    @TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

    @TalkTalk my internet has now been down for 3 days! Had a live chat last night & was told it it was an Openreach issue and that an engineer would have it sorted v soon. However, no joy today still! Light flashing blue/amber. Please help!!

    @TalkTalk I haven’t cancelled. I’ve had such poor customer service all day that I’d like too. However the customer service is so bad I’m unable to even get through! Stuck between a rock and a hard place

    @Rachael_RLETC1 Hi Rachael, We provide the software within the boxes but don't supply the service/subscriptions. If you have an issue with the service you are receiving from BT or TalkTalk, we'd recommend that you reach out to them on here and they will be able to assist you further. Thanks

    Terrible levels of customer service from @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup on broadband. Have called 3 times and each time get cut off for no reason

    Anyone considering getting broadband from @TalkTalk Run for the hills and do not go with them! Their customer service agents lie, they do not follow appropriate sales rules and do not take complaints seriously.
