@TalkTalk I’ve been on the phone to your customer service number and they were absolutely shocking, worst I’ve ever had to be on the phone to. I want to lodge a complaint and the doll couldn’t even do that for me

@tara1966 @TalkTalk They are a totally a nightmare was so glad to see the back of them never had a proper service. Customer service was the worst ever so full of false promises..🤬🤬

@tara1966 @TalkTalk Oh I've kept my proof... I no longer trust talktalk as far as I could throw them.. literally treated me like dirt a loyal longterm customer 3 month into an 18 month fixed term agreement then told your price is going up regardless of our agreement or you can leave if you want to.

@TalkTalk When I dm you, you tell me you will do tests, but you never do the tests. Your service has failed six times this evening. You send me adverts for your internet tv, so explain to me how this can work over your crap service.
