    How can a company like @TalkTalk refuse to cancel an account when you have proof of who you are, address and the bills are paid by your account. Everyone forgets an old email pw or address - surely the other security measures should suffice. Banks don’t require email as proof!

    @Homebase_uk why don’t you let me email you? The phone line cuts off after a while on hold, and the online form won’t submit without a reference number. Just as bad customer service as @TalkTalk, which is saying something.

    @TalkTalk are the worst company I have ever had to deal with. For 6 yrs I’ve been unable to cancel my account coz I’ve forgotten my email address or pw even tho I have proof of address, bank details, TT acc no and printed bills. It feels like I’m being held hostage

    @TalkTalk seems my internet connection is down eh7 area???...no internet connection since 1 o'clock last nite..tryed reseting device numerous time..still no internet available this morning after 1 hour trying

    @TalkTalk The only way I can contact you is by Twitter because you do not bother to have a working Customer Services team. My phone line has background noise. Do I need to leave talktalk to get it fixed? 07734922166
