2 days and nothing but problems with @TalkTalk internet and router. Constantly crashes and having to reboot. This is not the service I pay for 😡😡, knew I should’ve left when I had the chance.

@TalkTalk just had the worst customer service from your call centre in South Africa. Pretty sure their sending an engineer out to our house for god knows what, please DM me because this is ridiculous.

@TalkTalk I have rang so many times to cancel my late father’s contract. Until the last person I spoke to the bereavement team were rude and unhelpful. Yours is the worse company by far that I have had to deal with regarding dealing with my Dads affairs. Shame on you

@TalkTalk No, it’s not good that TalkTalk have a fault in the billing system, that results in bills for a service that’s not longer provided. I know this happens a lot, so maybe it’s the billing Dept you need to notify?

Hello @TalkTalk since Openreach started messing around with something where we live, our internet has been up and down like a yo-yo, they were digging holes on the corner of our street last week, no warning, which is when it started.

@TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup 2 more hours of this ex-customer’s time gone, in your chat system. No further along. I’m sure your call/message handlers do their best but you have an abysmal customer management system. This is how you earn your appalling customer reviews and ratings.

@TalkTalk Let’s not go round in circles, please. It’s not a question of IF I ‘would like’ you to look into it. The problem is with YOUR system. Unless TalkTalk is content to have invoices going out to people who no longer receive their service - the company is obliged to look into it.

@TalkTalk as it is nigh on impossible to speak to someone you have to go online chat and the customer agents end up taking 10 to 15 minutes to reply to messages. I am sure they are all nice and good people but they do not understand english well.

@TalkTalk #TalkTalk is invoicing (now plus an ‘admin’ charge) an ex customer. My b/band service failed on 24/8. A replacement router did not solve the issue. My account was out of contract (since Feb 2025). A 7-day cancellation was agreed on 12/9. Our divorce was on 19/9.

@TalkTalk Afraid not. I have an open compliant already filed, I’ve spoken to numerous advisors online, on phone, and on here. All talked a good game, but no effective resolution. Sadly, the damage has been done.
