    @TalkTalk Sorry. Have been at my sister in laws. Apart from no landline now no internet !! Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

    @TalkTalk Absolutely disgusted by your service to an elderly lady who is dependent on her lifeline , which out of action due to her having no service from you for well over a week . Despite repeated calls from her daughter to yourselves, and a useless visit from an engineer 1/2

    @TalkTalk If your just going to spout corporate bolloc... Ahem, rubbish about what, by all the data I've seen, a massive outage of broadband services. Personally I was without broadband for hours after midnight last night!

    @TalkTalk are really living up to their shit customer service. After months of correspondence and last couple of weeks contact by twitter feed, last week they escalated my case to their escalation team. Unsurprisingly no communication/resolution as yet! Help please @Telegraph !

    @TalkTalk Still unresolved, seems silly to leave to use same Openreach fibre via a different provider but unwillingness to answer a simple question and resolve an issue via DM is indicative of a deeper organisational malaise.

    Gone from 450mb to 67mb @TalkTalk done all my troubleshooting and still nothing, I thought FTTP should not slow down!

    @sucooke @TalkTalk Good luck! I just off the phone to them speeds have been fine all day get to 5pm again drop really low and the guy kept saying its my WiFi even though I have devices plugged in and getting slow speeds I'm so angry support is shocking!!

    Haven't even bothered with the PlayStation today sick of @TalkTalk dropping out the green box is too far away from my place to gain connection. I can't believe I almost worked for them selling their shocking service πŸ™„

    @TalkTalk Not surprised there are issues. Can even provide me with a decent broadband connection or customer service. Really disappointed in talktalk. I will never use again

    Anyone else think @TalkTalk internet is completely subpar, also cutting my internet in the middle of the day having to wait for it to come online up to 24 hours while working at home. Just let me cancel early and get a good ISP.
