2 days and nothing but problems with @TalkTalk internet and router. Constantly crashes and having to reboot. This is not the service I pay for 😡😡, knew I should’ve left when I had the chance.

@TalkTalk just had the worst customer service from your call centre in South Africa. Pretty sure their sending an engineer out to our house for god knows what, please DM me because this is ridiculous.

@TalkTalk We’ve given all of this to talk talk 3 times today -I’m not sure we see the point of doing it a 4th time. He was promised a call back -you won’t be surprised to hear no one called. I may take you up on that when he’s simmered down.

@TalkTalk How do I know which exchange my Daughter is on?? No signal at all, contacted and was told mobile software needed to be updated however this has made no difference and we are going around in circles on the phones!

@TalkTalk hi, your website still won't process change of address submissions correctly, and yesterday I spent an hour with the online chat, for something that should take 5 mins, only for it not to work there too. Then they tell me to try again tomorrow... Really poor service

@TalkTalk I contacted you over almost 3 hours ago about my 85 year old mother. You left her yesterday with no landline. She is logged on to her account and now all your agents are busy? This has been going on for over 3 hours. Is this how you treat your customers?

@OpenreachHelp There’s clearly a lack of staff, there needs to be openness and honesty instead of pretending engineers are available and then there being a no show. Once is understandable, 3 times is bad management/policy decision. @Ofcom @TalkTalk

@coleburg @TalkTalk Good u don't pay anything if u know u r right..I cancelled my direct debit.dont give up..my contract ended I rung to cancel they didn't put phone down .I sent messages to cancel it .then last resort sent review on trustpilot and did recorded delivery letter.record everything.

Two weeks without internet @TalkTalk the absolute worst provider 🙄 "I am replying on behalf of Tristia and will ensure a member of our team contacts you as soon as possible. This will be within the next 5 business working days"...still waiting!
