@TalkTalk My 70 year old mum has little to no internet for months!tried to leave, you keep charging her & won’t give her any compensation for what she’s been through. 2hrs on the phone, different story’s given & ‘You’ve never asked for help or co-operated with us’ to then hang up on us!

@TalkTalk l believe my box is faulty, everytime the tv is switched off l have to reboot it, then wait at least 5 mins till it wakes up, l am 81yrs and cant deal with thi all the time, if it’s only off 5 mins , it comes up No signal, please help
