    @TalkTalk I requested an upgrade online a couple of weeks ago. Estimated go live has passed with no sign and account says pending - but no orders when you click it. Help please. Working from home so need faster.

    @TalkTalk Sorry. Have been at my sister in laws. Apart from no landline now no internet !! Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

    @TalkTalk How can you move home and TalkTalk dont shutdown the phoneline, so the new occupier then can use the phone and start running up bills that you have to pay. After 3hrs on the phone to TalkTalk you get nowhere. Dont use TalkTalk absolute awful company to deal with.

    Another call to @TalkTalk getting nowhere I've informed them ,we moved home on 25th June and new occupier is using my phoneline. Want the line stopped or barred....Their reply We cant terminate line until 24th July". @TalkTalk is the worst company I've ever dealt with

    @TalkTalk Tel 01843 650944 1011736301 customer number. Now no landline. No internet Just got home from sister in laws . Feel unhappy leaving her with just a mobile but I have to come home . Back there tomorrow

    @TalkTalk If your just going to spout corporate bolloc... Ahem, rubbish about what, by all the data I've seen, a massive outage of broadband services. Personally I was without broadband for hours after midnight last night!

    @TalkTalk what ******** is wrong with ur wifi. Its got to the point where I cant play any games without the wifi symbol showing on my screen. And got worse through out the years of owning it. Best for your area my arse.

    @ukheather Yeah sky should be following with others like BT, Zen, TalkTalk to offer Broadband only, especially as the UK phone line service is being switched to VoIP Internet based network. Not sure when sky will start offering broadband only though

    @KerrAvonB7 @No_Bikers @TalkTalk I binned TalkTalk back in 2013....I went with a new provider and they called me 10-15 times a day and sent me tons of nonsense threatening letters about penalty charges for leaving contract..I had a rolling contract as I never renewed after initial tie in. A disgraceful company.

    @Tessadunlop @TalkTalk They are the most awful company. I had a similar experience a few years ago. Think I spent about 8 hours on the phone trying to cancel my contract. And I cried a lot. I now use them as a case study on bad customer experience to all my students every year.
