After 3hrs on the phone to TalkTalk you get nowhere. Dont use TalkTalk absolute awful company to deal with.

Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

Want the line stopped or barred....Their reply We cant terminate line until 24th July". @TalkTalk is the worst company I've ever dealt with

They text a link so you can report the faultโฆusing the broadband that isnโt working. So, if youโve no mobile data, itโs perfect: you need the internet to tell them you donโt have the internet.๐
