    @TalkTalk They’ve done that. No joy. But this is a serious network outage. Why not ask your top tech if they want their defective zone file tweeted for everyone to see HOW they messed up?

    Absolute Joke @TalkTalk 3 weeks without internet at home. Fobbed off by staff telling me what I want to hear. Have been given 3 different excuses today what the fault could be. 20 days on and now even more confused.. maybe you could help @BBCWatchdog

    @z35sh A) NEVER go for talktalk and B) just figure out which one works best in your area and then call them up, they’ll give you a better deal on the phone
