@TalkTalk Sorry. Have been at my sister in laws. Apart from no landline now no internet !! Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

@TalkTalk If your just going to spout corporate bolloc... Ahem, rubbish about what, by all the data I've seen, a massive outage of broadband services. Personally I was without broadband for hours after midnight last night!

@TalkTalk Hello. We have had ABSOLOUTLY NO SERVICE from you since November. We have recieved a threatening letter from you in spite of numerous attempts to cancel our contract, online and by phone.We are over 70 and this is intimidating behaviour. (not my popular twitter account)

@TalkTalk Really need some help here. FTTP fitted but have nothing as service cancelled but no replacement product in place. Sales have no technical knowledge. No phone, no Internet, no alarms! Told wait 24 hours

@ZeCyberChimp Had BT, Sky, Talktalk... all but Virgin are shite, and even Virgin has issues. Seems there is no good ISP out there at all in the UK...

@TalkTalk Totally unacceptable to not notify affected customers directly. There is FIFTEEN HOURS of planned maintenance in York and it's taken looking up the network status to find out about it. I was with @Plusnet for 4 years and had nothing like this.

@talktalk your bereavement service is not fit for purpose. Rude and hugely insensitive staff who keep you waiting on the phone on and off for 50 minutes to cancel a landline and a mobile phone account. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Other firms get it right why can't you?
