@TalkTalk Sorry. Have been at my sister in laws. Apart from no landline now no internet !! Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

@TalkTalk If your just going to spout corporate bolloc... Ahem, rubbish about what, by all the data I've seen, a massive outage of broadband services. Personally I was without broadband for hours after midnight last night!

Due to an almighty error on @bt_uk part which resulted in the cut off of my broadband service with @TalkTalk a month early, I have been left without Internet since Monday. I am on day 2 of unpaid leave from work with the potential of loss of job as a result of their error. Thanks

@BigWillowTTV @TalkTalk I had BT at the parents house. Best I've used with consistency and support. However I gave the benefit of the doubt to TalkTalk as my partner was already with them. Was just easier to upgrade.

Bloody talktalk block remote access to computers via their routers by default. What should have taken 25 minutes to achieve (was showing them other software too) took 90+ minutes on a call) Thank **** I had download the installer files already. The wifi connection was rubbish too

@TalkTalk I am currently working from home and it did affect my meetings. I did allow it on Monday to pass through but 3 days of having this problem now is unacceptable. They said @WeAreOpenreach is fixing the problem? Is that correct?
