    @magicroundabout I spent 10yrs with TalkTalk. They get terrible reviews too but I never had a problem! People always share their negative experiences I guess.

    @TalkTalk My broad band was connected since 24 of June but up till now it has never worked for a second. Now you guys are sending me the first bill despite the fact that reported it's not working.

    @TalkTalk we've had 3 automated calls this morning so far, claiming to be from TalkTalk, saying our Internet line is to be disconnected. These calls are coming from different numbers 0121, 0126, 0128 codes so barring is not working!

    @TalkTalk Now to top it off they adding £8.31 for mobile charges. I have never had a mobile off them. I have been with virgin mobile for 5 years. You can't write the scams they pull.

    @Dan14727814 @TalkTalk All they do is lie to you. I had no internet since 27th.Yet support from India said its fine. Yet chat said there was a problem.

    @TalkTalk yet again my internet speed drops to 3mbps after 8pm. Been the same every night getting frustrating and speaking to support is pointless as you say everything is fine.

    @bt_uk We received the card in May, three months after we signed up. Which was the expiry of the deal. The service was better on @talktalk to be honest. Your staff threatened us with cutting us off for the fact we were complaining. I expected much more from you and you’ve delivered 💩

    @TalkTalk how is it acceptable that someone doesn’t have their landline for more than 2 weeks and you’re not bothered to fix it. My father went to his cancelled chemo appointment because the hosp couldn’t phone him. #pullyourfingerout!
