    @TalkTalk I requested an upgrade online a couple of weeks ago. Estimated go live has passed with no sign and account says pending - but no orders when you click it. Help please. Working from home so need faster.

    @TalkTalk Tel 01843 650944 1011736301 customer number. Now no landline. No internet Just got home from sister in laws . Feel unhappy leaving her with just a mobile but I have to come home . Back there tomorrow

    @TalkTalk If your just going to spout corporate bolloc... Ahem, rubbish about what, by all the data I've seen, a massive outage of broadband services. Personally I was without broadband for hours after midnight last night!

    @TalkTalk Sorry. Have been at my sister in laws. Apart from no landline now no internet !! Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

    @TalkTalk customer service is really terrible. Waiting on hold to be told I'd be put on another hold. Can't believe how crap they are. So glad I'm leaving this terrible company

    @Noodle2010 @TalkTalk There are no customer services. I have emailed the CEO also put up a review on Trustpilot. The chat line is null and void. Frustration does not come into it!! Good luck.

    @missjuliegrace1 @TalkTalk The lack of customer service /support is almost unbelievable. I took out a new contract with TT which began on 22nd Feb. Ive had no internet or L/L since. Many live chats, a couple of phone calls and DM's later, I'm no further forward. I cannot even seem to be able to cancel

    @TalkTalk My Mother has had her internet and phone down for two weeks! It's intolerable, you're unreachable via your website and your call centre staff are unhelpful and useless! What is she supposed to do?!!!

    @TalkTalk UPDATE!!! I have just received a DM that states 'we are pushing for an update'! Absolute disgrace. I had a generic response from my Resolver case requesting that I go to their chatline!! Which as we all know, is not in service and hasn't been for days. No excuses for terrible CS.

    @talktalk Attrocious service. Couldnt do installation on friday as were only allocated one hour, ended up with 4 hours holding/getting fobbed off, were supposed to be getting call back over weekend to reschedule Now onto Talktalk for another hour and a half, still caller 25😡🤬

    @TalkTalk We’ve had problems with the internet. Randomly the wifi just goes. And doesn’t come back. I thought it was a one time thing. But then it continued. Its happened twice in one day Also since you have to work from home, its been hard to get into meeting when this happens.
