@TalkTalk I wanted to cancel this on the contract pn 1st week when they installed ONT with no internet but talktalk customer sevice gave me hope they will fix it this in a day or two and i kept on waiting now a whole month has passed with no working connection

@TalkTalk a month rolls on and still here. Promises of resolutions, case managers, Compensation. Asked for a deadlock letter which is being ignored. Get through to customer service and the line mysteriously cuts out or puts you back to the automated choose option 1 for.. joke!

@TalkTalk @BTOpenreach1 STILL waiting for my complaint to be addressed my windows were damaged by your engineers in December yet my windows are still left damaged not repaired! SECURITY Issue my windows won't close due to the unprofessional job you's have done no replies???
