@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@TalkTalk Can I ask what the problem is with giving me a new router? Ive been a customer for 12+ years, not had a replacement router for 6+ years. Why do I have to spend time and energy doing tests, we Know what the problem is - your quick tests on website have said I need a new router!

@TalkTalk Now you are just blanking my tweets like everyone else you blank and will not help or answer. So talktalk can put a person with a disability in to debit and not help them at all ask for there info get it sent them in dms and just blank that person and will not answer her at all
