Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

After months of correspondence and last couple of weeks contact by twitter feed, last week they escalated my case to their escalation team. Unsurprisingly no communication/resolution as yet! I want it sorted today or compensation for my wife not being able to WFH properly. I think I've been patient enough the last 2 years!

It's an extremely complex process full of friction. Won't be returning as a customer. Kudos to @VodafoneUK who I was with before - customer service was always amazing.

Told by Customer services that we could cancel, but when we tried to cancel, then told we have to have another monht, Passed round 4 people all trying to get us to stay with them, none listening to what we say, just following script.

Kris Grainger (@CappuccinoKris) reported@TalkTalk Absolute shambles. Lost an hour of work today calling you. Told me there's a fault on the line but refusing to send an engineer without charging and getting me to shut down things here when a fault was detected with everything unplugged. No sense.
