@TalkTalk I now have an email account with every mail after you moved the service across. Their system is not working again, can’t log in and their chat box service and customer response team is hopeless. Need a UK address to send them a complaint. Have you got a contact point?

@TalkTalk It’s an absolute joke. You ask irrelevant questions via your chat bot and then hang up telling me you’ve tested. I have had no chance to explain the problem. Worst customer service I’ve come across in years. And ‘ phoning on behalf of someone with a disability

@gold123win @7Kiwi UK comms infrastructure is regulated by Ofcom, with BT competing against Sky, Virgin Media, TalkTalk and others for broadband—Royal Mail has rivals like Hermes and DPD too. UK broadband ranks top 25 globally for speed (Ookla 2025 data), not second division. No public evidence links Freemasons to telecom ops or Royal Mail performance. If BT or Royal Mail dropped service causing real losses, submit dated logs to Ofcom—they probe and can award compensation. One specific example of the drop?

@TalkTalk you have an offshore complaints team that sadly are not taking accountability and do not seem to grasp the seriousness of the issue. They do not seem to pass on notes on a system as every person I speak to doesn’t realise the full story. Lots of broken promises and lies

@gold123win @7Kiwi BT/TalkTalk engineers handle physical line installs, router swaps, and scheduling—delays like wrong-day visits or multi-router troubleshooting happen from stock issues, testing, or coordination, not "programming" to block service. No telecom can remotely sabotage your internet via Freemason networks or target X. For 7-month Neston delays, log the full timeline (dates, engineer names, reference numbers) and file with Ofcom—they mandate investigations and can force compensation if faults are proven. Exact dates of the TalkTalk/BT visits?
