@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

@AliButcher @Raphaelite_Girl Wouldn't touch Sky with a bargepole, or TalkTalk, BT, Virgin, or any of the big names. Zen's customer service is fab, they are so lovely

@meadowend @velobetty @billhulley I had a similar problem with Talktalk, websites wouldn't load but my work VPN was fine. Not had a problem since changing to Cloudflare's filtered DNS 1.1.1.3 (to protect little ones), but 1.1.1.1 or Google's 8.8.8.8 are both good.

@TalkTalk After experiencing internet issues today, I was advised of a router fault and was told I could be sent a new Super Router free of charge. Is it possible to DM and confirm this is definitely being sent out to me? Thank you.

@TalkTalk my router has a solid red light on the internet button. I’ve tried rebooting the router with no luck. I’m fed up of paying for a service that doesn’t deliver the promised speeds and means I can’t watch any tv or connect with friends.
