    @TalkTalk Sorry. Have been at my sister in laws. Apart from no landline now no internet !! Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

    Another call to @TalkTalk getting nowhere I've informed them ,we moved home on 25th June and new occupier is using my phoneline. Want the line stopped or barred....Their reply We cant terminate line until 24th July". @TalkTalk is the worst company I've ever dealt with

    @TalkTalk If your just going to spout corporate bolloc... Ahem, rubbish about what, by all the data I've seen, a massive outage of broadband services. Personally I was without broadband for hours after midnight last night!

    @TalkTalk I requested an upgrade online a couple of weeks ago. Estimated go live has passed with no sign and account says pending - but no orders when you click it. Help please. Working from home so need faster.

    @TalkTalk How can you move home and TalkTalk dont shutdown the phoneline, so the new occupier then can use the phone and start running up bills that you have to pay. After 3hrs on the phone to TalkTalk you get nowhere. Dont use TalkTalk absolute awful company to deal with.

    Talktalk has failed woefully in its technical support. Despite reporting a fault since 14th June and almost daily phone calls, texts and emails, talktalk has not bothered. Absolutely disgraceful!

    @TalkTalk customer service is really terrible. Waiting on hold to be told I'd be put on another hold. Can't believe how crap they are. So glad I'm leaving this terrible company

    @TalkTalk Tel 01843 650944 1011736301 customer number. Now no landline. No internet Just got home from sister in laws . Feel unhappy leaving her with just a mobile but I have to come home . Back there tomorrow

    @TheJaneDO3 @TalkTalk Imagine. I have someone facing this same problem. She said the speed is so slow, Lmfaooo. Pay to terminate, for their ****** services ko make sense now. Did their agreement state u must terminate at a certain period? Or a duration period?

    @LegallyTush @TalkTalk They’re mad. Even when they pick, they can’t help. Your network is not good, they’ll send stupid engineer. Two minutes after engineer leaves, problem will start. Oya I no use again, terminate contract, they said their mum should pay to terminate their useless ****! I don tire.

    @TalkTalk my mum lives in Canterbury with dementia and relies upon a Konnekt machine to talk to family. It’s showing an error at the moment and internet isn’t working. Is anything being done to rectify this problem in the area?

    Hi @TalkTalk - I'm trying to find some support as I'm moving home into temporary accommodation in a couple of weeks. I need to end my Broadband service in the current address but not transfer it as the people I am staying with already have their own internet provider.
