@TalkTalk I requested an upgrade online a couple of weeks ago. Estimated go live has passed with no sign and account says pending - but no orders when you click it. Help please. Working from home so need faster.

@TalkTalk Tel 01843 650944 1011736301 customer number. Now no landline. No internet Just got home from sister in laws . Feel unhappy leaving her with just a mobile but I have to come home . Back there tomorrow

@TalkTalk Sorry. Have been at my sister in laws. Apart from no landline now no internet !! Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

@TalkTalk Shame on you. Leaving an elderly lady without tv or phone , her lifeline when she is already lonely and on her own over Christmas! Have PM and phoned you but still no joy! Two engineers no show!! Terrible service . Go elsewhere people! Don't use!!

@TalkTalk @BarrettDriving 2/2 I will write to you separately with regards to loss of service credits and a goodwill gesture to cover the poor customer service, inability to log my fault to openreach and see that it was an outage all along (as I told you).
