@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@TalkTalk shocking customer service. Moving house so trying to close down all utilities. 30 DAYS notice required, poor guidance and lack of any support from customer service. Why don't companies strive to provide good customer service rather than be so rigid and inflexible. Poor

@TalkTalk Hi me and my partner need to speak to someone we think someone may have hacked our router.. tried to phone customer service twice to then be hung up on twice! Which is not on!
