    @TalkTalk just had the worst customer service from your call centre in South Africa. Pretty sure their sending an engineer out to our house for god knows what, please DM me because this is ridiculous.

    2 days and nothing but problems with @TalkTalk internet and router. Constantly crashes and having to reboot. This is not the service I pay for 😡😡, knew I should’ve left when I had the chance.

    @BBCBenThompson @TalkTalk Shameful. I was with @TalkTalk. I’d rather run towards a wall with tooth picks under my toenails. I’d never ever use them again.

    @TalkTalk customer service is shockingly bad. My elderly mother is trying to sort her router out. An engineer came out as planned but talk talk never bothered to post the router out. You can't speak to anyone with a clear British accent it sounds outsourced to Asia. Pathetic!

    @OpenreachHelp On Saturday morning one of your engineers tried to fix a near neighbour's phone line, but didn't do a very good job. She now has my landline number and I have hers. My internet has also disappeared. The fault was immediately reported - me to TalkTalk - her to BT ...

    @TalkTalk So, you helped solve Friday’s connection problem but it’s back. This is making it impossible to WfH. Incredibly frustrating. I need it sorted! Your website has nothing on it when I have logged in - like nothing.

    Anyone else having issues with Talk Talk broadband? For the past week or so we've had really dodgy connectivity (keeps disconnecting) and there have been outages listed every day... @TalkTalk any solution to this? Making working from home almost impossible
