    @TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

    @Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

    @AliButcher @Raphaelite_Girl Wouldn't touch Sky with a bargepole, or TalkTalk, BT, Virgin, or any of the big names. Zen's customer service is fab, they are so lovely

    @TalkTalk Site is saying problem was resolved when it hasn't as Glasgow East still down. This is ridiculous plus I never obtain the speed I was guaranteed when I renewed contract.

    @Imranicus This is the Dido Harding who, whilst CEO of TalkTalk, located its ‘customer service centre’ ( I use that term cautiously) to India. With disastrous consequences.

    @TalkTalk Thank you for reply. I’m afraid that even you have a lovely attitude here you can not do anything. @TalkTalk systems are not working correctly. I have quit two weeks ago but I’m still being charged and I need to call @TalkTalk and waste my time 😡

    2 weeks, no internet, 2 routers, 2 engineers and still no internet. TalkTalk answer is to send another router and another engineer. Customer service are extremely rude.
