@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@TalkTalk Internet been down for 3 days now. Been told that an engineer is looking into it but may be another 3 days. That's almost a week without Internet! Is this affecting other people in KW1 5LU area ie Wick in north Highland?

I signed up for @virginmedia and the service is so terrible I really want to leave now, but there's no chance of contacting them. Does anyone know what to do in this situation? Should I just cancel the Direct Debit? I so regret leaving @TalkTalk

@TalkTalk Hi Raymond Im trying to cancel my contract. I’ve tried to get in touch 1) Holding for hours 2) Getting through to be told your systems are down and I’ll need to call back 3) I need to give 30 days notice 4) My call has been escalated and a manager will call me in 48 hours!

@SteelDalek1 @almuckersie This is the inevitable result of appointing someone to head NHS Track and Trace whose previous significant experience was heading up what is widely acknowledged as the UK’s worst Internet Service Provider, TalkTalk. And so it continues ... .
