Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

Teddy Jordan (@TeddyJor) reported@virginmedia No the information wasn’t correct as i was given the wrong dates of calls etc. I will leave it here until I hear back within 28 days. #talktalk know how to treat customers - I would recommend anyone using them over Virgin.
