2 days and nothing but problems with @TalkTalk internet and router. Constantly crashes and having to reboot. This is not the service I pay for 😡😡, knew I should’ve left when I had the chance.

@TalkTalk You can try that again but you are just repeating yourself. Your company is a waste of time. I will close my account as soon as I am free to and will never use your services again due to poor customer service and not being allowed to speak to a UK customer service person.

@TalkTalk probably the worst customer service in the world. Working from home with poor internet after BT made new joints and cut us off briefly. All you can get is someone reading a nonsense script in the Philippines, you can’t speak to UK customer service. AVOID these clowns!

@talktalk engineer has been out and there is still an orange light on my router even after an engineer has been out. Looks like I have no internet to support my clients suffering from social isolation.
