    @virginmedia Any idea on how long it’s going to be until virgin is available for me to join? Was installed in my street last year but online still says it’s not available in my area. Will have to go with someone else otherwise. Can’t put up with @TalkTalk shoddy service anymore.

    @TalkTalk Router crashed 3 times yesterday. My sons missed a lot of online schooling. We have had this problem for over a year. Can't wait for this horrible contract to end. @TradeStandards #talktalk

    @TalkTalk anyone experiencing a sudden crap internet just after refusing their offer to upgrade (and to stick with them for extra 18 months?) Just curious to know if in the only unlucky one. I find hard to believe this is pure coincidence.
