    So then this guy asks for £1 deposit refundable I am reassured to solve my problem presumably on behalf of @Talktalk who are my erstwhile WiFi suppliers but have gone into cyberspace ….after a few exchanges he says for £22 he will connect to my system abc solve it for me ?

    @devilscustard @TalkTalk Another case of the big boys not giving a tuppeny for the customer. Gimme the money is all they care about. DHL have been sending me the same bill every month for 3 years. I paid it 3 years ago and sent screenshots of the bank payment. It’s harassment but they don’t give a Fck.

    @FirstSquawk TalkTalk headlines are a classic deal-premium trap — retail sees a spike and forgets the network arm is being carved out.     @TalkTalk Sindy, why do you think that would help? Who would you refer me to, other than the customer service department that is ignoring me? #Talktalk lie by email. And then lie about the lies. They have no idea how the billing system works. If they phone you, they just talk over you.
