@TalkTalk are really living up to their shit customer service. After months of correspondence and last couple of weeks contact by twitter feed, last week they escalated my case to their escalation team. Unsurprisingly no communication/resolution as yet! Help please @Telegraph !

.@TalkTalk bio "we're here to help" Even Johnson didn't tell lies that huge. I've never known such an unhelpful, obstructive company that deliberately goes out of their way not to help their customers when their service fails, blame the customer, and then charge them for it.

@TalkTalk Hello I have been without Internet since last Friday. I was told this was because my router (following an upgrade u performed) was no longer compatible. I was told a new router was being sent, this was promised in 3 days however TT cannot confirm if its been sent. Please help.
