@TalkTalk If your just going to spout corporate bolloc... Ahem, rubbish about what, by all the data I've seen, a massive outage of broadband services. Personally I was without broadband for hours after midnight last night!

@TalkTalk I have not received 3 call backs about my mums phone line issue/complaint. Apparently its with L2 team. Been promised update calls but none received. Your helpdesk advise they cant transfer me to the case handler.Mum is 90 & relies on landline,please advise urgently
