@TalkTalk My broad band was connected since 24 of June but up till now it has never worked for a second. Now you guys are sending me the first bill despite the fact that reported it's not working.

@TalkTalk we've had 3 automated calls this morning so far, claiming to be from TalkTalk, saying our Internet line is to be disconnected. These calls are coming from different numbers 0121, 0126, 0128 codes so barring is not working!

@magicroundabout I spent 10yrs with TalkTalk. They get terrible reviews too but I never had a problem! People always share their negative experiences I guess.

@Wachkussen @GreenJennyJones @TalkTalk BT the same, they gave us the new customer price. They argued that as existing customers we got loads of extra perks but when we asked what it was all just crap. Told him give us the new customer service at new customer price or we're off... They did.

@TalkTalk Oh dear. Read the thread, before replying. *I* have no problem with TalkTalk. (I'm actually with Virgin). I'm merely posting in support of @GreenJennyJones, who hasn't actually supplied *her* reason for leaving TalkTalk.

When did lying become such a central part of corporate strategy? I @TalkTalk have broken promise to deal with complaint and provide compensation .Broke 4 promises to call at particular time 4x and now closing case because they tried to contact me. All lies.

@TalkTalk You could (a) carry through on promises to call at specific times and not then lie when you don't; (b) give accurate information to your customer service team (c) not pretend that you can only offer low levels of compensation; (d) don't send no-reply emails and texts

@TalkTalk home BB is down again TalkTalk are by far the worse Home BB provider I have ever had the displeasure of being stuck in a contract with as soon as my contract expires I will be leaving as you can not provide a home BB service that is reliable in the slightest
