If @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup cannot maintain its broadband service I am off @WhichUK. Pathetic service, low upload and download speeds. The south coast service is abysmal and random.

@TalkTalk I’ve been trying all day to reach customer services who, last week confirmed they would fix my new fibre line. 5 days in, as promised by you and still not fixed. I need an update! It’s been 7 days since the line was installed. This is a poor for a comms company to have no comms!

@TalkTalk help! Accidentally opted out of free full fibre upgrade. Would like line upgraded but to stay on current contract. "You won’t pay any more than you do today and your contract will remain unchanged." Accidentally hit the opt out and not getting anywhere with cust service

@TalkTalk completely disgusted by your service today (14th) and yesterday (13th) with a friend of mine! He wasn't meant to have broadband installed yesterday but you never turned up! And when he phone to make a complaint today you hung up on him! #annoyed 🤬😡

@TalkTalk I can not believe the service your giving , November I was supposed to be connected, everything’s in and still no connection just fobbed off with there’s a fault all the time so frustrating , poor talk talk staff getting it in the ear about how still nothings resolved !
