@TalkTalk just had the worst customer service from your call centre in South Africa. Pretty sure their sending an engineer out to our house for god knows what, please DM me because this is ridiculous.

2 days and nothing but problems with @TalkTalk internet and router. Constantly crashes and having to reboot. This is not the service I pay for 😡😡, knew I should’ve left when I had the chance.

@TalkTalk It's just I always get told that there's nothing you can do in my area for my Internet. I can't upgrade to a new package and apparently the only package that's available to me is the one I already have and the speeds I get are already slow enough

@TalkTalk i Paul Belton am phoning them on Monday but even so we were told it would be fixed within 24 hours My partner Julie has an important online appointment with the doctor but as its so slow and connection keeps dropping i doubt it will happen

@petemorristwit Whatever you do, don't change to #talktalk. We had four drop off of service yesterday. Last on from 10.15pm to about 11.44pm

@TalkTalk this is no help at all i was told to phone you by the engineer which i did the very same day we were told by tech support it would be fixed in 24 hours to a week and its not. If its not fixed and fast i will be going to OFCOM about it.

@petemorristwit @cold957 Need to contact sky re leaving and see what they can do Will normally reduce - you have to do it yearly Same cables wether sky,bt ,talktalk, plus net etc so connection will be the same I have sky but openreach solved my connection problems and now very stable
