@TalkTalk just had the worst customer service from your call centre in South Africa. Pretty sure their sending an engineer out to our house for god knows what, please DM me because this is ridiculous.

2 days and nothing but problems with @TalkTalk internet and router. Constantly crashes and having to reboot. This is not the service I pay for 😡😡, knew I should’ve left when I had the chance.

@TalkTalk been trying to sort slow internet speeds all week. 3 times trying to ring technical support. Today I rang at 5pm to a message saying “sorry we are closed, we are open from 8am to 8pm”. Any advise please?

@TalkTalk existing customer trying to upgrade to FTTP (cables already laid by CityFibre). After more than 2 weeks, 5 hours total on the phone and 3 cancelled orders (for no apparent reason) I think I'm ready to give up and change suppliers. What a shambles #talktalk #talktalkuk

@TalkTalk appalling service.. a day off work wasted for an engineer who never arrived, despite several confirmation texts that it was going ahead. No communication that it had been rescheduled. Disgusted.

Bloody knew I shouldn’t moved to @talktalk - switched mid January and I’ve still no date for installation. And Sky has ended their service. Only internet I have is via my phone. 🤬

@TalkTalk Hello, We have been without our internet for 19 days, and still no one will help us. I called last week, and they promised to send an engineer. Still no sign of an engineer. I have made a formal complaint, but have still not received a meaningful response.
