@TalkTalk I’ve been on the phone to your customer service number and they were absolutely shocking, worst I’ve ever had to be on the phone to. I want to lodge a complaint and the doll couldn’t even do that for me

@TalkTalk hi. A relative has been sent an updated talk talk box and they cannot access Netflix or now tv. Tech support have said they “have to sync with their phone”. To save me a 100 mile round trip, can you share how to use Netflix on the latest box please? Thanks!

@virginmedia Hi, I went though the ‘improve signal’ options and all I got was ‘go and buy some boosters.’ That’s your advice? Shocking. I’ve been with Talktalk for over 10 years and frankly I’m regretting leaving them.
