    @TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

    @AliButcher @Raphaelite_Girl Wouldn't touch Sky with a bargepole, or TalkTalk, BT, Virgin, or any of the big names. Zen's customer service is fab, they are so lovely

    @ncktsn @TalkTalk Having same issue. Email works fine from web portal but not from pc mail client or iPhone both via smtp. Daughters email isn’t working either

    Hey @TalkTalk you started taking money for my broadband on 18th June and it still doesn’t work. Planning to do anything about that? No! So let me say **** you very much. I will tweet this every day until either the end of my contract, or you get it working.

    @TalkTalk My broadband hasn’t worked since the 12th of July and till date nothing has been done to resolve it. What is going on TalkTalk? I work from home and sadly I have to use my personal hotspot to work. I pay for this service and I am not getting it.

    @TalkTalk I currently have no internet. Service says the line is fine. The router is up running with a solid white light. But all my devices are connected with no internet

    @TalkTalk I've been contacted by someone who has since then ignored my five emails telling them Openreach say it's YOUR fault and requesting help.
