After months of correspondence and last couple of weeks contact by twitter feed, last week they escalated my case to their escalation team. Unsurprisingly no communication/resolution as yet! Complaints team call - surprise surprise, the security details don’t match. Call me cynical but it’s a quick way to resolve!
