@GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

@TalkTalk Was made redundant from work due to covid and being forced to move back home as can't afford rent anymore, but talktalk customer services are unwilling to help me out with contract termination/reduced cancellation fees. Very unsympathetic :(

@ispreview The link between what @OpenreachHelp say is available and what @TalkTalk will provide seems broken. Openreach says fibre service available, TalkTalk site says no. How does this get resolved? Ideas welcomed. See SE23 2HB house 12 as example # workathome #studyathome

Bloody talktalk block remote access to computers via their routers by default. What should have taken 25 minutes to achieve (was showing them other software too) took 90+ minutes on a call) Thank **** I had download the installer files already. The wifi connection was rubbish too

@TalkTalk This is now 3 days of broadband service continually dropping. There must suddenly be issues that we aren’t being told about as it has been fine previously - no issues at all. This is severely impacting the ability to work from home.
