    @TalkTalk are really living up to their shit customer service. After months of correspondence and last couple of weeks contact by twitter feed, last week they escalated my case to their escalation team. Unsurprisingly no communication/resolution as yet! Help please @Telegraph !

    @TalkTalk Tel 01843 650944 1011736301 customer number. Now no landline. No internet Just got home from sister in laws . Feel unhappy leaving her with just a mobile but I have to come home . Back there tomorrow

    @TalkTalk Absolutely disgusted by your service to an elderly lady who is dependent on her lifeline , which out of action due to her having no service from you for well over a week . Despite repeated calls from her daughter to yourselves, and a useless visit from an engineer 1/2

    OK @TalkTalk - your Twitter profile says you're "here to help every day"?? No you're not! I left you for @vodafone on 11/1/21. They notified you on 11/12/20 & you're STILL BILLING ME EVERY MONTH! A Phillipines call centre worker always says I'll get no more bills - I do! Sort it!

    @TalkTalk 2/2 she still has no service. This is causing her and her family great anxiety. She is completely vulnerable . Please respond asap

    @TalkTalk Sorry. Have been at my sister in laws. Apart from no landline now no internet !! Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

    I swear talktalk have to be without a shadow of a doubt the worst Internet provider in the uk. I have had nothing but problems since March with them. I have cancelled the service and changed provider but still having issues and to top it off they still haven't closed my service.

    @TalkTalk my Mother In Law has written to you several times and paid up her contract but you just won’t let it lie. She has moved in with us and so no longer needs your service. Why can’t you just close her account? She is so anxious about this. It feels like bullying

    @TalkTalk internet has been terrible in Clapham since Friday. Having to hotspot from my phone, 1mbps download speed.. when it does decide to work for 5 minutes after restarting router.

    @talktalk freeview tv not working AGAIN-3rd time in 2 wks. Multiple days at a time. On day 4 of latest outage now. No problems with cables. Resetting router&box and retuning doesn’t work. I’m not ringing again as the call centre people don’t understand. Website no help

    @TalkTalk terrible service...we were set up last Tuesday after being with @SkyBroadband . @openreach didn't connect properly....I can't get anyone to help. The servicedesk keep wasting my time
