@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@TalkTalk Has anyone wxperienced difficulty in raising a complaint with Talk Talk UK.I am a new customer and I am already so annoyed with Talk Talk that I have asked for letter of deadlock so that I can refer complaint to Trading Standards .don't think anyone has grasp of issue.

@TalkTalk No you can't! I have tried that and spoke to at least a dozen of your staff. Who all tell me it's a different problem and there's nothing to do but wait. Currently been told it will be 5 days working days from today but I have no faith it will be as everyone else so far was wrong

@TalkTalk supposedly we would have to have internet from April 29. we don't have internet and the first bill is on May 9 and no one solves the problem or picks up the phone!!

@TalkTalk we have been talking to agents in the last 3 days on twitter and nobody fix the internet connection! And no one pick up the phone!! Could you just please send some one at home to fix it?!?! Very disappointed

@TalkTalk When one decides to leave Talktalk for an already not so good service, the service while waiting for the switch over becomes even more deplorable. The worst ever. Good bye Talktalk. I will never put up with an unacceptable service, never to be returned.

@TalkTalk Hi, we’ve had no broadband for 5 days & nobody seems to be able to tell me when it’ll be fixed. It’s an unacceptably long time. Pls can you advise when the problem at the exchange will finally be repaired?
