    @TalkTalk what is going on with your service. My internet is worse than normal. I tried to change to @VirginMedia_TV but they haven’t got back to me. I have the worse service ever

    @TalkTalk Hi Chris, yes I am. Wi-Fi keeps cutting out. I need to restart every hour or so and it’s just generally slow.

    @TalkTalk I was just on hold to your technical department, and after a few mins of waiting they just hung up without coming back on the line. This is terrible customer service. I have a complete loss of service on my fibre line and need it back now, and dongles until restored.

    Who uses @talktalk for broadband? Trying to set up new account online. No email confirmation, told it is an error and i need to call instead. What an awful technology company!!!
