    @TalkTalk customer service is really terrible. Waiting on hold to be told I'd be put on another hold. Can't believe how crap they are. So glad I'm leaving this terrible company

    @TalkTalk Sorry. Have been at my sister in laws. Apart from no landline now no internet !! Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

    @TalkTalk If your just going to spout corporate bolloc... Ahem, rubbish about what, by all the data I've seen, a massive outage of broadband services. Personally I was without broadband for hours after midnight last night!

    @TalkTalk Still blocking my mother getting a different internet provider after several missed installs you are now failing to cancel trying to force her to stay with a Co that cannot communicate. Dreadful. Avoid at all costs

    @Clair49149372 @MartinSLewis Frankly nothing is being dealt with as regards answering customers dilemmas, even with all this technology. Offering email, virtual chat , and phone recorded messaging just gives the supplier other alleyways to kick the can down. I have spent hours today with Talktalk

    @TalkTalk Why do you keep sending me letters saying you’ve moved me to paper billing when I’ve been getting the bills by email without issue. I’m now being charged extra for that and it seems that you are convinced I can’t get email bills!

    @TalkTalk never seen worse service - internet went down last night and just been told it requires an engineer who won’t turn up for 48-72 hours and doesn’t work weekends?? This would mean no internet for 6 days and I work from home? Surely this isn’t the best you can do

    @TalkTalk Yes please I would like to clear a small balance which direct debit didn’t cover. Tried card payment and telephone payment both failed me. 30 years a customer with you very disappointing
