Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

After 3hrs on the phone to TalkTalk you get nowhere. Dont use TalkTalk absolute awful company to deal with.

And today it turns out TalkTalk made errors and we have been βchattingβto SEVERAL βdepartmentsβ for four hours still not sorted. This is criminal! Moving asap to a UK based one.
