@TalkTalk Sorry. Have been at my sister in laws. Apart from no landline now no internet !! Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

@TalkTalk If your just going to spout corporate bolloc... Ahem, rubbish about what, by all the data I've seen, a massive outage of broadband services. Personally I was without broadband for hours after midnight last night!

@TalkTalk down for over 3 hours, had to take half day holiday from work, think you need to re-evaluate your on going contract with BT as I'm sure if your head quarters was down you would have it up within an hour

@TalkTalk Is that the new T&C you have uploaded which are not due to come into force until April or the old T&C? If old then the fixed price plan is not worth the paper it is written on and if TT can hold a customer to the contract yet the customer cannot then that is detrimental.

why is the @talktalk customer service so poor. No internet for weeks, a new router, still no internet and not able to speak to anyone to get a BT openreach engineer round. THE WORST INTERNET PROVIDER GOING. @elonmusk AND STARLINK GONNA TAKE THAT MARKET SHARE
