@TalkTalk Tel 01843 650944 1011736301 customer number. Now no landline. No internet Just got home from sister in laws . Feel unhappy leaving her with just a mobile but I have to come home . Back there tomorrow

@TalkTalk Sorry. Have been at my sister in laws. Apart from no landline now no internet !! Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

@TalkTalk If your just going to spout corporate bolloc... Ahem, rubbish about what, by all the data I've seen, a massive outage of broadband services. Personally I was without broadband for hours after midnight last night!

@TalkTalk 15 days?? I was told 1 hour by the lady in the phone and the engineers. Also your phones arent working so every time you call the phones cut out your customer service have Calle me back twice and now given up

@TalkTalk ive spent hours resolving this but the advisors are useless! Ive been emailed saying i will be charged £12.50 late fee when i paid my bill week ago! This is daylight robbery im being charged for paying before my direct debit date! The advisors tell me they cant help me!
