@Annie28Baxter @TalkTalk Its fixed this morning for us in Titchfield but I too was fobbed off for hours when they could have told me there was an outage and they were trying to fix it. Not good enough.

@TalkTalk How would this help everyone? It just buries the problem behind the scenes. Just be open & honest that there is a problem, what you are doing & eta for rectification; it’s really not that difficult, is it? @TJBarnes_Uk was told publicly no issue, and immediately on DM there was😡

Can anyone help me? @TalkTalk were due to install my fibre yesterday and I’ve been without services for over 2 weeks incurring £100 in additional data charges with @O2. The engineer never turned up, @TalkTalk are stonewalling me, I’ve no idea when I’d get connected…
