    @TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

    @AliButcher @Raphaelite_Girl Wouldn't touch Sky with a bargepole, or TalkTalk, BT, Virgin, or any of the big names. Zen's customer service is fab, they are so lovely

    @TalkTalk absolutely shocking service. 3 mths in hospital including on a ventilator, my Dad had to move home due to covid. We moved him out of his home during this time. You sent the bill to a debt agency. I rang today an you offered a payment plan after increasing the bill x4

    Shoutout to @talktalk for shutting off my internet with no warning over a disputed payment from 5 years ago (that they can't prove I owe) on the same day a mast is down and I have no mobile internet either. Really helping small businesses

    @TalkTalk I think I need a new router or box, or both. They’re at least 5 years old. It’s in a holiday let and I’ve already spent ages trying to sort it out and had 2 failed online chats. I’ve guests in, so can’t keep disturbing them. Please help. 2/2

    How can a company like @TalkTalk refuse to cancel an account when you have proof of who you are, address and the bills are paid by your account. Everyone forgets an old email pw or address - surely the other security measures should suffice. Banks don’t require email as proof!
