TalkTalk have repeatedly failed to honour their promise to call me back, I'm thoroughly fed up with the unreliable company and their atrocious customer service. I would move but am forced to stay for the moment for complex business reasons, but I will take them to the Ombudsman.

@TalkTalk hi I’ve had no internet all morning and also all yesterday morning. This is becoming a common occurrence. I’m seriously now thinking of switching to a different company, I cannot work without consistent internet connection. Please explain why this problem is happening

@TalkTalk WiFi has gone down again. Constant orange flashing light while everything connects normally but says no internet? Tried absolutely everything and it won’t work at all. How do you fix this?

@TalkTalk Hi Harold , Thanks again for excellent customer care.For feedback to Talk Talk generally, it would have been better if the letter advising of upgrade said that you MUST change your router to a Fibre router unless you have one already. We didn’t realise we had to change router.
