    @TalkTalk router failure two hours of checks and the support chat says I need to wait three working days for a response. Very unhappy no internet line checks good the router has failed but no action can be taken. Very unhappy with this service. I would welcome some help here

    Note to self: Never go with TalkTalk as an internet provider again. Absolutely appalling customer service and a complaint not taken seriously 👍🏻

    @TalkTalk no resolution decided to get higher operator to call me , told the whole story …. Was asked to call openreach and ask what’s going on because talk talk did everything they could to get them to do the job but opereach seems never do anything but sending fake reports to talk talk
