  @TalkTalk Our internet is down. We have tried calling the talk talk number it’s says you are closed. We also do not know our account log in either.

  @TalkTalk My recent experience with talktalk has been awful, with poor or no internet since February since the line was ‘upgraded’. An engineer then told us the line should not have been changed. After 2 hours on chat yesterday i was told chat is now closed, call back tomorrow.

  @TalkTalk and - aside from annoying the heck out of me - by sending a text that has all the hallmarks of a phishing scam.... How does it help me to allow you to do a credit check 2/3 way through my 18 mnths contract?

  @TalkTalk are there any issues in the PO4 area? My Internet has been on and off since last night and I need to log on to work in 5 minutes! Tried resetting router and still getting a flashing Amber light.

  Suppose that’s another 10 days with no internet, tv or owt till I can cancel coz they never phone back and if they do it’s a number that goes to the same people who can’t help, then you wait for a call that doesn’t ring to phone a number that doesn’t help. Stellar. .@talktalk
