    @TalkTalk I am elderly with underlying health problems making me vulnerable. You seem to think that if I can access the internet that makes me safe. IT DOES NOT. I NEED A WORKING LANDLINE. WHY DO YOU REFUSE TO EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE THIS PROBLEM?

    @LiamsTransport1 I know how you feel at least once a week someone in my house has to reboot the router because we don’t have decent WiFi although it’s actually the best TalkTalk were one of the worst service providers

    @TalkTalk Hi, I placed an order with you yesterday but got an email saying that order had been cancelled and just received a text saying the engineer will be here on the 17th? So did the order actually go through as I did not want to cancel lol, Thanks.

    @TalkTalk Firstly provide better service for customer support was on the phone for 6 hours straight trying to sort out leaving ended up with an engineer that did nothing basically, secondly the amount of times your Wi-Fi crashes is ridiculous no other provider goes down as much as you guys
