    @TalkTalk I wish to complain about your appalling customer services - rude and aggressive and bullies! Then obviously they know who is calling so we were put on mute for over 30 minutes until I hung-up! We need to know the early leaving fee has been cancelled?

    @TalkTalk I don't want to DM to take it offline and out of sight. We urgently need a decent service and so far it has fallen so far short.

    @TalkTalk In that case if usage had gone down would there have been a price reduction? I think not. Clearly talk talk has a different conception of fixed price for the duration of the contract than I do

    @TalkTalk Ok that's that then, when the conversation gets hard resort to giving out phone numbers that rarely get answered in my experience . Another customer that TalkTalk will lose. Thank you for your time In any case, nice to know that they care for their customers lol

    @TalkTalk No it's ok. The complaints team are apparently dealing with it and the systems teams are struggling to fix the computer system which has been having problems since Jaunary. They've told me to leave it with them and they are calling back on Monday (for the 5th time).

    @jamesisfine The problem is she actually thinks she did a good job at TalkTalk and Test and trace. It's not brass neck it's delusion

    @TalkTalk That's nice, never mind I will HONOUR my part of the non fixed price fixed price contract and leave when I have set up a better deal and better service. I don't suppose that the overall service will change though.
