    What an absolute farce @TalkTalk is! Customer service have mis sold products, different teams contradict each other and website says different again! Disgusting customer service and appalling customer experience!

    I’m a @TalkTalk broadband customer for over 10 years , bank updated my card so due to oversight I missed last months payment by 1 day !! They charged me £12 fee .. Ive no previous credit issues . After online chat I got 40% off charge,yep 10+ yrs customer ! Profit before service

    @MEStew_art @TalkTalk Yeah that’s what the told me too. hopefully it’ll be up again soon. We had this problem last year with them too and was going on and off for about a week but that was in NN3. Hoping it’s not the same this time 😞Think mine came on about 5 yesterday in Burton Latimer 😒
