    @TalkTalk Absolutely disgusted by your service to an elderly lady who is dependent on her lifeline , which out of action due to her having no service from you for well over a week . Despite repeated calls from her daughter to yourselves, and a useless visit from an engineer 1/2

    @TalkTalk are really living up to their shit customer service. After months of correspondence and last couple of weeks contact by twitter feed, last week they escalated my case to their escalation team. Unsurprisingly no communication/resolution as yet! Help please @Telegraph !

    @TalkTalk Tel 01843 650944 1011736301 customer number. Now no landline. No internet Just got home from sister in laws . Feel unhappy leaving her with just a mobile but I have to come home . Back there tomorrow

    @TalkTalk How can you move home and TalkTalk dont shutdown the phoneline, so the new occupier then can use the phone and start running up bills that you have to pay. After 3hrs on the phone to TalkTalk you get nowhere. Dont use TalkTalk absolute awful company to deal with.

    @TalkTalk Sorry. Have been at my sister in laws. Apart from no landline now no internet !! Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

    OK @TalkTalk - your Twitter profile says you're "here to help every day"?? No you're not! I left you for @vodafone on 11/1/21. They notified you on 11/12/20 & you're STILL BILLING ME EVERY MONTH! A Phillipines call centre worker always says I'll get no more bills - I do! Sort it!

    @TalkTalk No thanks. Up to 13 hours on the phone over three days to simply cancel an order you never showed up to fulfil was plenty. Never again. Worst company ever

    @domineeektwitch I have put into modem mode and use own router like for gaming can trun off WiFi from Virgin Media Can use own equipment That what do with my internet With TalkTalk never get frames

    Hi @TalkTalk I cancelled my broadband after you were totally unable to move my service to a new address. This was confirmed but because of several other issues I made a formal complaint some weeks ago. I’ve not heard anything back yet & just been billed. Can you explain?

    @shonaaacameron @TalkTalk There service is atrocious. I've tried setting up an account with @TalkTalk twice and they could never find my account online, never sent a router. I ignored it, went with a different provider and after three weeks an engineer rocks up to setup my connection. Madness!

    bit of advice. NEVER sign up for any services from @TalkTalk !! Worst company ever! 3 days and talking to 26 different advisors just to cancel an order because the engineer never showed up. Transfer you back and forward or hang up when they can’t sort it. Useless & Embarrassing
