    @TalkTalk are really living up to their shit customer service. After months of correspondence and last couple of weeks contact by twitter feed, last week they escalated my case to their escalation team. Unsurprisingly no communication/resolution as yet! Help please @Telegraph !

    @TalkTalk Absolutely disgusted by your service to an elderly lady who is dependent on her lifeline , which out of action due to her having no service from you for well over a week . Despite repeated calls from her daughter to yourselves, and a useless visit from an engineer 1/2

    @TalkTalk Sorry. Have been at my sister in laws. Apart from no landline now no internet !! Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

    @Jackiewhome1 @TalkTalk Good luck, I've spent since last June trying to sort an issue with TT. But everytime I message them on Twitter, I get a new support person and they've no knowledge of the issue, so I start all over again. They are the worst company I've ever come across in my life

    @TalkTalk Has been down all weekend in Downham Market. I seriously hope you don't expect to be collecting a full month's payment. But let me guess, it won't be your fault and you'll lose a loophole so that customers foot the bill. In an age where so many people work from home this is poor!

    @Shell I've had no Internet since midday 21st Jan. You aren't providing updates let alone saying there is a problem. I'm finding out via @TalkTalk who are keeping their customers up to date. Very bad customer service!

    @TalkTalk No. I hate when you do this as it's a waste of time. You will get me to give you all my details over and over then say there is a problem and you will fix it. You know there are mass outages and have been for days. Just fix them or go away.
