@clairebubblepop Yeah, & oversaw a company that had one of the biggest corporate data breaches (TalkTalk). Saw no need to step down- rode blithely on one of the horses those people love to bother so much

@TalkTalk No. They do not work in a Sunday. Why do you make it so hard for customers to terminate their service? I have been a customer for years. You should be thanking me and saying hope to see you again in the future, not holding me prisoner!
