Want the line stopped or barred....Their reply We cant terminate line until 24th July". @TalkTalk is the worst company I've ever dealt with

Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

After 3hrs on the phone to TalkTalk you get nowhere. Dont use TalkTalk absolute awful company to deal with.

Natalia (@TallyWalshy) reported@alex_weel @TalkTalk I went 2 weeks over Christmas with no wifi and no 4g - nothing. I was never reimbursed by @talktalk for this. I was told my current issue would be fixed by an engineer today.. Apparently are relaying all fibre in the area and didnโt think to notify anyone about it. Shocking

Langho Rovers (@langhorovers) reported@VodafoneUK phenomenal broadband experience, WiFi cutting out every day. Had talktalk previously never had this issue. Vodafone broadband is the absolute worst. Avoid. Constant chats to "fix" issues. Promised call backs - repeated failure after failure. OFCOM complaint incoming.
