    @TalkTalk I pay my bill through direct debit but today u cut my mobile off over Β£3 of charges .. u left me and my daughter with no means of getting home because of ur failings .. I’ve also been waiting for u to fix my internet for last 2 months but nothing .. ur service isa joke

    @TalkTalk why am I getting charged for broadband even though I cancelled within 14x days of ordering. As per contract t’s &cs I should not be charged. Have tried calling numerous occasions and online chat. Terrible coverage. Terrible customer service.

    @ZeeZeeBoomHM @TalkTalk I've always been really happy with the service and I've been with them 8 years. This has been beyond a joke though and I'm looking at other providers. At least I know have working WiFi again to help me look! πŸ™ˆ
