    @TalkTalk are really living up to their shit customer service. After months of correspondence and last couple of weeks contact by twitter feed, last week they escalated my case to their escalation team. Unsurprisingly no communication/resolution as yet! Help please @Telegraph !

    @TalkTalk If your just going to spout corporate bolloc... Ahem, rubbish about what, by all the data I've seen, a massive outage of broadband services. Personally I was without broadband for hours after midnight last night!

    @TalkTalk Absolutely disgusted by your service to an elderly lady who is dependent on her lifeline , which out of action due to her having no service from you for well over a week . Despite repeated calls from her daughter to yourselves, and a useless visit from an engineer 1/2

    Another morning of working from home with @talktalk broadband. Several hours wasted with their terminally inept customer service - their suggestion was a new modem (the old one was a few months old) - lost network eight times in the last 90 min

    @TalkTalk This lot makes you laugh, they urge you to use live chat as “it’s quicker” but cut the conversation as they don’t want to sort the problem. Then this guy suggests I make a voice call - which I did, waiting for over THREE HOURS without any response!! @ofcom

    @TalkTalk I have now called 6 times to talktalk raised 1 complaint and my account has not been cancelled and been told I would be contacted within 5 working days! This was 8 days ago! The customer service is **** and I have cancelled my direct debit! Contact me urgently

    @TalkTalk my service was cut off this morn. Paid the bill 6hrs ago & its still not back on. The phone line is working but wifi still saying i need to pay the bill. Tried signing in to my account online but cant due to technical probs. Tried to run a test, says i need to sign in

    Internet is even worse since switching to EE. A big part of the reason we switched was because of how bad it was with TalkTalk but now I can't get Internet upstairs even with the bedroom and living room doors open. Was expecting a big improvement so disappointed 😔 @EE
