    @TalkTalk i set up an a/c for my daughters student house. The broadband never worked you sent engineer who said you couldn’t provide broadband so you agreed to cancel the contract and said I would not be charged. I keep getting bills and now have debt collectors on me. DISGUSTING

    @TalkTalk - no broadband service in Hindhead, Surrey (01428 area) for a couple of hours. Is this part of the 'North Downs and Weald' area reported as down on your service checker?

    @TalkTalk My internet hub has been flashing orange and not working for 48hrs despite several resets. Nothing unplugged/loose. I've DMd you repeatedly. Called twice but told you're closed. Can you please advise? Kinda need internet, it's quite important. Cheers.

    @TalkTalk Hi All , My talk talk internet service is down from last 5 days and all I hear from customer care is that it has been escalated to case manager who has not bothered to call or share any update on the status. This is extremely bad service, so please stay away.

    @TalkTalk I’ve given up at 44mins! Can’t afford to hold on any longer. Absolutely terrible customer service
