    @TalkTalk Waste of time waited on all afternoon for a call to set up new account and nothing let down again this has been going on for four and half weeks it's open reach and yourselves fault you made error in cutting my Internet off aaaaahhhh

    1. Moved flat recently and was tied into a decent @TalkTalk contract for longer than was viable to cancel and pay penalty fees. Got the move arranged and was annoyed to find I had to sign a new 24-month contract at the same(ish) price as a superior Virgin package.
