@TalkTalk If your just going to spout corporate bolloc... Ahem, rubbish about what, by all the data I've seen, a massive outage of broadband services. Personally I was without broadband for hours after midnight last night!

@TalkTalk Sorry. Have been at my sister in laws. Apart from no landline now no internet !! Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

@TalkTalk A miserable experience trying to get my TalkTalk fibre activated. First given an installation date of June 9th, and now it's looking like the 17th. TalkTalk could've told me i didn't need to disconnect my previous service, or setup the right engineer appointment.

Imagine my @talktalk line NEVER went down, literally twice a year maximum. I’ve been with virgin media and honestly I’ve lost count the amount of hours I’ve been left offline while being charged full price each month. @virginmedia absolute dogs

@TalkTalk trying to return router. called customer service twice. assured me 'return bag was sent.' but today after an hour on the phone was told "can't send the bag because address is not in the system"🙄 account disconnected 2 months ago. sort out return process or stop sending reminders
