@TalkTalk I have DM you about your absolutely appalling customer service on the phone. I have been put on hold 3 times by 3 separate agents who have never come back on the phone - left on hold 3 times for over 30 minutes. Who can I speak to who won't ignore my calls. Horrendous

@SueSuezep She did some brilliant work helping the distribution of TalkTalk customer information to hackers - and reprised her success several times. They thought she was wonderful (the hackers, not the customers).

Took out #talktalk Fibre #broadband last week. I cancelled it this week. Don't even consider it. Their service is utterly deplorable. When arranging your internet, just remember, anybody but TalkTalk!!

@TalkTalk I have advised 3 Talk Talk employees that I don't want their fibre anymore. They refuse to accept that I have cancelled the order. Is this actually legal? That they insist it is not cancelled unless I try to contact another department? After their terrible service so far?

How bizarre. Talktalk phone bills dont include a phone number to contact talktalk. Not a great problem for those of us with google but a real frustration for those like my elderly inlaws who dont use the internet.

@cosmiclandmine Sadly they are ALL crap, but some are crappier than others...[Avoid TalkTalk, they are probably the worst of the worst!] They cut me off on the day my grandson was born, [over an error on their part, for weeks!] STILL not refunded me any *compensation*. Charlatans + cheats!

@TalkTalk have been absolutely brilliant sorting out my internet problem! Within minutes of me tweeting yesterday they were straight on it. Never had that with my previous provider. Thank you TalkTalk!
