Ray Smith (@raysasharp) reported@TalkTalk left VM due to cost of new deal. Joined TT (30/4/22) received router & bits early May. Told in writing engineer would arrive & install 16/5 pm. Waited but no one showed up. Rang help about 6.15 and told engineer would still arrive but didn’t. Brill!

I’ve been told it could be three days before things are sorted. Not really very satisfactory at all.
