@TalkTalk Really frustrating service. No internet and no response on the chat for 45 minutes before it seems everyone has gone home. Left waiting until 9.00am tomorrow and unable to work.

@DanRichOwen @TalkTalk I regularly have periods of no Wi-Fi service despite living in fairly central London. Haven’t got the patience to go through the rigmarole of contacting “Customer Service” . Will start to investigate switching.

@TalkTalk No point you tried to help earlier and couldn’t. Someone else in york is having a tech guy come out mon Tues or weds but that’s doesn’t help me I just wanted to know if there is a problem in area or if it’s just mine!

@TalkTalk Sort it out, Internet keeps going down every day. I work from home and can't do things when your service is this bad. Honestly going to move to a new provider soon, TalkTalk is absolutely useless.

@TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup Despite several attempts to correct the error of your data input. I am unable to gain access to my account to pay my bills and cancel my contract. I have tried several times to email and call. But because the data you have on my account is incorrect .
