@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

Well @TalkTalk, you are absolutely useless again. Your equipment is garbage and I’m delighted to say I’ll be leaving you as soon as a new provider has been arranged. First couple of months were fine but ever since it’s been garbage. Want to use internet at the weekend? Nah, sorry

@TalkTalk can you please respond to my last 2 DMs. Ignoring a customer who is simply asking questions on why you allowed an unauthorized third party gain access to my account and sign a legal contract on my behalf is not acceptable.

@Intelling_Ltd This place got me working like a sheep, hitting targets when they state its an customer service job and not a sales job. @TalkTalkGroup @TalkTalk how can you pay a outsourcing company and they don't pay the staff. If I don't get the rest of my wages.

@TalkTalk after 7 weeks trying to transfer talktalk broadband to new house I've given up. Went with BT - sorted in 15 minutes. TalkTalk customer service entirely incompetent. Do yourself a favour and swerve these jokers.
