@TalkTalk If your just going to spout corporate bolloc... Ahem, rubbish about what, by all the data I've seen, a massive outage of broadband services. Personally I was without broadband for hours after midnight last night!

@TalkTalk Sorry. Have been at my sister in laws. Apart from no landline now no internet !! Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

Be careful to check your bill if you’re a @TalkTalk customer - twice now they have re-added unlimited calls to my parents’ account at £14 without their permission. Bill this month £40 but should have been £26. They haven’t tried adding it to mine - are they targeting the elderly?

Anybody else have trouble with their internet? For the past few weeks we keep getting "connected without internet" . What am I paying for Talktalk? You told me the trees surrounding the post don't affect it or the branches resting on it. We've had your engineer out..
