I phoned to cancel @TalkTalk account on nov 8th @vodafone were met to call n take over line went live dec12 but @vodafone didn't n now ihave been charged 33quid this month n going to be next month also..for a service I am not using wtf

@TalkTalk Another day, phone still not working, no contact from Talktalk engineers, now 52 days without landline. Complaints department may call today but unfortunately they also are not able to speak to the back office engineers, so another complete waste of time and nothing will happen.

@ChrisEJ93 Boooo. Was it talktalk? They are my least favourite customer service provider I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. It was years ago, literally around 6 or 6 of them, and I'm still angry 😠

@TalkTalk cannot get a link to renew password. Ookla Speed Test says d/load is 1.08. 59 is the normal. Password reset link takes a month of Sundays to arrive in my inbox; and is only valid for 10 minutes. Help!

@TalkTalk - just for anyone looking at this account wondering about joining talktalk I would say, as someone whose new customer experience has been a distressing catastrophe,......sign up with absolutely anybody else!! These guys are a woeful shambolic disaster
