Want the line stopped or barred....Their reply We cant terminate line until 24th July". @TalkTalk is the worst company I've ever dealt with

Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

After 3hrs on the phone to TalkTalk you get nowhere. Dont use TalkTalk absolute awful company to deal with.

Magliory (@Magliory) reported@talktalk so, if one has to call everyday bcs the internet falls down constantly, and one needs to cancel the contract bcs the service doesn't work as it should, then TalkTalk anyways charges the customer a cancelation fee? Is that fair?
