@TalkTalk we've had 3 automated calls this morning so far, claiming to be from TalkTalk, saying our Internet line is to be disconnected. These calls are coming from different numbers 0121, 0126, 0128 codes so barring is not working!

@magicroundabout I spent 10yrs with TalkTalk. They get terrible reviews too but I never had a problem! People always share their negative experiences I guess.

@TalkTalk My broad band was connected since 24 of June but up till now it has never worked for a second. Now you guys are sending me the first bill despite the fact that reported it's not working.

@ShakimHippolyte @107glo @Roblox isp means internet service provider, like BT, Virgin Media, talktalk etc. + she doesnt need access to your account, you can block roblox as a website via a control panel or something.

Right, Just signed up for ordinary broadband (not Fibre) on Plusnet. Should start in about two weeks. 18.99 for up to 10MBS with unlimited downloads. After years with talktalk, they couldn't guarantee go below £20 and shell had too many poor reviews.

How do I escalate a widespread problem with the internet being out for @TalkTalk users across Midlothian, Scotland. I went through live-chat who said my problem is isolated and they'll revert in 3 days! But I know of at least 20 other users who lost connectivity today at 15:30

@natalie_190889 @TalkTalk Just saw this tweet on Downdetector. My internet dropped at 3pm, and is still down. Currently having to use my mobile router. I'm in Loanhead. Is this a midlothian-wide issue, or more local, do you think?
