******* done with @TalkTalk every night at 1am my Internet goes down. Never had this with any other provider, I want my contract ended so I can move back to EE.

  • jezmusic2 Jez (@jezmusic2) reported

@talktalk since you bought the SSE broadband service can you help me terminate mine? I've been trying to provide notice for 2 weeks but now even the generic customer service address just bounces with no alternative provided and the phone numbers/whatsapp etc don't work...

  • Itsscousejay James holmes (@Itsscousejay) reported

@TalkTalk your website is down does that actually mean that the interent goes down or am I having problems ??

  • JMawee Jenny Mawee (@JMawee) reported

@TalkTalk “here to help 7-10pm” yet the chat says they won’t be working till Monday when you have no internet working 🤬 . A bit of false advertising don’t you think!

  • nwcassidy Nathaniel Cassidy 🇺🇦 (@nwcassidy) reported

Very poor service from @TalkTalk. I’m out of contract, trying to cancel our broadband and I’ve been given the run around by live chat only to find someone will have to call me back.

  • EraseMeElysion Becki 🌿 (@EraseMeElysion) reported

@hellopizzaman19 @TalkTalk Your best bet with broadband is to switch providers whenever your initial plan is up. It sucks, I hate doing it, but I can't justify staying with one company with constantly increasing prices.

  • RichardSmithgi3 Richard Smith-giles (@RichardSmithgi3) reported

@TalkTalk Signed up and running on 3rd February, currently no service for 24 hrs." GREAT CONNECTION GUARANTEE Fibre broadband If you're not satisfied with your Fibre connection in the first 30 days of your services going live, you're free to leave us. I'm not satisfied.

  • Shaun23972 Shaun craig (@Shaun23972) reported

@stephanemouill1 @virginmedia This is exactly the position I'll be in at end of the month. I'd rather stay with VM but only want broadband. Can't afford the price rise on my current package If they're not allowing this, I'll cancel after 14 years with them and start making other arrangements with @TalkTalk

  • amyalicia Amy Church (@amyalicia) reported

@TalkTalk Perhaps your twitter team would be more responsive than the customer service team on the phone line! 🙈 All we want to do is cancel and surprisingly you're making it very difficult...

  • Mynameisnotfifi Fiona Stewart (@Mynameisnotfifi) reported

@TalkTalk I signed up with you when I first moved &got youview tv box as part of the broadband deal. But the tv box is not working anymore & I’d like to cancel the tv & just pay for the broadband as part of new contract. Will that be possible? FYI, I’m deaf so no phone calls.
