@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

TalkTalk customer service is awful. Been in a live chat for 3 hours, my home router is knackered, they are literally doing everything but listening to what i'm trying to tell them.

@TalkTalk Awful.. cancelled a contract before .. the go live date -called 2 times to ensure the contract was cancelled and still got billed even though never I used the service. Then tried to contact them with no success . Still waiting to get this sorted.. it’s has been almost 20 days

@TalkTalk Sent you a DM please cancel my contract as I refuse to go through the arduous task of calling again and again. I messaged once and nothing was done and rather than having to keep dealing with awful customer service I would rather just choose another provider.

@TalkTalk @TalkTalk you fail to understand that all I’m after is acknowledgment of your network, up upstream, service interruption, post midnight that frequently means customers loose internet connection (which comes back after a while). Something that you can investigate internally.

@TalkTalk 7 days in a row broadband has went down. Get a password to reset router works for couple hours and guess what it goes down again. Sort it out

@TalkTalk I just have. I need help from a UK manager that can work across departments - I’ve paid my bills and kept up with my side of the bargain and in return I lose internet for 5 weeks!?
