never ever join #TalkTalk they are thefts I was originally set up with @TalkTalk I tried everything to cancel my Internet with them got a bill from them today saying I owe £39 I am with @ThreeUK it's impossible to contact talk talk unless they want money from you

@TalkTalk Wow @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup . Absolute crap ! Services promised on 17th of May is still not active and you guys don’t have a definite date on when the issue will be resolved . Definitely the worst ever customer experience.

@SimsHilarysims @TalkTalk I have to agree, I never realised how user unfriendly @talktalk was as I don’t use them thankfully. Unfortunately my father does. They have a wall of guff on their website :an interface that you cannot find help and when I spoke to someone very unhelpful. Good luck.. you need it!

After 4+ years of defrauding and overcharging for our home broadband subscription whilst ignoring our complaints, @bt_uk have the audacity to send a bill to this flat for £21.07 claiming that our service stopped on 24 June whereas it was transferred to @TalkTalk in Dec last year

@zoecongo @SimsHilarysims @TalkTalk Yup I was with talk talk thankfully I don't need to deal with them again. They only care about your money. Never had to deal with a company with such horrendous customer service.
