@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@TalkTalk I desperately need to speak to someone we had 2 phone lines into our house an account in my name & my partner HAS one I cancelled mine which terminates today ... both Internets are not working my partner HAS not cancelled his so who has 'turned off' his Internet help please

@TalkTalk This is just a sham; a superficial attempt at claiming to provide customers with help/support. Your customer service is appalling @TalkTalk why won’t you engage properly and resolve issues directly? @tristiaharrison thought you’d like to know how ineffective it is.

@patiotrip Human's printer was working PERFECTLY before she switched broadband providers, @TalkTalk are refusing to acknowledge there's a problem, and she can't manage without a printer...
