2 days and nothing but problems with @TalkTalk internet and router. Constantly crashes and having to reboot. This is not the service I pay for 😡😡, knew I should’ve left when I had the chance.

@TalkTalk just had the worst customer service from your call centre in South Africa. Pretty sure their sending an engineer out to our house for god knows what, please DM me because this is ridiculous.

@TalkTalk 5 engineer appointments later... still no internet and now I'm out of data and taking unpaid leave from work. I expect to be compensated. Yesterday I received a text 20 mins after contacting you saying an engineer had attended and resolved the issue. Clearly - A LIE

@TalkTalk Thanks for checking Mike, no obvious sign of early emails from yesterday but back to normal today. I have a daily (Mon to Fri) newsletter normally around 0600, no sign of that from yesterday, but back this morning. But what else never got through yesterday?

@TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup low and behold, second engineer appointment booked within the week. Second no show. disgraceful customer service and the CEO team assigned to help me are ignoring calls and emails. Go love date was March 1st. It’s now March 24th!

@TalkTalk poor customer service and very disappointed. Been waiting since Monday for a phone call back to cancel my account and still waiting. Company make it impossible to cancel and keep getting transferred been on hold for over an hour. Will not use talktalk again.

@OpenreachHelp Em. TalkTalk automated ‘AI’ support attendant is not able to pass relevant information to you. It could not take on board what I was attempting to ‘tell’ it.. There was no tick box set up to enable me to provide relevant information .. TalkTalk simply does not function..

@TalkTalk It’s been going on for over 24 hour Jesus Christ . You have the cheek to email me today saying my bill is ready yet I’m paying for a service I can’t use ? Bill won’t be paid until it’s resolved . Thank u for being not very helpful
