@TalkTalk were to phone me today about my issues with them. Sitting in work and my mobile goes so I grab it and go to leave room and they let it ring for two rings before hanging up. Good work guys!

Thank **** our contract with TalkTalk for internet ends in a few weeks. Bloody disgrace how slow it is and to make matters worse, it's actually had no connection for a few hours now 🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃

I wasted an hour of my Sunday trying to “chat” online on 4 attempts with @TalkTalk customer service. My broadband is very slow and drops out frequently. Woeful customer service from a communications company. I will cancel my contract if I ever get to “speak” to someone!

@TalkTalk @TalkTalk the reason I left you was because you could not provide my new property with FTTP... you still can't provide otherwise I would have still been a 'loyal' customer. I unfortunately like many others up and down the land will be massively inconvenienced by this decision

@TalkTalk I pay my bill through direct debit but today u cut my mobile off over £3 of charges .. u left me and my daughter with no means of getting home because of ur failings .. I’ve also been waiting for u to fix my internet for last 2 months but nothing .. ur service isa joke

So now it seems @TalkTalk are just cutting people off in their chat... This is getting ridiculous... Simply made the point that it looks suspiciously like they are throttling me between 8pm and 10pm every night... Moments later they cut me off... Shite customer service 😡

@TalkTalk once again I am paying for a service that you are not providing to satisfaction. Had internet drop outs for months which no one I called took seriously, and now my internet has been down for nearly 3 hours. Great job. Moving providers as soon as I can.

@TalkTalk @YardleyShooting Mines not up and I’m seriously getting so mad with TalkTalk it going off all the time. I pay but don’t get the service. I’ve done all the checks at home. Last time it went off they sent a new router 2 weeks ago. But no internet again from yesterday morning. So no problem my end.

Asked @TalkTalk why I couldn't purchase broadband package (advertised on @MoneySuperHelp as available for my property) through their website. Told...not in fact available. Offered much more £££ package. Asked if TT could match advertised price..."customer service" hung up!

@YardleyShooting @TalkTalk We had the same problem, but went on the service centre and ran a service check, then a connection check and it found a fault and sent someone out within 2 days n sorted now. Didn't need to speak to anyone.
