@TalkTalk Absolutely disgusted by your service to an elderly lady who is dependent on her lifeline , which out of action due to her having no service from you for well over a week . Despite repeated calls from her daughter to yourselves, and a useless visit from an engineer 1/2

@TalkTalk when will London normal home WiFi/ internet service resume? We’ve had .5mb at router since 8am 24 April. We are paying for 35mb at router. Also why does this keep happening in N London & Barnet. Lots of friends with same issue so not home setup as u suggest. @Ofcom

@TalkTalk Still no internet despite our connection ‘going live’ a week ago. Paying for a service we’re not getting. Live help chat useless and an hour wait to talk to customer service...supposed to be working from home so desperately need wifi. Absolute joke #unhappynewcustomer
