Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

After months of correspondence and last couple of weeks contact by twitter feed, last week they escalated my case to their escalation team. Unsurprisingly no communication/resolution as yet! Been trying to get this sorted since 18h00, first the phones kept me on hold until their 'hometime cut off' at 19h00, now zero help via their own alternative options. Time to switch providers 😑

Thommo (@19saint80) reported@TalkTalk you have disconnected my 74 year old mothers broadband and phone, leaving a vulnerable woman alone, saying she has moved but she never did. You customer service is shocking, every time you get through they hang up. No one wants to help. My mother is 74 & vulnerable.
