2 days and nothing but problems with @TalkTalk internet and router. Constantly crashes and having to reboot. This is not the service I pay for 😡😡, knew I should’ve left when I had the chance.

@TalkTalk @TalkTalk Our internet connection is switched off every night, without a fail, at 12! After a few searches online, it is clear that this is happening to many other @TalkTalk customers. Your telephone customer service is awful and I’m not getting anywhere. This needs sorting out!

@TalkTalk @TalkTalk ...And if you put that into accout some customers would then have to find means via there mobile service to keep internet working at home pending when u finally get to fix it but customer has already spent alot via mobile data and you do it every year long

@TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup Again my parents are cut off from email for days. Your call centre is NO help. Your call centre can’t even help them reset password. After an hour’s call said they would send a reset email and haven’t. I want a direct line to someone now to help me?

@TalkTalk @TalkTalk ...You got about cheating customers of there hard earn money whenever your internet signal is offline and come up with £2 compensation and not thinkinh about the damages you caused althrough when customer was not provided the service you promised
