    @TalkTalk Sorry. Have been at my sister in laws. Apart from no landline now no internet !! Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

    @TalkTalk If your just going to spout corporate bolloc... Ahem, rubbish about what, by all the data I've seen, a massive outage of broadband services. Personally I was without broadband for hours after midnight last night!

    @TalkTalk How can you move home and TalkTalk dont shutdown the phoneline, so the new occupier then can use the phone and start running up bills that you have to pay. After 3hrs on the phone to TalkTalk you get nowhere. Dont use TalkTalk absolute awful company to deal with.

    Another call to @TalkTalk getting nowhere I've informed them ,we moved home on 25th June and new occupier is using my phoneline. Want the line stopped or barred....Their reply We cant terminate line until 24th July". @TalkTalk is the worst company I've ever dealt with

    @TalkTalk I requested an upgrade online a couple of weeks ago. Estimated go live has passed with no sign and account says pending - but no orders when you click it. Help please. Working from home so need faster.

    @TalkTalk customer service is really terrible. Waiting on hold to be told I'd be put on another hold. Can't believe how crap they are. So glad I'm leaving this terrible company

    Talktalk has failed woefully in its technical support. Despite reporting a fault since 14th June and almost daily phone calls, texts and emails, talktalk has not bothered. Absolutely disgraceful!

    @TalkTalk. 1/2 Over 1 week without Internet. Very poor customer service (sometimes rude).It has taken two Engineers to come to the house for you to accept (and finally diagnose) the issue. It is accepted that the fault is on ur side. Currently working from home to protect family.

    @eerosupport folks.... On UK talktalk fibre. Trying to add an eero to an existing network. Failing to find Internet. Everything else on wireless network working. 3 resets of network and I'm ready to hand in my IT engineer cards. Are they this mental or what am I missing?

    What TalkTalk don’t seem to understand is not only have they prevented me from doing things I need in the last 24hours they’ll have ruined my birthday tomorrow waiting in for an engineer half a day. They won’t find an issue. I’m devastated!

    1/ Just spent the last 4 hours trying to solve a billing problem with @TalkTalk. Called their Indian call centre twice and spent an hour on their live chat. Same result: feeling of being scammed and pure frustration.

    @TalkTalk No point Andy, blaming open reach for the outside issue and not listening to me for 4 hours just pass from pillar to post. Now been told that the issue won't be resolved till the 30th, unacceptable to be told the modem power light can be turned on from the exchange is a joke.

    5/ @TalkTalk After the script was sent, the live chat gets disconnected and I get kicked out from it. I feel like I just got scammed, helpless and under the threat of some Final Bill reminder. 4 hours wasted, for a £37.50 bill and still no solution.
