@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

@OpenreachHelp They have tested my line since Wednesday 11am and found issues. They tell me you’re doing “preliminary investigation”. I’m in E17 Walthamstow. I just want to know what the problem is. Preliminary investigations for 5 days now and @TalkTalk can’t tell me ANYTHING. They don’t care.

I've discovered that the @TalkTalk early termination fee isn't as high as I thought and might well be worth paying to move to a company that can fix faults without trying to charge a customer for an engineer visit when they said they wouldn't charge. Bye @TalkTalk

@TalkTalk I've had issues with my broadband cutting out since the day I got it, however, for the past 4 days it's cutting out constantly making it unusable. I was speaking to somebody a couple of days back via DM, but when I updated them last night, I've not received a response

@OpenreachHelp I had issues with BT with disconnections, I am now with @TalkTalk and every night I am getting drop outs around 20:00 I think this is an intermittent line issue ?

Dear @TalkTalk, we moved house & I cancelled our service with you. Thanks to advice from your staff on phone support I cancelled my direct debit & awaited the final bill. I was then hit with cancelled DD charges (despite paying it within the hour of notification) & now /1
