@TalkTalk There is no outrage or problem except @TalkTalk refusing to deal with the problem, poor customer service and lie that line no longer supported and upgrade would be full fibre, then refusing to cancel upgrade even within 14 day cooling off period. Just poor! #youandyours

So I left @TalkTalk as the service was awful. **** tv/ internet and they still tried charging me outstanding payments for the service they didnt supply Now they've sent a debt recovery letter to get money. If anyone is looking for internet or tv AVOID this shambles of a company

@TalkTalk I understand why you want the equipment back and I agree. I am saying it's very devious to leave it until the service is fully disconnected (weeks after I cancelled) to tell me there is a £50 fee for not returning the used equipment

@TalkTalk My mother’s had her internet cancelled through no fault of her own and has spent 10 hours speaking to customer services to try and get it resolved. Despite making your team aware she is undergoing serious medical treatment, you have left her stressed and isolated!

@TalkTalk hi there, is there a known issue in Oxford (specifically Headington) right now? 3rd or 4th time in the past couple months our broadband has gone down. Never happened when we were living in Worcester!
