@TalkTalk my elderly friend has waited in all@morning for an engineer- no show. Just been informed they might not even come to house. Your appalling customer service team have wasted 30 minutes of our time and have managed to disconnect our call-having to go over it all again!!!

@TalkTalk In my experience this is not the case, does it really take that long to give a customer the information they needed, and then in the last call, which took almost 60 minutes to complete I had to provide the same information 4 times. So much for seamless communication

@TalkTalk why is your internet strength so poor, YouTube streaming at 3.45 am is buffering every 15 - 20 seconds and your crap engineers say theres nothing wrong, I usually private message you but I think it's best everyone knows how rubbish your service is

@TalkTalk net connection dropping out fornhours at a time over several days, when connected, service less than 1mbps - this has gone on for well over a week. Can't log into my account because of 'technical issues' on website - not entirely sure what I'm actually paying you for...
