    @magicroundabout I spent 10yrs with TalkTalk. They get terrible reviews too but I never had a problem! People always share their negative experiences I guess.

    @TalkTalk we've had 3 automated calls this morning so far, claiming to be from TalkTalk, saying our Internet line is to be disconnected. These calls are coming from different numbers 0121, 0126, 0128 codes so barring is not working!

    More than 12 months later I have been contacted by debt recovery agents. Not only did @TalkTalk not cancel at my request they continued to charge me for over 12 months, at one point even renewing my contract. All with no contact despite my request.

    @NOWHelpTeam Hi, I am a new customer having just moved from TalkTalk. The Now router only has two ethernet sockets and I need at least three. There is no USB socket for my networked printer, what do you suggest? The wireless signal is also a bit weak.

    @TalkTalk Hi my elderly mother (74) hasn’t had a working phone line & internet for 2 weeks, she has tried contacting you by phone but as she can’t remember her password or old mobile number she is unable to pass your security checks? Please help!

    I continued moving and cancelled my direct debit. I received no contact from @TalkTalk. 12 months later I am contacted by debt recovery on your behalf. Not only did you not cancel or contact, you continued to charge me for service for over 12 months including a contract renewal.

    @TalkTalk #badcustomerservice Hello @TalkTalk, I called you to cancel my service due to a unnotified house move. This I made clear but my battery went dead before our conversation finished. I cancelled payments and you did not attempt to contact me again.
