Ok @TalkTalk . I had no broadband connection at all for 25 days. I wasted a lot of my time on chat and phone talking to your useless customer service, spent £50 on my mobile data, paid nearly £30 for your rubbish broadband that I couldn't use.

@TalkTalk So having tried to speak to somebody since june last year and still having masaive connection problems I wanted a call back. Apparently I was getting one today between 2-4. Shock horror I'm still waiting. And my sons home learning was effected todayby the loss of our connection.

@TalkTalk Yes, I can but so far you've failed miserably. 6 days without broadband. And your customer service is just playing up. I've given up. I'm only interested in ending this contract and getting a broadband from a decent provider.
