@TalkTalk If your just going to spout corporate bolloc... Ahem, rubbish about what, by all the data I've seen, a massive outage of broadband services. Personally I was without broadband for hours after midnight last night!

@TalkTalk Sorry. Have been at my sister in laws. Apart from no landline now no internet !! Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

@TalkTalk Tel 01843 650944 1011736301 customer number. Now no landline. No internet Just got home from sister in laws . Feel unhappy leaving her with just a mobile but I have to come home . Back there tomorrow

@Oxfordite @Yahoo 12 month contract, price hike will result in moving again, but never back to TalkTalk. In future will only go to a provider with a UK call centre. Covid has cost so many jobs I cannot justify moving to an outsourcing provider. Note that all are moving to CPI plus percentage.

@TalkTalk Can you reply to my DM? Internet has been down for 2 days and I’ve contacted support 4 times and nobody has been helpful. I haven’t even been a customer for a month yet and I’m experiencing major problems. Ridiculous service and support.
