    @TalkTalk Absolutely disgusted by your service to an elderly lady who is dependent on her lifeline , which out of action due to her having no service from you for well over a week . Despite repeated calls from her daughter to yourselves, and a useless visit from an engineer 1/2

    @jesseb4me @virginmedia @TalkTalk Nothing is as good as Virgin. All the others use BT cables which we all know is crap unless you live within 10ft from an exchange

    @TalkTalk I suggest you sort your ******* **** out. I had to pay yet another bullshit admin fee, and yet my Internet is a shitshow. Sort it out or lose a costumer. Useless want stains.

    @TalkTalk is there a major widespread internet outage somewhere in the world ? Lots of sites give 500 internal server error. Even auth.TalkTalk says Error Access denied

    So after been told to wait 4 days by @TalkTalk and a promise for contact yesterday. No contact, obviously. And now apparently wait another days. So no service for over 3 weeks. @Ofcom it’s added to complaint

    @billykayscot Don't really have a direct recommendation (I use TalkTalk at the moment and they are ok, bit pricey but not had too much bother, always resolved issues and other companies mistakes well), other than to say i totally agree BT are a hassle and stay well clear!

    @TalkTalk Sub standard Internet, sub standard customer service, non existent technicians, truck load of excuses. If your thinking of joining I would look elsewhere. Doesn't matter how cheap it is, if its sub standard (at best) its no good
