    @IvorGCampbell @TalkTalk Just annoyed they are saying here they are unaware of issue....seems to be most of Stirling, Dunblane and out to Gargunnock....

    @TalkTalk I’ve been on the phone to your customer service number and they were absolutely shocking, worst I’ve ever had to be on the phone to. I want to lodge a complaint and the doll couldn’t even do that for me

    @BBCMorningLive have you any information on scam calls from 'Talktalk technical dept' I have had 2 or 3 calls a day for the last week or so. When I ask how they got my number they hang up! 🤔🤔

    So @TalkTalk it seems the only customer service you have is on Twitter. What a disaster of a company...even your complaints department don't follow through on promise to sort out no broadband for 4 months. Their call has been followed by NOTHING AGAIN...WTF

    @status_is_down My BB is working but my Landline is down, I have no tone and when i call my landline from my mobile it now says Invalid number, In live chat with talktalk had no replies, no help!

    @TalkTalk My late mother who i informed @TalkTalk died in October 2025, Today I received a bill addressed in my late mother's name for payment in April 2026! Nobody is getting any phone service 😒

    @TalkTalk you're absolutely cheeky, sending me an email this morning saying my WiFi is increasing by 3 quid, considering it was down all yesterday morning with no communication! The cheek and nerve 😡😡😡
