After 3hrs on the phone to TalkTalk you get nowhere. Dont use TalkTalk absolute awful company to deal with.

Calls on 10/07, 14/07 and again today to cancel service. On my third person (so far) on todayβs call. Send help and chocolate before I lose the will to live.

Complaints team call - surprise surprise, the security details donβt match. Call me cynical but itβs a quick way to resolve!

DHL have been sending me the same bill every month for 3 years. I paid it 3 years ago and sent screenshots of the bank payment. Itβs harassment but they donβt give a Fck.
