    @PsychoboyUK @virginmedia @TalkTalk tbf its a matter of principle as well. I was very honest on the call with the fraud person, they on the other hand didn't disclose they are fraud checking. I was speaking very casually, I also had a bad throat as I have a cold and I asked what the call was about too!

    @TalkTalk are a bunch of lying, thieving scam artists!! They have lied to us for weeks and now stolen our money and refusing to refund us for a service we have never received! Avoid at all costs!

    @TalkTalk I have no TV service at all. In B356BT. My youview box is giving out nothing at all. I've rebooted, returned, switched everything off then on again and nothing. Not anything. Can you please tell me if this is a result of Storm Arwen?

    Got to hand it to @TalkTalk, they sent me a new router (unasked, just because mine was an old model). I was dreading changing it over but it was absolutely seamless and even my wifi extenders were connected with no issues.
