    @TalkTalk No. I've sent you DM's in the past and got nowhere. Always run the same tests and call or chat ends with someone saying it will improve and it doesn't. I'm tired of liars so I won't talk them anymore. Just fix it on your end, you know its **** but you won't admit it.

    @TalkTalk Recently I've been having issues with our internet. Whenever the footballs on and occasionally mobile phones are unable to find and route. It's been pretty bad lately.

    @ricardoharrison @TalkTalk Hopefully you get this sorted! Had no internet for 1 month and counting. Can’t even be asked with it anymore. Just going to have to for out a little more, for a more reliable service

    @TalkTalk shocking support for elderly customers. Outsourced Customer support cannot deviate from their script and it is impossible to act on behalf of my parents to raise an engineer call from a different address. Impossible to talk to any cat the Salford Uk headquarters.

    @TalkTalk hi my elderly parents have been without their landline since last Friday, I’ve made several calls on their behalf trying to sort this out, your customer service is appalling, trying to get to talk to someone sensible is impossible, an irony given your company name
