Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

After months of correspondence and last couple of weeks contact by twitter feed, last week they escalated my case to their escalation team. Unsurprisingly no communication/resolution as yet! brinybennett (@brinybennett) reported@Heatherinmycap @TalkTalk We had it confirmed that it was an issue on their end over the web chat and then someone came out today and said we need a new router. This should be arriving either Monday or Tuesday. My feeling is these upgrades have obviously caused an issue with some hardware.
