    @TalkTalk Absolutely disgusted by your service to an elderly lady who is dependent on her lifeline , which out of action due to her having no service from you for well over a week . Despite repeated calls from her daughter to yourselves, and a useless visit from an engineer 1/2

    @TalkTalk are really living up to their shit customer service. After months of correspondence and last couple of weeks contact by twitter feed, last week they escalated my case to their escalation team. Unsurprisingly no communication/resolution as yet! Help please @Telegraph !

    @SimonBills1 @TalkTalk Same here, also BD16 - won’t bother sending you a DM as that went nowhere last time this happened - I really don’t want to waste my time checking my home connection when loads of people in the same area are also having issues. All we want is an update, suspect we won’t get one.

    @JordanW56490669 @TalkTalk This has been an issue all day. It's apparently an exchange issue. I wish TalkTalk would be upfront about these issues instead of first asking everyone to check service centre, and then, when that doesn't work, asking for a DM. Why not simply have a system status we can all see.

    @TalkTalk It sounds like loss of internet is hugely prevalent around BD20/BD16 (quite possible that both would be on the same exchange). But this area isn't mentioned in your broadband service issue warning webpage. Any reason why? Aren't we customers that are valuable enough to be warned?

    @TalkTalk partner waited all day for open reach to come and install our new future fiber. When I call after work all I get is sorry that department is closed you need to call back tomorrow. Customer service couldn’t even confirm if my order was still going ahead. 2 weeks no WiFi

    @TalkTalk Constant issues at ne21 area. Every morning no service and no service on the evening for the last 3 days. Not even on the site that this is one of the places affected Really poor communication if im honest.

    @TalkTalk I not impressed at the moment with your services been testing my connection for 2 weeks now and still not managed to get minimum guaranteed speeds that you guys stated! Trying your service center and all I get is your in a queue!

    @superbantam123 @TalkTalk I guess it's quite reassuring when thousands of other people are affected and its not just me. I don't have to spend hours trying to persuade them that there is an issue now. :)

    @TalkTalk Would be helpful if the free landline number didn't ask if I was enquiring about a known issue, I didn't know if my loss of internet was a known issue or a fault in my house only so I had to go go to cafe to get internet to see the known issue.
