@TalkTalk I’ve been on the phone to your customer service number and they were absolutely shocking, worst I’ve ever had to be on the phone to. I want to lodge a complaint and the doll couldn’t even do that for me

So @TalkTalk it seems the only customer service you have is on Twitter. What a disaster of a company...even your complaints department don't follow through on promise to sort out no broadband for 4 months. Their call has been followed by NOTHING AGAIN...WTF

@virginmedia I'll vote with my feet and never rejoin. Already had better customer service from @TalkTalk customer with virgin for over 20 years and the service has got drastically worse.

@TalkTalk what a disgraceful customer service!!! Hours and hours on the phone trying to find out where my router is, disconnected by @TalkTalk 3 times and still not have my answers. DO NOT switch to @TalkTalk people!!! If you are with them RUN!

@talktalk Priceless - can’t help you as they can’t call you because they are the social media team! My parents can’t call out either - what do they do in an emergency? Perhaps you have the same fault as my elderly parents?
