@TalkTalk my internet and phone have been down since 10pm Saturday night it was working fine up till then sent DMs. I have followed all guidelines on TalkTalk to try and get it working. It keeps flashing orange. Sort it out ASAP! Or I’ll cancel my payment.

@TalkTalk I’ve been in touch since Sunday as my broadband and phone service has been down since Saturday 10pm. I’ve sent DM’s and was also told to call to get an engineer out. This is not a good service @TalkTalk I want it sorted ASAP!

Do not change your broadband to @TalkTalk . I was with plusnet for 8 years and no problem. This lot have known about the fact I have no phone or broadband for days and have made promises and broken them blaming @BT . I'll re tweet this until its sorted.

Is there any way to actually get to speak with someone helpful at @TalkTalk who can help with our problem? We have spent hours on the phone to them and we just go round in circles! @TalkTalkGroup total shambles!
