2 days and nothing but problems with @TalkTalk internet and router. Constantly crashes and having to reboot. This is not the service I pay for 😡😡, knew I should’ve left when I had the chance.

@newsreporterUK @TalkTalk TBH i think the customer service from all the big telecoms companies is awful. I'm sure a rival that set up with really good CS would make a mint - I for one, would very happily pay for that

Shout out to @TalkTalk who have managed to cut off my 95 year old Nan’s phone line before Christmas when she’s going to be mostly by herself. I swear Dido Harding is trying her best to be the very worst thing about 2020.
