@TalkTalk I requested an upgrade online a couple of weeks ago. Estimated go live has passed with no sign and account says pending - but no orders when you click it. Help please. Working from home so need faster.

@TalkTalk Sorry. Have been at my sister in laws. Apart from no landline now no internet !! Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

Dear @TalkTalk - WHAT a convoluted mess your fast fibre installation is. Three diff companies working to have my line installed. Text msgs, email & then a call from an engineer to my landline, that I never use??? WTF is hoing on. Angry customer
