@TalkTalk you have limited my husband’s account. A promised return phone call never happened. My emails are not getting through either. If anyone there is interested in looking into this the incident number is 210731-000190 complaint CMP-142939

However, the reason for raising this is to suggest to readers who are still using an old email account that came with their BT Internet, TalkTalk or Virgin package that it’s time to move on. Various issues crop up with these accounts, and if they do, it can be a disaster.

@TalkTalk My antivrus protection has been down for the last 4/5 days. Spoke to Pamela 3 days ago who was going to run diagnostics. Heard nothing since and still down. Relying on AVG FOR PROTECTION.

@Paul_Reviews @TalkTalk The same people who have their router sat on their floor behind the setee and moan about wi-fi signal in their house. The same people using 15m telephone extension cables to have their router next to their computer in their home office extension. It's always the providers fault!!

@seeperry @joelycett @Ofcom Yep a totally closed network. If it’s not on OFNL then you can’t move. So I can’t move to VirginMedia , BT , TalkTalk etc. And OfCom are totally aware and do nothing about #OFNL

@TalkTalk any chance I can use the internet I'm paying for? Hasn't been a month and I've had to complain 3 times. Can't log into my account... Can't change my password... Can’t get through to someone on the phone.... Shambolic service. @Hyperoptic come to PURFLEET already!😡
