@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

@AliButcher @Raphaelite_Girl Wouldn't touch Sky with a bargepole, or TalkTalk, BT, Virgin, or any of the big names. Zen's customer service is fab, they are so lovely

@TalkTalk So not only is TalkTalk a crappy company with very poor customer service you are now acting like Big Brother. Now clear off and stop harassing me. OFCOM is going to enjoy chewing you and BT Openreach up when they get to hear what I have to report about you both.

@TalkTalk attitude stinks! Seeing lots of complaints today. I'd like to add to that in saying you're customer service sucks and your broadband service isn't much better! I'd like to leave but I'm not paying £130 to leave early!

I guess my ex might finally get her wish all her kids going through the same life as her. Father passed away young and all in care. It wasn't by blagging authority like she promised It was of some guy who saw me as a threat at talktalk who I've never even spoke to before

Talktalk is extraordinarily poor at everything - don't use them for anything. After nine months and twelve unsuccessful appointments, they have still failed to deliver what they promised. Don't make the same mistake I did.
