OK @TalkTalk - your Twitter profile says you're "here to help every day"?? No you're not! I left you for @vodafone on 11/1/21. They notified you on 11/12/20 & you're STILL BILLING ME EVERY MONTH! A Phillipines call centre worker always says I'll get no more bills - I do! Sort it!

@TalkTalk Sorry. Have been at my sister in laws. Apart from no landline now no internet !! Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

@TalkTalk Absolutely disgusted by your service to an elderly lady who is dependent on her lifeline , which out of action due to her having no service from you for well over a week . Despite repeated calls from her daughter to yourselves, and a useless visit from an engineer 1/2

@TalkTalk are really living up to their shit customer service. After months of correspondence and last couple of weeks contact by twitter feed, last week they escalated my case to their escalation team. Unsurprisingly no communication/resolution as yet! Help please @Telegraph !

@YvonneBurdett3 We are still being spammed from her failure at talktalk where our details were stupidly leaked to spammers! I will never forgive this woman (in charge) where at its peak we were getting 10plus talktalk spam calls a day, sometimes as early as 6 am!!

@TalkTalk It's a GUARANTEED fixed price term. In my terms and conditions. The rise in broadband use is not my problem. I chose TalkTalk because of the guaranteed no price increase.

@Rossmcno1 @TalkTalk Same here. I reported a fault with their my account thingy. They said there was an issue and they were going to test the line. Then sent me an email saying it was all ok. Website showing no reported issues with broadband 🙄

@TalkTalk why did you choose York :( when is ufo coming to Nottingham or at least why can't you share openreachs network instead surely the more available the better for both of us we can get bt 900mb-1gb but not talktalk even if it means sacrificing upload speed
