@TalkTalk And how long should customers be expected to wait to be put through to someone over the phone? As soon as I say I want to cancel, I'm passed around departments until it's closing time!

@TalkTalk Thanks. Could you maybe put a link to it on your website? Might be handy for customers. Already wasted so much time going round in circles there, yet no way to contact you. And creating a separate login for your community is a massive pain btw. All needs big improvement #TalkTalk

@TalkTalk So your company is CHOOSING to put prices up even though people had no choice to stay at home and by proxy use the Internet more. And your service hasn't even been that good over the last year. I've had to raise multiple technical issues and get an engineer out. Shameful.

@TalkTalk My TT broadband has been appallingly slow for a week and every time i contact TT they blame it on home set-up. I can't even connect to my work network at times though my laptop is connected via ethernet. The speed is unstable and download speeds come down to less than 1mb a

@TalkTalk What I mean is we will now be paying more for a slower (in fact unfit for purpose) service. I would have understood and accepted the increase in charges if we were getting the same speed as we had previously, but it's so much slower!
