@TalkTalk Sorry. Have been at my sister in laws. Apart from no landline now no internet !! Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

@TalkTalk Why won't you accept a Power of Attorney? My mum became unwell, so I need to manage her account. I have PoA. Customer service refuses to accept this legal authority, insist they have to talk to her. She's sick, this is incredibly upsetting. Help?

A MONTH of ringing you about our horrendous landline quality and getting nowhere so using mobiles. Then you send us a bill for £80 for a service we can't use and cut us off because we've gone over a monthly usage we didn't set? What kind of racket are you running here @TalkTalk?

Obvs not paying until you sort the line. If you don't them we'll simply go to another provider and we'll see you in court, whereby the judge will rule in our favour because you've broke your contract in not providing us with this service. @TalkTalk

@Drasticjim @amycerys @TalkTalk At least you got something. I've been advised they can't find anything wrong and I'd have to test my equipment (checking wires, turning hub off and on etc) or pay £40 for an engineer.... funny since they have checked my connection I haven't had a problem for 2 days!!
