    @TalkTalk I’ve been on the phone to your customer service number and they were absolutely shocking, worst I’ve ever had to be on the phone to. I want to lodge a complaint and the doll couldn’t even do that for me

    @BBCMorningLive have you any information on scam calls from 'Talktalk technical dept' I have had 2 or 3 calls a day for the last week or so. When I ask how they got my number they hang up! 🤔🤔

    So @TalkTalk it seems the only customer service you have is on Twitter. What a disaster of a company...even your complaints department don't follow through on promise to sort out no broadband for 4 months. Their call has been followed by NOTHING AGAIN...WTF

    @TalkTalk Don't worry I've spoke to another network provider to cancel my agreement with yourselves. Would of let yourselves know first hand if I could get through to you. Ends

    @IvorGCampbell @TalkTalk Just annoyed they are saying here they are unaware of issue....seems to be most of Stirling, Dunblane and out to Gargunnock....

    @TalkTalk following ur own “planned maintenance” this is now day 8 of my mum not having her landline. A vulnerable 90 yr old living alone , 100 miles away from only son. Totally unacceptable in modern tech age. Tech support, cust complaints, welfare , not 1 person can sort 😡😡

    @TalkTalk my broadband is continually going off & on..this has been going on for two days straight now & the only person I can ‘talktalk’ to is a virtual assistant Wouldn’t mind the issue resolved soon

    @TalkTalk customer service is ridiculous, I have made a data access requests under GDPR on a number of occassions with the person or AI bot who is supposedly dealing with my complaint, and it has yet to be achknowledged let alone actioned. I have asked to cancel my service

    @garygilligan @virginmedia Phoned TalkTalk to add SafeCall. Answered within seconds. Lovely helpful person. Added the service, gave me £4 discount off my monthly bill then found another offer £2 less. So I have an extra service plus £5 a month saving for 18 months. Change to @TalkTalk they are excellent.

    @TalkTalk Utterly abysmal customer service. Initial chat online re: end of my contract; misinformed and dismissed. Apparently escalated to Customer Service management to hear back within 24 hours. Nothing; it's two weeks later. #badcustomerservice @Ofcom

    @TalkTalk spent 2 hours this morning trying to either cancel, or re-negotiate my broadband contract. Eventually was told they couldn’t do anything because I was in a “queue” for allocation of a new account number after conversion from copper to digital voice service. Shambles !
