    @TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

    @AliButcher @Raphaelite_Girl Wouldn't touch Sky with a bargepole, or TalkTalk, BT, Virgin, or any of the big names. Zen's customer service is fab, they are so lovely

    @Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

    @struttski @TalkTalk The issue last night - did you have all green lights on the router, but couldnt access the internet? I had this, same time as the outage and near Wakefield so not too far away. Wonder if it was the same issue

    @TalkTalk This is an actual joke. No call back. Having to call again, wasted another 35mins on the phone only for one of your agents to hang up. Ridiculous

    Can anyone help? I haven’t cancelled my internet with TalkTalk & tomorrow I get @virginmedia fibre installed. Will this cause issues having two lines? One fibre and one through the BT phone line or do I need to cancel it in the morning? 🤔

    @TalkTalk Some notice or notification would have been good to save your long suffering customers the inconvenience of checking all the connections at home. As usual, not impressed with your service.

    @ryanroberts1986 @wrexham Shell Energy (who piggy back on TalkTalk IIRC) were down over night. Appears to have come back online in the last half hour or so though.

    @TalkTalk Been on the phone for over I hour. Your service is horrendous. Joined only a few weeks ago internet never worked. Just on the line being transferred to person number 6
