@TalkTalk If your just going to spout corporate bolloc... Ahem, rubbish about what, by all the data I've seen, a massive outage of broadband services. Personally I was without broadband for hours after midnight last night!

@bandbuk @TalkTalk I can't wait to leave taking 2 payments a month and can't get to speak to someone iam tamping!! If I don't get any joy I will cancel direct debit and take u to court for stealing and saying it was a mistake and do it again!!!

@TalkTalk Can't be bothered Iam going to cancel my direct debt and put things with my solicitors! U can't be bothered to pick phone up and speak with me that's my only route left for me now I spent over a hour last month and thought it was sorted even though the chat guy cut off early!!

@TalkTalk What you could do is get your advisors to stop pressing mute and ignoring your customers in order to get them to hang up so they don't have to deal with the problem, though.

@TalkTalk What is the point of having a bereavement call line when you go though to the standard queue at such a difficult time !! The repeat message constantly directs you to the Live Chat who can’t or won’t help !! #useless #insensitive
