  ...and I'm back on live chat with TalkTalk again. A month on and still no fix. Getting to the point where I can cancel without termination fees, but the question then is, what do I do? What if it's just the line to the house that's knackered?

  @TalkTalk Your internet service has been atrocious today! It's taken all day to upload a 1GB file, and i'm currently getting 800kb/s on a 25MB line!
