    @TalkTalk is it really OK to leave an 86 year old customer with no other means of communication, without a phone until Wednesday next week. No it is not. An engineer came to connect her and then left before it was working. She will be a week without a phone.

    @TalkTalk Yeah was given that earlier and called them, could not help with either fixing it or getting rid of it. I’ll post the equipment back and cancel DD.

    @TalkTalk when are you going to solve my internet issue.. it's down for 24 hours.. no point of opening the service line if you cant address issues.

    @All4 I sign in and get as far as "Welcome back Michael" then the computer screen goes black. I have an iMac/Safari/@TalkTalk. Who's fault is this? Mine? Yours? TalkTalk's? It's been like this for weeks on end and is never just going to put itself right.
