    @TalkTalk No point. You’ll put me through to a technician who will ask me to reset the router for the EIGHTH time and won’t be able to figure out why there’s a problem.

    @TalkTalk Internet has gone down 3 times today, third time I called as you suggested- 35 minutes for them to tell me as my internet has now finally gone back up there is nothing they can do! What a joke! What’s worse is it went on around 20 minutes into the call and they knew this

    @TalkTalk Hi I recently got a SIM-only contract from you. I note on the card it says you will automatically text me an account number when I connect to the network, but I have not had this text. How do I get an account number?
