Never ever use @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup for your internet. Mine has been down 9 days and they are doing nothing to fix it. They wont even answer half my messages. Pathetic! #talktalk

@TalkTalk my signal is still awful. I’ve been caring for my mum for 3 weeks and now returned home. Hoped for a relaxing time with Netflix catch up but talktalk provides only constant buffering. I hate this service it’s the worst company I’ve ever experienced.

@carolecadwalla When Dido Harding ran TalkTalk the company was in a terrible state. I talked to many dissatisfied customers. It wasn't just the data breach.

I recommend not to EVER use @TalkTalk WiFi, it's is unreliable, slow, and just pure and utter ****!! I don't recommend it and just avoid it at all costs!!!

@TalkTalk your broadband service is crap tonight, no its not me, my router or my setup. Your customer services is designed on the basis that the customer is wrong whereas its you and @BT_Openreach who are responsible for this break in my connection @Ofcom

Dido Harding's poor leadership started way before Test and Trace. For anyone who works in my industry, maybe consider how well customer data was handled at TalkTalk whilst she was in control. She's not fit to run the NHS.
