@BBCMorningLive have you any information on scam calls from 'Talktalk technical dept' I have had 2 or 3 calls a day for the last week or so. When I ask how they got my number they hang up! 🤔🤔

@TalkTalk I’ve been on the phone to your customer service number and they were absolutely shocking, worst I’ve ever had to be on the phone to. I want to lodge a complaint and the doll couldn’t even do that for me

@TalkTalk Why am i being told an engineer will be out every day since our activation date (16th) to activate our broadband and fix the 'major problem'?? An engineer told us that there needs to be a telegraph pole renewal in our area, but not being told that by anyone at talktalk...

@TalkTalk really poor service! Left without internet since 22/12/20 and told can’t be fixed 28/12/20... and it still isn’t fixed on 29/12/20 and they disconnected phone line so can’t even use previous provider! Absolutely disgusting customer service!

@dannybscunny Oh you mean no connect..yeah, didn't for couple weeks but am now, tho I only got charged 2months net for that flat on cole st, 2 months after I left that is.. 😤 talktalk are apparently the worst when it comes to net, tho over the yrs I've kinda learnt to despise all energy comps
