@TalkTalk Sorry. Have been at my sister in laws. Apart from no landline now no internet !! Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

@TalkTalk I requested an upgrade online a couple of weeks ago. Estimated go live has passed with no sign and account says pending - but no orders when you click it. Help please. Working from home so need faster.

@TalkTalk If your just going to spout corporate bolloc... Ahem, rubbish about what, by all the data I've seen, a massive outage of broadband services. Personally I was without broadband for hours after midnight last night!

@ColinBrazierTV So glad I forced TalkTalk to agree to a locked in price when my term expired in August, I said if you don't fix it, and not include the CPI increase then I'm leaving, had a lengthy discussion with them on the phone, so glad I did with the amount it would increase.

@TalkTalk is there something wrong with your phone lines. I'm a new customer awaiting connection. I've been told today that my connection has been cancelled by city fibre and to call talk talk. Five times I've called and five times I've been disconnected?! Not a good start..
