    .@TalkTalk you are by far the worst company I have ever had to deal with when it comes to cancelling a contract. I have had to advocate on behalf of one of your customers who lost his job (due to the pandemic) and subsequently the house that his account is for. (1)

    @TalkTalk Hi Mike, yes that was arranged by talk talk. The line into our property has perished as it was laid in soil and not a conduit so they could not pull a new line through. Therefore the grounds team dug our path, garden, access rd and but was never connected. TT closed the job

    @TalkTalk can I just say how disappointed I am with your service. I have a switch over date for the 18/05 and I’m being told I have to wait until midnight and if I still don’t have internet I need to contact you😡😡😡

    @TalkTalk your wifi is absolutely terrible. How many times do we need to call, complain and have engineers sent out? I work from home, and yet again your internet fails to let me! Ridiculous

    @TalkTalk totally disgusted at how talk talk treat their loyal customers who have been with them for years - you agreed a contract with my father last month and this month have nearly doubled it. Suffice to say you’ll be getting a call of complaint from him.#internet #disgusting

    Looks like a no show from @OpenreachHelp today to install my @TalkTalk Full Fibre service... Can't see it happening in next 50 min. Seriously unimpressed waiting around all day for nothing and to top it off, won't have an internet service as of tomorrow. How am I meant to work?
