    @TalkTalk Sorry. Have been at my sister in laws. Apart from no landline now no internet !! Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

    @TalkTalk customer service is really terrible. Waiting on hold to be told I'd be put on another hold. Can't believe how crap they are. So glad I'm leaving this terrible company

    @TalkTalk If your just going to spout corporate bolloc... Ahem, rubbish about what, by all the data I've seen, a massive outage of broadband services. Personally I was without broadband for hours after midnight last night!

    @nowtvhelp hello, please can you help. I've moved house (brand new talktalk tv) and am getting the error code PL-0 when I try to put on a film. The browsing & logging in works just playing films isn't work. Thank you

    @TalkTalk well after three hours in DM trying to resolve my loss of internet with “Ram” I’m no further on. Still exactly the same problem and “Ram” is now ignoring me!! A whole evening wasted and I still don’t know how this will be resolved. VERY unhappy.

    Hi @TalkTalk. My @TalkTalk broadband service in central Edinburgh has lost 95% of its speed in the last 24 hours, and can no longer sustain Zoom and Skype meetings, which are essential for my work. Can you help, and if so how fast?

    @joycemcm @TalkTalk Our TalkTalk reception here in Cardiff is really poor too. Zoom keeps telling us we've got a poor connection - which we can see as people freeze in their boxes!

    @TalkTalk Since updating my broadband on the 10th of feb I exprinced total loss of service including my phone number which is now different. Endless hours on the phone to customer service still waiting for a repair. I can only say is been the worst exprince ever.
