@TalkTalk customer service is an absolute joke. Compensation for shocking service and faulty line confirmed as added to my account 3 weeks ago and now my account has been restricted. Couldn't make it up.

As far as providers go @TalkTalk and @OpenreachHelp are the worst combination. Atrocious, unprofessional and just awful.
