  @TalkTalk I received an email from you on 2 August giving me details on returning my equipment. I moved house recently so disconnected service. I'm in France at the moment, returning to UK in a few weeks. Your website does not provide any means of communicating with you. this ok

  @ledo105 @TalkTalk @netflix Hi Leah, mine was fixed by switching and unplugging the eero router from the wall. And rebooting. Not sure if 5/10mins is enough, but they advised 30mins. And that did fix it for me.

  @TalkTalk Hi Ian, after speaking to another person we were told the issue with now tv and @TalkTalk is an ongoing one & it has to go to the manager and then the back room who look into it for people, it’s so frustrating as switching from now tv to talktalk should have been simple .

  @TalkTalk My Dad has passed and you will not let me cancel his internet without his internet account number which I do not have and apparently a death certificate will not do. I cannot fathom how a death certificate from the coroner is not enough proof that my Dad is dead.
