@TalkTalk I don’t know, because I haven’t tried it when I’m on a call. I just say it’s a bad line, end the call & redial. I’m more concerned about it dropping out frequently when I’m using the internet or on my mobile. I live in an old farmhouse in rural Cornwall, which doesn’t help. 1/2

I surely can’t be the only person that find @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup I nightmare Compnay to deal with. Trying to cancel account since August and it still isn’t done. Customer services a joke, calls lasting 45mins and then cut off whilst on hold while they speak to manager.

@YardleyShooting @TalkTalk Left Vodafone due to appalling service. Now on aGiff Gaff and you can leave at any time, no contract. Would recommend.

@TalkTalk Is there any issues with WiFi in Fife? My Internets been down for an hour.. and I’ve done the usual to get it back on but no success. Tests online are saying it’s fine? Clearly not.

@TalkTalk I've got the white light but i cannot connect to the Internet? Funnily enough it's happened when Facebook and everything is down now. Get it fixed I've no wifi and having to use data when I haven't got much.

@hashimotosandme @YardleyShooting @TalkTalk Are these phone lines you pay for? Noticed many 0345 lines, supposedly help lines, but charge you loads. LBC the same now, keep you hanging on to have a say, but they're charging you.
