  @TalkTalk customer service is awful! Over the past week I have been helping my elderly grandmother access her emails as she has forgotten her password, but there seems to be no one that can help resolve this!! She’s been a customer for over 20 years but clearly means nothing!

  Dearest @TalkTalk, your broadband has been consistently shite for weeks now. No, I won't call your customer services or talk to your chatbots. Yes, I turn the router in and off again, and no it isn't an issue with our devices. People pay you for a service. Sort. It. Out.

  @bt_uk I have been informed by TalkTalk that the current problem with our internet (not had any for over a week) is due to a BT outage in our area (Whitnash, Leamington Spa). Can you confirm this and inform of any further updates please?

  @TalkTalk have had no internet service for over a week now, all mobile data has been used up and more has had to be paid for. On the live chat one assistant said it was a router fault, another informed that the problem was with BT in our area. Can anyone help please?
