    @TalkTalk Tel 01843 650944 1011736301 customer number. Now no landline. No internet Just got home from sister in laws . Feel unhappy leaving her with just a mobile but I have to come home . Back there tomorrow

    @TalkTalk are really living up to their shit customer service. After months of correspondence and last couple of weeks contact by twitter feed, last week they escalated my case to their escalation team. Unsurprisingly no communication/resolution as yet! Help please @Telegraph !

    @TalkTalk Absolutely disgusted by your service to an elderly lady who is dependent on her lifeline , which out of action due to her having no service from you for well over a week . Despite repeated calls from her daughter to yourselves, and a useless visit from an engineer 1/2

    @TalkTalk Sorry. Have been at my sister in laws. Apart from no landline now no internet !! Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

    @TalkTalk 2/2 she still has no service. This is causing her and her family great anxiety. She is completely vulnerable . Please respond asap

    @TalkTalk absolutely useless don’t use & the customer service is something else. They (TalkTalk ) booked an engineer to vist my mums in error and are now threatening to cancel her landline and internet if she doesn’t pay for a engineer she didn’t ask for or even need

    @TalkTalk Another epic communication fail Talktalk. I was promised a call from the manager handling my complaint within 24 hours. Didn’t happen. This is the 3rd time of phone call failure. I have had no broadband since 30th December 22. I even had a bill yesterday for full service!!

    @OpenreachHelp Thats the problem Gareth. @TalkTalk tell me that you've siezed the line and its been cancelled due to a fault but they ard not tracking the resolution. As a result, I have no one to get information from. It seems like a flawed process.
