    @magicroundabout I spent 10yrs with TalkTalk. They get terrible reviews too but I never had a problem! People always share their negative experiences I guess.

    @TalkTalk Perhaps my two previous complaints could actually be looked at. My first complaint was in the first week of my contract. Both complaints ignored / unresolved.

    @TalkTalk we've had 3 automated calls this morning so far, claiming to be from TalkTalk, saying our Internet line is to be disconnected. These calls are coming from different numbers 0121, 0126, 0128 codes so barring is not working!

    @TalkTalk My broad band was connected since 24 of June but up till now it has never worked for a second. Now you guys are sending me the first bill despite the fact that reported it's not working.

    @TalkTalk Hi Charlotte, thanks for getting back to me. After two hours of reboots & scanning for issues an automated test of my line from your helpline bizarrely resolved the issue.

    @TalkTalk @MartinSLewis Can somebody PLEASE help me??? I’ve lost 7 days and all my patience trying to speak to somebody to sort out the mess that Talk Talk have created for my father-in-law. Nobody listens, just passed through all the departments with little care. Or just cut off

    @TalkTalk Hi As I wrote: "Can't get fibre because my unposh private run estate has never been cabled." There are no plans to dig up the pavements and install fibre because that'd cost the management company massive money. I would try 5G mobile but it's prohibitively expensive. #broadband

    @TalkTalk Please answer my DM. I have set up the new router but have the same problem of little or no internet. And please stop fobbing me off with ' upgrade for a faster speed ' when just over a week ago my internet was working absolutely fine.

    @TalkTalk Broadband down in CV5. Spent an hour on Chat, rebooting router, resetting router, waiting 20 mins while you reset line. Told to contact you if this doesn't solve problem. Now I can't use chat, and there is a fault report showing in account. What do I do?

    @TalkTalk Your customer service team, remains as bad as ever. Dropping the phone when they can't anwer questions. This has happened 3 times this morning. I have been on the phone for 59mins. Also your phone lines do not work from 8am as published

    @TalkTalk Unless you can put me in contact with a UK based manager then there is no point? Your customer service is awful and I am not willing to waste my time with your terrible customer service assistants who lack basic common courtesy and have zero levels of customer service.

    Just spent nearly 1hr in conversation with @TalkTalk They are going to charge me until 13th March when I left them on 15th Feb. Got a new telephone number from new provider. Well another company I will never go back to. Disgraceful treatment of a long serving customer.

    @TalkTalk Your a joke . Foriegn call centres are useless , you can't deliver on guaranteed speeds and have the cheek to up your prices. Worst company ever
