    @TalkTalk Absolutely disgusted by your service to an elderly lady who is dependent on her lifeline , which out of action due to her having no service from you for well over a week . Despite repeated calls from her daughter to yourselves, and a useless visit from an engineer 1/2

    @KvedarasTomas @TalkTalk Its gotten worse than worse! Stay clear of TT. Anyone with contract issues should do everything by writting. Their phone support is total garbage!

    @TalkTalk My in-laws in their 80’s are talk talk customers & have been without phone & internet for 4 days. They were told it would take 2/3 days - this has not happened. Please help as they cannot get in touch with you & is causing distress.

    @_CatherineJames @TalkTalk The customer service over the phone is horrific you get passed from department to department.. all you get is automated voices, apologies and no further forward. I’m speaking to the twitter folk the now after 20 phone exchanges. Its shocking. Hope you get your issue is resolved

    @TalkTalk I already sent, no support offered apart from contacting non operational customer support chat, phones etc. What is your understanding how long it should be acceptable to wait until support line responds? 1, 2 or 3 hours?

    @MaireadCoco @TalkTalk Thanks, they’ve stopped replying now and said I’ll have to wait til weds for a manager to get in touch but I need internet to work! Disgusting customer service. Hope you get sorted
