@TalkTalk What he did tell me was it’s his responsibility to check his account for changes ! 92 never set a password on his account and doesn’t have email you try and talk to your crowd and make sense of it

@virginmedia Me and Scott also had a discussion regarding @SkyUK not charging exit fees for not providing service at his news address and he went with @TalkTalk - 100% if TalkTalk offer broadband so will sky He started to stutter at his made up story and said it’s because sky said that ….

@TalkTalk So I received the link didn’t get us anywhere we need to put in letters from his password that he doesn’t have🤬😤now they have given us details to raise a complaint but guess what we need his password that he has never had , his contract was taken out years and years ago
