2 days and nothing but problems with @TalkTalk internet and router. Constantly crashes and having to reboot. This is not the service I pay for 😡😡, knew I should’ve left when I had the chance.

@TalkTalk my internet has been down since TUESDAY. Apparently you sent a city fibre engineer over today 1pm to fix it. Guess what, it's not fixed. Plugged laptop directly into OTP, no connection even though all lights on. Disgraceful service. Can't believe this back and forth 1/3

@TalkTalk how long does it take for the SuperSafe Boost to be removed from my bill/account? I spoke to a member of support who said 5 working days.... on the 5th July. It's still there now.

@GeorgeMonbiot I had similar issues with @talktalk so rude and unhelpful, all we wanted to do was renew our contract, and my father is still with us!!
