OK @TalkTalk - your Twitter profile says you're "here to help every day"?? No you're not! I left you for @vodafone on 11/1/21. They notified you on 11/12/20 & you're STILL BILLING ME EVERY MONTH! A Phillipines call centre worker always says I'll get no more bills - I do! Sort it!

@TalkTalk Absolutely disgusted by your service to an elderly lady who is dependent on her lifeline , which out of action due to her having no service from you for well over a week . Despite repeated calls from her daughter to yourselves, and a useless visit from an engineer 1/2

@TalkTalk are really living up to their shit customer service. After months of correspondence and last couple of weeks contact by twitter feed, last week they escalated my case to their escalation team. Unsurprisingly no communication/resolution as yet! Help please @Telegraph !

@TalkTalk Tel 01843 650944 1011736301 customer number. Now no landline. No internet Just got home from sister in laws . Feel unhappy leaving her with just a mobile but I have to come home . Back there tomorrow

@TalkTalk Sorry. Have been at my sister in laws. Apart from no landline now no internet !! Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

@TalkTalk What’s going on? Im in North West and both me and my dad have talk talk and for atleast a week the service is intermittent and slow. I have reported through the issue part of your site but it still keeps happening? Your getting worse I think it’s time to try someone new!

@TalkTalk -Any planned outages in Reading town? We are unable to access the internet from yesterday evening. Now, Wi-Fi is not connecting, it says this network is blocking encrypted DNS traffic. I haven’t received any mail or message about the outage or ongoing issue

@TalkTalk I just went to the account and run a line test etc and got a text back saying everything is working fine as it should but it is still a total blackout.
