@TalkTalk Sorry. Have been at my sister in laws. Apart from no landline now no internet !! Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

@TalkTalk I requested an upgrade online a couple of weeks ago. Estimated go live has passed with no sign and account says pending - but no orders when you click it. Help please. Working from home so need faster.

Absolutely disgusting customer service from @TalkTalk and @OpenreachHelp today. Waited 5 hours for an engineer to visit that was never going to happen. Only found out when I phoned @TalkTalk Looks like both companies don’t speak to each other regarding important info.

@TalkTalk the service to upgrade my mum to faster broadband has been shocking. It’s taken nearly a month, two visits by engineers both of who have left during the job and not returned and now she’s been told she won’t have any internet for a week! Very poor!

Hey @Ofcom how do I report a company like @TalkTalk had no internet all day been dropping for months customer services hang up on you no one has tried to help us when we do talk to us they say turn router off and hang up on us promised a call at 11am this morning no call

@TalkTalk Iv been told you can’t help me, you do have a serious process issue though in regards to you communicating with @WeAreOpenreach and the lack of information you are able to tell your customers. Just wanted people to know how bad the service is.

@TalkTalk Evening. Can't seem to access my account due to technical issues, or so your website tells me. My Eero router has stopped connecting to half the devices in my house and can no longer see them when turned on. I've tried a 3 hour reset on the router and two shut downs via the app.
