@TalkTalk @goatnmunch DM you.. Seriously, I've been DM'ing you since 07.30am this morning and my (what I perceived to be minor) issue still isn't resolved. I'm none the wiser than I was at 07.30am! I left TT 3 months ago, yet still they give me agro over a £50 charge for a router. Diabolical service

@TalkTalk My mum is the account holder and has been on with customer service everyday since Sunday, we have an engineer coming out Friday. I work from home and have had to have unpaid days off due to your broadband!! We are extremely unhappy and are now without internet for a week.
