Jus' going to put this out there @TalkTalk are a truly awful Company. For a technology company they are quite shocking. Try to phone (cut off 4 times) sent a complaint they sent a link to chat (did not work) If anyone shorts the stock market I think they would be a good target

@TalkTalk here we go again! No service from the wonder boys at TalkTalk in CH45. Line test says everything is just tickety-boo but it’s quite clearly not. Fix this crap! I’m always having problems with this shitty service

@TalkTalk tv went down late last night. I checked the wires etc, and then it suggested a retune. However all my channels are now gone. I’m left with my subscribed channels

@georgiebingham I love these threads where BT Retail customers say 'switched to X' ISP and much better and it's like TalkTalk retail, EE, O2, Plusnet (BT) etc... They're all the same script robot support unless you're paying £40-50 a month with a business only ISP

When you sign up to @TalkTalk & they offer you £20 credit on your first bill and an Amazon voucher for £75 after your first bill... 4 months later I’m still chasing (3x) and been told today they will not honour it. Can’t even get out the contract, just appalling customer service!
