@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@AliButcher @Raphaelite_Girl Wouldn't touch Sky with a bargepole, or TalkTalk, BT, Virgin, or any of the big names. Zen's customer service is fab, they are so lovely

@MartinSLewis I was put on a WiFi contract with talktalk I didn't agree to, and under false information. I want to cancel this contract as it was not what was agreed, but talktalk want to charge almost £200 fee to cancel. What are my rights?

@TalkTalk @PaddyMcCrossan4 Yeah I think all talktalk staff need a pay rise with the conditions they've been working under, having to deal with no doubt many angry waiting customers. Also you seem understaffed, so maybe the extra money would help!
