@TalkTalk I pay my bill through direct debit but today u cut my mobile off over £3 of charges .. u left me and my daughter with no means of getting home because of ur failings .. I’ve also been waiting for u to fix my internet for last 2 months but nothing .. ur service isa joke

@EzPerez1 @TalkTalk Did you get this sorted? I'm in the same boat and now they say I was never eligible and want proof I took the deal out, like a screenshot which of course I don't have. I'm adamant I renewed it with the deal otherwise I wouldn't know to wait 37 days!

@claudelittner @TalkTalk So you have discovered just how dependant you are on this one feeble connection? Always have a backup option. Talktalk are especially hopeless. And when the next thunderstorms arrive, if any part of your service is overhead, unplug the line from the router.
