@TalkTalk Sorry. Have been at my sister in laws. Apart from no landline now no internet !! Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

@TalkTalk Absolutely disgusted by your service to an elderly lady who is dependent on her lifeline , which out of action due to her having no service from you for well over a week . Despite repeated calls from her daughter to yourselves, and a useless visit from an engineer 1/2

@TalkTalk are really living up to their shit customer service. After months of correspondence and last couple of weeks contact by twitter feed, last week they escalated my case to their escalation team. Unsurprisingly no communication/resolution as yet! Help please @Telegraph !

Your service @TalkTalk is a shambles!10 days without broadband. Was meant for someone to come out today after speaking to a manger Saturday to ring up and find no one coming out again. 4 times I’ve made appointment and just had someone hang up on me after being on hold an hour

@TalkTalk Internet is down, sheffield s2. Reported on website, it registered a track fault. Got a text saying it was back up, it worked for 5 mins then down again. Can't report online as it automatically goes to the track fault page. I need to work online :(

@TalkTalk No internet for past 24 hours in hd4Live chat could not help me. Have reset router etc etc. telling me there is no outage. Now on phone to them waiting 15 minutes and counting to speak to someone. Dreadful service!
