@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@virginmedia @zotric Yes you can fix your service so that it does not keep breaking. At 1:30 today it is down and it went down yesterday at the same time when I was on an important call. Thank heavens for the TalkTalk landline backup.

Think before buying a @TalkTalk broadband. They don't have customs service in UK. Voice on other end always breaking up. ancient equipment & pathetic after service. #TalkTalkBroadband

@virginmedia @zotric Afternoon outages still happen regularly. At 1:30 today it is down and it went down yesterday at the same time when I was on an important call. Thank heavens for the TalkTalk landline backup. A friend has exactly the same issue miles away. But his often breaks around 3am.

@TalkTalk coming in with the worst service I have ever come across, on hold for 45 mins to then be disconnected and now another 20 mins for the line to go dead I need to talk to someone!!
