I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

You have sent me an email to say as I’m no longer a TalkTalk broadband customer so no longer be able to use my email I have with you. Please explain as due to pay my next DD to you on the 13th for internet.

NUV (@NUVfilms) reported@TalkTalk & @WeAreOpenreach I’ve been left without internet for almost 48hrs. The issue is unknown, the internet randomly stopped working and I’ve been informed an engineer is on their way. I live in central London, not sure why it’s taking so long. Pls send help!
