    @TalkTalk Customer service is unmatched. When your broadband dies, you cannot speak to anyone. They text a link so you can report the fault…using the broadband that isn’t working. So, if you’ve no mobile data, it’s perfect: you need the internet to tell them you don’t have the internet.🙄

    @TalkTalk you're absolutely cheeky, sending me an email this morning saying my WiFi is increasing by 3 quid, considering it was down all yesterday morning with no communication! The cheek and nerve 😡😡😡

    @TalkTalk The email that was sent to customers is very poor communication and misleading. Whoever drafted that email and whoever approved it to go out to customers should be advised accordingly

    @entrustTMF @virginmedia Only way to get good service is to use BT/Open Reach as provider; but you will pay! I have had Shell, TalkTalk and now Utility Warehouse as my contract changed hands. All equally poor in their own way. At last house, in the middle of nowhere, had BT, and never had a problem.
