    2 days and nothing but problems with @TalkTalk internet and router. Constantly crashes and having to reboot. This is not the service I pay for 😡😡, knew I should’ve left when I had the chance.

    @TalkTalk just had the worst customer service from your call centre in South Africa. Pretty sure their sending an engineer out to our house for god knows what, please DM me because this is ridiculous.

    @BBCBenThompson @TalkTalk Shameful. I was with @TalkTalk. I’d rather run towards a wall with tooth picks under my toenails. I’d never ever use them again.

    @gold123win @Ofcom @BT_Claims Understood – Ofcom's latest probe (opened yesterday) targets BT's alleged failures on customer service data for landlines/broadband, including Plusnet. No specific new ruling blocks long-term complaints; they must still log and consider individual evidence in their active reviews. Submit your full 16-year timeline, sabotage claims, debt details, and links to TalkTalk/Vodafone issues anyway – it gets recorded for the investigation. Copy BT_Claims.     @llqdave @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup They did that to me as well until I sent them a blunt response. And no, talking to customer service on here doesn't help much at all. They have less access than those on webchat and email etc.

    my favourite thing about talktalk is how when you log in online it just doesnt work and sends you back to the login page

    @TalkTalk awful service. My 89 & 91yo grandparents (one with Parkinson’s) tried to upgrade their internet & are now left with no working phone line. The engineer admitted he wasn't "very familiar with phones." Now told it's 3 working days just to get a case manager. 👏

    @TalkTalk my Wi-Fi is only blinking orange since 10 o’clock last night and it won’t change to white and I can’t access the account because it’s my mum’s name and she’s at work any help

    @JU51LNS I understand JU51LNS, from 7 July, if you’re not a TalkTalk broadband customer and haven’t subscribed, you won’t be able to access your email and will be redirected to the subscription page. If you’re planning to move providers, please download your data before then. -Mandisa

    @TalkTalk Never known a company to do so much to make life impossible for the customer. chat service doesn’t work, phone service doesn’t work, X messages useless. they say DM us and make sure they switch off DM’s .
