2 days and nothing but problems with @TalkTalk internet and router. Constantly crashes and having to reboot. This is not the service I pay for 😡😡, knew I should’ve left when I had the chance.

Are you thinking about get wifi with @talktalk? just don’t! weeks for them to even install it! Lie and lie from their staff! Especially online ones! literally the worst customer service Iv seen EVER! now i get wifi for a few hours a day if I’m lucky! Some days nothing at all! 🤬

ISPs+OpenReach — #TalkTalk #Plusnet #zeninternet Imagine paying full ££ rate for DSL with line speed <0.4Mbps (reducing to zero when it rains hard/snows) ..a rising price, every few months.. ISP refuses service when they see you are changing supplier. What a grim UK telecoms env.

@YardleyShooting @TalkTalk They're all bad when it comes to resolving issues. Skip the niceties tell them you're switching. If you're still under contract, inform them you won't paying the settlement fee for the switch due to the failing to provide the service. Get moved up the list.

@TalkTalk Hi Richard Its back on now, thanks for the help, but I expect TalkTalk will be compensating us for nearly a full days outage as with the rules, its no good TalkTalk showing no faults on their website the world and his dog know how long its been down Thanks again John

Naturally, the ISP #TalkTalk has cut its costs and maximised profits.. cut service, cut care, cut competence.. well done Dido et al, all those AI chat/other bots replacing staff with worst in breed customer disservice.. All on the back of BTWholesale/OpenReach monopoly issues..

@TalkTalk your broadband service is a complete shitshow. For over 6 weeks I've been trying to get you to sort the huge speed drops I'm experiencing. Multiple communications and engineer visits and no closer to being resolved. To cap it all you want to put my price up!

@TalkTalk appalling customer service and please bring you customer service back to the UK as it is really not good. Calls getting dropped and poor understanding, rude staff. Hours spent on the phone to your agents.
