@TalkTalk customer service is really terrible. Waiting on hold to be told I'd be put on another hold. Can't believe how crap they are. So glad I'm leaving this terrible company

@TalkTalk If your just going to spout corporate bolloc... Ahem, rubbish about what, by all the data I've seen, a massive outage of broadband services. Personally I was without broadband for hours after midnight last night!

@TalkTalk I've just had an engineer visit, he's escalated our problem saying openreach need to sort our line into the house. As soon as he's left you've texted me to ask if everything is ok and if not go to a link to a bot chat! This is ridiculous.

@TalkTalk terrible customer service from TalkTalk Full fibre instal delayed 59 days customer service team entitled to compensation but getting this is proving impossible -5 months so far How do I resolve this ? HELP @TalkTalk

I recorded no internet with @TalkTalk at 8.30 this morning. Eventually told it was resolved but it isn’t. Chat line says it’s busy but it is a robot responding. Is there a human that can help
