    @Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

    @TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

    @AliButcher @Raphaelite_Girl Wouldn't touch Sky with a bargepole, or TalkTalk, BT, Virgin, or any of the big names. Zen's customer service is fab, they are so lovely

    @YardleyShooting @TalkTalk I tried TalkTalk for broadband and dumped them as soon as I could due to their poor service. If you are still in contract see if there is an upgrade available on their website. Buy it. It creates a new contract which you have 7 days to cancel with no penalty. Cancel it.

    @YardleyShooting @TalkTalk It's quicker to switch than it is to get those idiots to fix a problem, 99% chance the problem will recur even if fixed. I once joined Talktalk during their free broadband offer and it was hell. Switch to literally anyone

    @TalkTalk No. You do nothing and then accuse customers of not sending DMs and try to make them look silly, when it's your own awful service that should be under the microscope.

    After speaking to many @TalkTalk staff still no resolution. Problem now with @Openreach who don’t work weekends! Even though it’s a priority case. Problem won’t be fixed Monday but will be reviewed. So no internet for a week and that’s priority! Hmmmm
