@TalkTalk I’ve been on the phone to your customer service number and they were absolutely shocking, worst I’ve ever had to be on the phone to. I want to lodge a complaint and the doll couldn’t even do that for me

@IvorGCampbell @TalkTalk Just annoyed they are saying here they are unaware of issue....seems to be most of Stirling, Dunblane and out to Gargunnock....

@MoneySavingExp I'm with @TalkTalk and I'm a vulnerable disabled customer. Contrary to the information from @MoneySavingExpert I am not exempt from price rise of 9.1% come 1 April having just had online chat with Talk Talk to find out.Vulnerable r affected by price increase.

@TalkTalk Hi Noluthando, we've called that number over and over. If we say we're calling about a bereavement it tells us that it's best to call back later and puts the phone down. If we say we want to cancel a subscription it says it will transfer us and then puts the phone down???

@TalkTalk you really have the worst customer service ever. Sort it out! I’ve just wasted 2 hours of my time (and money) because of you and your incompetent customer service advisors. Fuming! Will never recommend you to anyone ever again.

@TalkTalk , is there any chance I can get my landline sorted out please? I have spoken to 7+ people/bots and still no joy, the scripted convo just goes round in circles. I have no mob signal so if a family member has a medical emergency I will have to leave them to call for help.

@TalkTalk This might be useful info for anyone whose phone you haven't already cut off in error and then not bothered to fix, even though they're elderly, grieving and stuggling with poor eyesight
