@TalkTalk I’ve been on the phone to your customer service number and they were absolutely shocking, worst I’ve ever had to be on the phone to. I want to lodge a complaint and the doll couldn’t even do that for me

@IvorGCampbell @TalkTalk Just annoyed they are saying here they are unaware of issue....seems to be most of Stirling, Dunblane and out to Gargunnock....

Have @TalkTalk just given up providing a service to us? They never stop taking the payments, and not to this day seen refunds for the abysmal breaks in service we regularly have.......this morning again, no internet, no TV

@ClaireCozler @TalkTalk Wow - no refunds? Vodaphone cut my bill permanently when they were alerted (by their own app) that they couldnt give the service promised. @TalkTalk should be able to offer at least the same standards.

OK @TalkTalk - your Twitter profile says you're "here to help every day"?? No you're not! I left you for @vodafone on 11/1/21. They notified you on 11/12/20 & you're STILL BILLING ME EVERY MONTH! A Phillipines call centre worker always says I'll get no more bills - I do! Sort it!
