@TalkTalk Rubbish customer service over the past few weeks, my go live date for broadband was supposed to be the 13th Sep! Have had an engineer sent out, a new router sent and it still doesn’t work, just get passed from team to team who will contact me in ‘2-3 working days’ 🙄

@TalkTalk your fault reporting is a joke, I have been having issues with my broadband since I moved to TalkTalk less than 2 months ago and still do not have reliable useable broadband. What is the number to call to speak to a person?

@TalkTalk appalled by your customer service! And your complaints process. All I want is my broadband to work but due to restarting the investigation with every phone call AND not getting calls back when stated, we are getting close to your 30day fix period!

@TalkTalk I never agreed to that it isn’t it my t&c I have a fixed price for 12 months meaning that it cannot be raised use have raised my bill to 40 pound for just normal wifi o my no calls no tv nothing just broadband are u normal that’s extortion

TalkTalk... What an absolutely despicable company!!! Happy to tie you into a contract then take your money BUT when you have an issue, try to report it... Disgraceful shambolic Customer Service. My elderly mother is being ripped off by them.
