@TalkTalk broadband problem resolved by: A. Switch off router. B. disconnecting broadband wired connection to master phone socket and leaving off 4 25 mins C. broadband connection to master phone socket D. Switch on router. (Step B is the most important step)

@TalkTalk @TalkTalk broadband down in WR7 4JG. Reoccurring issue which @TalkTalk refuse 2 send an openreach engineer 2 investigate. No point calling customer services as they never fix issue. Seems to be connected to brief power cut...will have 2 wait for it 2 magically fix itself.

@TalkTalk very poor service, not to mention the cost to me using my phone data to keep my wife and myself working. 🤬 I couldn’t get away with customer service like this. I expect a senior manager response call explaining what is going to happen and compensation for my losses #poorservice

@TalkTalk I am so appalled by your service, I have t had any internet for 13 days, people on chat really don’t care, wrong cable ordered, now apparently the right one was never even ordered? I can’t get through on the phone line and I would like to speak to someone regarding this.
