@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@TalkTalk thinking of swapping to talk talk broadband as sky have let us down for 3 months now. When on the order page, if it says I can get it installed on a certain date is it a guaranteed date? Sky needed an engineer to come to us so would you not need one too?

@TalkTalk Loving the tag line "reconnecting people at christmas." Perhaps you could reconnect our Internet that's been off since 10th Dec. Total let down. 6 days in isolation with no Internet. Totally crap service.

@TalkTalk y don’t you deliver on your promises? Meant to go live with your service on the 16th. No contact to tell me this wasn’t happening and after being on the phone for 2 hours I’m told I just “have to wait” until at least the 21st. Shocking and unacceptable!

After having spent some 5 hrs trying to sort problems out at this end, I now not have an appointment on the 18th December, not on the 30th december, but on 2nd January between 7-9 am!!! Internet problems until then? @TalkTalk This really is not good enough!!! @CharlesDunstone
