@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@TalkTalk 5 hours this afternoon trying to resolve a complaint via live chat and by phone, passed from person to person. Chats ended without explanation, calls terminated. Never before experienced such poor customer service. At a loss as to what to do now.

Really appalling service @TalkTalk. Very slow broadband for 3 weeks. 3 live chats and 1 phone call with no improvement. Several hours wasted.

Trying to get support from @TalkTalk is NOT EASY. I am at my parents house, their internet and television constantly going on...but impossible to speak to a human being about it. Clearly their router is useless but HOW DO I REPORT IT? I am at my wits end

@TalkTalk Awaiting phone call back Monday to see if my complaint is "valid" or whatever, because the person on the phone didn't think it would be suitable for complaints, reckons it's ok now as my router got delivered late Friday (too the completely wrong address/waited since december)..
