    @IlminsterSteve @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup Sounds familiar. Totally unnecessary. If a customer calls to cancel, then give them the benefit of the doubt that they aren’t imbeciles. I ended up almost potty-mouthed. Left a bad taste. But it’s done now. End of my contribution on the topic. Have gone the satellite route :)

    @TalkTalk I have no time to be calling, emailing and messaging for a service that you should be providing in which you are NOT. 2 weeks no Wi-Fi, no resolve and no update #ridiculous

    @virginmedia Staying with my parents and your internet is cutting out all the time! I never have this in my flat on TalkTalk. Sort it out, your service is more expensive than TalkTalk and so much worse! I rented a movie before the internet went down and now I can’t watch it.

    @IlminsterSteve @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup They got me VERY riled by not being professional & accepting my wish to cancel. I was then transferred (twice) to another Dept which - amazingly - didn’t answer, which meant I had to restart the entire rigmarole again. Twice. Suffice to say I was fuming by the end. Not good (:

    @talktalk business - you do need to respond to complaint emails you know. Particularly when you have confirmed that an account has been cancelled but then proceed to still send letters and then forward on to debt recovery firm.

    @HarR10T @TalkTalk I’ve had no service for 2 weeks and still no resolve. This company are a JOKE. I don’t understand how they happily take money for a service they’re not providing..

    @NOW Tried watching episode 6 nearly 2 hours in no else is up and the sack of 💩 called now tv keeps buffering or I get oops there is a problem 2e are looking into it crap service waste of money and time @talktalk go back to sky please

    @TalkTalk Yes I have. Initially I spoke to customer services who told me I need to cancel my existi g package so that they can then apply the new package. When I got tra sferred to the future fibre sales team they didn't know what to do!
