    @TalkTalk Tel 01843 650944 1011736301 customer number. Now no landline. No internet Just got home from sister in laws . Feel unhappy leaving her with just a mobile but I have to come home . Back there tomorrow

    @TalkTalk are really living up to their shit customer service. After months of correspondence and last couple of weeks contact by twitter feed, last week they escalated my case to their escalation team. Unsurprisingly no communication/resolution as yet! Help please @Telegraph !

    @TalkTalk Sorry. Have been at my sister in laws. Apart from no landline now no internet !! Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

    @TalkTalk Absolutely disgusted by your service to an elderly lady who is dependent on her lifeline , which out of action due to her having no service from you for well over a week . Despite repeated calls from her daughter to yourselves, and a useless visit from an engineer 1/2

    @OpenreachHelp The exact same service for me from talktalk £49, BT £55, ee £54, sky £60 Vodafone £30 Of course I want vodafone t connect its restrictions of my availability on already low income household I'm already on bt social tariff but they don't offer any lower prices on the 900mb service

    @TalkTalk No thanks. Up to 13 hours on the phone over three days to simply cancel an order you never showed up to fulfil was plenty. Never again. Worst company ever

    @talktalk is there any reason why your broadband has deteriorated and is intermittently going down over last 2 days ? (Glasgow Area) No issues in over 2 years WFH during COVID but the last 48 hours have been ridiculous. I WFH 50% of the time so need to know.

    @TalkTalk my internet went off without any reason and I’ve now got to wait 3 working days for an engineer to come fix the issue? This has stopped me from working from home and earning my living. I am very tempted to switch provider. I’m shocked
