@TalkTalk I’ve been waiting since 8am-1pm for the engineer to install my broadband. Still no sign at 6:30pm. Useless customer service and communication. Will likely cancel if this is how you welcome new customers

@TalkTalk I've been expecting a call back from a manager today. Was told 24hrs and still no call. Moved to another provider on the 11th of December and they won't let me cancel even though I'm not in contract!!

@TomMaloneJr @TalkTalk Signed up with @TalkTalk as they were cheapest only to then find them sending me threatening letters to recover a supposed debt of £124 from four years ago! No proof of debt. Refuse to engage, just sent debt collectors to a vulnerable during a pandemic! I'm out! Never again!
