    @TalkTalk Sorry. Have been at my sister in laws. Apart from no landline now no internet !! Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

    @TalkTalk Absolutely disgusted by your service to an elderly lady who is dependent on her lifeline , which out of action due to her having no service from you for well over a week . Despite repeated calls from her daughter to yourselves, and a useless visit from an engineer 1/2

    @TalkTalk Tel 01843 650944 1011736301 customer number. Now no landline. No internet Just got home from sister in laws . Feel unhappy leaving her with just a mobile but I have to come home . Back there tomorrow

    @TalkTalk 2/2 she still has no service. This is causing her and her family great anxiety. She is completely vulnerable . Please respond asap

    OK @TalkTalk - your Twitter profile says you're "here to help every day"?? No you're not! I left you for @vodafone on 11/1/21. They notified you on 11/12/20 & you're STILL BILLING ME EVERY MONTH! A Phillipines call centre worker always says I'll get no more bills - I do! Sort it!

    @TalkTalk are really living up to their shit customer service. After months of correspondence and last couple of weeks contact by twitter feed, last week they escalated my case to their escalation team. Unsurprisingly no communication/resolution as yet! Help please @Telegraph !

    Hey @TalkTalk, your call centre staff didn't actually confirm our change to a new service. TWICE. we were due to start the new service on 2nd September but now won't until 7th October. 2 engineer visits we believed existed were missed. So, according to ofcom, you owe us £226.76.

    Hi @TalkTalk, I haven't had broadband in my house for 4 weeks. You have run countless 'tests' and have sent an engineer twice to apparently 'fix the issue'. But still nothing has been resolved. Customer service has been appalling all around from the start. Can you resolve this!
