@TalkTalk Please can you confirm how long the fault in Edinburgh will take to fix? If it’s going to be the 2 -3 days that people are being told, will we get a reduction on our bills? Is there scope to claim for loss of earnings due to missed deadlines etc? Please respond!

@TeddyWATP @TalkTalk I was with them years ago and the service then was terrible. But I get the without Internet thing, happened to us too, none for a month due to an openreach engineer, and trying to get help was shocking

@BBCMorningLive have you any information on scam calls from 'Talktalk technical dept' I have had 2 or 3 calls a day for the last week or so. When I ask how they got my number they hang up! 🤔🤔

@STEcopywriting ... some provider piggy-backing on BT's network. However, if you have low broadband needs (ie not multiple gamers etc one one router) than a TalkTalk ADSL link may well do the trick. PM me if you wish.
