I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

I get told so many different things but none of them move forward my problems I'm trying very hard to resolve. Seems impossible to talk to a manager despite multiple requests to multiple advisors. Appalling customer treatment!!!

Would have been way less stressful. Told to DM, got a sarcastic reply when I did, after which I got no further response to my problems they created.
