Scared of being average (@AverageScared) reported@TalkTalk Why must I have a problem with my internet every single day. This is pathetic and upsetting. We are in a pandemic and I still have to buy mobile data as my broadband is unreliable and I can’t work whilst it’s down. I can’t wait to switch so I can throw the router in the bin.

Been on hold for 20 mins and every time I try the talk talk account on my phone it says I can’t log in because of ‘technical issues’. Very frustrated- help!

He's totally cut off and alone but you wont escalate the problem because he is not registered as vulnerable. He can't register as vulnerable as needs to be done ONLINE. I repeat he's 89!
