@TalkTalk why do I have to reset my router at least 3 times a day and struggle to upload small files. It’s affecting my work and is not what I’m paying for. I just tried to speak to someone over the phone and it was a massive waste of time and money. Please help. #Frustration

@TalkTalk I have a moving house internet connection scheduled for the 15th that I need to cancel. However when I log into my account there is an error retrieving my orders and as such I can’t cancel / reschedule it....

@TalkTalk I joined 2 months ago and they promised £75 prepaid card never received it never heard about it again and their chat help is useless they slow and keep asking you if you there every minute of not for 1 minute they will disconnect you. Absolute useless,avoid if you can!

Turns out @TalkTalk upsell items that the basket cannot process. Seriously, bad customer experience.
