  @TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

  @TalkTalk I'm trying that number currently been on hold for 30 minutes and not spoke to 1 person yet. So far today I've wasted 2 hours of my time on hold to various departments. Poor customer service 😡😡😡

  @TalkTalk I've tried to cancel twice with Talk Talk. Once 2 months ago and a few days ago. Yet it's like Hotel California: you can never leave. You keep trying to charge me. Do you make a record of conversations? or is it like your famous data breach?

  We are really looking forward to going back to @TalkTalk for our internet. Now tv is so shockingly slow and intermittent. 3G that we get at home is faster than now tv. We hope talk talk is as good as they used to be. Got a good ish deal now we are “new customers” again.

  @TalkTalk I've already changed my password but can not login to mytalktalk account to view my bill. I get this message: We have detected suspicious login behavior and further attempts will be blocked. Why isn't it that even though I changed my password the website won't login?
