Want the line stopped or barred....Their reply We cant terminate line until 24th July". @TalkTalk is the worst company I've ever dealt with

Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

After 3hrs on the phone to TalkTalk you get nowhere. Dont use TalkTalk absolute awful company to deal with.

She cannot receive or make calls on her landline, and she’s on the priority register as she has an alarm dependent on the landline. I was spoken to awfully by CS, who cut me off and shouted at me. We've actually been cut off twice now and it's getting very frustrating as they are in their 80's and rely on the service.
