@TalkTalk we've had 3 automated calls this morning so far, claiming to be from TalkTalk, saying our Internet line is to be disconnected. These calls are coming from different numbers 0121, 0126, 0128 codes so barring is not working!

@TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup @MartinSLewis spent another morning trying to deal with this bunch. No customer service, threatening letters to pensioners for money not owed. Entire system is set up to avoid resolving issues. Shameful. Also no reply to SAR either.

Look forward to the day my Twitter won’t solely be dedicated to trying to get hyperoptic to fix my wifi. @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS Not sure that day is going to come anytime soon. I should have stuck with @TalkTalk at least they could maintain a quality service.

After one hour I eventually got to speak to someone in technical dept. Then my phone battery went dead I had been holding on so long. Dreadful service I wish I had stayed with Sky for internet. Can someone @TalkTalk please contact me.

@CommunityFibre Hello, why can't i use IPTV services on your fibre network? I have talktalk and my streaming works, but with community fibre, it immediately goes to streaming error. Do you block these services?
