@TalkTalk I’ve been waiting since 8am-1pm for the engineer to install my broadband. Still no sign at 6:30pm. Useless customer service and communication. Will likely cancel if this is how you welcome new customers

@TalkTalk Hi, is there any reason why for the past week as soon as it hits 10pm my broadband slows to a trickle? I've not done anything with my router, I'm less than 3m away on my sofa, nothing in the way but it just slows right down when it gets to this sort of time.

@pop_hill @NadiaWhittomeMP UK broadband generally is rubbish. In Spain we have full optical fibre broadband currently delivering up to 300 mbs. Here we are getting ~ 30 mbs with poor wi fi distribution (#TalkTalk)
