@TalkTalk I requested an upgrade online a couple of weeks ago. Estimated go live has passed with no sign and account says pending - but no orders when you click it. Help please. Working from home so need faster.

Talktalk has failed woefully in its technical support. Despite reporting a fault since 14th June and almost daily phone calls, texts and emails, talktalk has not bothered. Absolutely disgraceful!

@TalkTalk How can you move home and TalkTalk dont shutdown the phoneline, so the new occupier then can use the phone and start running up bills that you have to pay. After 3hrs on the phone to TalkTalk you get nowhere. Dont use TalkTalk absolute awful company to deal with.

@TalkTalk Tel 01843 650944 1011736301 customer number. Now no landline. No internet Just got home from sister in laws . Feel unhappy leaving her with just a mobile but I have to come home . Back there tomorrow

Another call to @TalkTalk getting nowhere I've informed them ,we moved home on 25th June and new occupier is using my phoneline. Want the line stopped or barred....Their reply We cant terminate line until 24th July". @TalkTalk is the worst company I've ever dealt with

@TalkTalk Sorry. Have been at my sister in laws. Apart from no landline now no internet !! Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

@TalkTalk If your just going to spout corporate bolloc... Ahem, rubbish about what, by all the data I've seen, a massive outage of broadband services. Personally I was without broadband for hours after midnight last night!

@TalkTalk No she isn’t . She has just been telling us when ever she can with work WiFi about what’s happening . There is someone going to look at the problem on the 18th jan but honestly she is so upset . She’s on her own and we don’t know what to do to help her .

@VodafoneUK switched Broadband to you 3 weeks ago. Wife and kids now hate me as the WiFi is awful, drops out all the time and the router range is about 4ft. I wish we had remained overpaying @TalkTalk. At least the internet worked when they were ripping us off.

@TalkTalk leaving 90 year old in the current pandemic without mobile communications for a 16.50 out of plan charges although his is a DD customer. After 2hours today still not resolved #awfulcustomerservices £14.50 of this was a 29mins to a 0151 national number for 50ppm.
