    @TalkTalk If your just going to spout corporate bolloc... Ahem, rubbish about what, by all the data I've seen, a massive outage of broadband services. Personally I was without broadband for hours after midnight last night!

    @TalkTalk Tel 01843 650944 1011736301 customer number. Now no landline. No internet Just got home from sister in laws . Feel unhappy leaving her with just a mobile but I have to come home . Back there tomorrow

    @TalkTalk Sorry. Have been at my sister in laws. Apart from no landline now no internet !! Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

    @TalkTalk customer service is really terrible. Waiting on hold to be told I'd be put on another hold. Can't believe how crap they are. So glad I'm leaving this terrible company

    @TalkTalk We have sorted it now but your consistency is horrendous. Josh who we spoke to originally said he would cancel with immediate effect with no fee and was extremely helpful, the second guy wouldn’t cancel it until after the next payment had come out and eventually waved the fee!!!

    @TalkTalk Wasted frustrating +1.5hrs w rep who couldnt hear/understand much of what I asked re new contract.Only when reciting contract terms was further info re added charges mentioned. When I (again) asked for line mgr he told me to redial. I refused. V poor service. My a/c: 7000034689

    @RitchieShearer @TalkTalk I know you won't get any support. This is crap internet provider. I really made mistake joining this 3 years back. Luckily my contract is near end now and I'll definitely switch. And @TalkTalk , pls don't ask for DM, I don't want a waiting ticket (same anr same). #frustating
