    @TalkTalk My landline is still not working.. Had an engineer to my house. Open Reach engineer said he'd fixed it last week.. Still cannot make or receive calls since 8th February. Not really good enough, is it?

    @TalkTalk You have failed to implement a new package I accepted & thus overcharged on latest bill. I visited your website-no telephone contact, no email contact, no chat. All disabled. So, YOU can contact ME in the next 24 hours or I will cancel YOU after 25 years of custom.

    @TalkTalk When you provide pictures of the connection issues you’re having and are still told “it appears to be fine”. So customers are liars.. spent the whole weekend chatting on DM to be told to run yet another test. Disgraceful.

    @TalkTalk been a customer for less than 11 hours and just cancelled my contract. You failed to even order let alone deliver a router by my go live date
