    @magicroundabout I spent 10yrs with TalkTalk. They get terrible reviews too but I never had a problem! People always share their negative experiences I guess.

    @TalkTalk My broad band was connected since 24 of June but up till now it has never worked for a second. Now you guys are sending me the first bill despite the fact that reported it's not working.

    @TalkTalk we've had 3 automated calls this morning so far, claiming to be from TalkTalk, saying our Internet line is to be disconnected. These calls are coming from different numbers 0121, 0126, 0128 codes so barring is not working!

    @TalkTalk I was just on hold to your technical department, and after a few mins of waiting they just hung up without coming back on the line. This is terrible customer service. I have a complete loss of service on my fibre line and need it back now, and dongles until restored.

    Who uses @talktalk for broadband? Trying to set up new account online. No email confirmation, told it is an error and i need to call instead. What an awful technology company!!!
