    @TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

    @TalkTalk O, yes. You'd love to chat I know. But it's about getting the work done for your customer. I must admit though, a much quicker response than the usual customer service

    @TalkTalk my 94 yr old father with dementia has gone into care and I can’t contact anyone to cancel his contract. Your bill states you have a live chat tab but you don’t and I can’t get through by phone. Please help as he is being charged for a service he doesn’t use.

    @TalkTalk must have the worst customer service out of all broadband providers. Ombudsman is the next process if my FTTP is not sorted and my account credited. #lastwarning

    @dragonsangel01 @virginmedia Talktalk sent Mum a letter about a router she had never received. Took 1 and 1/2 hours of online 'chat' to find out it was sent to her in error. I was worn out by the end and no apology from them
