    @TalkTalk Absolutely disgusted by your service to an elderly lady who is dependent on her lifeline , which out of action due to her having no service from you for well over a week . Despite repeated calls from her daughter to yourselves, and a useless visit from an engineer 1/2

    @TalkTalk 2/2 she still has no service. This is causing her and her family great anxiety. She is completely vulnerable . Please respond asap

    @TalkTalk are really living up to their shit customer service. After months of correspondence and last couple of weeks contact by twitter feed, last week they escalated my case to their escalation team. Unsurprisingly no communication/resolution as yet! Help please @Telegraph !

    @tudsworthington It's just a matter of having good internet which is easier to say than do. Like I have not had an issue on Mario Kart 8 since leaving Sky in 2014 or 2015 and even that was fine on **** TalkTalk

    And that was using a vDSL line on BT's network, using a TalkTalk backhaul. 65/17 9ms pings 24/7. Tune it right and A+ bufferbloat all day and night long. That beats even BT and TalkTalk themselves!! Now, Virgin. I challenge you. #DoBetter 3/3

    @TalkTalk internet still not working since 07 Jan I’m not getting fed up with your daily test saying an engineer has attended, £8 a day compensation due for everyday it’s off

    @TalkTalk my talk talk internet has been absolutely atrocious recently, so slow and disconnects all the time. A shame because it used to be so good
