Urgh my @TalkTalk monthly bill has increased on a day when my internet is down 😭 how much is it to break out of a contract? The price i am paying is starting to get to me. Especially seeing cheaper deals with other providers advertised everywhere

@TalkTalk our internet has been down all day, I’ve spoken to four different advisors and spent more than four hours on live chats - no one has been able to resolve the issue and now I can’t even get access to your website to open a new chat - so disappointing

Still waiting for @TalkTalk WiFi hub to arrive - ordered it 13 days ago and it’s still not here, was told 2-3 days by technical department rep. Needed urgently for remote school learning for 3 children. Please help!!

And, pretty much bang on 23:00, on 18/01/2021, down it goes again. Will it be up by morning @TalkTalk and @OpenreachHelp ? Six times since Saturday now. How much longer? Just not good enough. Beckenham resident.
