@TalkTalk Your customer service is ludicrous & so scripted that it is laughable. How can you carry out "planned maintenance" completely cutting off service to your customers with ZERO notification ?!?! No internet service for a potential 72 hours & no warning given !

@TalkTalk If you’re open until 10pm, why did your agent hang up my chat at 9pm? Trying to resolve an issue on behalf of my elderly mother who is vulnerable, has Alzheimer’s and currently no phone line - utter disgrace 🤬🤬

@TalkTalk THERE IS NO POINT, I spoke to you yesterday & according to you I'm supposed to be getting a call from the CEOs team re my complaint, but so far NO CALL , but I'm not surprised as this is normal not to call the customers, Its time to change to @bt_uk

I and talktalk are unable to remove it. It seems that talktalk have a glitch on the system stopping them from removing it. I am aware that I am not the only customer that this is affecting. I have to ring up every month to get a refund for the ammount they are charging me extra.
