@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

Day 5 with no Broadband. Mobile data is now my main currency. Still not a peep of what the problem is because @TalkTalk are apparently still doing “preliminary investigations”. Meanwhile @OpenreachHelp are impossible to reach (pun fully intended) 🙃🙃🙃🙃

I've discovered that the @TalkTalk early termination fee isn't as high as I thought and might well be worth paying to move to a company that can fix faults without trying to charge a customer for an engineer visit when they said they wouldn't charge. Bye @TalkTalk
