    Dear all, Please be careful when you subscribe with @TalkTalk This is not first time i make enquiries and report about poor service by them. For instance, i subscribed Fiber 65. Unfortunately i just get below 5mbps connection. How much money the got from customer? Unprofessional

    @TalkTalk Since the problem has been 'fixed' our connection has been much slower and making streaming services unwatchable. Is there an ongoing issue with local line speeds?

    @TalkTalk just spent an hour on the phone trying to sign up to be told I don’t qualify after giving all my details etc! Terrible customer service!

    Wasted my money every month. Service very poor by @TalkTalk Technician already fix but the problem still same. I think i'm the only person work from home with 5mbps internet speed. U make my day so angry. Many meeting meeting has been cancelled due to this problem. #depression

    Today make another report. And make appointment with their technician to fix the problem. This is not first time. Unfortunately just around 1 hour ago, i have symptom fever and suggested by GP to take Covid test tomorrow. And i informed @TalkTalk operator.

    @TalkTalk Number you gave is a Lie another one I have tried it and it is the whoosh sound ='s non functioning tel number. I have multiple valid complaints: Never resolved I do not believe you at all that there is not a direct CEOs tel number, TT just disgraceful @CISASUK @ComplainingCow

    Awful service from @TalkTalk. The worst l've experienced in the UK! Generally poor and even worse at this time of the year. Keep losing my connection time after time during meetings. @TalkTalkGroup
