@TalkTalk's support is useless, 15 minutes spent in chat to tell me they can't help, I need to be transferred to another team...25 mins later I am STILL waiting. You changed my contract when you gave me a "free upgrade" to Future Fibre, but nowhere did you say you'd be doing that

@neargeek @vimeous @BBCRadio4 Does sound like a fullfibre first area (i.e an exchange area where you'll only be able to get full fibre service & you'll be migrated off existing copper based products). If TalkTalk providing a link that suggests digital voice will come as part of it then yes I'd question them.

@TalkTalk absolutely disgraceful customer service. 3 separate calls, 3 separate operators the phone went down midway through the call. I gave my number to the last operator and she never called back. I want a UK based operator to call me to resolve my issue
