@TalkTalk my friend has a problem with her internet. New router should have arrived last Monday now won't arrive til end next week! 2hr live chat useless and difficult call with India. Nothing resolved so she has no internet, TV or heating. What's going on Talktalk?

@TalkTalk Hi, I’ve been fobbed off by numerous TalkTalk agents via live chat since Monday 20th. Not having been able to access the internet at all, everyday I’ve been told there is an OpenReach incident and an engineer has been called to fix the issue.

@TalkTalk not only have you messed up my homemove but you've now stopped BT from taking over 😡 ive had to contact you 7 times to get you to shut down the service at the old address and im still not sure its done properly! Your staff are poorly trained and have no empathy! 1/2
