@TalkTalk had no broadband all day!! Getting hold of somebody to help has been a joke. Work been impossible, no school for the kids. Is twitter going to help?! Put myself at risk having had to leave home to work. Based in Whitstable.

Customer service at @TalkTalk appears to be non existent. Internet down and loads of important zoom meetings over the weekend. Just a text to say 2-3 working days to fix so that takes us to Wednesday!

@TalkTalk I've been trying to call customer service since yesterday! my broadband is down troubleshooting isn't working and it's saying it's because the router struggled with my downloads? so I upgraded my deal and it's still not ******* working please HELP ME

@NOWTV I have changed to your service 2 weeks ago and I can't even watch BBC Iplayer on standard definition without it buffering every 5 mins. I will be changing back to @TalkTalk if it doesn't improve @Ofcom

How @TalkTalk @OpenreachHelp think it’s acceptable for a) not provide a paid for service b)simply not attend a job and c) leave a keyworker working from home 2 days a week with no internet is beyond me! Lied to multiple times. Zero professionalism from both parties.

I am truly disgusted with the customer service from @TalkTalk . I have had no broadband/Wi-Fi for 10 days. @OpenreachHelp only accepted the job on 26/1. They were scheduled to fix fault today at 1.40pm & haven’t even attended the job. Now being told I have to wait til Monday.
