@Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@TalkTalk They had a logo which I can't identify but did have "working with TalkTalk" underneath. I'm not prepared to discuss this with anyone as I am not a customer and won't be joining you but I do not appreciate the lying to get me to sign up. I live in South Oxfordshire.

@TalkTalk i’ve called your call centre. i’ve been transferred 10 times, no one can hear me as there is an issue with the phone lines & no one can seem to move my go live date. what on earth is going on with your customer service?

Absolutely shocking service from @TalkTalk. No internet for 11 days with terrible communication. No one seems to know what the problem is and no nearer to getting the problem fixed. I was ignored and put on silent hold while was talking to an agent on the phone. Incredibly rude.

@TalkTalk After 12 days without internet, speaking to multiple people with no luck and no updates on when the issue is resolved, is it possible for me to get a resolution and decent communication on the status of the issue? Do I have to resort to social media like this?
