@TalkTalk I’ve been waiting since 8am-1pm for the engineer to install my broadband. Still no sign at 6:30pm. Useless customer service and communication. Will likely cancel if this is how you welcome new customers

@MrMiNiKi Been with TalkTalk for our UFO since 2019 and genuinely - no problems at all. This is in stark contrast to our previous provider (Virgin) which gave us issue after issue and charged us the earth for it!

@SkyHelpTeam I have contacted customer services. They were no help and insisted she would have to pay the bill regardless of her learning disabilities. She switched to you from @TalkTalk to save money, but now straight away she has been hit for a bill of nearly £200 which she can't afford.

@TalkTalk we’re now on day five of no internet. The engineer said it was a fault with the box outside and we were promised it would be fixed on Monday. However, no engineer has been to site since Friday. Right now you are not providing a service that is fit for purpose.

@TalkTalk Thanks Thabiso, it's taking a while for @SkyUK to reply, either that or they are ignoring the problem. We still have our talk talk box so I'd imagine it would be fairly easy to swap back. You dealt with my wife before and were really patient and understanding with her.

@TalkTalk Almost every day - the same thing. Internet drops out for 5-10 minutes. Hard to work with this. Come on talktalk - please fix this. Getting the runaround with tech support.
