@TalkTalk we've had 3 automated calls this morning so far, claiming to be from TalkTalk, saying our Internet line is to be disconnected. These calls are coming from different numbers 0121, 0126, 0128 codes so barring is not working!

@magicroundabout I spent 10yrs with TalkTalk. They get terrible reviews too but I never had a problem! People always share their negative experiences I guess.

@Viking_Michael @TalkTalk It's mind numbingly poor. You make them aware of a fault, which they confirm, and they won't carry out the repair until the account holder (whose phone line is affected) contacts them to confirm their details, which is a chore in itself - and if you're 91, forget it!

@YardleyShooting @TalkTalk Best thing to do is find the Director/Head of Customer Care person on LinkedIn and send them a complaint. They have a person appointed to specifically deal with complaints sent to senior level employees and it will be sorted out for you almost immediately.
