@commaficionado She was obviously out of her depth at TalkTalk when her ignorance of IT allowed hackers to steal unencrypted personal data & seems equally ignorant now on health issues despite being trusted with such a senior role during a pandemic. She couldn't organise a piss-up in a brewery.

@TalkTalk How are customers supposed to contact you when your web site has zero information on how to contact you: No phone numbers, no email address, no online chat service, nothing...ridiculous that a business providing communication services has no means of being contacted 🤬

Martin Nisbet
(@TartanLeotard) reported
@Dr2NisreenAlwan Let's not forget the TalkTalk cyber-attack, compromising personal/banking details of 4m customers; asked if the affected customer data was encrypted or not, she replied: "The awful truth is that I don't know". No one could have predicted that either... hmm!

@gavinesler Bringing the attention to detail that made TalkTalk the worst mobile provider when she was in charge...
-
Gary Hawkins
(@thegaryhawkins) reported
@kestrelart1 @JujuliaGrace Some other tidbits, her response to the TalkTalk hack was described as naive, her response to basic questions on the extent of the hack was "The awful truth is that I don't know", and the ICO described a failure to implement the most basic measures. Anyone else seeing a pattern?

@carlzimmer @GreatDismal For those of you who may not know Baroness Harding. She was CEO of Mobile operator TalkTalk. When asked if customer data was encrypted after a hack that affected four million customers, her response was, 'The awful truth is that I don't know' BTW her husband is a senior Tory MP.

@ruskin147 Every day TalkTalk Group Chairman is less a part of her CV and an indictment on that company. How ******** was she allowed to happen.
