@TalkTalk just had the worst customer service from your call centre in South Africa. Pretty sure their sending an engineer out to our house for god knows what, please DM me because this is ridiculous.

@TalkTalk I've been losing my connection randomly for a month. I'm a tech, so I've tried everything I can try this end. The online help is a bit of a dead end. Right now, I'm again having to use my tethered mobile because my talktalk lanline is unusable. Help!

@TalkTalk I think you need to be fair to out-of-contract customers who want to leave and not use delaying tactics or technical faults to hang-up. @Ofcom need to investigate your methods.

@TalkTalk Finally got through to someone on chat who apparently "fixed" my wifi problem. It is now worse than before! They insisted the line was the issue (when it is clearly the router that is the problem). Definitely switching now, I think.
