    @TalkTalk customer service is really terrible. Waiting on hold to be told I'd be put on another hold. Can't believe how crap they are. So glad I'm leaving this terrible company

    @TalkTalk Tel 01843 650944 1011736301 customer number. Now no landline. No internet Just got home from sister in laws . Feel unhappy leaving her with just a mobile but I have to come home . Back there tomorrow

    @TalkTalk I requested an upgrade online a couple of weeks ago. Estimated go live has passed with no sign and account says pending - but no orders when you click it. Help please. Working from home so need faster.

    @TalkTalk Sorry. Have been at my sister in laws. Apart from no landline now no internet !! Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

    @TalkTalk If your just going to spout corporate bolloc... Ahem, rubbish about what, by all the data I've seen, a massive outage of broadband services. Personally I was without broadband for hours after midnight last night!

    @Nicknackwalker No, people don't WANT the cheapest because it's always universally shite. Putting them on TalkTalk doesn't solve the problem, it just creates a thousand more because they're so terrible. The race to the bottom for a *critical* service for bill-paying and money-saving is stupid.

    So far this wk @TalkTalk are winning with customer service, they sorted phone problem in time stated. @ScottishPower I don’t even get response from your ppl so issue still remains Not impressed! 😡😡

    @CommunityFibre quick question I live with someone who has existing telephone service and broadband I have booked in an installation of only fibre broadband will my installation cancel her talktalk service as I don't want to interfere with her services by getting this installed

    @TalkTalk Any idea why when the router for my business isn't working and I've been on the phone for almost an hour, the best your guys can come up with is to 'turn it off and on again'? Then to top it off you put me on hold, then hang up!? Terrible service!!

    @TalkTalk Thankyou so much, it’s been quite stressful. He’s forgotten his password too. As he isn’t paying for your TalkTalk mail plus service and no longer has you as an internet service provider, has he potentially lost his email address?

    @TalkTalk I emailed several times over two months to concerns@talktalk still no reply. There must be an option for customers to cancel via sending an email!! Come on talktalk! Sort this out! You can’t be telling people you have limited resources to help via twitter or FB to cancel!
