Today make another report. And make appointment with their technician to fix the problem. This is not first time. Unfortunately just around 1 hour ago, i have symptom fever and suggested by GP to take Covid test tomorrow. And i informed @TalkTalk operator.

Uk People ringing to make sure contracts r ended but talktalk ***** tricks putting phone down in middle of it. Not confirming then chargeing. Record. Screenshot any chats and date it yourself. Several troubleshooting sessions with @TalkTalk and still no working internet 5 days later. All you can say is it can’t possibly be a router issue, it must simultaneously be an issue with all 10+ devices we have connected? Again, shocking customer service. @Ofcom #talktalk

My Broadband goes down, I contact @talktalk and they tell me that @openreach has put a “seize” on my account as a tube has blown? The only way to get broadband back is to cancel the contract and start a new one. Advice please?
