@TalkTalk Internet has been down since late last night, no connection at all! In the Gloucester area so when are you sorting this? I have been in chat to 3 different people and struggling to communicate due to the lack of connection and website being down,On hold to 4 different people!

I literally could not be mnore frustrated with @TalkTalk - (i) finally found a phone number to call a real person &when I get through, the call centre is so noisy & their devices so bad, I can literally barely hear a word, and (ii) more frustrating than ever I am simply trying

@nigelg112 @TalkTalk Same as that!!! I stupidly swapped over to talktalk and have spent hrs on my mobile saying the same shyte since the 4th November when I was supposed to go live..... awaiting an engineer out this morning, so another wasted day sat in the house. Have you been doing DIY? Wtf!?

@TalkTalk 1 hour gone and no response. I do not believe this is a difficult question. Would changing from Future Fibre (which has never worked) to FTTC solve the problem with my router? I have been on FTTC since the failed attempt to get Future Fibre working several months ago
