    @JOHN_MARTIN808 @TalkTalk I’ve had this. Cancelled my service in February and they took a payment on April 6th which I’m trying to get back ... terrible service, the only person I spoke to hadn’t a clue how to help me.

    @CunningSmi1e I was with virgin from the dial-up days. Was one of their last (non fibre) broadband customer. Couldn’t switch to fibre as I was still renting at the time and Landlady wouldn’t let the cable be laid… so they flogged our account to TalkTalk at no notice. Yep, **** those guys.

    @TalkTalk been with you for 24 hours and I want out already, please advise how I cancel my BB and home phone, I’ve tried live chat and telephone call but nobody’s answering either !

    @JK1n1 @TalkTalk My elderly parents are with out their landline for over 3 weeks despite paying for unlimited full fibre package. Their Drs and hospital cannot contact them. Issue escalated but no action or resolution. Please help, service sucks

    @TalkTalk never seen worse service - internet went down last night and just been told it requires an engineer who won’t turn up for 48-72 hours and doesn’t work weekends?? This would mean no internet for 6 days and I work from home? Surely this isn’t the best you can do

    @TalkTalk Yes please I would like to clear a small balance which direct debit didn’t cover. Tried card payment and telephone payment both failed me. 30 years a customer with you very disappointing

    @TalkTalk Worst customer service experienced in my 5 years using your company's services. Dissatisfied and disappointed does not begin to describe. I will most certainly not be renewing my contract because of the lack of confidence this interaction has left me with
