@talktalk I’m so disgusted. I just received a call from someone who apparently rang to “resolve my complaint”. They asked me to explain my complaint, which I did (although it’s all in the correspondence he should have read) and he proceeded to try and correct me and argue with me

@kamkaur89 @yucca7 @TalkTalk The problem is when you do get an issue. And you're just left frustrated and on the verge of crying because you need internet for work but each engineer visit is being cancelled or not booked due to "system error".

@TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup 3 days trying to restore lineone email account to IPad. Followed all tech support guides. Tried chat (2 hours). Need a phone number and person to unblock account. Please dm the details. This is unbelievably poor service.

@IPiskulla @yucca7 @TalkTalk I personally do think TalkTalk does have stable network in past years it’s only been a year now I’m having problems I’m with TalkTalk nearly 9 years..
