    @magicroundabout I spent 10yrs with TalkTalk. They get terrible reviews too but I never had a problem! People always share their negative experiences I guess.

    @TalkTalk My broad band was connected since 24 of June but up till now it has never worked for a second. Now you guys are sending me the first bill despite the fact that reported it's not working.

    @TalkTalk Hi Charlotte, thanks for getting back to me. After two hours of reboots & scanning for issues an automated test of my line from your helpline bizarrely resolved the issue.

    @TalkTalk Perhaps my two previous complaints could actually be looked at. My first complaint was in the first week of my contract. Both complaints ignored / unresolved.

    @TalkTalk we've had 3 automated calls this morning so far, claiming to be from TalkTalk, saying our Internet line is to be disconnected. These calls are coming from different numbers 0121, 0126, 0128 codes so barring is not working!

    @TalkTalk You can't legally transfer to a new address when you have not exchanged contracts on it. I cancelled due to bad service. Part of the exit script was to have to return equipment I have paid for or be charged again for the privilege of buying already. What a joke TalkTalk!

    @TalkTalk anyone having connection problems coz mine is a nightmare. Keeps dropping. Is there an outage we don’t know about as they are a lot of others with the same problem

    @TalkTalk I tried using Nvidia GeForce Now today, but had packet loss issues. A bit of searching turned up a lot of TalkTalk customers on forums complaining of the same issue, as you throttle bandwidth. I can't wait until January when I'm no longer your customer. Worst ISP ever!

    @TalkTalk what a DISGRACEFUL company U are.U wrote to my 95 yo mother as her own executor as U said she was dead - she isn’t! U have cut her off & were supposed to fix it but yr managers can’t sort it for a min of 24 hrs.This was brought to your attention on Friday & again today!

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup please can someone help me? Have been ok the phone for 30 minutes for someone to tell me that they cannot help with my wifi issue as there isn’t any ‘line problem’ and when I asked what to do now, they had no idea?! Disgusted at the service today....

    Not a good experience with @TalkTalk today. Long wait times, unhelpful staff, kicked from web chat. Broadband customer for four years and we are being asked to pay £56 to leave. Poor!
