    @TalkTalk hey I tried to call your Sales line to see about upgrading but they said something about an outage and they couldn't help for a few hours. Just so I'm not wasting my time, do you know if that's applicable to the web chat people as well? Thanks!

    @dancludlow Just updated my mobile phone to unlimited data so that I can set it up as a hot spot for jenny and my daughters can use it instead of the home network, I will be attempting to claim this cost back from talktalk on top of the normal monthly payment plus the hassle

    @DavidGArnold @domjoly @bt_uk Well TalkTalk has been down here for 48hrs... crappy speed and customer services vanished for 24hrs mid conversation!!!

    @dancludlow @margatesunsets BT are offering a similar package to the 1 I had chosen from TalkTalk except they are £12 per month more expensive, I might decide it is worth it if the service is going to be better
