You're the same persn who has just wasted 4.5 hrs of my day and then threatened me with more fees if i don;t pay rather than offer "support?' You also made me publish my password???

My brother changed out internet to BT and it’s honestly so ****. I thought nothing could get worse than friggin talktalk, but like everything in my life, I was wrong.

@enuffsa1d @VodafoneBiz I've used Three for a long time for various smart phones and TalkTalk for my landline and internet. The only concern I ever had was when TalkTalk got hacked into but no problems since.

@TalkTalk My mum was told someoe would come out in 72 hours to sort her landline and fix her internet. She has no shopping at home and can’t go out as she has been waiting for you, she is by herself, she hasn’t been able to come to us for xmas or facetime her grandkids.

@TalkTalk Ive explained what’s happened. You cocked up the switch, left us with no internet over Christmas, then sent us a bill for over £200 when we decided to move to a different provider based on the poor service within our grace period. I’ve not come here for support.

@TalkTalk You want a closer look? Zoom in. No chance were paying you a penny for a service you haven’t even delivered. We’re in our grace period so demanding over £200 is an absolute joke. Absolutely the worst internet provider I’ve come across.

@TalkTalk Absolutely terrible customer service 😢. Spending 2 hours on Boxing Day having to sort out a payment I have been billed for and still not sorted after all that time. Thanks @TalkTalk!
