    @virginmedia I have had more outages with you on this supposedly "no outages" 1gb fibre than I have ever had with talktalk, and I am really pissed of! I am seriously considering leaving you early and making a complaint to offcom.

    Why is everyone i talk to at @TalkTalk customer services is called Mohammed! 19 chats to no avail, still waiting on โ€œpromisedโ€ new router! Sort it out ffs without me spending another 5 hours on hold!

    @devonboy3410 @GBNEWS Iโ€™m with TalkTalk but itโ€™s pretty poor since they โ€˜upgradedโ€™ my area โ€ฆ We regularly either lose the internet or the signal is too weak to watch a digital tv programme, buffering every couple of minutes so it becomes unwatchable

    @currys you are currently giving the 100% worst customer service i've experienced since leaving TalkTalk 10 years ago. You should be ashamed. My elderly and vulnerable grandfathers fridge freezer delivery has not shown up as planned yesterday. No customer support at all.
