@TalkTalk Me again, a customer who has had shocking customer service repeatedly. Currently on chat with your colleagues repeating the same conversation I had on Saturday because the issue never got sorted, even though you promised it was. Utterly horrendous as per usual.

@Rainnie2011 @TalkTalk Quite agree, I’ve been going around in circles with them for a month now….no home phone, no internet, 6 manager calls which never materialise. Good luck with the DM, never got anywhere with mine. Whole thing is a shambles.

@TalkTalk I have a issue with my landline reported 30/5 advised it was rectified it is not tried to report again getting no where so far I have spoken to the Philippines and South Africa i didn’t want a world tour just a working phone !!#poorservice #craptalktalk

Such terrible customer service from @TalkTalk. As if that wasn't bad enough complaints team meant to have called me by 2pm and nothing. Seriously had enough now. Got no phone line and 2 disabled people in house. #talktalk #notabletotalktalk

@TalkTalk if I am moving house can I cancel my contract? Your small print states I automatically enter a new 24 month contract yet your prices have risen so I wish to move
