    Called @TalkTalk back. They had no note of the resolution agreed yesterday. Spent 1 hour getting back to square 1. Say that I should get confirmation within 48hoyrs that it's all sorted... BUT THEN...

    @warbycarl @TalkTalk They’re hopeless, they just blame everyone else. This is the 3rd time it’s gone down in the past month since the fibre ‘upgrade’ was installed.

    @TalkTalk yet again no internet. Been unstable for past few days. Think I’ll pass on the DM request this time and just look for a new provider. Can guarantee it has nothing to do with my end, it’s always fine and after some silence the service mysteriously starts again.

    @TalkTalk Signed up for new fibre broadband. The engineer never showed up, so they rescheduled. 3 weeks later, engineer says there's no fibre available. Customer services just hung up on me. Bring a courier if you want your router back. Worst service I've ever experienced.
