    @adityasingh10 @TalkTalk I wrote that tweet when I was on hold. I was then told to hold for ANOTHER "agent" who also never picked up. Let's see wha happens tomorrow.

    @TalkTalk The final person I spoke to said she will call me back as line was bad...guess what no call!!! You should be ashamed of how you're treating your customers. I've gone to Sky, and let's hope the majority of your customers follow. Shambles!!!!

    @TalkTalk I recently renewed my internet contract. My letter say thanks for upgrading to TalkTalk TV. I never signed up for anything like that. What does this mean and am I paying for this?

    @TalkTalk I can access my emails but i need to access my wife's email and to do that i need to access my account and "manage my emails" but every time i have logged in it says technical issues please try again. My wife cannot access her email + we were told i could do it through my account

    Dealing with @TalkTalk online is embarrassing. They’ve just lost a customer due to their inflexible approach to literally everything… apart from data leaks of course, they’re good at them.
