    @TalkTalk Sorry. Have been at my sister in laws. Apart from no landline now no internet !! Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

    @TalkTalk If your just going to spout corporate bolloc... Ahem, rubbish about what, by all the data I've seen, a massive outage of broadband services. Personally I was without broadband for hours after midnight last night!

    @TalkTalk no internet, I've taken apart master socket, plugged in spare grey box thingy into test socket, powered off router, powered on router, factory reset, made a cup of tea, done an internet dance and sworn loudly. How about you guys actually provide some customer service?

    @TalkTalk I am appalled at the customer service I have received this evening and through the past 2 months. Please be aware they have 0 aftercare and try to get out of processing the correct amount of compensation. I have been lied to and almost deceived by your advisors.

    @TalkTalk hi there, we seem to have lost internet connection at W13 in London. Tried restarting the router and reconnecting the internet cable with no luck, orange keeps either flashing or remains steady. Please help

    @TalkTalk your customer service and online chat is laughable. Almost 6 months since contract began still no TV and now engineer has visited and you promised a refund...now renaging on that! Shocking service
