    @TalkTalk I've had no internet for 3 days, and the log in to your website keeps having problems. I've apparently managed to request an appointment with openreach but have had no notification on if it's been confirmed and now I can't log in again to find out.

    @Effiedeans @TalkTalk @Plusnet Had the same issue with bt and Vodafone. Except there was a month between off and on. They say it's a simple switch, so people assume that's true. But it isn't.

    @TalkTalk So that is an extra cost for the same service - and what I am looking for isthe service I already pay for with no extra costs
