@TalkTalk Tel 01843 650944 1011736301 customer number. Now no landline. No internet Just got home from sister in laws . Feel unhappy leaving her with just a mobile but I have to come home . Back there tomorrow

@TalkTalk Sorry. Have been at my sister in laws. Apart from no landline now no internet !! Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

@talktalk re your response to my Trust pilot review I was told yesterday that the only possible resolution was for me to reorder my fibre package, and that it would take 5 weeks to put in place a new package. I declined to do this and have taken my custom elsewhere.

@lizardschwartz @TalkTalk The difference between companies that value customer service and ones that don't is such a huge chasm. I don't get why more companies don't understand that. Probably there is a disconnect between front line CS that send issues up to other dept that just don't give a ****.

@TalkTalk Yes I will but I think I will just cancel now.Everyone I speak to tells me the same thing the free amazon will be there soon.I have been waiting since November. You will able to use the WiFi in the garden I was told.its good .

@TalkTalk How can you justify booking an appointment to install broadband, threatening to charge if we do not keep the appointment, then emailing on the day to say " Do it yourself"?We are 73 years old, Disgusting service.
