@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

Iv heard of early exit fees but @TalkTalk charging me £213 to cancel my account is absolutely disgusting. What a joke in these times.

@TalkTalk Help! My broadband and landline have been down since 13th September. Resolution date keeps moving out, now oct3rd. Told it is due to a problem that began after our fault occured! Tried escalating but just palmed off with platitudes

@CasualGamer82 @TalkTalk I have the same problem. I have until 29th September to pay, then presumably my internet will be cut off. If that happens I won't be coming back. I'm disabled and need the internet. Not good enough TalkTalk! Sort out your website!

@TalkTalk Not talk talks fault its the now tv app never had a problem when you used sky sports rename the now tv app the buffer app and I have fast fibre every other app works absolutely fine
