@TalkTalk we've had 3 automated calls this morning so far, claiming to be from TalkTalk, saying our Internet line is to be disconnected. These calls are coming from different numbers 0121, 0126, 0128 codes so barring is not working!

@TalkTalk My broad band was connected since 24 of June but up till now it has never worked for a second. Now you guys are sending me the first bill despite the fact that reported it's not working.

@magicroundabout I spent 10yrs with TalkTalk. They get terrible reviews too but I never had a problem! People always share their negative experiences I guess.

Coming back to TalkTalk, here is their method of ‘identification’ at each customer call, despite the case number they ask for account number Business name Full name, address Phone number Method of payment And email address.

@TalkTalk are **** only works to the device its connected to doesn't want to connect to any other devices in the house(PS4,TV) and the customer service is ******* ****! I've waited over an hr and still not sorted and spoke to us like we were children

@TalkTalk I would say WiFi that makes no sense. Why r these internet firms mid selling packages. Under consumer rights and laws surely they should pay back every penny if they fail to provide the internet speeds they promised. A failed communication opportunity can be worth a lot

Awful service from @TalkTalk and @OpenreachHelp !!! Gave 2 weeks notice before moving in, had two separate appointments for an engineer to come out. Both times, no one has turned up and now the next appointment isn't until 6th December! Not great when you work from home!
