@TalkTalk I’ve been waiting since 8am-1pm for the engineer to install my broadband. Still no sign at 6:30pm. Useless customer service and communication. Will likely cancel if this is how you welcome new customers

Ah yes, a day of work missed thanks to the internet going down over night. Debating moving away from @virginmedia to another fiber ISP, as apparently you get better upload speeds from the likes of @TalkTalk these days... And possibly more stability?

@TalkTalk after an engineer visit and a text to say my broadband is fine it’s not again line test says I have a problem and also I’m not getting the speed I’m g’tee I wish to cancel my contract with you as you can’t deliver the service I’m paying for

@YardleyShooting @TalkTalk Yeah, they said I could get a better faster service for a lot less than I'm paying. I asked why they were charging me more for a not so good service already, and I got cut off.. Waste of time.

@TalkTalk a tree has fallen onto my broadband cable and my WiFi is not working. I have been trying all day to contact (live chat, text and call) and am getting no help. I've received a message to say that an Engineer has visited site but was not told. Please help!!
