    @TalkTalk just had the worst customer service from your call centre in South Africa. Pretty sure their sending an engineer out to our house for god knows what, please DM me because this is ridiculous.

    I think the definition of a terrible broadband service is my phone buffering the radio because I am trying to save a one page word document at the same time. I’m expecting those squeaking noises from yee olde phone internet connections @TalkTalk

    @TalkTalk hey. Im just trying to connect to the Internet and it says a sign in is required. And it won't connect. It was fine an hour ago.

    @TalkTalk Zero internet on different floors in the house unless you’re sat next to the router. Your staff can only offer a booster for £55. Poor service when you’re meant to meet “guaranteed speeds”.

    @TalkTalk @MoneyTelegraph not only are they refusing to close/cancel the account, they are now sending my 80 year old grandfather DEBT COLLECTION letters for a £40 bill that they aren’t allowing us to pay! How is this even legal? Can anyone help please? 🤬

    @TalkTalk Exactly my point. He’s 80 years old and UNABLE to answer the security! We’ve provided more than enough evidence to show who we are, we’ve sent photos of letters, bank account payments etc... why is that not enough? All we want to do is cancel! It’s wrong!
