My @TalkTalk telephone & broadband service stopped at 4pm today, after 2 web chats and 2 service calls with TalkTalk I was informed they may have been disconnected because I'm upgrading to talktalks full fibre and they got the dates wrong 1/2

What the hell am I paying exactly @talktalk my router is down 98% of the time then you people want money at the end of each month I feel as if I'm paying for nothing the line is crap at the best of times and Internet is down 98% of the time I want some sort of composition.

@FrankEHaschka @TalkTalk I picked up on TT's use of 'your' and 'our' the other day... they don't even take ownership of their own service. It might not be appropriate but is there any mileage in switching (eventually) to a business service? You should get better SLAs and a lower contention ratio.
