@TalkTalk I requested an upgrade online a couple of weeks ago. Estimated go live has passed with no sign and account says pending - but no orders when you click it. Help please. Working from home so need faster.

@TalkTalk If your just going to spout corporate bolloc... Ahem, rubbish about what, by all the data I've seen, a massive outage of broadband services. Personally I was without broadband for hours after midnight last night!

@TalkTalk Sorry. Have been at my sister in laws. Apart from no landline now no internet !! Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

@TalkTalk How can you move home and TalkTalk dont shutdown the phoneline, so the new occupier then can use the phone and start running up bills that you have to pay. After 3hrs on the phone to TalkTalk you get nowhere. Dont use TalkTalk absolute awful company to deal with.

Where is Baroness Dido (Diana) Harding? Test & Trace is a fail, say many observers, and failed us again. Where is accountability? All I can see in Companies House listings are multiple resignations. She walked from TalkTalk with £millions. How much did the Govt grant her? Mmm.

@TalkTalk @TalkTalk Good Morning. It is now 8 days since the internet went down in CH49 Wirral. Each time this is queried, we are met with the same response - that your engineers are working on it. Our neighbours report the same. This is really poor service; please can you rectify today.

@TalkTalk On the phone for over an hour with a clueless rep at a call centre in South Africa named Sunshine who cannot understand my request, refuses to transfer me to someone else, cant give me a name of a supervisor, speaks condescendingly and tries to get me to hang up. wth
