More than 12 months later I have been contacted by debt recovery agents. Not only did @TalkTalk not cancel at my request they continued to charge me for over 12 months, at one point even renewing my contract. All with no contact despite my request.

@BOBTAYL01081689 @TalkTalk Just drafting a letter of complaint first. They won’t deal with me as I don’t have power of attorney over my gran and they won’t give her the 4 digit account number so I can communicate on her behalf.

Hi @OpenreachHelp I’ve now waited 3 weeks to be connected. You engineers have been twice & told me I am connected. I’m still not. @TalkTalk say it’s an Openreach issue. I’m at my wits end as to what to do?? Please help.
