@TalkTalk Sorry. Have been at my sister in laws. Apart from no landline now no internet !! Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

@TalkTalk Tel 01843 650944 1011736301 customer number. Now no landline. No internet Just got home from sister in laws . Feel unhappy leaving her with just a mobile but I have to come home . Back there tomorrow

@TalkTalk Another day, phone still not working, no contact from Talktalk engineers, now 52 days without landline. Complaints department may call today but unfortunately they also are not able to speak to the back office engineers, so another complete waste of time and nothing will happen.

hello @TalkTalk, one of your engineers has fixed a fault but the fault (internet dropping 4+ times a day, normally when I'm on meetings) persists and I can't navigate a way to escalate the fault to a human. Can you help please?

@TalkTalk cannot get a link to renew password. Ookla Speed Test says d/load is 1.08. 59 is the normal. Password reset link takes a month of Sundays to arrive in my inbox; and is only valid for 10 minutes. Help!

@TalkTalk Is it possible to delay or cancel a cancellation request? My @youfibre install has been delayed and I'd rather not be without fibre if I can help it.
