@TalkTalk are really living up to their shit customer service. After months of correspondence and last couple of weeks contact by twitter feed, last week they escalated my case to their escalation team. Unsurprisingly no communication/resolution as yet! Help please @Telegraph !

@TalkTalk Sorry. Have been at my sister in laws. Apart from no landline now no internet !! Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

@TalkTalk Tel 01843 650944 1011736301 customer number. Now no landline. No internet Just got home from sister in laws . Feel unhappy leaving her with just a mobile but I have to come home . Back there tomorrow

@TalkTalk Absolutely disgusted by your service to an elderly lady who is dependent on her lifeline , which out of action due to her having no service from you for well over a week . Despite repeated calls from her daughter to yourselves, and a useless visit from an engineer 1/2

The best bit about being with @TalkTalk is that the connection is so intermittent that by the time you get through to anyone at a Customer Services, who blame your set up (even though an engineer has been out twice) it starts working again.

@srtcd424 @pylonfan No doubt you've already done the search for "how to replace Sky's **** router" and got the same answers I did, i.e. it's doable but it's a PITA. My neighbour's TalkTalk router is drowning it out through a double-skinned brick wall, FFS. Modem-only mode would help a lot. :|

@TalkTalk I sent a change of name form back to talktalk which was sign and tracked 17th September to be told it would be done by the 29th September then was told it would be done by the 13th October still not done I have spoken to 8 different agent and still no help
