    @TalkTalk Absolutely disgusted by your service to an elderly lady who is dependent on her lifeline , which out of action due to her having no service from you for well over a week . Despite repeated calls from her daughter to yourselves, and a useless visit from an engineer 1/2

    @TalkTalk Sorry. Have been at my sister in laws. Apart from no landline now no internet !! Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

    @TalkTalk Tel 01843 650944 1011736301 customer number. Now no landline. No internet Just got home from sister in laws . Feel unhappy leaving her with just a mobile but I have to come home . Back there tomorrow

    @TalkTalk are really living up to their shit customer service. After months of correspondence and last couple of weeks contact by twitter feed, last week they escalated my case to their escalation team. Unsurprisingly no communication/resolution as yet! Help please @Telegraph !

    @TalkTalk should be ashamed of your selfs. I had to cancel the Direct debit due to Current times, but could’t cancel #homeschooling I have made the payment every month sometimes a couple of days late and you have charged me £12 a month for the privilege #taxonthepoor

    Also the Live Chat is not working which, together with a lack of an email address makes TalkTalk a pretty poor example of a TELECOMMUNICATIONS company.

    How rubbish is #Talktalk customer service when trying to set up a DD with your profile explain that they TT send emails phone contact & Bill's to you they then tell you "sorry your number and details don't match" scripted call centres are amazing. Rubbish Service.
