    @AliButcher @Raphaelite_Girl Wouldn't touch Sky with a bargepole, or TalkTalk, BT, Virgin, or any of the big names. Zen's customer service is fab, they are so lovely

    @Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

    @TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

    @TalkTalk Can't believe that @TalkTalk are continuing to bill my late mother who died in October 2025. In April 2026 this Disgrace of a company continue to bill with no phone service.

    @TalkTalk Really disappointed with TalkTalk. I’ve been without internet for a month. In the last 2 days I’ve spoken to them 8 times and was promised 5 call backs that never happened. Today it got so frustrating it left me in tears. I’ve now cancelled and switched to BT.

    @talktalk no internet and when I use mobile data to check connection... it says service not available .. I see many have same issue.

    @TalkTalk how have I got no internet but when I run the connection test online it says I’ve got a good service across the board?! Pulling my hair out as need to wfh today
