@TalkTalk Absolutely disgusted by your service to an elderly lady who is dependent on her lifeline , which out of action due to her having no service from you for well over a week . Despite repeated calls from her daughter to yourselves, and a useless visit from an engineer 1/2

@TalkTalk I'm having issues with my internet connection, I've had a 2.5-hour telephone chat, 3-hour bright spark engineer hame visit and an 8-hour Openreach engineer home visit and I still keep losing my connection, the last Openreach guy said I need a specialist G10 engineer.

@TalkTalk It has now escalated to a case manager because nothing has been done via online agents so I had to phone to actually get any sense or help. Your online advisors really need more training on technical issues & not just repeatedly tell people to reset/hard reset/power down

Hey all so there might not be a stream tonight as @talktalk internet has **** it self and saying I’m disconnected yet again becoming very pissed off with there service now but I digress will keep you all updated but don’t hold@hopes up for stream
