    @TalkTalk My broad band was connected since 24 of June but up till now it has never worked for a second. Now you guys are sending me the first bill despite the fact that reported it's not working.

    @TalkTalk we've had 3 automated calls this morning so far, claiming to be from TalkTalk, saying our Internet line is to be disconnected. These calls are coming from different numbers 0121, 0126, 0128 codes so barring is not working!

    @TalkTalk Hi Charlotte, thanks for getting back to me. After two hours of reboots & scanning for issues an automated test of my line from your helpline bizarrely resolved the issue.

    @magicroundabout I spent 10yrs with TalkTalk. They get terrible reviews too but I never had a problem! People always share their negative experiences I guess.

    @TalkTalk Perhaps my two previous complaints could actually be looked at. My first complaint was in the first week of my contract. Both complaints ignored / unresolved.

    @TalkTalk We have had TalkTalk for over a year and for the last few months the service has been awful. Even though the Wi-Fi is connected, the signal keeps dropping and we just can’t use the internet at all, sometimes for hours at a time.

    How bad are @TalkTalk ? Having agreed to upgrade our broadband 4 weeks ago, I’m still waiting for them to switch it over. I’ve spent 7 hours this week on phone/chat. No one takes any responsibility, been passed around and cut off more times than I can remember. Time for a change.

    @CathiHickford @TalkTalk Same happened to me. And they sent me a router. Had to faff about and cancel the engineer via their terrible customer service and now they want me to return the router, but they don’t do collections. Shocking. Think I’ll send them an invoice for my time

    Talktalk customer service is shocking, phone to cancel my package left on hold for an hour, then lines end at 7pm , phone cut off #talktalk fuming !

    @ade__h @TalkTalk Turns out it was genuine! I had to call them to cancel it although still waiting for a call back which they said it would be 48 hours but now gone past that!! Shocking how they can just do this and wonder how many people don’t realise until it’s too late!
