@TalkTalk Tel 01843 650944 1011736301 customer number. Now no landline. No internet Just got home from sister in laws . Feel unhappy leaving her with just a mobile but I have to come home . Back there tomorrow

@TalkTalk If your just going to spout corporate bolloc... Ahem, rubbish about what, by all the data I've seen, a massive outage of broadband services. Personally I was without broadband for hours after midnight last night!

@TalkTalk Sorry. Have been at my sister in laws. Apart from no landline now no internet !! Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

@TalkTalk I requested an upgrade online a couple of weeks ago. Estimated go live has passed with no sign and account says pending - but no orders when you click it. Help please. Working from home so need faster.

On Monday, we were supposed to be contacted by a @TalkTalk manager to apologise for the terrible service. They missed the 2 hour window and moved it to today, then missed it again and lied "we tried to call..." I've now been waiting for 2 hours for someone to apologise for THAT!

@saintssara @g_gulvin @TalkTalk A contractor was messing with wires at 11.30am near my house. Broadband has been off since 9.15am. Without it I have very poor phone signal to send this.

@saintssara @TalkTalk Just been talking to support from TalkTalk and got "We just receive confirmation from Openreach that lines connected to the Trowbridge exchange are experiencing an outage. This affecting not only your line but others as well including those from other service providers" 1/2

@TalkTalk #Vodafone keep asking me for more private information to then tell me they cart help me 6m this has been going on for now you have all my private data and im now even more paranoid that my information i keep given you is being used for something eles .
