    @TalkTalk I requested an upgrade online a couple of weeks ago. Estimated go live has passed with no sign and account says pending - but no orders when you click it. Help please. Working from home so need faster.

    @TalkTalk If your just going to spout corporate bolloc... Ahem, rubbish about what, by all the data I've seen, a massive outage of broadband services. Personally I was without broadband for hours after midnight last night!

    @TalkTalk How can you move home and TalkTalk dont shutdown the phoneline, so the new occupier then can use the phone and start running up bills that you have to pay. After 3hrs on the phone to TalkTalk you get nowhere. Dont use TalkTalk absolute awful company to deal with.

    @TalkTalk customer service is really terrible. Waiting on hold to be told I'd be put on another hold. Can't believe how crap they are. So glad I'm leaving this terrible company

    @TalkTalk Tel 01843 650944 1011736301 customer number. Now no landline. No internet Just got home from sister in laws . Feel unhappy leaving her with just a mobile but I have to come home . Back there tomorrow

    @TalkTalk Sorry. Have been at my sister in laws. Apart from no landline now no internet !! Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

    @tylerfps_ trueeee; is Virgin just total trash? We have talktalk and it's never gone down on me in like 10 months but I would expect Virgin to be solid seen as it's so much more expensive

    @TalkTalk 3 days later and nothing has happened. I’ve had assurances that engineers will visit, and yet no-one comes. Your customer service is appalling.

    @jasonkneen @virginmedia Or at least reimburse customers for the shambles of a service they provide! Only been with them for about a year and it's the worst choice I've made leaving talktalk never had these issues being with them 😡

    @zachary_garber Never had a problem with TalkTalk. There's a new one called, I think Zoomm that I keep seeing a lot of vans from.

    @LaxBowel @TalkTalk They won't let you cancel your contract I've been trying for 2 months. They send you round all the different departments keep you on hold while the "ask someone" lie lie lie they just play a game and then cut you off. Chat is no better "rest assured I will sort this" They don't
