    @TalkTalk we've had 3 automated calls this morning so far, claiming to be from TalkTalk, saying our Internet line is to be disconnected. These calls are coming from different numbers 0121, 0126, 0128 codes so barring is not working!

    @magicroundabout I spent 10yrs with TalkTalk. They get terrible reviews too but I never had a problem! People always share their negative experiences I guess.

    @TalkTalk Hi Charlotte, thanks for getting back to me. After two hours of reboots & scanning for issues an automated test of my line from your helpline bizarrely resolved the issue.

    @TalkTalk My broad band was connected since 24 of June but up till now it has never worked for a second. Now you guys are sending me the first bill despite the fact that reported it's not working.

    @TalkTalk Perhaps my two previous complaints could actually be looked at. My first complaint was in the first week of my contract. Both complaints ignored / unresolved.

    @itsnotaball @TalkTalk The complaints team promised to call me back, they never did. So now talktalk has been blocking my phone line for 6 weeks and it's cost me £200 to fix wirh a 2nd line and I think they're now pretending I don't exist. The worst ISP by a country mile in a competitive field. 2/2

    @TalkTalk New provider doesn’t use landline as has own infrastructure (fibre cable) -so wouldn’t be taking over the line? I sat on the phone for 40 minutes in February to cancel. And told ‘don’t cancel your DD until your final bill’ - clearly wanting to take more ££

    Absolute horrendous customer service! No one answers your call for over 45minutes - premium cost! and live chat have no clue what they are doing! LOS light red for over 24hrs - clearly need an engineer. @TalkTalk very unhappy customer!!
