  @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup and on top of that I've been told that if you cancel you will be charged. I am really fed up of their service. No help at all just bind you to a contract and then charge you for not providing the internet 😡😡😡

  @TalkTalk No need to check website, my friends new broadband install should have been working last Wednesday but after talking to 4 tech support agents all saying they will resolve our problem, now told it has to be passed to case manager and it will be another week..appalling service!!!!

  @TalkTalk @susannadfern You need to provide more updates. It's been down all day. "Engineers are looking into it" is fine as an initial holding message, but when the outages stretch to hours and days, you need to provide more regular updates to customers.

  @TalkTalk Hi what's happening in SN25 region no internet all morning. Carried out online test with all being reported by Talk Talk as all okay. Time to be upfront and honest, is the service down in my area?

  @TalkTalk experiencing issues in BD21, Doesn’t help that 3Network are also doing maintenance in the BD area so loss of service on nearly everything today!
