@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@TalkTalk internet has been dropping speeds have been horrible (0.4mbpsdown and 0.4mbpsup) all day. I know I am not the only one reporting, but you've removed all the forms of contacting you. Support line is closed, forums are unresponsive, and yet you said hours ago all is fine.

@TalkTalk @TalkTalk hoping someone is going to be able to stop my service being deactivated in 1.5 days time. Tried to sort this since yesterday and your systems are down. Shocking response from advisor on live chat saying my trying to change this was "past point of no return"

@TalkTalk My internet has disconnected AGAIN for the FOURTH TIME TODAY. Have been having terrible service since Saturday lunchtime. It is not a modem issue. It is an open reach line issue. I’ve heard nothing since the TalkTalk engineer has been out, to arrange a visit from Openreach
