@Coronationary @TalkTalk DM is cus service answer to everything. In my case no problems solved just a list of DMs even though they are aware. They wriggle and wriggle and still below contract service. BET they ask for a DM. GOOD LUCK

@LeilaWillingham @TalkTalk It’s genuinely awful isn’t it? I haven’t even received a text, which then by the time someone comes will be another few days… what’s the point showing them loyalty for a very poor service.

@TalkTalk TT cus service, just holding the line.....no service from my experience, intermittent service with below contract speed for the last weeks. NO DM just fix the fault.
