    @TalkTalk are really living up to their shit customer service. After months of correspondence and last couple of weeks contact by twitter feed, last week they escalated my case to their escalation team. Unsurprisingly no communication/resolution as yet! Help please @Telegraph !

    @TalkTalk Sorry. Have been at my sister in laws. Apart from no landline now no internet !! Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

    @TalkTalk Absolutely disgusted by your service to an elderly lady who is dependent on her lifeline , which out of action due to her having no service from you for well over a week . Despite repeated calls from her daughter to yourselves, and a useless visit from an engineer 1/2

    @TalkTalk 2/2 she still has no service. This is causing her and her family great anxiety. She is completely vulnerable . Please respond asap

    @TalkTalk Tel 01843 650944 1011736301 customer number. Now no landline. No internet Just got home from sister in laws . Feel unhappy leaving her with just a mobile but I have to come home . Back there tomorrow

    @TalkTalk Been on the phone 50 minutes, hoping to change the address of our policy. Been passed around at least 6 people, all telling me contradicting information, with no idea how to help me with a simple request. Then phone line went dead. Shocking customer service.

    @TalkTalk @HeavyLightPiano I have been trying this since 8am this morning. We got connected 'just' yesterday. Have a problem & nowhere to turn! Terrible first 24 hours!! Thought Virgin were bad. All the same.

    @TalkTalk Yes and according to your costumer service agent I have spoken to @ 12:23 ( second call I made today) apparently there was some problem that the engineer is not coming anymore but NOBODY informed me until I called second time as it is getting near 1300H.

    @TalkTalk You have the worst service I have ever experienced with any company on the face of the planet earth. I guarantee not even the admin uses talktalk otherwsise they'd be sat there for 20 minutes trying to send a tweet

    @TalkTalk your customer service is actually appalling. None of your staff can communicate to each other and no one can solve my issue. The @OpenreachHelp technicians don’t even turn up. It’s a joke.
