@TalkTalk are really living up to their shit customer service. After months of correspondence and last couple of weeks contact by twitter feed, last week they escalated my case to their escalation team. Unsurprisingly no communication/resolution as yet! Help please @Telegraph !

@TalkTalk Absolutely disgusted by your service to an elderly lady who is dependent on her lifeline , which out of action due to her having no service from you for well over a week . Despite repeated calls from her daughter to yourselves, and a useless visit from an engineer 1/2

@TalkTalk Sorry. Have been at my sister in laws. Apart from no landline now no internet !! Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

@TalkTalk I requested an upgrade online a couple of weeks ago. Estimated go live has passed with no sign and account says pending - but no orders when you click it. Help please. Working from home so need faster.

Does anyone elses internet speed go up and down like a yo yo? I'm with talktalk and their service is pretty shoddy lately. I've spoken to them 3 times in 24 hours.

@TalkTalk Nothing to do with our line (confirmed by OpenReach last month). This is just latest example of broadband outages & slow speeds which have persisted for months. TalkTalk fully aware (complaints from many), yet refuse to do anything about it. Hence my switch away, already booked.

@TalkTalk still no internet 2.5 weeks in. Promised a new router twice and still not received it. I have never ever dealt with a worse company in my life. You are a total and utter disgrace.
