    @TalkTalk we've had 3 automated calls this morning so far, claiming to be from TalkTalk, saying our Internet line is to be disconnected. These calls are coming from different numbers 0121, 0126, 0128 codes so barring is not working!

    @TalkTalk Hi Charlotte, thanks for getting back to me. After two hours of reboots & scanning for issues an automated test of my line from your helpline bizarrely resolved the issue.

    @TalkTalk Perhaps my two previous complaints could actually be looked at. My first complaint was in the first week of my contract. Both complaints ignored / unresolved.

    @magicroundabout I spent 10yrs with TalkTalk. They get terrible reviews too but I never had a problem! People always share their negative experiences I guess.

    @TalkTalk I want to cancel my contract early without paying a fee as Talk Talk is not holding up their side of the contract. But I was told by your representative "it's close enough to the garenteed speed". I am appauled at the shocking customer service offered. (3)

    @YodelOnline Been waiting for a parcel from talktalk several days and Yodel sent me a text saying it was on its way, but nothing happens , to make things worse your app tells me there is no parcels out for delivery . Is there a chance that you are going down the Parcel Force way of service ?
