    @TalkTalk are really living up to their shit customer service. After months of correspondence and last couple of weeks contact by twitter feed, last week they escalated my case to their escalation team. Unsurprisingly no communication/resolution as yet! Help please @Telegraph !

    @TalkTalk Tel 01843 650944 1011736301 customer number. Now no landline. No internet Just got home from sister in laws . Feel unhappy leaving her with just a mobile but I have to come home . Back there tomorrow

    @TalkTalk Sorry. Have been at my sister in laws. Apart from no landline now no internet !! Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

    @TalkTalk Absolutely disgusted by your service to an elderly lady who is dependent on her lifeline , which out of action due to her having no service from you for well over a week . Despite repeated calls from her daughter to yourselves, and a useless visit from an engineer 1/2

    @TalkTalk thanks for all the trouble you’ve caused us. We had an account with you back in 2017, and the service was so so poor. It never got fixed and now we’re having issues applying for a mortgage because of the credit problems. It’s sad that it can’t be taken off the record.

    @TalkTalk I did and the customer service people said that the openreach engineer didn’t arrive due to work pressure @WeAreOpenreach so they rebooked it but they STILL haven’t arrived?!!!

    @TalkTalk My internet hub has been flashing orange and not working for 48hrs despite several resets. Nothing unplugged/loose. I've DMd you repeatedly. Called twice but told you're closed. Can you please advise? Kinda need internet, it's quite important. Cheers.

    Another day, another terrible response from both @OpenreachHelp & @TalkTalk Dreadful service from both ends, 11 days and rising with no connection.
