@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

Here is a quandary. I am trying to cancel my @TalkTalk UFO broadband service but cannot get through on the UFO phone number 0800 230 0272 - the only option to do so. They won't let me cancel my package via their retentions team or via live chat. What am I supposed to do?

@coradixon_ @TalkTalk They keep saying that it's faults with our equipment, so they don't have to pay compensation, it's thier exchange, I'm without Internet over 3 weeks now, and they keep saying its fixed on my account, lies. The problem is congestion on their exchange. Too many people on same one.
