    @TalkTalk Absolutely disgusted by your service to an elderly lady who is dependent on her lifeline , which out of action due to her having no service from you for well over a week . Despite repeated calls from her daughter to yourselves, and a useless visit from an engineer 1/2

    @TalkTalk I'm paying for a 40 meg service,but I only get 25 meg. You are not helpful at all in fixing my service. My contract ends 14 Feb 2021, u say my service is being renamed and offering another 2 years. The speed of same service being offered "67 meg!" Yes is a joke right!

    @TalkTalk I'm sick of unhelpful DM communication. This is day 3 of practically zero upload capacity. Day 1 a fault was diagnosed. Day 2 and now 3 I'm be harangued for an image of my laptop screen. Fix my fault!
