@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@AliButcher @Raphaelite_Girl Wouldn't touch Sky with a bargepole, or TalkTalk, BT, Virgin, or any of the big names. Zen's customer service is fab, they are so lovely

Had a text from @TalkTalk asking for personal info so they could do a credit check Even though I've been a direct debit customer for a year Wanted me to tell them my info - which they have on record - so they can do a credit check on me - an existing customer - for no reason

@TalkTalk your not very helpful when i’m trying to close an account 2hours online and phone only to be abused by a drunk call handler who 3, times asked to speak to a deceased family member .. if you could actually speak to the living it would help!!!

Trying to cancel .@talktalk after three weeks of no internet and get another call that doesn’t wring asking to phone the number that can’t put me through to the person that phoned….. what a joke

Suppose that’s another 10 days with no internet, tv or owt till I can cancel coz they never phone back and if they do it’s a number that goes to the same people who can’t help, then you wait for a call that doesn’t ring to phone a number that doesn’t help. Stellar. .@talktalk

@TalkTalk why do you seem not to care. I’m paying for 115mgs down load speed and all I have is 30. An hour on the phone and still nothing is done to improve my download speed. What exactly am I paying for?
