@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@TalkTalk I've been messaging you all day!! It was customer service fault for not disconnecting. I've moved out of my property and Internet was cut off and now you still wanna take payment on the 4th when I'm nit living at the address!! I've paid everything up to date!!

@TalkTalk my broadband has been done most of today, it started working a few hours ago and once again has just gone down. Time to find another provider!

A daughter of the deceased called @TalkTalk “customer service” and the wicked bastard that picked the phone says the dead man had a “contract”! How many more dead people are getting billed by @TalkTalk long after they are dead?

@Mikstyx @TalkTalk also in hailsham, openreach box say all green but haven't had interet for 4hrs, same with a neighbour a few houses over. she rang them and they said its a openreach issue allegedly

Terrible service from @TalkTalk once again today, our youview box stopped working & they want to charge us for an upgrade that doesn’t include recording capability, even though we’re in a contract with them & their equipment is faulty! Time to go to a better provider.
