    @talktalk thank you to the operator yesterday for fixing the long-standing issue I have had with my fibre connection. The fix was: T line profile… then reset to another subset of the T profile. What a difference having someone on the phone who listens and then thinks!

    @TalkTalk Why is customer service so crap in this country? I've just told you I have already sent u a DM and now ur asking me 2 send you a DM? I shall also be posting the hour long online chat I had earlier with #Vodafone @vodaphoneuk trying to connect me to a hotspot I bought but failed.

    @TalkTalk Good morning TalkTalk, having reported yesterday that my Internet and Telephone were down. I expected to wake this morning to a resumed service. Sadly that is not the case and no email or txt updates. VERY POOR SERVICE, MUST DO BETTER!

    @TalkTalk Day 6 and talk talk still haven’t fixed my 82 yr old mothers landline ….. Great service and lots of people interested but nobody fixing ….can’t wait to change supplier …. Passed on to over 100 people who are following the lack of progress

    @AllHailTheTrail @TalkTalk I am in the same position! Now on to my 3rd month of being charge for an account I am no longer using and have been told 3 times it has been cancelled (including by a manager and after raising a formal complaint). Shocking customer service @TalkTalk
