@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

@TalkTalk Internet completely down for the 2nd day in a row, self-employed and work from home so I'm at a loss now. Automated message says an engineer is booked but can I speak to an actual person to get an ETA for that please?

@TalkTalk Had the tests run like I said they will come fix it 2-3 days but my sons education is Internet based atm I also use Internet for tv so I'm left with nothing u till this is resolved

@TalkTalk I approached #TalkTalk about my financial situation & their first recommendation was to see if any upgrades they were offering would help 🤔 Selling me MORE products isn't the support I asked for. Then directed me to a payment plan option. I ASKED FOR A DISCOUNT.

@talktalk. Just had a one hour text chat with one of your representatives re billing. Very sad that a refund for mis-selling on your website could not be resolved. I suggest my friends do not purchase or cancel boost bundles on line with #Talktalk. Use an online agent.
