@TalkTalk Sorry. Have been at my sister in laws. Apart from no landline now no internet !! Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

@TalkTalk If your just going to spout corporate bolloc... Ahem, rubbish about what, by all the data I've seen, a massive outage of broadband services. Personally I was without broadband for hours after midnight last night!

@TalkTalk Try sorting out @YardleyShooting problem. Your apologies mean nothing to me - Talk Talk caused me more than 'inconvenience' - the months of unjustified pursuit of me up til court day resulted in me suffering awful stress and anxiety.

@RizaGonzaga8 @TalkTalk Same has happened with me today, just switched to talktalk from virgin, engineer was supposed to come between 8am-1pm, no show! And yet we get told we will be charged if we are not in, terrible time on the phone, couldn't tell a word she was saying and vice versa.
