After months of correspondence and last couple of weeks contact by twitter feed, last week they escalated my case to their escalation team. Unsurprisingly no communication/resolution as yet! She missed out one part of the complaint completely. Wouldn't like to think that was intentional but it makes my problem with TalkTalk worse.

Made umteen contacts,got some calls with no outcome.Onething they would not or couldn't do was sending an engineer to fix the issue.Still don't know if it was money or company policy

I have TalkTalk been with them for yonks, and rarely do I have problems with them, and they are super cheap even with super fast fibre. Yeah exactly haha!! Avoid. Constant chats to "fix" issues. Promised call backs - repeated failure after failure. OFCOM complaint incoming.

And today it turns out TalkTalk made errors and we have been “chatting”to SEVERAL “departments” for four hours still not sorted. This is criminal! Moving asap to a UK based one.
