Iโm more concerned about it dropping out frequently when Iโm using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesnโt help. 1/2

I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

My elderly and vulnerable grandfathers fridge freezer delivery has not shown up as planned yesterday. No customer support at all.

My daughter joined at same time but has been with Virgin and Sky since and had nothing but trouble. Iโm hoping my luck carries on, but you never know ๐ค
