Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

After months of correspondence and last couple of weeks contact by twitter feed, last week they escalated my case to their escalation team. Unsurprisingly no communication/resolution as yet! Made umteen contacts,got some calls with no outcome.Onething they would not or couldn't do was sending an engineer to fix the issue.Still don't know if it was money or company policy

In the last 2 days I’ve spoken to them 8 times and was promised 5 call backs that never happened. Today it got so frustrating it left me in tears. I’ve now cancelled and switched to BT.
