@TalkTalk for this to be done. We spoke with Chantelle who was the line manager, the complaints manager and the overall manager and we are extremely unhappy with this service when this should have been sorted via telephone as per city fibre when the installation has been done!!

Called @TalkTalk on 2nd March 2022 for terminate my contract due internet problem and services. They asked to call 03451725157. First operater name is Raj. Then passed to 2nd operator is Samanta. Both Indian i dont from nowhere. They are very unprofessional and unhelpful.

@TalkTalk trying and switch my full fibre line to a deal offered. Was told by sales the RFS number needed changing, but despite 4 phone calls and being told 3 different stories about who needs to do that, they still can’t help me. Great experience for a prospective customer…
