After months of correspondence and last couple of weeks contact by twitter feed, last week they escalated my case to their escalation team. Unsurprisingly no communication/resolution as yet! It's taken about 3 hours for them to tell me it will cost me £75 to send a technician out. It's TalkTalk's equipment that has broken and it was TalkTalk's technicians that made a **** up when they upgraded it !
