@TalkTalk we've had 3 automated calls this morning so far, claiming to be from TalkTalk, saying our Internet line is to be disconnected. These calls are coming from different numbers 0121, 0126, 0128 codes so barring is not working!

@magicroundabout I spent 10yrs with TalkTalk. They get terrible reviews too but I never had a problem! People always share their negative experiences I guess.

@TalkTalk really unhappy with the service I am getting from @TalkTalk at the moment. Upgraded to future fibre last week which stopped working and after an hour on chat with customer services you said you would send a new router which I have had no confirmation of and not arrived

@TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup need to sort themselves and their customer service out! I am abbey angry customer! 3 times someone has been on the phone to me for at least 30 minutes and hung up on me🤬🤬🤬 no one wants to help, I’m going to the ombudsman!!!!

@Plusnet Hi there, I recently joined from talktalk and my full fibre is supposed to go live on Monday. I've still not received the new router yet, does it normally arrive close to the activation date. Any help would appreciated.

@TalkTalk I’m absolutely disgusted with your customer service team. My internet hasn’t worked for a month and I was told I’d have to pay for an engineer to come out ! I’ve been with talktalk for over 5 years this is terrible!! I need this sorted !
