    2 days and nothing but problems with @TalkTalk internet and router. Constantly crashes and having to reboot. This is not the service I pay for 😡😡, knew I should’ve left when I had the chance.

    @TalkTalk just had the worst customer service from your call centre in South Africa. Pretty sure their sending an engineer out to our house for god knows what, please DM me because this is ridiculous.

    @BBCBenThompson @TalkTalk Shameful. I was with @TalkTalk. I’d rather run towards a wall with tooth picks under my toenails. I’d never ever use them again.

    @TalkTalk No broadband since Thursday when your troubleshooting lost my v poor connection completely. Your engineer referred the issue to openreach Saturday. No update, chat unavailable, trying to WFH tethering to my phone. Can you help get this fixed??

    @TalkTalk Any chance I can get in touch with someone anywhere? Tried the live chat tried ringing tried Facebook . Nothing…. For the last 6 months the service has been horrible. Now for the last 3 days the internet is down completely

    @TalkTalk broadband problem resolved by: A. Switch off router. B. disconnecting broadband wired connection to master phone socket and leaving off 4 25 mins C. broadband connection to master phone socket D. Switch on router. (Step B is the most important step)

    @TalkTalk Was supposed to have an engineer visit yesterday to install new fibre but they never showed up. Can't reach the call centre or anyone via online chat, website isn't functioning properly either. What is going on??

    @TalkTalk How many days can we expect the "call back tomorrow" message on you your help line and live chat not available? Not sure how we are supposed to get an issue sorted if you can't even report it to anyone...

    @TwitterSupport I haven't been able to see any video/gifs on twitter for the last 4 days. It looks like it's something to do with wifi @talktalk, please tell me you're working on it to resolve the issue?

    @TalkTalk its a household issue, videos and gifs don't play on twitter for some reason and they only work when we turn kidsafe off

    @TalkTalk we tried virgin media data and the issue is still there so i guess it's a problem from twitter

    @Lollypo36424345 Think I have found the problem, I turned of WiFi on my phone, using 4G I can watch videos again, so it must have something to do with my internet provider TalkTalk 😡
