@TalkTalk Service seems better in Bingley today (only dropped out twice so far) Openreach reckon they don't have an open fault for this issue though. Have you resolved your issues at your end TalkTalk. Please provide an update.

@TalkTalk I was with TalkTalk (and AOL) for 22 years. I left them recently for Vodafone and received an email from TalkTalk today telling me that I haven't sent back my router so they have charged me £50! I can't respond to the email and have received no previous emails! Top service!😒

@TalkTalk You ask everyone to DM, but the problem lies with you. I've seen many other people complaining all around. Day 3 of Internet issues and on your own website, the "planned" maintenance today on the 5th from 00.01am - 06.00am, now the date is the 6th on that page. "Planned btw"

@alexbloor The worst was the guy in Finsbury Park who insisted the Teams and VPN issues couldn't be his ISP becaise they'd done all the tests and replaced the router. Talktalk, 0.38Mbps download, 87Kbps upload
