@TalkTalk Absolutely disgusted by your service to an elderly lady who is dependent on her lifeline , which out of action due to her having no service from you for well over a week . Despite repeated calls from her daughter to yourselves, and a useless visit from an engineer 1/2

@TalkTalk Been calling @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup since last week but no one could help on my order & the managers never around whenever I asked to speak to them. You realised that you misconduct our contract agreement that we made on 22June2021 for upgrade. Will speak to #Ombudsman soon.

@TalkTalk .. can I just say as a talk talk customer your internet is an absolute diabolical Shambles.. I was promise a good service when I renew my 18 month contact and since renewing it’s never been right..it’s slower than a sloth.. and cuts out multiple times(SERIOUSLY)

It took me until this week to realise the @TalkTalk radio advert isn't a notification tone interrupting the lady, but a jingle/ID which the ad producer wants to play over her. Almost as bad as the studio talkback ads radio folks love to hate!
