2 days and nothing but problems with @TalkTalk internet and router. Constantly crashes and having to reboot. This is not the service I pay for 😡😡, knew I should’ve left when I had the chance.

@TalkTalk just had the worst customer service from your call centre in South Africa. Pretty sure their sending an engineer out to our house for god knows what, please DM me because this is ridiculous.

I asked @talktalk for an update on the text service. It knew that my account had my mobile number on it last time as it sent a text as well as email...Now it's asking for my home phone number, weirdly...Hope this text isn't a phishing scam...I haven't told it anything...

Also, Don't know home phone number..Can't ring from it. Not arsed to be searching for extra number, when it clearly knows...I've read quite a few reports that @talktalk takes ages to repair things and bad for 'forgetting' to pay compensation..Let's hope that they're unfounded..

@DarrenDacre @TalkTalk I really like talk talk before but it's getting worst and worst, now because the fault is on their side I can't even sign in into my account to see the progress..my neighbour is paying £15 per month his Internet is always good, I'm paying £34 and its always down...feeling mugged

@TalkTalk has anyone from your organisation actually tested how your customer service works. I've been on the phone for nearly 1 & 1/2 hours being asked the the same question over & over again, by someone who didn't understand me & me them. HORRENDOUS !!

@TalkTalk I’ve been on the phone and on a chat to you with the last message being a manager will call. Cannot understand what the problem is. I am without adequate broadband which I’m paying for, the router is permanently flashing orange but you’re saying nothings wrong.
