    @TalkTalk I am extremely disappointed with the service when I phoned to complain about poor WiFi. After 1 hour 40 mins I ended the call. They said I should upgrade but could not send details by email. Terrible service. I am now looking for another provider.

    @GBNEWS Because BT is overpriced, I'm with a small company that uses the TalkTalk network if I need to speak to them, I'm connected to an advisor within a minute.

    @TalkTalk Hi, I live in a building that constantly has issues with its broadband provider. Weโ€™re talking about at least 150 flats and around 400 people that are willing to change their provider. How can I, a talktalk customer, can refer a whole building of flats to move to talktalk?

    Spent 2 hrs 50 mins trying to resolve an issue with @TalkTalk Received a router that was clearly faulty, damaged and previously used. Trying to charge me. Multiple transfers btw teams, full diagnostics completed, photos provided, still no resolution. Joke Company

    @TalkTalk over the last couple of months Ive tried to log in to renew my contract rather than pay the out of contract price. Thought there was a mobile issue logging in. Today I remembered to try laptop at work and still cant log in. Guess you want the higher price from me eh?
