@TalkTalk Absolutely disgusted by your service to an elderly lady who is dependent on her lifeline , which out of action due to her having no service from you for well over a week . Despite repeated calls from her daughter to yourselves, and a useless visit from an engineer 1/2

Swear to god @TalkTalk is the absolute worst customer and user experience I've ever had, and I've had to deal with Nigerian banks before. 2 months for a home order? Then a coterie of incompetent customer care agents who know nothing keep wasting my time.
