Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

After months of correspondence and last couple of weeks contact by twitter feed, last week they escalated my case to their escalation team. Unsurprisingly no communication/resolution as yet! Help please @Telegraph !

Nobody is trained to deal with issues like mine, so they throw me from department to department. Managers have called me, all unable to solve the issue. It's always someone else's problem.

The moment something fails, they will NOT help you. They cannot help you. They are a bad company with dreadful customer support.
