Sorry for the late spoilers tonight. I've got Internet connection problems and no idea how to fix it. The WiFi connects for a little bit then 5 or so minutes, the connection is lost. Couldn't do very much today whatsoever. It keeps going off and on all the time. @TalkTalk

@TalkTalk Nope that isn’t helpful in anyway, if anything that’s the problem. Whenever I contact you I get the same exact response blaming it on me even though nothing has changed.

  • HarneyRowan Lisa Rowan- Harney (@HarneyRowan) reported

@TalkTalk just realised you never returned my call when I tried to cancel in December 19 and your systems 'were down'. Being overcharged for additional 9 months. Not interested in waiting 48 hrs for manager call back so will cancel my account and make official complaint ombusman

  • Rad_DMC AW Designs (@Rad_DMC) reported

@TalkTalk “Helping you stay connected” lies, “here you help you until 10pm lies. All you guys do is lie, just provide a good connection at least somewhat mirroring how much people pay. So many issues with you I’ve lost count, could be so much better…

  • NaserK_84 Naser K 2 (@NaserK_84) reported

@TalkTalk I don't need long range connection it's a small house. The downside of not being able to choose the band outweighs the benefits. We work from home and laptops in 2.4 GHz is causing a lot of trouble with video calls. Is there a way to choose which band to connect to?
