@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

Hi @TalkTalk, just wondering if it's legal to provide such bad internet connection for the money you charge per month? Absolutely shambolic WiFi at home for over a week which is useless when working from home. Appalled.
