2 days and nothing but problems with @TalkTalk internet and router. Constantly crashes and having to reboot. This is not the service I pay for 😡😡, knew I should’ve left when I had the chance.

@TalkTalk HNY team! Internet service went down last night and fix is 2-3 working days. I’m wfh so can you provide a hotspot/dongle so I have internet access during the wait? Can’t just tell my employer I can’t work sadly. Will my bill be reduced for this downtime also?

@TalkTalk DM? 🖕🏻 You should be publicly shamed for this complete shambles. Just over 28 hours. How long it took for the red light to go green again. What good would a DM have done? You just telling me to switch it on and off? Then what? Just go **** myself when it still didn't work?

TalkTalk are absolute crap, paying quite bit only get around 9.8-11Mbps down, whilst the exchange is litterally outside of my house. We were advertised to get 144Mbps fibre, but only got 9.8-11Mbps! Throttled connection, along with constant slowdowns over Ethernet with 1 device.
