@TalkTalk Sorry. Have been at my sister in laws. Apart from no landline now no internet !! Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

@TalkTalk If your just going to spout corporate bolloc... Ahem, rubbish about what, by all the data I've seen, a massive outage of broadband services. Personally I was without broadband for hours after midnight last night!

@TalkTalk Unfortunately I got cut off plus had to go out shortly afterwards. When returned several hours later, in the evening, the comms side seem to have ‘come right’ (though my software issues are my problem still).

@TalkTalk what on earth has happened to your service? It’s impossible to resolve anything with bots, and you send people round in a disingenuous loop with your advice to contact talk talk help. This is limited hours and confined to not/chat agents on scripts. Hopeless.

@IrelandDouglas @TalkTalk I’m sorry you’re suffering but it helps to know I’m not alone. After a 3 hour phone call yesterday and an 18 hour Titter conversation, not one TalkTalk person (despite being lovely) seems able to help or escalate my (very basic) issue. Maybe a letter to the Chairman would help?

Why am I paying full price to talktalk for a second rate service, I have no working wi-fi, they have after 1 week repaired faulty email, with no bill reduction for this issue. Still no wi-fi for 4 weeks, still no compensation for a poor service

@TalkTalk I just got cut off from one of your agents, whilst trying to cancel my broadband. I was on hold for 20 minutes and hung up on, please can someone call me back urgently to finalise the cancellation.

@TalkTalk This is not the case. Call back at 9am it says after hours of not resolving stuff with your online agents. Appalling service… what on earth had happened to you talk talk? You’ve gone mad.
