    @Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

    @TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

    @AliButcher @Raphaelite_Girl Wouldn't touch Sky with a bargepole, or TalkTalk, BT, Virgin, or any of the big names. Zen's customer service is fab, they are so lovely

    @nigelbradley @TalkTalk Yikes that's not good. I'm not prepared to lose my stored recordings so I'll probably end up leaving it wrong. Looking at the community forum and other tweets this is clearly a problem for lots of people, waste of time making us all individually DM 🙄

    @TalkTalk Just wanting to know why there isn t an available expect from your chat team to help me since lunch time. I have been left without internet since this morning and rebooted several times following the step by step manual. My router has a flashing amber light on all the time.

    I've had problems paying direct debits recently. I've found out that @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup have told BT to physically cut my phone to prevent me getting incoming calls & making emergency calls. Don't use TalkTalk for phone or broadband - they don't care about customer safety.

    @Josneat @TalkTalk Yes there's a problem. You shouldn't need to do a Factory Reset & lose all your recordings. I've done one kept recordings no change with my box. Waste of time and a lot of stress. Just have to accept the Old Timezone 😱.

    @Kid_Dynamo1 @TalkTalk I get the same with my recordings worst affected for me is ITV & E4. I now have to put it on to record as normal then on +1 so I don't miss it.
