@TalkTalk have the worst customer service team I've ever dealt with.....they increase my bill by 36 pound a year without notification and think I have to accept it....absolutely shocking I've never had a good experience with these in 3 years I am out me once my contract ends

@bt_uk BT charges twice as much for broadband as others and it's no better. Move to talktalk and never look back. I didn't.

@AliceLacey14 @TalkTalk It's appalling. Now we're being told it's our package that's outdated and we need to upgrade to a different service! Strange how it suddenly went obsolete this week!
