I’ve wasted 13+ hours over 15 phone calls to talktalk and all I get is excuses! I will never recommend talktalk! I can say that their call centre staff try hard

Andy Dunkley (@aadunkley) reported from Wicken, England@TalkTalk 10 weeks to wait for a broad band install with no service at all. @OpenreachHelp finally arrive and they have “no modems” in stock so they can’t fit it. Full fibre will be another 100 years at this rate.
