2 days and nothing but problems with @TalkTalk internet and router. Constantly crashes and having to reboot. This is not the service I pay for 😡😡, knew I should’ve left when I had the chance.

@TalkTalk just had the worst customer service from your call centre in South Africa. Pretty sure their sending an engineer out to our house for god knows what, please DM me because this is ridiculous.

@TalkTalk I have had terrible internet speed all weekend and it has completely dropped several times. I've done the tests on the website which says everything is fine but it's not. I have also reset the router several times. It's getting very frustrating.

@TalkTalk We have been delayed now a week after it was meant to go live..... There was 2 weeks before to go live date that you could have sort the issues out but no....... Been without internet for the best part of a month now.

Hello @TalkTalk is there a fault with your network in the York area? Modem went down about 90 mins ago. No amount of re-setting is doing the trick. Still flashing red. Any help would be much appreciated as I am relying on your service to work from home.

@TalkTalk It is now my 9th consecutive day of poor / intermittent broadband service from you and my patience is totally exhausted. When EXACTLY is this problem going to be fixed - and please, try hard not to overwhelm me with your indifference for once.
