@TalkTalk If your just going to spout corporate bolloc... Ahem, rubbish about what, by all the data I've seen, a massive outage of broadband services. Personally I was without broadband for hours after midnight last night!

I send DMS to @TalkTalk they send one message in reply but then nothing back the problems of not been fixed I'm very unhappy with this lack of service cost me £160 in phone credit runtime they actually called me and then change the router but the problem was still here

@TalkTalk Good Afternoon! My mother in Salisbury has had problems with her phone for just under a week now! The phone won’t connect or answer although it rings. I will go to OfCom today if it doesn’t get sorted! Thanks, Ben.

@TalkTalk have been trying to cancel broadband services for 4 months on behalf of my elderly mother. have emailed 3 times, have also posted a letter, phoned your call centre 7 times & sent some of your employees direct emails via Linkedin.still getting bills. make it stop!!!

Help does anyone r eat law gave an issue with their talktalk box n British summer time ours has not moved forward the one hour and everything is out of sink we’ve updated switched off on and although we have not reset to factory setting as we have item saved on the box to keep

I DM @TalkTalk 11:44 now 12:18 they haven't replied most times they never do I'm not calling the premium number I've been locked out of my account and they've removed other features from the app as well EEO app I'm very unhappy with the service that TalkTalk provide
