@TalkTalk are really living up to their shit customer service. After months of correspondence and last couple of weeks contact by twitter feed, last week they escalated my case to their escalation team. Unsurprisingly no communication/resolution as yet! Help please @Telegraph !

@TalkTalk I've seriously had it with your service. I don't want to be angry, but with the current reliability of your service as well as speeds dropping from 20 mb/s to 0.2mb/s I can't cope. I'm finally switching to BT in hope that I can get a better and more reliable service.

@TalkTalk furious!! Diabolical! Paying for internet that never works and losing work as I can’t work from home! 😡😡😡😡engineer called to say speed running extremely low at 4.1, should be getting between 60/70 Confirmed fault at exchange/line. Still not fixed!! 😡😡

@TalkTalk You have the worst internet ever! Turned my router on and off about million times and even reset it! Called you and you left us on hold for 20 mins before a message saying you're done for the day and to call back tomorrow! Fix up !! 😡
