    @RichardHesketh1 @TalkTalk They don't want to replace because very busy road and would have to get licence to stop traffic. Line goes through trees all way down road so mend one bit, have strong wind and another bit goes 🙄

    @talktalk I was also told I would not be charged for an engineer to come out to fix the initial problem with my connectionsnow your bringing me a hefty bill in this pandemic after being lied to and not having connection for almost two week @TalkTalk is a lie scam and thief.avoid

    @TalkTalk Hi, I moved onto a new contract on 16th January 2021 that was £22 for 18 months and I've just received my bill today that is stating I have to pay the £29.95 rollover payment, when I didn't select that option. Can you help please? Online chat is currently too busy apparently.
