@TalkTalk new customer here and what a shocking service ! Meant to get router on Wednesday for install on Friday . No router ! Spoken to five different people over the course of 2 days and now saying another 3 to 5 for router . Seriously considering terminating the contract

@TalkTalk Assume as parts of Southampton have not had internet for 48 hours, you are putting discounts on their bills? I have lost 2 days work because of you not sorting your issues!!! is your customer service actually going to answer phones or reply to any emails????
