So @TalkTalk it seems the only customer service you have is on Twitter. What a disaster of a company...even your complaints department don't follow through on promise to sort out no broadband for 4 months. Their call has been followed by NOTHING AGAIN...WTF

@IanDunt Only yesterday I had my NI number stolen, an IPad ordered from my Amazon a/c and my TalkTalk a/c compromised. All in one day. How unlucky can I be? Thank goodness these people I have never heard of are looking out for me. All asking me to "press 1". Bastards.
