@TalkTalk, I haven't had internet or a landline since the 22nd of March. I have called and called and yesterday was in chat for 5 hours, with no resolution. Please just send an engineer to reconnect the line.

@TalkTalk Hi, why don’t you have a number I can call to cancel? Having to chat to 2 bots & 1 human then wait up to 48 hours for a call is ridiculous. Especially when there’s no possibility of changing my mind as my UFO contract has ended & Future Fibre isn’t available in my area.
