@TalkTalk we've had 3 automated calls this morning so far, claiming to be from TalkTalk, saying our Internet line is to be disconnected. These calls are coming from different numbers 0121, 0126, 0128 codes so barring is not working!

@TalkTalk No I'm good. If you try and "fix" it anymore I'll be back to no internet. I'd rather have a barely functioning internet that no internet at all.

@GraemeRoss389 It’s to do with your service provider - for example TalkTalk’s servers are based in Manchester so will automatically think you’re based in England. Which is subject to 3pm blackout - if you have one - would suggest setting your VPN to Dublin and it should work then 👍

@TalkTalk hi are you aware of any problems in the CM8 1PW area? My grandmother's broadband has been down since about 10:10 and unfortunately I can't get there to diagnose. So just wondering if you have had any other reports of problems?

@OpenreachHelp I spent two days over the last week waiting for engineers who never showed up. I then had to call @TalkTalk to learn it had been rescheduled. My internet speeds are too low and disconnect frequently. This is after 4 months of @virginmedia refusing to connect me.

@TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup In the process of upgrading our broadband package. I don't understand why they've tagged on supersafe boost when I never specified it. After 15 mins on hold, the Billings dept didn't understand why either. Told me to call back once the billing begins.
