  @ShemaleNudity @TalkTalk Why did your friend not just do like 99% of people setup a direct debit then there is no issue. How did your friend send payment? How can they take money if they are the one sending it to them? A lot of the story doesn't make sense. That company just like VM r know to b awful

  @SandyofSuffolk I have a reciprocal agreement with my neighbour on Vodaphone. I am on TalkTalk. If either goes down we switch to the other.

  …of course, you and I know that all international numbers are prefixed with 00 - basic info that has been common knowledge for years. If you have setup a premium rate bar on your home telephone - be aware that if you are a TalkTalk customer, this security measure is redundant.

  So then the @talktalk bot lady says she will connect me to a tech guy - just hang on - been hanging on to Talktalk with @Talktalk for 3 hours so er up for that . Well *******, I get a contact in 5 minutes a Mr Arshun but he seems to be from JAtech and he is asking for money ?

  Re your business account people: they are the most spectacularly useless script-reading nincompoops I’ve dealt with. I cannot access my own account because you’ve decided an email I have never used is the only acceptable proof I exist. I’ve provided every piece of ID except my inside-leg measurement.   @TalkTalk & @WeAreOpenreach I’ve been left without internet for almost 48hrs. The issue is unknown, the internet randomly stopped working and I’ve been informed an engineer is on their way. I live in central London, not sure why it’s taking so long. Pls send help!

  So then this guy asks for £1 deposit refundable I am reassured to solve my problem presumably on behalf of @Talktalk who are my erstwhile WiFi suppliers but have gone into cyberspace ….after a few exchanges he says for £22 he will connect to my system abc solve it for me ?

  Anybody else with sky wifi I moved from talktalk to sky few months ago got there 2nd fastest WiFi and it is ******* terrible my talktalk wifi was alot worse speeds and seemed to be faster 😑
