    @TalkTalk 2/2 she still has no service. This is causing her and her family great anxiety. She is completely vulnerable . Please respond asap

    @TalkTalk Absolutely disgusted by your service to an elderly lady who is dependent on her lifeline , which out of action due to her having no service from you for well over a week . Despite repeated calls from her daughter to yourselves, and a useless visit from an engineer 1/2

    @TalkTalk No you don't 'totally' understand the inconvenience because this is not the half of it... Plus currently on phone to a very rude advisor who's trying to be smart with me. Not going to DM, just want the public to know how awful @TalkTalk is You'll have to block me to shut me up

    @TalkTalk was persuaded to get fibre (sent many emails texts) it wasn’t explained properly and now trapped into only being able to get full fibre expensive deals. Less providers available on full fibre. Putting in a complaint to ofcom that poorly rolled out at consumers penalty.

    @DaveAshton4 @SkyHelpTeam Mines been the same and I’m with talktalk. My mates is the same as well, he’s with virgin. Must be an issue in the area

    @TalkTalk Need help for someone left without a working phone who is blind. You transferred landline calls to his mobile but now he can't get calls on mobile. Please help asap. thank you

    @OpenreachHelp can you give @TalkTalk a number to call you so they can update me on the Basingstoke issue? They can't call you, all they could do was book an engineer for you to then review the request and hopefully you'll realise the issues linked and call me with an update.

    @TalkTalk No I'm not well....I'm Furious Not going to DM....currently on hold to @TalkTalk for the 3rd day in a row. Disputing a fine which never should have been given. No Internet for days, a regular occurrence since you guys insisted on an upgrade....never had problems before...

    @TalkTalk help. LOS on our full fibre box showing red light. Can't log into my talktalk account (through mobile data) to report fault, comes up with message, we are having technical issues please try later.
