    2 days and nothing but problems with @TalkTalk internet and router. Constantly crashes and having to reboot. This is not the service I pay for 😡😡, knew I should’ve left when I had the chance.

    @TalkTalk my internet and phone are both down. The website links to chat to staff are inactive on your site, and unhelpful you a live test simply tells me I’m “offline”. Can you assist in fixing this?

    @TalkTalk My husband has been in contact with your service department for over an hour now. They're insisting it's our router cable, while businesses all over our area are saying they also have no internet. Why should we contact you just to be lied to?
