@TalkTalk Don't bother asking this company for help. They stole £1400 from a person with serious health issues and when asked for the money back used the health issues as an excuse not to and told the person to sue them. Disgraceful

@TalkTalk You can't help in DMs. I have to call some number that's only open during office hours. And when I do eventually get through and explain the ongoing, I get cut off. Then start the whole process again. And get CUT OFF. It's an absolute joke

If anyone is going through the same situation with @TalkTalk, having no internet. them they instantly saying that the issue is my house when others customers are experiencing the same. this company does not care. they care about one thing and one thing only, money.

@TalkTalk Broadband keeps cutting off, unless i get a proper service im within my rights to terminate the contract im on its running till April 24 unless this is sorted out i,ll be terminating next week!!!!!

@TalkTalk had horrendous experience calling your support, for my aged and vulnerable parents. 3hours of my life lost and no progress. One laughing, another put me on permanent hold & all told me they can’t help. They just wanted to cancel a line that hasn’t been working for years
