@TalkTalk for the last few days my internet connection has been very sporadic. Up and down randomly throughout the day. Any explanation? Can you please fix! It’s very annoying. Have dropped out of work calls, Netflix cuts out randomly. This is not what I’m paying for!

@TalkTalk Still total black out on the north Wirral, no landline or broadband service since at least 06:00 on Friday 15th. Was told upgrade work taking place over weekend, but still no service? Any updates please?

@TalkTalk You sent yet another engineer out to see my dropping internet - found no fault inside my place. I try to contact, can't get into my account online either, can't get anyone to speak to in order to get the issue resolved. i am cancelling direct debit till i get internet fixed.
