@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@DiegoNe13102989 @TalkTalk I thought Virgin was bad but TalkTalk is worse. The person on the other end of the Web chat wanted me to take the face plate off the phone line socket. They told me I was "up and running" when it clearly wasn't and I never saw a technician yesterday. Ridiculous.
