So @TalkTalk it seems the only customer service you have is on Twitter. What a disaster of a company...even your complaints department don't follow through on promise to sort out no broadband for 4 months. Their call has been followed by NOTHING AGAIN...WTF

Absolutely scandalous stuff from my broadband provider @TalkTalk currently. Had no Internet since 14th April. Had an engineer visit 18th April who concluded problem was 'outside'. No further update given to me. Will be cancelling my DD soon. 👍

If you are thinking of changing Internet providers.. Avoid @TalkTalk at all costs Useless call handlers rubbish, service. They don't listen & make even the simplest thing hard. Complained on /off for since October ... They use stall tactic when you want to leave. #rubbish

@Ofcom @TalkTalk must say talktalk"s support and service is disgusting..not only don't they give a customer there broadband username and password..they don't even know if a service is live or not ..

Can I ask for some advice please @MartinSLewis I'm with @TalkTalk and haven't had any service for several days now, they keep giving me wrong information but are REFUSING to log my complaint, who else can I speak to about this as I'm getting nowhere with them?
