@TalkTalk And yet your bullshit service is down today yet again, 5 weeks on the bounce I've lost my internet yet it apparantly says I'm connected 100%, to everyone, don't bother messaging them all they will do is make you jump through hoops and lie until it fixes itself usally takes 2 days

@Lord_Arse I can't even get the BBC local channel in HD in North London. Actually, I can't get ANY HD channels since @TalkTalk TV upgraded my TV box and now I get copyright error and YVM607 errors. 🤬 My TV used to work fine in HD until the upgrade.

@TalkTalk I’ve DM’d endlessly after posting my complaint on FB. Again, nothing but empty promises aka lies. I just cannot understand how you can allow elderly, ill people to be isolated without communication. Plus hours of time wasted trying to get this resolved. Pitiful service all round
