    @TalkTalk If your just going to spout corporate bolloc... Ahem, rubbish about what, by all the data I've seen, a massive outage of broadband services. Personally I was without broadband for hours after midnight last night!

    @TalkTalk your telephone customer service is appalling. Internet off yesterday, told an engineer coming this afternoon. As I believed it is an outage, I asked what to do if it came on, told to call in the morning to cancel appt. Internet came on, rang, told being charged £30 wtf

    @TalkTalk The service has been down since around mid-day yesterday. We pay a substancial amount per month and have been coated off by your customer service team, I work from home so having no phone or broadband is more than an inconveneince as I will not be paid.

    When your other half is trying to do interviews for NHS and you still have no WiFi been awful for years I’ve tried drumming it into them the problem is from telegraph pole to green box as they have replaced everything BUT!! @TalkTalk need this sorted and you ow us.

    @TalkTalk ive sent messages yesterday and one reply after 3 hours and then nothing - i have very slow download speeds and now no phone line. can someone please look into this?

    @TalkTalk Good Morning Please can you give me an update on my service with the fault on my line. The fault has been raised with you since the 15th February and is not resolved. Your contact centre offers appalling customer service. I’m pleased you are offering to help.
