Why are your phone lines closed at this time? My account will not let me log in from abroad as it says it cannot facilitate it - this is ridiculous and you need to find a better way to deal with important problems on your site @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup

Save to say, @TalkTalk have been consistently bottom of the pile customer service wise this year for me and have given me the most grief. I'm looking forward to my contract with them ending in a couple of months. Never again.

@TalkTalk HELP! I'm wondering what is a reasonable time to deal with a fault? How many call handlers I need to speak to? How many times I have to start from the beginning to go through a fault finding process? Oh, and I get charged for an unfixed fault too!

Between Ryan Macmillan in the CEO's office at @TalkTalk and @OpenreachHelp who's team can't install the service at my uncles flat, you will end up putting me in hospital with all the dam stress you are causing me right now, fed up with empty promises & lack of customer service😡
