    @TalkTalk Sorry. Have been at my sister in laws. Apart from no landline now no internet !! Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

    @TalkTalk customer service is really terrible. Waiting on hold to be told I'd be put on another hold. Can't believe how crap they are. So glad I'm leaving this terrible company

    @TalkTalk If your just going to spout corporate bolloc... Ahem, rubbish about what, by all the data I've seen, a massive outage of broadband services. Personally I was without broadband for hours after midnight last night!

    @TalkTalk I requested an upgrade online a couple of weeks ago. Estimated go live has passed with no sign and account says pending - but no orders when you click it. Help please. Working from home so need faster.

    @TalkTalk Tel 01843 650944 1011736301 customer number. Now no landline. No internet Just got home from sister in laws . Feel unhappy leaving her with just a mobile but I have to come home . Back there tomorrow

    @TalkTalk I’m sick to death of private messaging I have emailed multiple times and your “executive office” are not reading the emails they are ignoring my grandpas needs as a customers! I spent hours on the phone to multiple staff at talk talk and still no resolution ! Shocking

    @avauntguard @TalkTalk If you have an eero u had the same problem. My fix was download the app on an iPhone and it connected etc straight away. It wouldn't work on my Samsung. No idea why. I sent an eero back due to connection issues, 2nd one arrived and was the same, iPhone sorted it.

    @TalkTalk been on the phone since 09.05 trying to get an issue resolved. Hamid from diagnostics was outstanding but still couldn’t fix the issue (not his fault as wrong department). Speaking to another person…the 16th to be exact. Disgusting service. I feel like dirt.

    @TalkTalk I joined you guys in good faith. Was supposed to be connected yesterday. Now its end of day two and still no broadband. I'm spending a small fortune on mobile data. Can someone call me so I can terminate my contract?

    @virginmedia you’ve closed my complaint C-020622179 but not even been in touch with be about it in over 2 weeks. How is it possibly resolved? I’d like to stay with you but TalkTalk is looking very appealing right now! Please contact me about my complaint and package. Thanks.

    @TalkTalk I am furious. The service has been a disgrace and I would advise anyone trying to go with Talk talk like i was to avoid.

    I have to complain about our new fibre optic @TalkTalk installation. The engineer left before checking that it worked properly and it's not working. Customer service suggested using our old connection but that was cut off by the engineer. Two thumbs down!
