@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@TalkTalk actually disgusted with how I’ve been dealt with today by your call centre staff in the cancellations dept. Requested a Manager call back but no real confirmation that this is gonna happen. Please arrange for a call back. Official complaint in writing to follow.
