@TalkTalk I’ve been on the phone to your customer service number and they were absolutely shocking, worst I’ve ever had to be on the phone to. I want to lodge a complaint and the doll couldn’t even do that for me

@richm247 Yes, been with them for over a decade now. Was with talktalk prior to that, Sky was poor and still is for the owners of that house. BT do a guaranteed min speed for most connections. Do you know if you can get FTTP?

@TalkTalk I have been DM with someone since 9.22 am, that's nearly 10 hours of back and forth messages! Now getting no reply from them! I have not been rude or awkward with them, and still got intermittent Internet connection, using my data all day!

He spoke to #talktalk @talktalk and said “hi guys can I cancel my account. They replied “that fine as your no longer in a contract” skully said “fantastic can I cancel” #talktalk said #”yeah that’s fine it will take a month “ Skully said “ok” date June 2020

@TalkTalk well after three hours in DM trying to resolve my loss of internet with “Ram” I’m no further on. Still exactly the same problem and “Ram” is now ignoring me!! A whole evening wasted and I still don’t know how this will be resolved. VERY unhappy.

@nowtvhelp hello, please can you help. I've moved house (brand new talktalk tv) and am getting the error code PL-0 when I try to put on a film. The browsing & logging in works just playing films isn't work. Thank you
