@TalkTalk Tried for the past two weeks via the frankly useless Live Chat “service”. Apparently (as of 2.33pm on Tuesday) someone was going to call me between 24 and 48 hours. Still waiting. Appalling

@TalkTalk I am a new customer and just had our Openreach box installed. The eero pro 6 won’t connect to the internet; tried to contact you via live chat and no one can help. The worst service I’ve ever experienced. Totally poor customer service so disappointed!!
