@TalkTalk Your broadband is awful. Connection drops multiple times throughout the day for 20-30s. I've done everything to make it work on my end and nothing works so it's something to do with end. Will be ripping up my contract with you scammers soon.

@TalkTalk Had unstable internet since yesterday. Attempted live chat yesterday evening and got nowhere. They just say it’s fine. Keeps dropping out. I’m working from home and need a quick fix!!

@david_colquhoun @TalkTalk VirginMedia does this too. Call customer service, tell them you want to end contract because of price hike. They will cave in if you keep a poker face. Worked for me with VM last month.

@TalkTalk I can’t afford to spend a third day wasting time with DM chats to achieve the same result. I would appreciate this issue being prioritised and addressed, as clearly there is a problem with my broadband service. 10 days without now.
