    @TalkTalk Hi Andy I’m afraid we’ve spent two days repeatedly doing the same flow chart of diagnostics and getting nowhere. Either there’s a fault on the line or our router has a fault, but the Openreach engineer I spoke to on 3/5 said there was an issue with the main junction box.

    @TalkTalk I can’t afford to spend a third day wasting time with DM chats to achieve the same result. I would appreciate this issue being prioritised and addressed, as clearly there is a problem with my broadband service. 10 days without now.

    @TalkTalk No. I've sent you DM's in the past and got nowhere. Always run the same tests and call or chat ends with someone saying it will improve and it doesn't. I'm tired of liars so I won't talk them anymore. Just fix it on your end, you know its **** but you won't admit it.

    @TalkTalk my broadband has been down for 48 hours-I have reported it and checked everything twice via live chat. No one is telling me anything. My partner & I both work from home and things are getting impossible. I’m left in dark here- can someone at @TalkTalk please help

    @TalkTalk my wifi service has been affected as the live connection test result says “there is a problem with our network”. How long will the problem solved? It’s been hours and causing so many inconvenience.

    @TalkTalk Your broadband is awful. Connection drops multiple times throughout the day for 20-30s. I've done everything to make it work on my end and nothing works so it's something to do with end. Will be ripping up my contract with you scammers soon.
