    god talktalk support is so useless. What do you mean ive been talking to you for 3 hours and you tell me to turn my hub off and on again?? I did that 3 ******* hours ago!!!!!

    FN brilliant you get on the mobile to TalkTalk to report a land line fault, they keep you hanging on for an hour+ and then the line drops out. Its a similar story with their online service. No wonder Britain has gon down the drain.

    Companies that do this type of stuff during a bereavement are absolutely disgusting. I had the same issue with @TalkTalk. I would advise people - based on this - to avoid @TUIUK.

    what’s best isp for routing? TalkTalk is awful I have 30 ping without exitlag whilst pixelbot has 20 and he’s on the other side of wales

    So then this guy asks for £1 deposit refundable I am reassured to solve my problem presumably on behalf of @Talktalk who are my erstwhile WiFi suppliers but have gone into cyberspace ….after a few exchanges he says for £22 he will connect to my system abc solve it for me ?

    @TalkTalk I need to speak to someone about increase in my bill as boost is expiring. Can’t log in to my account and helpline just takes me round in circles. Help please

    @PaulUtd16 @TalkTalk Tech is great when it works. Trying to speak to a human these days to sort problems out is nigh on impossible! Hope your parents are sorted soon
