    @TalkTalk Hi our wired internet (fibre) disconnects multiple times an hour for 1-2 minutes, during this time the router flashes red. We tried leaving it off overnight but it did not help

    @TalkTalk I rang customer service. And DM'd.Avised there is no problem. But I can't get my WiFi working. Put in my email address and it's saying wrong email address!!!

    @TalkTalk internet up & down like a yo-yo. Just done a speed check using TalkTalk speed test and download speed 0.4mbps!!! Constantly having to reconnect devices to router.

    @TalkTalk Can you PLEASE provide an update here as I have not been able to send or receive emails for several days due to this. I use Windows Live Mail. Is this problem going to be sorted out?

    @TalkTalk I haven't got an issue other than tal talk text me asking me to ring them ASAP and then I can't get through on the phone line and the Web chat is not fit for purpose.

    get the feeling @TalkTalk messing with me - reported had no access to emails at 10.30am, painful process to get help (repeating details), 5 hours later and told to clear web browser cache, did so. Not fixed email access but now having to log on to all websites and sort cookies 😡

    @TalkTalk can anyone help with a connection problem? Just been told by a customer service rep this is my error for not doing my research and that she won't put me through to anyone else as it will be "marked as a fail for her".

    @TalkTalk Being charged £28.00 a month for disconnecting internet and the worst complaints team - who claim the try and ring me but no missed calls!!
