    @TalkTalk I've already closed my account and left the country but you keep sending me new bills every month. Your customer service is impossible to reach via live chat as I live outside UK. We had 3 phone calls to confirm my account closure.

    Save to say, @TalkTalk have been consistently bottom of the pile customer service wise this year for me and have given me the most grief. I'm looking forward to my contract with them ending in a couple of months.

    @TalkTalk Hi, I've been using Callsafe successfully for a few years but it appears to have stopped working. Tried reactivating it in 'My Account' and by phone but neither worked. Signed up to Fibre150 a few days ago so wondering if this has caused the issue. Could you look at this please?

    @TalkTalk HELP! I'm wondering what is a reasonable time to deal with a fault? How many call handlers I need to speak to? How many times I have to start from the beginning to go through a fault finding process? Oh, and I get charged for an unfixed fault too!
