    Talktalk has failed woefully in its technical support. Despite reporting a fault since 14th June and almost daily phone calls, texts and emails, talktalk has not bothered. Absolutely disgraceful!

    @TalkTalk How can you move home and TalkTalk dont shutdown the phoneline, so the new occupier then can use the phone and start running up bills that you have to pay. After 3hrs on the phone to TalkTalk you get nowhere. Dont use TalkTalk absolute awful company to deal with.

    @TalkTalk If your just going to spout corporate bolloc... Ahem, rubbish about what, by all the data I've seen, a massive outage of broadband services. Personally I was without broadband for hours after midnight last night!

    @TalkTalk Tel 01843 650944 1011736301 customer number. Now no landline. No internet Just got home from sister in laws . Feel unhappy leaving her with just a mobile but I have to come home . Back there tomorrow

    @TalkTalk Sorry. Have been at my sister in laws. Apart from no landline now no internet !! Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

    @TalkTalk I requested an upgrade online a couple of weeks ago. Estimated go live has passed with no sign and account says pending - but no orders when you click it. Help please. Working from home so need faster.

    Another call to @TalkTalk getting nowhere I've informed them ,we moved home on 25th June and new occupier is using my phoneline. Want the line stopped or barred....Their reply We cant terminate line until 24th July". @TalkTalk is the worst company I've ever dealt with

    @TalkTalk Hi, I would like to know on what basis I have been charged for Engineer visit? Engineer confirmed the issue was outside my premise in exchange box. Also call centre agent confirmed before making the appointment that there is no charge of engineer visit. Please confirm ASAP.

    @jtuckerx Because stupid people get them cards they post that lie about it being better and cheaper and then eat it up. For a “good” talktalk connection you’re looking at more than 140mgbs on virgin ffs

    @markstraffellis @TalkTalk Same situation for my mum a couple of years. CEO wouldn’t even reply - eventually complained to CISAS - bit of time filling out online forms but well worth it. Escalated claim and sorted straightaway. TalkTalk have no customer service - cannot speak badly enough about them!

    @TalkTalk sorry to hear you have a speed issue Talktalk customer service just tweeted. They problem is a month old so don't give me sorry, don't give me Dm just fix the fault but I think its too hard for a script reader.
