    @TalkTalk Sorry. Have been at my sister in laws. Apart from no landline now no internet !! Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

    @TalkTalk are really living up to their shit customer service. After months of correspondence and last couple of weeks contact by twitter feed, last week they escalated my case to their escalation team. Unsurprisingly no communication/resolution as yet! Help please @Telegraph !

    OK @TalkTalk - your Twitter profile says you're "here to help every day"?? No you're not! I left you for @vodafone on 11/1/21. They notified you on 11/12/20 & you're STILL BILLING ME EVERY MONTH! A Phillipines call centre worker always says I'll get no more bills - I do! Sort it!

    @TalkTalk Absolutely disgusted by your service to an elderly lady who is dependent on her lifeline , which out of action due to her having no service from you for well over a week . Despite repeated calls from her daughter to yourselves, and a useless visit from an engineer 1/2

    @TalkTalk I replied to another member of your team yesterday. This is the most response from you that we have had. We had to sort the problem out through the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution as you were not doing anything.

    The people who bullied me in and outside of @talktalk think theyre my biggest problem LMAO Far bigger sharks circling me. The talktalk issue is irrelvent but i dont want their sociopath directors having other people followed outside of work, its just weird behaviour

    @TalkTalk appalling customer service 🥲🥲. Received letter with good options to renew….guess what no one in the on line chat room or customer service know anything about the deals. Oh and it took an hour out of my life to find out how bad they are!! And we still aren’t sorted.

    @TalkTalk @OpenreachHelp hoping one of you can help, my elderly grandmother has moved house this week and was told her phone line would be installed tomorrow, the welcome pack now tells us it's the 22nd she relies on her phone to make contact with carers and can't wait a week.
