@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

@FCodbites @TalkTalk We haven’t been told it’s anything to do with the router. All I’ve had is a different story every time I’ve spoke to them about a problem with the line, externally, internally, etc yet when openreach came out he couldn’t find a problem.

@IanCroombs1 @MartinSLewis To be fair I phoned them just after Xmas as had enough of talktalk inability to provide a decent broadband service, saved me £30 a month on what I’m paying for sky and talktalk so definitely worth speaking to them

@TalkTalk after being told by a TalkTalk agent yesterday I will 100% have internet by midnight last night, this is the 4th time I’ve been told this btw. STILL NO WIFI! Becoming a joke now, absolutely shocking service!!
