    @TalkTalk are really living up to their shit customer service. After months of correspondence and last couple of weeks contact by twitter feed, last week they escalated my case to their escalation team. Unsurprisingly no communication/resolution as yet! Help please @Telegraph !

    @TalkTalk Absolutely disgusted by your service to an elderly lady who is dependent on her lifeline , which out of action due to her having no service from you for well over a week . Despite repeated calls from her daughter to yourselves, and a useless visit from an engineer 1/2

    @TalkTalk Hi I had cityfibre fitted today orange light on engineer told me if it continues contact you. I have on Web chat for 40 mins then told can't help me to told phone 0800 542 8495. I was transferred automatically by operator been on 50 mins ..still no joy 😢

    @TalkTalk My account is up for renewal but when I press the excising customer offers nothing is loading, yet I had an email a few weeks ago offering me a rejoining monthly contract but accidentally deleted it!

    Gave notice yesterday to cancel my @TalkTalk account and move to another provider. Today the internet has cut out 3 times already (3:15pm) requiring router to be reset to reconnect. I’m sure it’s just a coincidence though. Or “the weather”……

    I had Internet for a glorious 27 hours this week. @TalkTalk you're service is truly disgraceful - ongoing internet issues since 13th January and 27 hours after the engineer 'fixed' the problem, it's off AGAIN!
