@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@TalkTalk phone line fault for a week now. No contact apart from a message telling me a supervisor will call... (No call). Your feckless customer service had failed to setup a call divert. Information is like getting blood from a stone. Get it sorted you bunch of inept clowns

@TalkTalk sat next to a mate who is in tears as they’ve just lost their father and are trying to settle his account. 3 times they’ve called you, all calls have taken near an hour and they get bumped off. I don’t want your help, just want to shame your contempt for service.

@TalkTalk We have been reporting NO wifi connection for months now, every time we call they say the same things. Same troubleshoots and no outcomes. Let alone videos, but we cant even open a whastapp message! worst customer service too. No option to leave (penalised for leaving)

@TalkTalk So further investigations are required. In the meantime can you confirm when a manager will call me. I opened a complaint with one of your colleagues on the phone on Friday to discuss why it is that this has been the fourth time this has happened.
