@TalkTalk My 88 Yr old neighbour has been struggling to get talktalk support for 2 weeks for her non working landline. I spent 3 hours on chat & phone with your tech support l, no help. Either I am put on endless hold till call ends or I get repeated message on chat asking me to send a DM!

What on earth is going on with @TalkTalk ,new property new full fibre…9 days later still not working,can’t hold a conversation without getting cut off ,can’t use my account,not even an answer on twitter DM …no response from a official complaint either,HELP!!!!

@TalkTalk Lol! My knowledge of Twitter is pretty small. I don't know how to DM from it. I put something on Twitter because I couldn't find any other way to get through to you. I can send you my email address if you want - the problem seems to have rectified itself. I got none bounce today.

I have the worst luck with broadband. Upgraded to @bt_uk from TalkTalk because they were offering a good deal at a higher speed but now full fibre is in the area, I'm paying more for an inconsistent 77mbps when some providers are offering up to 900mps for around £5-£9 less.
