@Talktalk any issues in YO30? Have had neither Internet nor DSL lights on my modem since 7:30pm yesterday. Reset hasn't done anything. All cables plugged in and nothing has been moved/altered. Faulty modem/problem at your end?

@TalkTalk I have just been cut off from someone passing me into your manager!!!!! My internet hasn’t been fixed and I am now still without internet and not with an open reach engineer booked! The worst customer service I have experienced - will be leaving asap- please ring back
