@TalkTalk The problem is still ongoing. No communication back 2 us telling us what is going on. It’s a week now of ringing every day. Every time we r told problem is something different. Engineer booked 4 yesterday pm as they wanted 2 check in house, he didn’t turn up, + nobody knows why.

@TalkTalk There's no point it will be the same as every other time it goes off and a waste of my time going through all the checks which shows nothing wrong. You still haven't resolved why I can't sign into my account either so I can't even sign in to check. Fed up customer!

@TalkTalk Is a terrible Company The technical support is absolutely ridiculous. But they’re not completely at fault because it’s BT open reach that manage their network and they’re not accountable to customers.

@OpenreachHelp @TalkTalk stated a trouble report raised to openreach ref number 2-1229691177213 on tues. We are still without internet. When I lift handset lots of beeping/crackling on the line then it goes dead. Can you tell me what the report found pls??
