@TalkTalk now into my third day without and internet despite an Engineer visiting and assisting him with replacing the cable on a day I needed to take off of work. In addition, I have been fobbed off to full fibre help lines despite not having full fibre…..Joke

@TalkTalk @KPNUTS12 @TalkTalk My experience with TalkTalk has been horrendous the last few months. You have cancelled my contract for some unknown reason three time now. I defiantly would not recommend going with TalkTalk. Customer service is long and no one seems to know how to resolve issues

@TalkTalk I've been messaging you all day!! It was customer service fault for not disconnecting. I've moved out of my property and Internet was cut off and now you still wanna take payment on the 4th when I'm nit living at the address!! I've paid everything up to date!!

Day 3 dealing with @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup after being cut off 3 times in past two months you’d assume some priority would be taken to resolve the issue. But still nothing. Simply the worse internet provider who has no real customer service with untrained staff
