    @TalkTalk Absolutely disgusted by your service to an elderly lady who is dependent on her lifeline , which out of action due to her having no service from you for well over a week . Despite repeated calls from her daughter to yourselves, and a useless visit from an engineer 1/2

    @TalkTalk 3 days with intermittent Internet connection. Run all the tests but no fault detected. I want to cancel my contract but im not paying to get out when the fault is clearly yours!!! So angry I could scream!!!!

    So @OpenreachHelp according to @TalkTalk it is your policy to cut off the landline of anyone who dies leaving their bereaved and wheelchair bound 87 year old spouse with no means of communicating with the outside world for 3 weeks. Surely not! Can you help us?

    After they mistakenly cut my Internet line and won't reactivate for 2 weeks... @TalkTalk then cut me off the chat when I try to raise a complaint.. there's customer service!

    @SarahHemm @TalkTalk I hope you resolve this swiftly @TalkTalk. It's not kind or helpful to add to the distress of this grieving family. Common sense and attention to detail could have avoided this. Cutting off the service is 100% not the thing to do and comes across as heartless.

    @TalkTalk disgraceful service from you again. Leaving my elderly Mother in law with no phone and no LIFELINE emergency service because you’ve cut her off by accident! And you won’t reinstall her - what are you doing??

    @TalkTalk @NJStreitberger Dear Thabiso I have sent a DM. I spent yesterday talking to bereavement and new sales team. Despite TalkTalk’s error in disconnecting against my instruction - it seems they cannot reinstate the line with any number - though in place 3 days ago and next door has same service.
