@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

@TalkTalk hey guys, your support for Internet connection dropping while the hub stays up is basically non existent and blames home setup. I don't need a clueless chat operative to tell me about home setup. I need someone to actually check the damn line beyond right this second.

@christinaecklu7 @TalkTalk Try ending your contract! reviews trustpilot. Broadband. Co. Uk sitejabber. Ofcom read their page. A service has to b fit 4 purpose. Lits of good advice.

@traceymsimkins @TalkTalk One guy over 30 advisors i think 37 for for trying to end a contract i think issue was so if that takes each person 37 members of staff to sort one issue out good god. A big scam chargeing when people trying to end contracts. It has to stop long phone queues

@TalkTalk AGAIN!! Absolute rubbish!!! Paid the bill on Friday and it's not showing up on my account as paid and the internet has been turned off!!!!! Not happy customer at all!!
