    2 days and nothing but problems with @TalkTalk internet and router. Constantly crashes and having to reboot. This is not the service I pay for 😡😡, knew I should’ve left when I had the chance.

    @BBCBenThompson @TalkTalk Shameful. I was with @TalkTalk. I’d rather run towards a wall with tooth picks under my toenails. I’d never ever use them again.

    @TalkTalk just had the worst customer service from your call centre in South Africa. Pretty sure their sending an engineer out to our house for god knows what, please DM me because this is ridiculous.

    @TalkTalk Please DM me. I have tried calling you on behalf of my 84 Yr old parents. The person we spoke to was worse than hopeless. Their problem remains and they can't use the Internet. Where is customer service???

    @TalkTalk your service is absolutely appalling! No internet for 48 hours, live chat is useless, on hold for an hour to be cut off, promised you would contact me regarding an engineer 4 hours ago. I’m taking my money elsewhere! COMMUNICATE WITH YOU CUSTOMERS! 🤬🤬🤬

    @TalkTalk Ridiculous. Ask for so many details in DM. Who's going to have those to hand. Can't just check signal levels in DE23 area and inform me of issues Forget it. Unreliable @TalkTalk and now can't help.

    @TalkTalk For past 2 days and still today, getting horrendous intermittent wifi. TV keeps freezing then back on. Laptop keeps freezing. IT IS SO FRUSTRATING. Live in DE23 area. What is going on, more so, can you fix it please??!!!!

    @TalkTalk Iv just spoke to a great lad Bailey at Ur call center in Leicester ! 10 mins on the phone and the lad had all my issues sorted .!!! I spent 45mins on Saturday to a foreign call center and had no help . Bailey needs a pay rise and promotion !!! asap!! let the lad know !!! good job
