@TalkTalk just had the worst customer service from your call centre in South Africa. Pretty sure their sending an engineer out to our house for god knows what, please DM me because this is ridiculous.

And guess what, ask to cancel service and move to other provider and @TalkTalk won’t waive fees to pull out of account. Total con. #dontusetalktalk as your service provider.

@joelycett @CrapBroadband I'm with @TalkTalk have been for years, hardly any issues & my son has tons of devices running like his Xbox thingy & streaming TV I've never called CS the odd occasion something was wrong as my son lets me know. I hit the TT community forum instead and it gets sorted that way

@JonJonesSnr Err no. The objectives were set at the outset. Underperforming subsequently shows lack of understanding. Why would you then appoint her head of the NHS? Then again did she fail? Made shedloads of cash for so many.. given TalkTalk fiasco definitely opt out of #NHSDataGrab

@guardian £37 Billion of taxpayer money spaffed on a test and trace system she is/was in charge of, that never actually worked. Compare to Ireland £27,000 test and trace, works fine. expectations were "too high" of her no doubt being useful and doing a job properly, see talktalk.

Such a contrast in customer service between @TalkTalk and @bt_uk I had a problem, contacted BT by text, and was phoned back really quickly. The operative that I spoke to did her best to sort things, phoned back at the end of her shift, and gave me her email just in case. Good job

@JonJonesSnr As a Talktalk customer, my expectations were set very low, but she still failed to live up to them. I dread to think what will happen now she's set her sights on leading the NHS.

@RaW_writing I don't have an account with them, never have. I had an email account with lineone, who were taken over by Tiscali, who were taken over by TalkTalk. The email address was kept going at no charge, but recently TalkTalk have said they're going to stop that.

@TalkTalk The connection where you pay to watch them doing maintenance on their network 24/7. That's what you pay for. You don't pay to use the network.

@LcdViews 👆2/2. For a CEO of TalkTalk to not even know whether customer data was encrypted or not is a telling example.
