2 days and nothing but problems with @TalkTalk internet and router. Constantly crashes and having to reboot. This is not the service I pay for 😡😡, knew I should’ve left when I had the chance.

@TalkTalk just had the worst customer service from your call centre in South Africa. Pretty sure their sending an engineer out to our house for god knows what, please DM me because this is ridiculous.

@TalkTalk *APPALLED BY YOUR SERVICE* - after numerous delays to first installation you’ve now cancelled my contract in error (twice!) & I’m told I have to wait 24hrs to start a new contract, then a further 2 weeks for a go-live date & you cannot honour my initial contract rate!

@TalkTalk possible the worst customer service I’ve ever come across. Cut off mid sentence, then being told I can’t access my 74 year old mums account to cancel because she can’t remember the email she apparently gave. She doesn’t have an email by the way.@Ofcom have a word please
