@TalkTalk Sorry. Have been at my sister in laws. Apart from no landline now no internet !! Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

@TalkTalk If your just going to spout corporate bolloc... Ahem, rubbish about what, by all the data I've seen, a massive outage of broadband services. Personally I was without broadband for hours after midnight last night!

@TalkTalk are really living up to their shit customer service. After months of correspondence and last couple of weeks contact by twitter feed, last week they escalated my case to their escalation team. Unsurprisingly no communication/resolution as yet! Help please @Telegraph !

@TalkTalk Absolutely disgusted by your service to an elderly lady who is dependent on her lifeline , which out of action due to her having no service from you for well over a week . Despite repeated calls from her daughter to yourselves, and a useless visit from an engineer 1/2

@TalkTalk My internet tells me I'm connected to the network but says there is no internet access. Have tried your status check online which said track fault. Which was followed by a text to say line seemed fine but I still have no internet access

@hashimotosandme @YardleyShooting @TalkTalk Are these phone lines you pay for? Noticed many 0345 lines, supposedly help lines, but charge you loads. LBC the same now, keep you hanging on to have a say, but they're charging you.

@TalkTalk Talk talk is down, even go look on the outage map! I'm not even trying to get on to Facebook or anything, my WiFi on my screen even states no Internet connection and has an exclamation mark next to it!
