    @AliButcher @Raphaelite_Girl Wouldn't touch Sky with a bargepole, or TalkTalk, BT, Virgin, or any of the big names. Zen's customer service is fab, they are so lovely

    @TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

    Call your self number one for customer service @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup. What a joke' waiting times of over 40 mins. I've had nothing but problems for month now and just get fobbed off by your advisers. Guess what Internet has gone off again. My wife works from home.

    @JordanG78435789 @TalkTalk 10000% I’ve been having these conversations with them for months now!!! I am done and trying to leave and they are still sending me huge bills. I get told someone will help, speak to them and get told “I can’t help with that” can speak for hours and go round and round i circles

    @TalkTalk customer service number is a nightmare. Been trying to discuss engineer visit (due tomorrow) since last week. Can’t get through. We WILL NOT be taking time off work for an engineer to come and do something we haven’t asked for!
