@TalkTalk Absolutely disgusted by your service to an elderly lady who is dependent on her lifeline , which out of action due to her having no service from you for well over a week . Despite repeated calls from her daughter to yourselves, and a useless visit from an engineer 1/2

@TalkTalk We get passed around by 7 people then the line is poor and sometimes even ringing your call centre we go through and hangup or hangup halfway through troubleshooting after being passed on like coins.

I phoned to cancel @TalkTalk account on nov 8th @vodafone were met to call n take over line went live dec12 but @vodafone didn't n now ihave been charged 33quid this month n going to be next month also..for a service I am not using wtf

I applied for @TalkTalk broadband since around December 5, 2022. @TalkTalkGroup has scheduled engineer to set up the broadband THREE different times and they have FAILED to keep to the appointments till now. This is absolutely a service failure. disgusting! #TalkTalk

@TalkTalk I know where its going to go, back on live chat or phone but they still not helping us fix the problem of the guy that should be installing the cable into the property but no appointment just messing around with the account and whatever they do when we ring up back to square one.

@TalkTalk Your service is appalling. I've called multiple times to cancel my broadband and no one has action it. I've asked for a manager to help and no call back. I've been paying for a service I don't use. I have no choice but to complain to @Ofcom

@TalkTalk My grandparents phone and broadband hasn't worked all day, they really rely on it. The customer service team said everything was working but it isn't.
