@TalkTalk continue to be a useless disgrace and I encourage everyone to leave them and noone to start a contract with them, ever! They steal your money, provide no internet, and have barely any customer service. Worst company I have ever dealt with. #customerexperience

@TalkTalk - I have been struggling with my wifi since October 26th. Im speaking to your team now about cancelling my contract. They are telling me the only way I can cancel my contract is ringing back every 2 days to confirm my wifi isn't working. Is that really your policy?

@TalkTalk Dear reader: The first question I was asked in the DM: What kind of customer are you? Turns out TalkTalk don't want their kit back from the hoi polloi and would rather it was junked at my expense. Pretty shoddy, especially as they charge customers £50 if they don't return kit.

@webmink @TalkTalk Given how broken the processes seem to be, they likely also charge for replacing broken equipment and would be very confused by new hardware being replaced independently. A tragedy if someone would auction off their old routers on ebay...
