@Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

If you ever want a company that can make Mount Everest out of a mole hill, step forward @TalkTalk. A status report says they can't identify our router and we may be using non-TalkTalk equipment - THEY SENT IT! They suggest talking to a member of the team. Never again.

@TalkTalk Thanks Jona - they have been next to no help whatsoever. We’ve had 6 engineer visits and no resolution of the problem.

@TalkTalk the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I’m now on my 10th phone call - clocked over 2 hours on the phone and I’ve raised a complaint - agreed callback times which haven’t happened - avoid at all costs

Don’t go with @TalkTalk for anything, all you will get is lousy WiFi, lousy customer service and an offer of £5 compensation for so much money that you lose out on!

Never had worse customer service than @TalkTalk No idea how they can still be operating as a company. I left them a month ago and still getting drama.
