@TalkTalk are really living up to their shit customer service. After months of correspondence and last couple of weeks contact by twitter feed, last week they escalated my case to their escalation team. Unsurprisingly no communication/resolution as yet! Help please @Telegraph !

@TalkTalk Sorry. Have been at my sister in laws. Apart from no landline now no internet !! Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

@TalkTalk Answering the phone and not leaving me on hold!!! You company is shocking! I can dm you again but like last time I’ll get fobbed off, so far I had faulty equipment is the problem, then your giving me a free upgrade and that will give me poor internet until it’s installed

@TalkTalk Hi can I have help, tried the phone but lines are closed and tried chat but no reply. Internet speed is dreadful. Remote worker (NHS) and can't tolerate this any more. Paying over £30 a month, long customer, since 2012. Your not providing your contractual obligations

@TalkTalk Is there a reason your internet is so slow in MK right now? It’s been working fine for months but now I can barely load web pages nevermind videos or even games. I’ve tried all the basic troubleshooting methods with the router but nothing has worked.
