@TalkTalk Absolute shambles of an internet provider. Meant to install fibre cable, not capable of doing it, cancelled the copper line because the "engineers" closed the job, now no internet for 2 weeks. My wife works from home so started no end of problems. Useless.

@EE @owentrucker It's not just Owen. Broadband down here, too. Not just me either. Work colleagues on EE and Talktalk are also down. Please confirm it's a network issue and when it will be resolved.

@TalkTalk Hi this service has been awful since the day we had it put in I have called given different things to do but nothing worked they then sent out a router to help last night I could not get connected to the internet at all. I have had enough of this I think I need to someone higher

@TalkTalk how do I go about getting that new 4k tv box. I've just realized I'm paying for your tv package and have been for nearly 2 years but I don't have anyway to use it you never sent me a device to use it???

I have to complain about our new fibre optic @TalkTalk installation. The engineer left before checking that it worked properly and it's not working. Customer service suggested using our old connection but that was cut off by the engineer. Two thumbs down!
