    @TalkTalk I'm in the affected area. Please can we have regular updates on what's happening, preferably hourly. The service has been intermittent for nearly 24 hours and is the third major outage this year.

    @TalkTalk @Marcin_Nowak81 This shouldn't need a DM. It's the same intermittent issue as yesterday. It's also affecting BD16. Please can we have an update on the exchange issue? Is this to do with your planned maintenance upgrades? Be aware, this is our 3rd major outage this year!

    @garyavfchorton @BoocockBilly99 @TalkTalk We too are still experiencing internet issues in LS6 and have like you been experiencing them since yesterday lunchtime. Please could these problems be resolved ASAP, we have some urgent deadlines to meet :(

    @TalkTalk BD16 still very intermittent - please at least admit there are still issues, they are far from fixed!

    @davidsilkstone @superbantam123 @TalkTalk Thanks for the suggestion David. To be honest, my mobile network connection is very poor, so not sure this helps. Besides which, TalkTalk need to sort themselves out! This is the third major outage this year!

    @TalkTalk I've always been with Sky but have just moved to @TalkTalk. What a mistake that was. Never had a problem with Sky but setting up with @TalkTalk has been an absolutely nightmare and still no broadband!!! How am I supposed to work from home?!
