@TalkTalk I requested an upgrade online a couple of weeks ago. Estimated go live has passed with no sign and account says pending - but no orders when you click it. Help please. Working from home so need faster.

@TalkTalk Sorry. Have been at my sister in laws. Apart from no landline now no internet !! Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

@TalkTalk Tel 01843 650944 1011736301 customer number. Now no landline. No internet Just got home from sister in laws . Feel unhappy leaving her with just a mobile but I have to come home . Back there tomorrow

@TalkTalk If your just going to spout corporate bolloc... Ahem, rubbish about what, by all the data I've seen, a massive outage of broadband services. Personally I was without broadband for hours after midnight last night!

@TalkTalk 5 hours this afternoon trying to resolve a complaint via live chat and by phone, passed from person to person. Chats ended without explanation, calls terminated. Never before experienced such poor customer service. At a loss as to what to do now.

@TalkTalk is there someone I can contact about my elderly parents phone connection? They've had continual issues for 3 years in terms with an intermittent landline service. You have been made aware of the issue yet it is still ongoing.They rely on this service for their safety.

Trying to get support from @TalkTalk is NOT EASY. I am at my parents house, their internet and television constantly going on...but impossible to speak to a human being about it. Clearly their router is useless but HOW DO I REPORT IT? I am at my wits end

@TalkTalk so after 4 hours, finally got that phone call. And it was about as helpful as a pile of mud. The agent just couldn't do anything. You need a better system. Complaint continues....

@melsviolyn Literally so *****. I’m a 5 bedroom house bro, we did not cope. We switched to TalkTalk and again, not the best because 5 bedrooms, but for years - because my room is at the very back of the house - I never ever got Internet EVER until we switched so while it’s still meh, still +
