@TalkTalk what an absolute joke of a company’s you are your staff are rude not willing to help atalll. Been waiting for a manager to ring me for over 3 weeks now to sort these problems out an by the sounds of it use arnt bothered that your goin to lose another customer 👍🏼

I wonder if @SkyHelpTeam and @TalkTalk can sort it out between themselves? I’m unfortunately leaving Sky for TalkTalk. Who needs to cancel my Sky contract? TalkTalk, via an ‘active line takeover’, or me? Sky advised the former. TalkTalk said no, the latter. Please help.

@TalkTalk Hi. Still no internet from Saturday. Went through all the steps with online help, using data, no joy. Still being told everything is okay but outages reported nationwide. It's not my line, it's at the TalkTalk end.
