    @TalkTalk you really must be the worst service ever. Cold, wet windy, no broadband. Call center closed and I work all day. Having to go up the road to tweet this as no signal in my house. #abysmal

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup DISGUSTING SERVICE. Rude staff and managers (Noel in particular - if that was really his name). I think you need to partially brain damaged in order to be employed by Talk Talk. 5 hours of of my time i will never get back.

    Apart from Jonathan Kini @JK1n1 is anyone else in @TalkTalk authorised to fix this customer problem? TT swopped my neighbour’s details with mine on OpenReach database. My line & no. are incorrectly logged so I’m blocked. 42 days & 8 hrs with many TT people & still not sorted.

    @TalkTalk Like I’ve said I’ve been through this too many times. Nothing wrong with my network, my tools tell me that. It’s what’s outside that is the problem so please don’t waste my time. I’ve cancelled my DD and I’m the process of switching
