@TalkTalk @TalkTalk We are a long standing customer. The connection to our Sky Q keeps dropping out. This even happens on the unit that is hard wired. To reconnect we have to turn the router on and off. Please can you help?

@MidnightCorvus9 I know what you mean. I've tried TalkTalk again and so far no problems at all. Of course, not telling you to choose TalkTalk, just sharing my experience with you but I do suggest finding other broadband because £50 a month for ****** service is basically throwing money away

@TalkTalk my bill has gone up £12 a month in a year. I wish to cancel for a cheaper service provider. I search broadband and talktalk is £13 cheaper than what I'm paying you for the same service. Explanation?

@TalkTalk I feel that way because I need to understand what the advisor is saying. Don’t you agree? It’s that SERIOUS. I’m paying for a service after all. If the advisor’s pronunciation of English is SO BAD that it’s a struggle to understand what they’re saying, HOW IS THAT A SERVICE?
