I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

Nicko (@lillywobbles) reportedAbsolute nightmare trying to cancel a contract with @TalkTalk . Was told on the phone my contract had been transferred to 02 and to ring them . Couldn’t tell me exactly when. Eventually through ‘ chat’ managed to cancel. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

Complaints team call - surprise surprise, the security details don’t match. Call me cynical but it’s a quick way to resolve!

Marcus (@Marcus70672192) reportedAll telecom companies are brutally awful these days. Been saying it for a while. I have talktalk internet. And for tv services I just use Amazon Prime and sub to sports things as necessary. Don't want to be locked into any contracts with these feral animals.
