    @TalkTalk 10 weeks to wait for a broad band install with no service at all. @OpenreachHelp finally arrive and they have “no modems” in stock so they can’t fit it. Full fibre will be another 100 years at this rate.

    Beyond frustrated after 52 days with out internet service because @TalkTalk and @CityFibre can’t seem to communicate. I’ve wasted 13+ hours over 15 phone calls to talktalk and all I get is excuses! I will never recommend talktalk! I can say that their call centre staff try hard

    @TalkTalk I have spent the last hour on the phone to Richa one of your customer “service” managers listening to her refuse to listen. Apparently you’re allowed just to not turn up for appointments and provide no internet. Never again. we are transferring to @SkyUK

    @MrBez1 @StevenKelly82 @SkyUK @TalkTalk I just cancelled my sky TV on Thursday been with them over 20yrs I have a smart TV with built in Freeview play but never used it as didn’t have a cable for the aerial so bought 1outta Asda £7 wow I loving Freeview it’s just the same as sky.

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup Very poor customer experience yet again. Can't speak to any managers about my ongoing complaint. Excuses include: manager can't use my headset & there is a call booked for your tomorrow, so wait for them to call you.....hello, I'm on the phone to you.....

    @TalkTalk U can’t help that is the problem I spent all of a day trying to get u to sort out my problem talk talk promised to call bk they never did & I still have the old Router,waste of time.

    @TalkTalk Hi I just left a live chat our phone line is not working at all it’s redirected to Talk Talk the phone bill comes out by direct debit and last payment went out on July 31st plse deal today as lines are not open until tomorrow it would be most appreciated Broadband ok

    @TalkTalk I have moved home and have been trying to cancel my broadband account with you since start of September. Customer services promised that my account would be cancelled on several occasions but still being billed monthly. You are liars and have not actioned my requests

    @TalkTalk yano what considering the new eero boxes are ment to be amazing they are absolutely crap get told 150mg an 1500 square foot of coverage but struggle for signal in the back bedroom upstairs its an absolute joke now all my devices keep disconnecting upstairs constantly

    @bodenknights @TalkTalk I'm pretty similar, have SkyGlass but broadband connection at home is so crap it keeps freezing. Got told I can't upgrade my broadband as there's no capacity in the cabinet :( That's from every broadband provider near me

    @AmazonUK I would, but I never got my free Alexa from talktalk...I gave up in the end...They kept promising to send an email, which they did, days later each time, instead of simply sending the Alexa, so I kept forgetting to find and open the email to apply...

    Keep well away from @TalkTalk joke of a company. Just spent two hours trying to find out why my interest is sh1te only to be told can’t find a problem and not prepared to do a follow up call. Great customer service 👍😡

    saga continues with #talktalk 6 times we’ve been in contact, over 8 hours, 5 trips to Ipswich. Almost there today and yet again they cut us off and didn’t bother calling us back, again!!! shockingly bad. Never go talk talk, seriously ill dad still has no internet after 4 weeks!
