@TalkTalk I really don’t want to go through this all again,u sent me out a new router but it didn’t work I sent it back to u guys & never got a replacement,u said tech wud phone me bk & they never did that was about 1 month ago

@TalkTalk I have spent the last hour on the phone to Richa one of your customer “service” managers listening to her refuse to listen. Apparently you’re allowed just to not turn up for appointments and provide no internet. Never again. we are transferring to @SkyUK

@TalkTalk U can’t help that is the problem I spent all of a day trying to get u to sort out my problem talk talk promised to call bk they never did & I still have the old Router,waste of time.

@TalkTalk we were supposed to receive our new router for you future fibre package on the 23rd or March. This still hasn’t arrived and our existing internet has been cancelled leaving us with nothing. This is not good enough. What are you going to do to fix this

Can't believe it's 2022 and I spent over an hour waiting for an answer from TALKTALK Only for them to have no answer at all for their actions. Never missed a payment in 6yrs and cut off for no reason. I have emails assuring me my account was fine.Shamefull.

@TalkTalk Genuinely have the WORST customer service of any company I have every had the displeasure of dealing with. Please avoid them, don't be fooled by their "bargain" offers. It will cost you more in the long run when you loose your sanity over their absymal customer service.

@TalkTalk I have sent a DM and they have told me they can't help me as it is future fibre. Gave me a phone number so I can go on hold for an hour. I am thinking that future fibre means sometime in the future you will get Internet.

@TalkTalk I raised a complaint with talktalk on 29th December 2021 - still not had a reply! Do not go for their fibre broadband - their service is appalling!
