@TalkTalk Absolutely disgusted by your service to an elderly lady who is dependent on her lifeline , which out of action due to her having no service from you for well over a week . Despite repeated calls from her daughter to yourselves, and a useless visit from an engineer 1/2

Talktalk network not working in our area. There appears to be a big problem. In recent days interruptions happened quite frequently. Hope their services restored without further delay.

Finally got my voucher from @TalkTalk. Nearly took a year. Very happy by their customer service and hidden fees I never agreed to. 👎
