@TalkTalk I have tried on 2 separate occasions to get an engineer to fix my internet connection over the past 2 weeks. Your customer service is not fit for purpose....both times I have been cut off from your online chat. 30 mins each time ...nothing has been sorted!

@TalkTalk 3 days to get someone to look at why I have no internet is unacceptable. Not getting any luck with live chat to be able to lodge a complaint. Only choice to spent hours on the phone to get the same result. Just the push I need to finally ditch TT and go somewhere more reliable!

So @TalkTalk, I'm working from home, waiting for an engineer to come around to install broadband and a landline phone, supposedly between 8am and 1pm. It's now past 1pm, and no engineer. Can you help?

@TalkTalk Can’t get through on chat. Phone operator is ridiculous. Don’t recommend talktalk. After nearly 3 years there communication is crap. Operator calls you a liar although you have provided evidence. Still waiting for my tv box and have been since the 9th. Complete joke of a company

@TalkTalk awful service from talk talk. Upgraded me to a broken router. No Internet for 3 days. Monday call cut off at 7 agent obviously hung up. Tuesday rang told me at half 6 no point getting into it as finish at 7. Today no call back as promised. Had to go into office no WiFi

@TalkTalk appalling customer service today, client aged 80 with wife with dementia who talk talk has suspended their service, endured an hour of us accessesing complaints - eventually they promised us they would call him back at 2pm via the suspended line - No Call 😡

@TalkTalk I have been unable to receive any emails since Monday pm. I have been on to tec support and they tried telling me there was no problem. They have now "escalated" it and I have to wait up to 3 working days to have it resolved. This is a absolute joke. What is the problem @TalkTalk
