@TalkTalk Sorry. Have been at my sister in laws. Apart from no landline now no internet !! Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

@TalkTalk are really living up to their shit customer service. After months of correspondence and last couple of weeks contact by twitter feed, last week they escalated my case to their escalation team. Unsurprisingly no communication/resolution as yet! Help please @Telegraph !

@TalkTalk Absolutely disgusted by your service to an elderly lady who is dependent on her lifeline , which out of action due to her having no service from you for well over a week . Despite repeated calls from her daughter to yourselves, and a useless visit from an engineer 1/2

@TalkTalk If your just going to spout corporate bolloc... Ahem, rubbish about what, by all the data I've seen, a massive outage of broadband services. Personally I was without broadband for hours after midnight last night!

Without house internet now since Sunday, and who knows when it will be restored, @TalkTalk seem unable to say much other than an “appointment” for an engineer “within 2-3 days”, which they said, er, 2-3 days ago. Has been terrible service from the start.

@ohitsleils @TalkTalk Good luck with that. They don't have a manager you can speak to, I demanded one and the imbecile said there is no point speaking to a manager they will tell you the same thing. This went on for well over an hour and still no bloody manager. I was so angry! The worst service ever!
