@TalkTalk Sorry. Have been at my sister in laws. Apart from no landline now no internet !! Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

@TalkTalk Absolutely disgusted by your service to an elderly lady who is dependent on her lifeline , which out of action due to her having no service from you for well over a week . Despite repeated calls from her daughter to yourselves, and a useless visit from an engineer 1/2

OK @TalkTalk - your Twitter profile says you're "here to help every day"?? No you're not! I left you for @vodafone on 11/1/21. They notified you on 11/12/20 & you're STILL BILLING ME EVERY MONTH! A Phillipines call centre worker always says I'll get no more bills - I do! Sort it!

@TalkTalk are really living up to their shit customer service. After months of correspondence and last couple of weeks contact by twitter feed, last week they escalated my case to their escalation team. Unsurprisingly no communication/resolution as yet! Help please @Telegraph !

@YardleyShooting @TalkTalk Ask for the retention department, you will get straight through to an English speaking operative that has better permission to grant you lower prices/faster issue sorting than the general call centre, locked mine in for £20pm with 6 months free (75Mb broadband and phoneline).

@YardleyShooting @TalkTalk I was with Sky and their internet speed was poor, I went with Virgin, honestly the internet is super fast and you get BT sport's free and also have great fast customer service!

@TalkTalk Talk talk is down, even go look on the outage map! I'm not even trying to get on to Facebook or anything, my WiFi on my screen even states no Internet connection and has an exclamation mark next to it!

@TalkTalk I've got the white light but i cannot connect to the Internet? Funnily enough it's happened when Facebook and everything is down now. Get it fixed I've no wifi and having to use data when I haven't got much.
