    @TalkTalk Major service outage not communicated from you at all! No Wi-Fi for a week, and just been told that the expected fix date is 29April so 3 more wks w/o WiFi. At the same time having to pay more than £50 per month and not able to cancel the contract without £300 penalty!

    @TalkTalk is comfortably the worst customer I've ever experienced. Over 1 hour just to get them to acknowledge the existence of an already open complaint that they haven't fixed on over 6 weeks.

    Never join @TalkTalk under any circumstances. Pay bill by direct debit, talk talk say it hasn’t been paid (it has, we have proof) They tell us to call out bank at 5pm on a Saturday night. Very unprofessional and I’ll be leaving next month. Avoid this company #talktalk

    @TalkTalk unsurprisingly we still have a major issue with our internet. Despite you sending out an engineer who only fixed the crackle on the line. I hope you’re adding these days up and ready to pay compensation

    @virginmedia @zotric Afternoon outages still happen regularly. At 1:30 today it is down and it went down yesterday at the same time when I was on an important call. Thank heavens for the TalkTalk landline backup. A friend has exactly the same issue miles away. But his often breaks around 3am.
