    @TalkTalk Tel 01843 650944 1011736301 customer number. Now no landline. No internet Just got home from sister in laws . Feel unhappy leaving her with just a mobile but I have to come home . Back there tomorrow

    @TalkTalk Sorry. Have been at my sister in laws. Apart from no landline now no internet !! Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

    @TalkTalk customer service is really terrible. Waiting on hold to be told I'd be put on another hold. Can't believe how crap they are. So glad I'm leaving this terrible company

    Talktalk has failed woefully in its technical support. Despite reporting a fault since 14th June and almost daily phone calls, texts and emails, talktalk has not bothered. Absolutely disgraceful!

    Another call to @TalkTalk getting nowhere I've informed them ,we moved home on 25th June and new occupier is using my phoneline. Want the line stopped or barred....Their reply We cant terminate line until 24th July". @TalkTalk is the worst company I've ever dealt with

    @TalkTalk If your just going to spout corporate bolloc... Ahem, rubbish about what, by all the data I've seen, a massive outage of broadband services. Personally I was without broadband for hours after midnight last night!

    @TalkTalk How can you move home and TalkTalk dont shutdown the phoneline, so the new occupier then can use the phone and start running up bills that you have to pay. After 3hrs on the phone to TalkTalk you get nowhere. Dont use TalkTalk absolute awful company to deal with.

    @TalkTalk I requested an upgrade online a couple of weeks ago. Estimated go live has passed with no sign and account says pending - but no orders when you click it. Help please. Working from home so need faster.

    @TalkTalk I received an e-mail from TalkTalk last week about broadband charges and offering Fixed Price Plus as an option. Told to access My Account for details. I searched everywhere but nothing. I then contacted TalkTalk chat and they couldn’t find anything. So can you help please?

    Placed an order with @TalkTalk today - took 2 minutes. Decided to cancel right away, but ofc it goes through their customer service. Been on hold for 1h57 minutes, last 45 mins it says i'm first in line. Yeah right. Best customer service ever!

    I have spent over 12 hours trying to get someone at talktalk to fix this, it will be almost 6 weeks before they attempt to install the fibre connection for 2nd time. All I have from TalkTalk is there front line people telling me how sorry they are

    @TalkTalk is the WORST broadband provider ever. Working at home has not been easy at all due to their bad service and connection. Been with them for 15 yrs and this is the service we get?!

    @TalkTalk Hi, I am still without services, your callcentre keeps telling me that it is getting resolved and BT openreach was going to call yesterday but nothing. Services were due 02 march. Work is a real concern now. Please help

    @TalkTalk Once again my internet has gone! Nothing is being done!! I’ve been complaining for weeks and I’m still payingg for a service I’m not receiving! This is not on! Pls can I get out of this dreadful contract asp so I can go to BT!! Distressed and upset!!!

    @TalkTalk Been up for an hour trying to work - internet completely down. Solid red light on router. Tried turning off/on etc.
