    @TalkTalk help! I called customer support today to register Power of Attorney for a relative with dementia. I’ve been asked to set up a call so they can pass security…. …they have dementia and I have LPA so no need to talk to the account holder. How do I sort this?

    @TalkTalk we have no internet at all in SE4. the connection is poor at best and now this. When will you fix it?

    @TalkTalk I live in Highlands, Post Code “IV2” My TalkTalk wifi keeps on cutting out every few minutes, from 3 minutes to 13 minutes, then on my router an orange light flashes, then the white and orange combination flashing, then a solid white light and wifi works. Help….

    @TalkTalk I have severed my contract with you twice now and am still receiving bills from you for a property I vacated in July. I have no desire to put myself through the trauma of your helplines again, kindly sort this out. Appalling customer service.

    @skytv Worst network I have ever been with. The last few months the connection for the Internet had been weak although I'm paying high prices. Most channels don't work most times. Would not recommend Sky. Talktalk are better Value, wish I never moved from them.
