    @TalkTalk having problems with my upgrade to my contract. Haven't been sent a link to open a netflix account and the Web page on your site isn't showing me anything to help.... Any ideas?

    @TalkTalk 2 old home number back. We have spoken to live people several times on the internet and spoken to several people on the phone lines and no one will sort it out for us. One person told us we had to cancel the contract and then re open it in order to get our old phone

    @TalkTalk avoid at all costs. Having problems with fibre 150 since I started. Bt eng came out, told me I should never been sold it, advised to drop down to fibre 65. Still got charged £65 for the pleasure of the visit. Having problems on fibre 65 now.....
