@TalkTalk Absolutely disgusted by your service to an elderly lady who is dependent on her lifeline , which out of action due to her having no service from you for well over a week . Despite repeated calls from her daughter to yourselves, and a useless visit from an engineer 1/2

I'm glad I left @TalkTalk their chasing me down for £16, emails, calls etc The service they have provided me over the year's, their lucking I'm paying my last bills, then they said they will charge me £50 if i don't send the router back, good luck with that #CostOfLivingCrisis

@TalkTalk I am a new customer and my install should of gone live yesterday. It went live today but Open Reach are experiencing problems and I have to wait 5 days for it to be rectified. WFH with no internet. Not a good 1st impression. I will not DM you, so answer my tweet here.

hello @TalkTalk, one of your engineers has fixed a fault but the fault (internet dropping 4+ times a day, normally when I'm on meetings) persists and I can't navigate a way to escalate the fault to a human. Can you help please?

I applied for @TalkTalk broadband since around December 5, 2022. @TalkTalkGroup has scheduled engineer to set up the broadband THREE different times and they have FAILED to keep to the appointments till now. This is absolutely a service failure. disgusting! #TalkTalk
