    @TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

    @Raphaelite_Girl Just been through same with TalkTalk. I proved that it wasn't the router but they refused to call openreach as I refused to pay if they couldn't find a fault...for an intermittent problem. I ended up with ftth from BT for only a marginal increase in price. That told em.

    @TalkTalk After being on text with you for some 20 hours you tell me I need to purchase an extender to cover our bedroom. You have broken the contract after 10 years of service. If you don’t fix this problem FREE I am walking away from your contract.

    @TalkTalk Day 7 of no Internet since switching to TalkTalk. Chat help ask me to ring closed number and decide its not their problem. Customer service is terrible #talktalk

    For anyone considering switching internet provider to @TalkTalk my advice is - don't. Their customer service is as bad as everyone says it is. 😡

    @TalkTalk I live in sm3 for the past 2 day your service is ridiculous no internet off on and now it’s off it’s not acceptable.

    Internet has crashed twice tonight and has constantly had issues since we first got the contract. Message to everyone - avoid TalkTalk at all costs.
