    @TalkTalk No you didn’t, to paraphrase you were ‘surprised’ by the increase to costs & that it was all done to improve your network in my area… this all contradicts you telling me at point of sale in Dec how brilliant your fibre network was in the area .. less than 3 months in contract.

    @TalkTalk Your retentions department keep telling me the system is down and they’ll call me back. They never do! It’s constantly down, I want my cancellation date backdated to my first phone call 3 weeks ago. What alternate process do you have to cancel? Or is this a sales tactic?

    @TalkTalk I appreciate you’re trying to help but I’ve had many of these offers before and I’m still without broadband. I’ve wasted hours explaining my problems only to be assured they had been resolved when they haven’t. I repeat - please get someone with authority to contact me directly.

    @TalkTalk can I have an update on my escalated complaint please? After multiple texts stating "we'll be calling you today regarding your conplaint", spanning over 2 weeks; still no call. This is an escalation and still there seems to be no priority whatsoever 🙄

    @Josneat @TalkTalk What a load of nonsense eh? They put the prices up on our fixed term contracts & can't even deliver a decent service not to mention the appalling customer service. What a joke of a company!

    @Dreamer123P @TalkTalk Been really disappointed with your customer service on this issue. I was advised by an agent on twitter to carry out a factory reset on the box, on chat I was led to believe that I was the only person with the problem. Surely all of your agents should have been made aware?
