@TalkTalk I’ve been on the phone to your customer service number and they were absolutely shocking, worst I’ve ever had to be on the phone to. I want to lodge a complaint and the doll couldn’t even do that for me

@IvorGCampbell @TalkTalk Just annoyed they are saying here they are unaware of issue....seems to be most of Stirling, Dunblane and out to Gargunnock....

@Lady_Colleen @TalkTalk Ugh. They are awful. Most complained about telecoms company in the country, I believe. I had to take them to the Ombudsman to stop them charging me for internet use at a flat where we were no longer resident & our PC was in storage. They are really crap at cancelling when asked.

@TalkTalk my signal is still awful. I’ve been caring for my mum for 3 weeks and now returned home. Hoped for a relaxing time with Netflix catch up but talktalk provides only constant buffering. I hate this service it’s the worst company I’ve ever experienced.

Can't believe we have yet another fault with @TalkTalk broadband service. especially after signing up again.(still didn't receive the echo dot offer on signing) Engineer from @OpenreachHelp is due to track fault from exchange back with an update to follow in 24-72 working hrs.

@TalkTalk I'm in Bristol and my download speed has dropped massively today, I'm struggling to get 2mbps when my package promises at least 42mbps. I've checked the service status page and it says it's slow, but doesn't provide any reason why or give me a way to fix it. Help please
