    @TalkTalk If your just going to spout corporate bolloc... Ahem, rubbish about what, by all the data I've seen, a massive outage of broadband services. Personally I was without broadband for hours after midnight last night!

    @TalkTalk I am cancelling account as father has moved into care home. People moving in would like to stay with TalkTalk , already your customer. Both parties received text messages saying problem please ring 0345172007. Neither of us can get through. It’s a simple enough task.

    @TalkTalk No Internet for 2 weeks...no update, money taken even though there's no service, no word of my 30+ days of compensation..can't sign in as there is a technical fault as soon as I brought up compensation...I've had this issue for 8 months, didn't sort it no u have a power problem

    @TalkTalk have tried a DM but you’ve stopped responding. What do I have to do to get help? No internet for 3.5 weeks, hours spent trying to speak to someone.

    @TalkTalk I’ve had no internet at my business for 3.5 weeks. An engineer has been out but couldn’t fix it. When I ring for help I either get cut off or am promised a call from a manager which never comes. I really need help here, I’ve lost hours of my time & business is suffering

    @TalkTalk My contract ended in November, called 30 days before the end and made it clear that am not continuing, surprisingly it was rolled over I called again and was promised to that it will be cancelled by 12 December now am being billed . Your customer service are putting me on hold

    @OpenreachHelp Can I ask if that was 10 November? If so that order should never have went through and is the whole reason I'm in this situation. That was a talktalk order that should have been cancelled (if it is 10 November)
