    @TalkTalk Absolutely disgusted by your service to an elderly lady who is dependent on her lifeline , which out of action due to her having no service from you for well over a week . Despite repeated calls from her daughter to yourselves, and a useless visit from an engineer 1/2

    Update: @TalkTalk they have set an phone appointment for 12th to call me about my complaint. I called to discuss today as I'd rather just get it dealt with today. And was told I can't get transfered to discuss the complaint. I have to wait...

    @Plusnet With you for my mobile phone, but currently with TalkTalk for landline, internet and basic TV package. If I switch to you for landline and internet, will you cancel the TV with TalkTalk for me or will I have to do it myself?

    I feel like a broken record but my @TalkTalk Internet and phone line are both down again. Sixth time in two months... And no, a new router does not fix it.
