They notified you on 11/12/20 & you're STILL BILLING ME EVERY MONTH! A Phillipines call centre worker always says I'll get no more bills - I do! Sort it!

After months of correspondence and last couple of weeks contact by twitter feed, last week they escalated my case to their escalation team. Unsurprisingly no communication/resolution as yet! TWICE. we were due to start the new service on 2nd September but now won't until 7th October. 2 engineer visits we believed existed were missed. So, according to ofcom, you owe us £226.76.

But still nothing has been resolved. Customer service has been appalling all around from the start. Can you resolve this!
