    @TalkTalk Hi, I have to complain as I was charged again after I cancelled my contract with TalkTalk . I was told by customer service that all is done and suddenly I’ve got a bill again from TalkTalk. I am not happy with the way you are handling my case.

    @TalkTalk spent hours today messaging back and forth as Internet was working this morning I get back and it's not working now you want £50 for engineer to look 😡

    Hi @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup Please can someone contact myself as yet again our internet (fast Fibre) is not working! Trying to get help is ridiculous as all your numbers are closed.

    @TalkTalk I called as I had a very old router, they send me a new one but without my approval they renew my contract for 18 months, I had some issues with my Internet, I raised two complaints, no one got back to me, now I request a cancellation, they asked for 117 £, don't trust @TalkTalk

    @TalkTalk @b_biesek Yeah send them a DM and nothing will be done about it. Was going to say they provide a dire service, but that would imply that they actually provide a service!
