Then this guy suggests I make a voice call - which I did, waiting for over THREE HOURS without any response!! @ofcom

OP (@soulsuckinjerk) reported@TalkTalk I've had written confirmation of cancellation in an email and verbally 3 times, and have STILL RECEIVED A BILL FOR AN ACTIVE SERVICE. Every time I reinitiate contact, people claim to have no record of my cancellation until pressed, when proof suddenly miraculously appears. (2/2)

Only been a customer two months, 4 weeks of which I’ve had no service and no explanation. Spent an hour on the phone eventually getting cut off for the second time. Time to cancel.
