Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

After months of correspondence and last couple of weeks contact by twitter feed, last week they escalated my case to their escalation team. Unsurprisingly no communication/resolution as yet! Help please @Telegraph !

Adam King (@MFCPayback) reported@sucooke @TalkTalk Good luck! I just off the phone to them speeds have been fine all day get to 5pm again drop really low and the guy kept saying its my WiFi even though I have devices plugged in and getting slow speeds I'm so angry support is shocking!!
