@JonnyP_11 @TalkTalk Happens to us all the time. Random drop outs every 20 minutes or so. Everything is impossible. Son is trying to do GCSE’s online and we can’t even watch Netflix in on device without it buffering for minutes at a time. Appalling service. Cancelling and don’t expect a fee to do so.

@Melissa90827791 @TalkTalk Not had any problems with TalkTalk in the past, just disappointed Sky Sports is now only accessible via NowTV, means you can’t pause, record etc on your tv box.

@TalkTalk we have cancelled our contract after seven years. We had a very slow broadband and paid £34 pm. Now that we are leaving they are offering £17. They should pay back for the unjustified extra we paid and not test how much they can get away with. Very Disappointing

Don’t ever sign up with TalkTalk. Changing to them was a huge mistake & as soon as my contract expires in May I’m leaving. Their customer service has been utterly appalling for 16months & they don’t care that I’m still without landline/ internet/ emergency alarm. Day 3 tomorrow😠

@TalkTalk I will do, when I'm back on live chat again tomorrow trying to get this issue fixed, repeating myself to a 5th person. Supposed to be guaranteed 35mbps I'm getting 2.3, yet people keep asking me how many bars signal I have

@TalkTalk Good. I’ve cancelled because my speed has been 40mbs below the guaranteed speed for over a year. I did it on the phone and could barely hear or understand the person that dealt with it. I hope I don’t get charged cancellation fees after such awful service.
