OK @TalkTalk - your Twitter profile says you're "here to help every day"?? No you're not! I left you for @vodafone on 11/1/21. They notified you on 11/12/20 & you're STILL BILLING ME EVERY MONTH! A Phillipines call centre worker always says I'll get no more bills - I do! Sort it!

@TalkTalk are really living up to their shit customer service. After months of correspondence and last couple of weeks contact by twitter feed, last week they escalated my case to their escalation team. Unsurprisingly no communication/resolution as yet! Help please @Telegraph !

@TalkTalk Absolutely disgusted by your service to an elderly lady who is dependent on her lifeline , which out of action due to her having no service from you for well over a week . Despite repeated calls from her daughter to yourselves, and a useless visit from an engineer 1/2

@TalkTalk Now I'm trying to avoid spoilers til I hopefully get it back in about an hour, sometimes several hours. I get charged "late" fees despite your error at handling my direct debit, so I actually overpay for an interrupted service and received no response to 2 emails and a letter 2/

Absolute rubbish from @TalkTalk so far today trying to close my in-laws account as he has dementia and has gone into care. So far the phone line are shut online chat and Twitter messages have not got any where. Would avoid this company if you want customer service!

@TalkTalk Got my new internet provider coming out next week. Only a few more days of @TalkTalk to bear. It's Sunday night so, like every Sunday, my internet was lost at match point in a tennis game I've been absorbed in for 2 and a half hours... I never did get any help with this issue 1/

@TalkTalk I've never known a system where a customer with the means to pay simply gets peppered with your ridiculous, errant penalty charges. I went from a direct debit customer for over a year to one who hates, literally hates this parasitic company. Roll on a few more days ... 3/
