    @TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

    Just had a call with customer service at @TalkTalk . It was like two monologues in search of a conversation. I wondered if it was a robot I was speaking to but I realised the service centre operator was on a script that he would not deviate from even if didn’t fix my problem!

    @TalkTalk Internet problems since June 2020..!!! Reported countless times. Internet cuts out every time it rains. Please advise when this will be sorted?!

    @TalkTalk I live in Oxford and your service is its usual shite. 37.14 mbps yesterday & 38.56 today - when you guarantee 65 mbps in writing. My legal rep is looking at this for me because you are all mouth and I trust you not - 'AllTalk'.

    @DamselinDemand @TalkTalk Touch wood I've had no problems with the service- it's just the hike in price I object to. All the big firms seem to be led by how many new customers they can gain through special deals. Existing clients don't appear to be a priority.
