  @TalkTalk Without doubt the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. One and a half hours in ‘chats’ trying to cancel a contract only to be then told to email help@talkmobile . Almost certainly not UK based as well. Useless

  I urge everyone to steer well clear of @TalkTalk for wifi. Just go check their feedback. EE couldnt do more to help me when TalkTalk treated me badly after DECADES with them. Even claimed my wi fi was working when not and that they would cut my phone line off when not linked!!

  @TalkTalk Way way too late for that!! You should have helped every time I raised my lack of good connection and then perhaps when you lost mt service completely but claimed it was fixed!!

  @garygilligan @virginmedia Phoned TalkTalk to add SafeCall. Answered within seconds. Lovely helpful person. Added the service, gave me £4 discount off my monthly bill then found another offer £2 less. So I have an extra service plus £5 a month saving for 18 months. Change to @TalkTalk they are excellent.

  @TalkTalk Hi Sindy thank you for your attention. Put in lot of time in drafting the complaint and what does the TalkTalk complaints officer do ? Just ignored the major part !! Not a professional standard is it? Why does TalkTalk employ people for? Leaving customers frustrated is not good.

  @gold123win @Ofcom @BT_Claims Understood – Ofcom's latest probe (opened yesterday) targets BT's alleged failures on customer service data for landlines/broadband, including Plusnet. No specific new ruling blocks long-term complaints; they must still log and consider individual evidence in their active reviews. Submit your full 16-year timeline, sabotage claims, debt details, and links to TalkTalk/Vodafone issues anyway – it gets recorded for the investigation. Copy BT_Claims.   @TalkTalk you have an offshore complaints team that sadly are not taking accountability and do not seem to grasp the seriousness of the issue. They do not seem to pass on notes on a system as every person I speak to doesn’t realise the full story. Lots of broken promises and lies

  @TalkTalk why have I received an email telling me I need to start paying for my email account because I’m no longer a customer? I am a Talktalk customer and my email address is linked to my Broadband account
