    @TalkTalk Literally just wanted an update on the outage in the l24 area. Was asked twice if my router was on, if I had a landline twice, if I could make calls twice. If I call support I get a message about the outage. Opérateur refused to look and wanted to know if my router was on

    @TalkTalk Each time we requested to speak to management. Your Indian customer service team hang up the phone. We have been customers for thirty years. Very unprofessional not being fit for purpose. Talk talk

    @TalkTalk @officialvi0let I have the same issue as I’m moving and want to transfer to remaining flatmate. Royal Mail is unreliable and slow. What incentive is there for me to do this rather than cancel?

    @TalkTalk still doesn't get internet connectivity at my home. Totally bad service. It's been 2 months and I'm still not sure when I will get the board band service from talktalk Please check and do the needful

    @TalkTalk Talktalk Indian customer service team are terrible at helping UK customers. The experience with Talktalk has been down right disgusting customer. About the Indian customer service team sector not fit purpose. 30 years we have been with talktalk. Useless unprofessional team.
