@BBCMorningLive have you any information on scam calls from 'Talktalk technical dept' I have had 2 or 3 calls a day for the last week or so. When I ask how they got my number they hang up! 🤔🤔

So @TalkTalk it seems the only customer service you have is on Twitter. What a disaster of a company...even your complaints department don't follow through on promise to sort out no broadband for 4 months. Their call has been followed by NOTHING AGAIN...WTF

@TalkTalk Try Wigan! Last night not long after midnight, our Internet reset and refused to work properly. After a line test, suddenly fixed. Tonight it's done the same thing. Router reset, can connect to Internet but speed is slow and refuses to connect to any Talktalk website.

@TalkTalk hello I am wondering why my wifi connection is at 5mbps and I’m on fibre? And also sometimes randomly my internet goes down at night and we try to reset it but it just stays orange until the morning the last time it happened was about the 1st but it’s does happen thanks

@KathedraleSound I saw TalkTalk at the Genesis reunion at Milton Keynes a few years ago. It was a long cold rainy day and they received a terrible reception from the crowd. Quite sad 🙁

@TalkTalk so upset. You fitted internet at my parents in Nov this was done so we could talk to them online over Christmas yet here we are on Christmas Eve with no internet actually connected despite being promised on numerous occasions it would be connected that day.Poor service
