    @TalkTalk Thank you, I’ve cancelled my direct debit which will anger the billing department, but if I get sent out a bill I will address the ombudsman if need be as the service I am paying for isn’t being provided

    @TalkTalk Service seems better in Bingley today (only dropped out twice so far) Openreach reckon they don't have an open fault for this issue though. Have you resolved your issues at your end TalkTalk. Please provide an update.

    @TalkTalk I was with TalkTalk (and AOL) for 22 years. I left them recently for Vodafone and received an email from TalkTalk today telling me that I haven't sent back my router so they have charged me £50! I can't respond to the email and have received no previous emails! Top service!😒

    @TalkTalk hi could i request a call - I wish to register a complaint. Been waiting 2 weeks to get setup and still cant be given a timeline. Extremely close to cancelling this contract.

    @TalkTalk You ask everyone to DM, but the problem lies with you. I've seen many other people complaining all around. Day 3 of Internet issues and on your own website, the "planned" maintenance today on the 5th from 00.01am - 06.00am, now the date is the 6th on that page. "Planned btw"

    @TalkTalk Is there a similar fault in Rotherham S65 ? No dialling tone on phone no broadband or internet on the router Messaging customer services got me nowhere as usual

    @alexbloor The worst was the guy in Finsbury Park who insisted the Teams and VPN issues couldn't be his ISP becaise they'd done all the tests and replaced the router. Talktalk, 0.38Mbps download, 87Kbps upload
