  @TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

  @AliButcher @Raphaelite_Girl Wouldn't touch Sky with a bargepole, or TalkTalk, BT, Virgin, or any of the big names. Zen's customer service is fab, they are so lovely

  Had to use live chat with my old ISP. Even though I knew my problem, they threw me between multiple departments before landing on the right one. They transferred me to a department which has been closed for the day for almost 2 hours. **** TalkTalk. Never use them.

  @TalkTalk And like I said I've filled in that link half a dozen times all it says is "We'll get back to you" but guess what nobody's got back to me so I'm left with no service do TT care clearly they don't I'll be boxing it all up and sending it back next

  @TalkTalk It took over 2 hrs to get through to a human. The problem is back again. I cannot face another 3 hrs on the phone. I am ill and just wanted my top box to work.

  @SkyHelpTeam hi. Having constant network dropouts on main SkyQ box which affects mini boxes. On Full Fibre TalkTalk getting 520Mbps with an Eero Pro repeater right next to the main box so its not my broadband. Have tried everything online to sort including having sky booster.

  my ISP is now chasing me down for money I don't owe, because despite saying they'd close my account 2 weeks ago, they did not. I've been through 3 different departments and still no resolution **** TalkTalk
