    @TalkTalk Hi Charlotte, thanks for getting back to me. After two hours of reboots & scanning for issues an automated test of my line from your helpline bizarrely resolved the issue.

    @TalkTalk Perhaps my two previous complaints could actually be looked at. My first complaint was in the first week of my contract. Both complaints ignored / unresolved.

    @TalkTalk we've had 3 automated calls this morning so far, claiming to be from TalkTalk, saying our Internet line is to be disconnected. These calls are coming from different numbers 0121, 0126, 0128 codes so barring is not working!

    @magicroundabout I spent 10yrs with TalkTalk. They get terrible reviews too but I never had a problem! People always share their negative experiences I guess.

    @TalkTalk My broad band was connected since 24 of June but up till now it has never worked for a second. Now you guys are sending me the first bill despite the fact that reported it's not working.

    @TalkTalk Monday upgraded to fibre. And I was shown to recieve Alexa or Alexa dot free via Amazon. I’ve called to ask In regards to this and was told we used to do this now don’t. And to try again. My issue is why give false advertisements to customers and they recieve nothing.!

    @TalkTalk Any problems in PL26 area, we're having intermittent problems, when working, very slow (5 mb) when usually 38 mb. Been 24 hours now
