    @TalkTalk Sorry. Have been at my sister in laws. Apart from no landline now no internet !! Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

    @TalkTalk If your just going to spout corporate bolloc... Ahem, rubbish about what, by all the data I've seen, a massive outage of broadband services. Personally I was without broadband for hours after midnight last night!

    @TalkTalk I requested an upgrade online a couple of weeks ago. Estimated go live has passed with no sign and account says pending - but no orders when you click it. Help please. Working from home so need faster.

    @TalkTalk Tel 01843 650944 1011736301 customer number. Now no landline. No internet Just got home from sister in laws . Feel unhappy leaving her with just a mobile but I have to come home . Back there tomorrow

    @TalkTalk customer service is really terrible. Waiting on hold to be told I'd be put on another hold. Can't believe how crap they are. So glad I'm leaving this terrible company

    @TalkTalk How can you move home and TalkTalk dont shutdown the phoneline, so the new occupier then can use the phone and start running up bills that you have to pay. After 3hrs on the phone to TalkTalk you get nowhere. Dont use TalkTalk absolute awful company to deal with.

    @TalkTalk Help is a bit of an over statement. I've been without Internet since 05/11/2020 because of an issue caused by yourselves. Not even a resolution your CEO office could rectify. For a communications company your communication has been terrible.

    @TalkTalk you cannot take people's money, tell them an engineer is coming and then after he doesn't show up let us know we'll only get connected in a month's time. People need internet for work and you have no backup service or offer any alternative. Tell me that's not theft?

    Hey @Ofcom how can I make an official complaint about @talktalk? I have had no internet for over a week and every time I try to cancel the contract I'm told their system is down and they can't cancel my account. I'm at my wits-end here! Thanks

    @TalkTalk were supposed to send an "engineer" out today to help install our new broadband and phone line, so was told to stay in the house until 1pm. No one has turned up and we're without any internet. I guess my uni work will have to wait 👍

    The worst service @TalkTalk no engineer available until Saturday!? How I am suppose to work? Your call centre is useless, so much background noise I am unable to hear the person. Definitely won’t be renewing my contract with you

    That @TalkTalk can be so efficiently terrible, and not fulfil an order from Oct, then tell me they will process a brand new one but then suggest that will take them a month is soul destroying

    @TalkTalk Do not go with talk talk I have been waiting 7 weeks for my services to go live. Been told countless amounts of different things. Customer service is 0. They don't have a clue what they are doing. Tell you engineers will be coming out then tell you it's a different day.

    @TalkTalk Our WiFi service is an absolute joke. We are constantly kicked out and when we speed check it’s embarrassing. Please help with next steps as your automated phone system just tells me the service is fine!
