@TalkTalk Sorry. Have been at my sister in laws. Apart from no landline now no internet !! Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

@TalkTalk If your just going to spout corporate bolloc... Ahem, rubbish about what, by all the data I've seen, a massive outage of broadband services. Personally I was without broadband for hours after midnight last night!

I recorded no internet with @TalkTalk at 8.30 this morning. Eventually told it was resolved but it isn’t. Chat line says it’s busy but it is a robot responding. Is there a human that can help

So @TalkTalk I’ve been without internet for 10 days, reported it repeatedly to you and been told it’s with Open Reach but no details provided of where the problem is, what is being done and when it will be fixed. You’ve reached a new low in the dreadful service you provide

@TalkTalk this is my tenth day without Internet. You messaged y/day (an hour before you shut) to tell me I need to book an appointment with an engineer within 48 hours! No ones got back to me about booking the appointment, your WhatsApp service doesn't respond, sort it out!!!!
