Hey @TalkTalk Your debt recovery company, Moorcroft, have just said they are instructed by you to collect an overdue debt. They are saying they might be able to ‘unbar our services’ if we pay. Considering that you have never given us the service which we paid you for, consistently, for over four years, it is rather ironic. You sent four engineers - two of which gave completely conflicting advice which cost us money - and our account was for fibre broadband. There is NO fibre broadband where we live. Should we send you a bill for four years of payments for non-service? I believe our bill will be considerably larger. Address this problem correctly. Apologise for utterly appalling customer service and call off your spurious claims. You owe your customers for false promises and no service.

@TalkTalk what a shameful company to send a disabled customer and email with DAGGERS as bullet points! I am trying to set up a payment plan to pay my final bill but refused as I'm no longer a customer I am struggling with debt I will be taking this to the papers!

@theospreyuk @Shiv_who_burns It's difficult to get hold of someone to actually talk to on this. All I want to know is if I cancel my BT landline (as I don't need it), will it cause problems with my separate Talktalk broadband! I shall persevere!

  • JGBalders
    jon baldwin (@JGBalders) reported

@TalkTalk customer service is ridiculous, I have made a data access requests under GDPR on a number of occassions with the person or AI bot who is supposedly dealing with my complaint, and it has yet to be achknowledged let alone actioned. I have asked to cancel my service

  • WMCMltd
West Midlands Case Management LTD (@WMCMltd) reported

We are currently investigating an issue where @TalkTalk has shared customers information with @RiseFibre in direct breach of GDPR Legislation, In a recorded call Talk Talk state that Rise Fibre are NOT taking over services and admit that failings are visible but out of there control. The Information Comissioners Office have been contacted and a complete case file will be sent to them along with Solicitors for potential legal action.
