    @TalkTalk Absolutely disgusted by your service to an elderly lady who is dependent on her lifeline , which out of action due to her having no service from you for well over a week . Despite repeated calls from her daughter to yourselves, and a useless visit from an engineer 1/2

    I’ve been with @talktalk for years and just renewed for 24 mos in July. Now full fibre is available to me and other nearby houses. As a new customer they would charge me £25pm; to upgrade they want £40.95pm (atm it costs £24). So much for loyalty.

    @TalkTalk I've been trying to cancel my service since 21 Jan but you're still billing me, despite your agents confirming changes and refunds, who do I have to speak to to get this resolved?

    Trying to us the Firestick.. No internet. No explanation as no reported issues in the area, no issues detected by the fault checker, and the chat bot was a digital assistant not an advisor so entirely useless. Absolutely abominable service. Again. #TalkTalk. Time to switch.

    @TalkTalk Are there any issues in LN9 area. Wifi was running fine and then all of a sudden it went off. Tried restarting router twice and still have no connection.

    I swear talktalk internet was the worst but ******* at least they took the money on time, I’ve set up 3 different direct debits with Virgin and they still don’t take the money and now I’m in debt bc of them ???? Make it make sense ???
