  @TalkTalk My neighbours are telling me how good your service is, and I really want to swap, but your website says I'd have to change my landline number, which is a pain. Any ideas about this - I really want to get away from the awful BT service. Thanks.

  @virginmedia Last time I waited an hour and u did nothing. I ain't wasting my time. I'm gonna cancel the contract. I thought talktalk were bad. U lot are trying to charge us extra cause it WiFi doesn't go past 1 floor

  @TalkTalk For the last two days our Internet connection has been up and down like a yo-yo (NE41 postcode area). Very frustrating when trying to work from home! Are you aware of any issues in this area, and when can we expect a more consistent service to resume?

  @TalkTalk is it really good enough to leave a vulnerable 91 year old woman without a phone line which her emergency button is dependent on? She's had multiple strokes. Connectivity is literally life and death. Can't a straight answer despite many calls.
