@TalkTalk just had the worst customer service from your call centre in South Africa. Pretty sure their sending an engineer out to our house for god knows what, please DM me because this is ridiculous.

2 days and nothing but problems with @TalkTalk internet and router. Constantly crashes and having to reboot. This is not the service I pay for 😡😡, knew I should’ve left when I had the chance.

@TalkTalk Glad it’s not just me receiving terrible customer service. We received email to renew my contract at a monthly costs that they will not honour as there was an error on the email, oh and the two customer people who gave us the same figure made the same error, joke of a company.

@TalkTalk ?? Never mind accessing account... 2 months into a load of drama, still no services... Been without television for second week now. And been waiting for my "case manager" to call me for 6 weeks?!?!? Never ever known a service this bad!!!

@talktalk broadband really slow, or just useless, I'm now using my data again, 3 months after having no broadband for five days, sick & tired of it,& put my costs up twice in the space of 3 month,will be cancelling in April when my contract is up

@OpenreachHelp landline down again. Last time it took 28 days to fix. Have DM going on with TalkTalk but they seem unwilling to report it

@nicky_hodges @TalkTalk Ditto same boat as me. I haven't had an account number since joining in November of last year.Signal is awful so is customer service.Also still not received my Amazon erro which was promised..
