    @magicroundabout I spent 10yrs with TalkTalk. They get terrible reviews too but I never had a problem! People always share their negative experiences I guess.

    @TalkTalk Hi Charlotte, thanks for getting back to me. After two hours of reboots & scanning for issues an automated test of my line from your helpline bizarrely resolved the issue.

    @TalkTalk My broad band was connected since 24 of June but up till now it has never worked for a second. Now you guys are sending me the first bill despite the fact that reported it's not working.

    @TalkTalk Perhaps my two previous complaints could actually be looked at. My first complaint was in the first week of my contract. Both complaints ignored / unresolved.

    @TalkTalk we've had 3 automated calls this morning so far, claiming to be from TalkTalk, saying our Internet line is to be disconnected. These calls are coming from different numbers 0121, 0126, 0128 codes so barring is not working!

    @TalkTalk Internet down in CV10. Router connection is strong just no internet coming through. Affecting all devices in the house.

    @TalkTalk hi, internet down in Rugby CV22, hub thinks it's connected and connectivity test via my account says things are ok but it's definitely not working. Rebooted router twice and light also indicates connection so assuming a problem on your side?

    Apparently if I ignore TalkTalk for long enough, they'll eventually kill off that old email address. In the meantime they continue to spam me with emails to which I cannot unsubscribe or reply. What an utter **** show of a company it is.

    @TalkTalk Outage in the Midlands area yet they are telling individuals to log the problem. Surely if everyone on Twitter is telling you there is no internet the fault is with you, not us?
