    @WeAreOpenreach @TalkTalk when will the issue in E14 be resolved? No internet for the last 7 hours. @TalkTalk customer support said that open reach engineers are addressing this - what’s the ETA of the fix?

    @TalkTalk Landline number is 02036457953, the account is in my wife’s name - Manjusha Chatterjee. She’s called and escalated the issue, but we’d appreciate a timeline for the fix. 72 hours for updates is rather vague. We are working from home and would need this issue resolved asap please

    @TalkTalk Hi just wondering if there is an issue with land lines in the North East. Phone calls dropping, not able to leave messages. I know 2 relatives are having the same issues.

    @TalkTalk 2 live chats which both failed and a half an hour phone call which lost connection and no call back and I still have no WiFi!! No one is able to help where do I go from here?

    @TalkTalk my hard of hearing 81 year old mother has been put on an account she does not want. All ‘sold’ by telephone phone. Calling customer service to cancel they put her on hold! Sorry affair taking advantage of that elderly!

    It is not surprising that @TalkTalk have such a bad reputation. The lady I spoke to today was lovely but their systems are so rigid and unfriendly. Their compliance is completely OTT and is costing them customers.
