    @TalkTalk Sorry. Have been at my sister in laws. Apart from no landline now no internet !! Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

    @TalkTalk are really living up to their shit customer service. After months of correspondence and last couple of weeks contact by twitter feed, last week they escalated my case to their escalation team. Unsurprisingly no communication/resolution as yet! Help please @Telegraph !

    @TalkTalk Absolutely disgusted by your service to an elderly lady who is dependent on her lifeline , which out of action due to her having no service from you for well over a week . Despite repeated calls from her daughter to yourselves, and a useless visit from an engineer 1/2

    @TalkTalk Tel 01843 650944 1011736301 customer number. Now no landline. No internet Just got home from sister in laws . Feel unhappy leaving her with just a mobile but I have to come home . Back there tomorrow

    @chriswdrew @BritishGas They could learn a lot from talktalk, I threatened to leave them because of bad service. They rang me up, offered double speed, 3 months free and slightly cheaper rate. The clincher was, a number to call if I needed future help from someone in the UK.

    @YardleyShooting Mike, there are no reasons you cannot move, that would be illegal. If TalkTalk are holding you hostage over something technical, tell us, we will help. You previously mentioned an "archive". Is this the issue?

    Just been asked if I would recommend @talktalk. The answer is NO. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. Worst internet provider on the planet. Constant issues with speeds, then its the upload, then its a problem in the area. Advice! AVOID TALKTALK

    @TalkTalk Yes it means that I haven’t had internet for 3 days and I had the same problem just 1 month ago. This is now the fourth time this is happening since signing up for Superbad I mean superfast fibre broadband.

    @TalkTalk @YardleyShooting Mines not up and I’m seriously getting so mad with TalkTalk it going off all the time. I pay but don’t get the service. I’ve done all the checks at home. Last time it went off they sent a new router 2 weeks ago. But no internet again from yesterday morning. So no problem my end.
