    @TalkTalk How can you move home and TalkTalk dont shutdown the phoneline, so the new occupier then can use the phone and start running up bills that you have to pay. After 3hrs on the phone to TalkTalk you get nowhere. Dont use TalkTalk absolute awful company to deal with.

    @TalkTalk Sorry. Have been at my sister in laws. Apart from no landline now no internet !! Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

    @TalkTalk I requested an upgrade online a couple of weeks ago. Estimated go live has passed with no sign and account says pending - but no orders when you click it. Help please. Working from home so need faster.

    @TalkTalk If your just going to spout corporate bolloc... Ahem, rubbish about what, by all the data I've seen, a massive outage of broadband services. Personally I was without broadband for hours after midnight last night!

    Another call to @TalkTalk getting nowhere I've informed them ,we moved home on 25th June and new occupier is using my phoneline. Want the line stopped or barred....Their reply We cant terminate line until 24th July". @TalkTalk is the worst company I've ever dealt with

    @TalkTalk Tel 01843 650944 1011736301 customer number. Now no landline. No internet Just got home from sister in laws . Feel unhappy leaving her with just a mobile but I have to come home . Back there tomorrow

    @clarizza77 @TalkTalk @OpenreachHelp That's basically what I've done. I've tracked down emails of TalkTalk and Openreach CEOs. So far the Openreach CEO has responded and the Customer Service Director has promised urgent action - however TalkTalk sticking to their claim that it'll be 48 more hours just to look at it.

    @OpenreachHelp Hi. We've had no Internet for 10 days. Talktalk not being helpful. A green box near our house was damaged by a car. This has been fixed but clearly still underlying problems with equipment or cables? Can you tell us what is going on? Box number 39, postcode OX28

    Apologies for @WeAreOpenreach & @TalkTalk whining. LinkedIn tagging execs worked with TalkTalk Head of Digital Experience responding and tracking down Openreach CEO's email also worked well - he responded & forwarded to Director, Customer Service who has promised it'll get sorted
