    @TalkTalk Tel 01843 650944 1011736301 customer number. Now no landline. No internet Just got home from sister in laws . Feel unhappy leaving her with just a mobile but I have to come home . Back there tomorrow

    @TalkTalk I requested an upgrade online a couple of weeks ago. Estimated go live has passed with no sign and account says pending - but no orders when you click it. Help please. Working from home so need faster.

    @TalkTalk Absolutely disgusted by your service to an elderly lady who is dependent on her lifeline , which out of action due to her having no service from you for well over a week . Despite repeated calls from her daughter to yourselves, and a useless visit from an engineer 1/2

    @TalkTalk are really living up to their shit customer service. After months of correspondence and last couple of weeks contact by twitter feed, last week they escalated my case to their escalation team. Unsurprisingly no communication/resolution as yet! Help please @Telegraph !

    @TalkTalk Sorry. Have been at my sister in laws. Apart from no landline now no internet !! Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

    @EmmaOrca1971 @virginmedia If you are within 14 days of resign you have right to cancel under cooling off period BT and TalkTalk both have good offers and all on on UniCred BT offer phone and Internet for £15 a month

    @TalkTalk please help ! 9 "chats" 1 failed order, 1 incorrect order, rudeness. No call from any manager all day as " he went home & isn't back until Thursday" Loosing patience, the complaint links i've been sent takes me to the same team !

    @TalkTalk it is stressful dealing with the repercussions of a bereavement, it doesn't help when your attempts to cancel are being dealt with by someone who sounded like he was working from a pre-lockdown pub. Loud cheering in the background just does not sound professional.

    @TalkTalk - I want to make a formal complaint about the renewal of my existing Talk Talk contract. Your Indian based call centre staff have both deliberately misled and lied to me what was actually agreed, and I have a transcript of the conversations to prove it. 😠😡
