Customer Service at #talktalk is appalling. Raised a complaint 186569 & was due a call between 2pm & 4pm yesterday. No call. Complained again this morning - due a call at 10am today - nothing.

@TalkTalk I have spent half the day trying to notify you of my mothers death & what to do . I have been kept waiting, cut off and made slow progress with online chat & got a phone number that is. ‘Temporarily out of use’. This is a terrible time for us, please help
