    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup Land Phone Lines in the FY4 AREA Of Blackpool UK have been down for almost 24hrs now. In house wiring is all 100 per cent fine. Website says there has been a problem. Can you try and find out if it will be fixed please. Phone has an engaged tone.

    @TalkTalk I already contacted your customer service team via text and chat. One team said my issue was fixed, and no router would be sent. The other team said the router would, in fact, be sent. Your CEO has outsourced customer service to call centres in another country to save money

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup Is there an outage in the FY1 6HW area ? I don’t have internet. My bill is paid up so no reason there. Been down for about an hour. I have tried the fix you show and rebooted but still not working.

    @TalkTalk after being asked lots of questions last night, we still have intermittent internet. There was no solution offered.
