@TalkTalk Absolutely disgusted by your service to an elderly lady who is dependent on her lifeline , which out of action due to her having no service from you for well over a week . Despite repeated calls from her daughter to yourselves, and a useless visit from an engineer 1/2

@RupertBarnes1 @TalkTalk I managed to set up a new account with TalkTalk but still remains to be seen whether I’ll continue to be billed by SSE. I would encourage @TalkTalk to ensure SSE letters are updated with working phone numbers and the entity situation clarified to all customer service assistants.

@anitachaudhuri You shouldn't have to do this but haggle: I've saved £288 on #broadband haggling with VM on its chatbot/WhatsApp: monthly deal of £48 was set to rise £7. Got it down to £31 by saying I was considering new customer offers elsewhere + sending screenshot of a £30 TalkTalk deal...

@TalkTalk @talktalk - bottom line is - I signed for fixed deal last month with free boost options. Been charged nearly £20 more for services and your customer service team are saying they can’t offer contract agreed! Half a day wasted getting my money back

@TalkTalk please can you explain yourselves? I am a customer I have had no service for over two months. I get slammed by customer service saying we will call you back. I'm sick to the point I'm fed up with you.everyday is we will callback, then no callback. Today you hung up!
