@TalkTalk If your just going to spout corporate bolloc... Ahem, rubbish about what, by all the data I've seen, a massive outage of broadband services. Personally I was without broadband for hours after midnight last night!

@TalkTalk continue to be abysmal at customer service. They make an error and expect their customers to sort it out themselves. Even DM to Angel leads to “It’s not my department - call this number” Senior management need to know that customers are angry. ( especially this one )

@isispaul @TalkTalk That sounds like the experience of one of my clients... @TalkTalk couldn't be bothered to read or find out what the substance of the client's experience was. It doesn't help but at least you're not alone! Keep a log of calls/interactions - it might make a difference eventually...

@diygolf @TalkTalk Why don't you ask them to send packaging out for you to post it back John? I did that with Sky although they could not definitely say they received it, they never charged me and they were going to.
