@TalkTalk If your just going to spout corporate bolloc... Ahem, rubbish about what, by all the data I've seen, a massive outage of broadband services. Personally I was without broadband for hours after midnight last night!

@TalkTalk Sorry. Have been at my sister in laws. Apart from no landline now no internet !! Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

@TalkTalk Tel 01843 650944 1011736301 customer number. Now no landline. No internet Just got home from sister in laws . Feel unhappy leaving her with just a mobile but I have to come home . Back there tomorrow

I wonder how many customers @virginmedia are going to lose after today. I have a letter about the price hike saying I can cancel without penalty. The website and phones lines also down. O2 also seems to be affected. Service appalling once again. Off to @TalkTalk I go #VirginMedia
