@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@AliButcher @Raphaelite_Girl Wouldn't touch Sky with a bargepole, or TalkTalk, BT, Virgin, or any of the big names. Zen's customer service is fab, they are so lovely

@TalkTalk the internet has been slow and slow and slow, not only at certain times but at all times. I had to use my mobile hotspot so I can be in a #zoom meeting today. And tonight again I have a zoom meeting, and most likely I will have to use my phone for it #disappointed

@TalkTalk winning at customer service again, changed my Mums telephone number after she’s had it and relies on it for the care of elderly vulnerable people in the local community to reach her now you won’t change it back! #customerservicefail

@Talktalk no Internet. Call the customer services department for over 20 mins still cannot get through to a human. Very very bad service

@TalkTalk hi, I need to cancel my broadband (in cooling off period) I moved home, I had 77mb in my old home & only getting 2mb now. I was told this may be the case & that I could cancel. I work full-time & currently doing overtime as we're close to the festivities. Can you help?
