@TalkTalk we've had 3 automated calls this morning so far, claiming to be from TalkTalk, saying our Internet line is to be disconnected. These calls are coming from different numbers 0121, 0126, 0128 codes so barring is not working!

The result is no, we will take our £10 saving and go to Vodafone, but if @talktalk had volunteered the better price proactively we wouldn't even have looked. I hate the way utilities treat their customers, and I know this is not unique. Terrible #customerexperience.

@TalkTalk What are you proposing to do about the recent broadband issue of enabling homesafe? I spent over 2 hours with tech support trying to get my WiFi network working and being told it was due to my home devices. We were without internet for almost 2 days.
