  @Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

  @TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

  Re your business account people: they are the most spectacularly useless script-reading nincompoops I’ve dealt with. I cannot access my own account because you’ve decided an email I have never used is the only acceptable proof I exist. I’ve provided every piece of ID except my inside-leg measurement.   So then this guy asks for £1 deposit refundable I am reassured to solve my problem presumably on behalf of @Talktalk who are my erstwhile WiFi suppliers but have gone into cyberspace ….after a few exchanges he says for £22 he will connect to my system abc solve it for me ?

  @TalkTalk what a shameful company to send a disabled customer and email with DAGGERS as bullet points! I am trying to set up a payment plan to pay my final bill but refused as I'm no longer a customer I am struggling with debt I will be taking this to the papers!

  @ShemaleNudity @TalkTalk Why did your friend not just do like 99% of people setup a direct debit then there is no issue. How did your friend send payment? How can they take money if they are the one sending it to them? A lot of the story doesn't make sense. That company just like VM r know to b awful

  @TalkTalk My stepmum has an issue with her landline. She and my father are vulnerable customers with multiple medical issues. Her son has a power of attorney but this is yet to be registered by you so Customer Services will not talk to him even though she told them they can

  Anybody else with sky wifi I moved from talktalk to sky few months ago got there 2nd fastest WiFi and it is ******* terrible my talktalk wifi was alot worse speeds and seemed to be faster 😑
