@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@AliButcher @Raphaelite_Girl Wouldn't touch Sky with a bargepole, or TalkTalk, BT, Virgin, or any of the big names. Zen's customer service is fab, they are so lovely

@TalkTalk That is not good enough. You booked one outreach engineer for the problem to be solved in 2-3 days. Your customer service is closing at 6, now when everyone relies on Internet.

@OpenreachHelp Talktalk say it's a nonsense and I am the customer stuck in the middle between you and Talktalk and Shell and Vodafone. You need to speak to me so I can get this cleared up as it's damned annoying
