We know you can't do anything to help, and the only thing you can do is push us back to the non-functioning team that we are complaining about. ap Austin (@apAustin1) reportedFN brilliant you get on the mobile to TalkTalk to report a land line fault, they keep you hanging on for an hour+ and then the line drops out. Its a similar story with their online service. No wonder Britain has gon down the drain.

Thought there was a mobile issue logging in. Today I remembered to try laptop at work and still cant log in. Guess you want the higher price from me eh?

Sixpence (@Sixpenc97002536) reported@devonboy3410 @GBNEWS I’m with TalkTalk but it’s pretty poor since they ‘upgraded’ my area … We regularly either lose the internet or the signal is too weak to watch a digital tv programme, buffering every couple of minutes so it becomes unwatchable

And then lie about the lies. They have no idea how the billing system works. If they phone you, they just talk over you.
