all the data I've seen, a massive outage of broadband services. Personally I was without broadband for hours after midnight last night!

    @TalkTalk Sorry. Have been at my sister in laws. Apart from no landline now no internet !! Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

    @TalkTalk customer service is really terrible. Waiting on hold to be told I'd be put on another hold. Can't believe how crap they are. So glad I'm leaving this terrible company

    @TalkTalk How can you move home and TalkTalk dont shutdown the phoneline, so the new occupier then can use the phone and start running up bills that you have to pay. After 3hrs on the phone to TalkTalk you get nowhere. Dont use TalkTalk absolute awful company to deal with.

    @TalkTalk I requested an upgrade online a couple of weeks ago. Estimated go live has passed with no sign and account says pending - but no orders when you click it. Help please. Working from home so need faster.

    @TalkTalk @sciolisthjf LOL - I’m not with @TalkTalk but it amuses me that the price of a “fixed price” plan can increase. Never assume that “fixed price” means fixed price! Beware the shades of grey. Shame you have to read the small print to understand the key points about a contract.

    @TalkTalk crap service.. Over 3 weeks to set new phone line... 3 visits so far... Engineer turns up unplanned. Stressing vulnerable person (pre advised) in the house. Half hour on phone and finally they will try and call u back in 24 hours if its important enough... Joke!

    @TalkTalk hello! We’ve had our broadband cut off despite cancelling a house move request. Yesterday your staff denied for two hours that the issue was anything to do with this, today they’ve admitted it was. We have no internet and we need it to work from home.

    @TalkTalk so having spent almost 4hrs talking to a cus serv person yesterday re my new router and intermittent drop out I just get left hanging with no resolution at 10pm cos you've closed down. No response to my message asking for a response this morning. Disappointing.

    @OpenreachHelp Thanks Frazer. OpenReach more responsive than ISP How do ISPs see a sync speed history <0.5mbps yet fail to look after their customers in relation to basic line termination #mastersocket .. This is failure of @talktalk, and @BT_uk before them.
