@TalkTalk Sorry. Have been at my sister in laws. Apart from no landline now no internet !! Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

@TalkTalk Absolutely disgusted by your service to an elderly lady who is dependent on her lifeline , which out of action due to her having no service from you for well over a week . Despite repeated calls from her daughter to yourselves, and a useless visit from an engineer 1/2

@TalkTalk are really living up to their shit customer service. After months of correspondence and last couple of weeks contact by twitter feed, last week they escalated my case to their escalation team. Unsurprisingly no communication/resolution as yet! Help please @Telegraph !

@TalkTalk My email provider/web host has said that our IP address is blacklisted on Spamhaus & that I need to contact you to get the IP add changed, but your website is a well-designed fortress, crafted to repel enquiries and make contact difficult. Who can help me please?

@TalkTalk Be aware that your service is poor across the board and apologise to everyone, you guys are insanely bad. You're pretty much existing on charitable donations at this point - maybe less time, money and energy on social media damage control and more time improving your service?
