@TalkTalk unacceptable service yet again! A disabled and vulnerable customer left with no broadband yet you’re happy to keep taking her money! No amount of calls seem to be resolving the problem. We’re cancelling.

@GiantsGee Worst case scenario they'll tell you to plug in the NowTV router if you have a fault, if you've got one of the black talktalk hubs Sagemcom Fast5364 or the Huawei DG8041W they will work perfectly fine with NowTv. I've had mine like that for nearly a year without issue.

No doubt I'm not alone with my views that @TalkTalk have THE worst customer service (and I use the term service, very loosely) EVER! Sat waiting from 1 to 6 for an engineer and no sign of anyone even though my parents have had no phone line or broadband for weeks. Shame on you!!

  • shinydiscobambi shinydiscobambi (@shinydiscobambi) reported

@TalkTalk got fibre broadband installed Monday, since Thursday my router has been flashing amber, I’ve disconnected and reconnected multiple times. Router flashes white for about one second then it’s amber only. Internet says router is powering up, can you help? Not impressed.

@TalkTalk when is your customer support open? You’ve said I need to phone you

  • petekeeley62 Pete Keeley (@petekeeley62) reported

@TalkTalk As it was my mums account and you don't know her name or account number, then this is just an automated email response and you're not doing your best to fix it really are you. Platitudes don't fix things.

  • peterspeake Pete (@peterspeake) reported

@reiver_rover After almost a decade I left Virgin Media, & it was either PlusNet or TalkTalk, went with TalkTalk in the end & really glad I did, had very few problems, & when I have they've resolved it super quickly! Very happy customer!

@TalkTalk letting me down yet again. Trying to watch tv with the box or the apps on tv but circle of doom and no pics loading on my social media. 3 days during the week and now today as well. Not happy
