I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

Ruth Pudney (@ruthpwasb) reported from Porthtowan, England@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

In the last 2 days I’ve spoken to them 8 times and was promised 5 call backs that never happened. Today it got so frustrating it left me in tears. I’ve now cancelled and switched to BT.

She missed out one part of the complaint completely. Wouldn't like to think that was intentional but it makes my problem with TalkTalk worse.

mpc (@Scampicus) reported@TalkTalk Never known a company to do so much to make life impossible for the customer. chat service doesn’t work, phone service doesn’t work, X messages useless. they say DM us and make sure they switch off DM’s .
