@TalkTalk when we spoke to your customer service team they had a complete lack of empathy towards our situation, telling us to go to the library or use data for all our work which is completely unfeasible for 3 busy medical students

Really bad customer service from @talktalk after 3 weeks with no internet, hours of phone calls, numerous engineer visits and had the phone put down on me after being on hold for 20 mins, only to phone back and be told to call back tomorrow.
