@TalkTalk 10 weeks to wait for a broad band install with no service at all. @OpenreachHelp finally arrive and they have “no modems” in stock so they can’t fit it. Full fibre will be another 100 years at this rate.

@TalkTalk Hi I just left a live chat our phone line is not working at all it’s redirected to Talk Talk the phone bill comes out by direct debit and last payment went out on July 31st plse deal today as lines are not open until tomorrow it would be most appreciated Broadband ok

Brilliant @TalkTalk internet and phone down again. Last weeks was caused by Kelly Communications unplugging us and not replugging us back in again properly. Really had enough now! Always people fiddling and the Super Fast Fibre is unreliable.

@TalkTalk I’ve been battling ALL day to get TalkTalk to resolve a City Fibre issue with your own equipment and it’s clear no one cares! Not a word of apology and everything is begrudgingly dealt with. Time to move to BT I feel.

@JoLuvs2Shop @TalkTalk All rubbish. I know im going to be waiting weeks for this router to arrive. The service is appaling. Going to cancel my DD if they dont improve and sort out my issues.
