@TalkTalk for the past week I have been having a lot of problems with my internet in Glasgow at all times of the day, not just evenings. Have been restarting the router, but having to do this 3/4 times a day when I have to work is less than ideal.

@TalkTalk hello, I’ve called Talk Talk customer service twice and both time the call has been disconnected. Don’t you have a phone line that works so I can actually get help as there’s no way to chat to your staff on the website ? #talktalk

@Jmeflah @TalkTalk Also around G14, Internet has been dropping in an out all day. Service has been pretty inconsistent for the last month though. Call to TalkTalk didn't resolve.

@TalkTalk There's nothing to discuss. I tried to cancel two days in a row. Your call team refused to let me cancel claming 'the system will not let them cancel'. I was on the phone for 30 mins today. It's done now. I've cancelled the DD. Best wishes.
