@TalkTalk - my Talktalk webmail account has been hacked. When trying to reset the password online, I am unable to login to 'My Account' section which is weird as I can still see all my own emails and so can the hacker!! Clear breach of European data security regulation. Not good!

@TalkTalk very disappointed with your service. My father passed away and solicitor wrote to say we wanted to maintain service in my name. You ignored the letter & disconnected & now say you can’t reconnect till 7 April but we need it next week. Tough time just made harder by you.

@TalkTalk Oh, and the problem has been going on since January. My neighbours (half a mile away) have exactly the same problem. Two engineers have been, and have said that the problem is not within my house, and yet you keep asking about my sockets and router. JUST SORT THE LINE!

@TalkTalk It's simple, 4 weeks after I phoned you and contracted with you for a service, you have not communicated with me at all. I have phoned you 3 times and been promised an update in writing- it hasn't happened.
