2 days and nothing but problems with @TalkTalk internet and router. Constantly crashes and having to reboot. This is not the service I pay for 😡😡, knew I should’ve left when I had the chance.

When I asked people what broadband provider to go for and everyone said NOT to use @TalkTalk - they were right!!! Barely been a day and I still have no internet, & their customer service team have hung up on me - terrible! 😠

@TalkTalk hello, your engineer came to install my broadband yesterday but said something needed to be connected underground and that someone will be sent round by yesterday. I’ve not heard anything?? Called your customer service and they hung up on me?!
