@TalkTalk I’ve spoken with your customer support team twice this year regarding frequent incremental increases. Rises in costs and investments in better infrastructure were cited. An email was also received recently announcing a further increase. Shall I tweet you our bill?

@TalkTalk - I’ve been on the phone 3 hours today to resolve a broadband issue. Yesterday an engineer came but the fault is not fixed. 3 hours later and still no resolution. I feel badly let down by talk talk today

@SamRaincock General network kit - I use Netgear switches, my router is the TalkTalk one ATM it feeds into a TP Link WiFi mesh rather than using built-in. I have used Draytek before too and Cisco, both were fine. Before the fibre upgrade I was using an AVM Fritz!Box which was fine.

@TalkTalk since yesterday my connection speeds have dropped to kb/s, even losing connection for minutes at a time, when it should be in the 40mb/s range. Can you help me with this issue?

@TalkTalk I have been on communication via DMs and they are unable to resolve the issue. I work nearly all the hours phone lines are open. Chat bot on website can’t help either.
