@TalkTalk I have spent the last hour on the phone to Richa one of your customer “service” managers listening to her refuse to listen. Apparently you’re allowed just to not turn up for appointments and provide no internet. Never again. we are transferring to @SkyUK

@virginmedia The reason why I tagged @TalkTalk is because they've helped a friend in the same situation as me and they help them and understood their situation for being homeless they didn't start charging them when knowing full well they are homeless and broke! I hope thats understanding now

@TalkTalk I already try to reach the service through the phone and via the chat. same results you just use methods to do not allow client to leave before the 14 days like that we will have penalties. shame on your company who do not provide the services. #AvoidTalktalk

@JaneyLlou @Ksz24352334 @nadhimzahawi Even so, funny how it takes that long to bring them to book. That is the problem of our whole system as a whole. Putting in misappropriates. Harding had a huge info leak at TalkTalk. I think it was deliberate. Track & Trace case & point.

@TalkTalk why is it impossible to communicate with you except via premium number (as a non TalkTalk customer on-behalf of a ceased TalkTalk customer). Why do you not have online chat where problems can be resolved swiftly? Why are you so deliberately non-customer friendly?
