@TalkTalk are really living up to their shit customer service. After months of correspondence and last couple of weeks contact by twitter feed, last week they escalated my case to their escalation team. Unsurprisingly no communication/resolution as yet! Help please @Telegraph !

@TalkTalk why do you think it is okay to charge a customer for a service they didn't receive? She signed up for broadband with your company then you never sent her a router but still charged her, when it was impossible for her to have the service as she didn't have the equipment!
