@TalkTalk Sorry. Have been at my sister in laws. Apart from no landline now no internet !! Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

@TalkTalk If your just going to spout corporate bolloc... Ahem, rubbish about what, by all the data I've seen, a massive outage of broadband services. Personally I was without broadband for hours after midnight last night!

@TalkTalk no internet, I've taken apart master socket, plugged in spare grey box thingy into test socket, powered off router, powered on router, factory reset, made a cup of tea, done an internet dance and sworn loudly. How about you guys actually provide some customer service?

@loulouhope @TalkTalk Getting ghosted on the Twitter DMs too and they close at 22h00. Been trying to get this sorted since 18h00, first the phones kept me on hold until their 'hometime cut off' at 19h00, now zero help via their own alternative options. Time to switch providers 😑

@TalkTalk are there internet problems in TW2. I have no internet,.orange light on router and have tried all the unplug and switch off instructions. I notice from downchecker that a lot of people appear to be having issues?

@TalkTalk My future fibre has not been working on my router since this evening and still not working. No one is responding to the online chat support for me either.
