    U charge £40 a month and put customers through this misery, on top of that I'm told I'll be charged for a month, even when I informed well before billing date my decision to cancel broadband service. Try calling TalkTalk customer service, you'll prefer death. #TalkTalkBroadband

    @TalkTalk Hi, can I ask some help please? We are moving property very soon and have started packing things. I have noticed are incoming landline has two staples in from install. We have have speed problems for ages, bt put a sofa back so we didn't notice damage.

    @TalkTalk I hope someone can help I have been trying for weeks now to get a return label for an account that is now closed to return the broadband hub I have made numerous calls an it has taken a lot of my time and I still have not received a return label from you

    @TalkTalk Awful customer experience, no respect and empathy for customers. My contract was over, which I failed to notice, but talktalk decided to bump the price to an astronomical number, which I kept on paying for months. 1/3
