@TalkTalk are really living up to their shit customer service. After months of correspondence and last couple of weeks contact by twitter feed, last week they escalated my case to their escalation team. Unsurprisingly no communication/resolution as yet! Help please @Telegraph !

@TalkTalk Tel 01843 650944 1011736301 customer number. Now no landline. No internet Just got home from sister in laws . Feel unhappy leaving her with just a mobile but I have to come home . Back there tomorrow

@TalkTalk Absolutely disgusted by your service to an elderly lady who is dependent on her lifeline , which out of action due to her having no service from you for well over a week . Despite repeated calls from her daughter to yourselves, and a useless visit from an engineer 1/2

@TalkTalk Sorry. Have been at my sister in laws. Apart from no landline now no internet !! Customer service manager Gift has been dealing with this and referred it on to CEO . Was meant to get call back today between 2-3pm but nothing . oubt .

OK so today I had an eero installed and because it doesn't have WPS I cannot connect my wireless printer and my printer does not have an ethernet port! It's a HP Deskjet. Please help @TalkTalk ! 😮

@SkyUK @talktalk Back in August I moved my broadband from Sky to talktalk. Sky are now saying they were still supplying me with the service up until Sept and if I don't pay up they will get debt collectors in. 1/2

All I want for Christmas is for @TalkTalk to sort out my the wifi router as it’s been nothing but trouble since they forced us to change it this year. Absolutely nothing wrong with the last router but apparently we needed an upgrade. Worst. Router. Ever.
