    @TalkTalk Absolutely disgusted by your service to an elderly lady who is dependent on her lifeline , which out of action due to her having no service from you for well over a week . Despite repeated calls from her daughter to yourselves, and a useless visit from an engineer 1/2

    OK @TalkTalk - your Twitter profile says you're "here to help every day"?? No you're not! I left you for @vodafone on 11/1/21. They notified you on 11/12/20 & you're STILL BILLING ME EVERY MONTH! A Phillipines call centre worker always says I'll get no more bills - I do! Sort it!

    @TalkTalk Sorry. Have been at my sister in laws. Apart from no landline now no internet !! Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

    @TalkTalk Tel 01843 650944 1011736301 customer number. Now no landline. No internet Just got home from sister in laws . Feel unhappy leaving her with just a mobile but I have to come home . Back there tomorrow

    @TalkTalk are really living up to their shit customer service. After months of correspondence and last couple of weeks contact by twitter feed, last week they escalated my case to their escalation team. Unsurprisingly no communication/resolution as yet! Help please @Telegraph !

    @nataliewood @TalkTalk My account was locked as a result of this, Support wasnt doing anything over 30+ days since first reported. All access denied , I was so confused not until someone referred me to Unitask_assist on Instagram who help me to reactivate it so of course they can help.

    Is anyone Else having trouble with Talk Talk My Computer runs fin eoff line But once I want to use the Internet It goes haywire I know what the problem is. I suspect TalkTalk are using a frequency that conflicts with my interupt controller Freezing the mouse or the page

    @TalkTalk @FionaDevine14 Exactly the same thing I faced and when I tried contacting support for almost two months and all I got was automated robot replies, and no answers I resulted to Multitask_Support on Instagram and they got everything to work in few mins

    @TalkTalk I assure you they were closed, the phone line even said closed!! Interestingly yes she still Is having issues since nothing has been resolved here. I won't be making a complaint on the link I shall be going to Trading standards as she's paying for a service she can't use.

    So it took 3 long weeks upteen social media pokes 4 calls a engineer banging on my door for Hannah at the CEO office at @TalkTalk to tell me VIA email that my address had been removed from their system - I just received 2 more letters I AM NOT AND NEVER HAVE BEEN THEIR CUSTOMER
