@TalkTalk are really living up to their shit customer service. After months of correspondence and last couple of weeks contact by twitter feed, last week they escalated my case to their escalation team. Unsurprisingly no communication/resolution as yet! Help please @Telegraph !

@TalkTalk Because I'm in an area with patchy mobile service I'm stuck with a landline. The loyalty team will offer nothing acceptable because I'm in contract but that's OK cos the minute my contracts up, I'm gone. The rise for the boost so far £4 in 13 months.Corporatetheft. Indefensible.

@TalkTalk Mine been off more than in since I joined you three weeks ago. It's ridiculous. Still awaiting an engineer you booked then cancelled over twitter without informing me. I hope I don't have trouble cancelling within the 30 day period too! Shocking service!
