@TalkTalk Sorry. Have been at my sister in laws. Apart from no landline now no internet !! Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

@TalkTalk are really living up to their shit customer service. After months of correspondence and last couple of weeks contact by twitter feed, last week they escalated my case to their escalation team. Unsurprisingly no communication/resolution as yet! Help please @Telegraph !

So far in my attempt to reach @TalkTalk customer services I’ve been: - Cut off 2 minutes into the 1st call - Left in silence for 8 minutes on the 2nd call, only to have my call somehow merged with a distinctly abusive customer, who starts abusing me. And this is a phone company

No internet since Saturday BT say there’s no problem with their equipment tried a different router same problem status on my account says it’s still with the engineer which it isn’t and no obvious way of contacting customer support 🤷🏼 @TalkTalk
