    @TalkTalk @TalkTalk ...I dont see the reason for DM message it needs to be said here as you guys have taken the piss and all you have to say when you tell them you want to terminate they scare you to pay the the remender of the contract , knowing fully that they will do same thing again

    @TalkTalk You also never informed us that there is a risk of the account being cancelled from your side once a change in ownership has been requested, this was confirmed by your team. There seems to be no consideration of postal delays contributing to you not having received the form 3/

    @AlmasyKinneas @TalkTalk I had same issue and solved it myself. Click on "Another amount", enter the amount you want to pay and it should go to the payment screen

    @TalkTalk Trying to cancel my contract ending 17/3/23, statutory 30 days notice, the retention team put me on hold and then ignored me. In total I made 3 calls, as I'm old, 79, I accused them of using #bullying tactics. I hope the final call was successful.

    @TalkTalk Our internet connection is switched off every night, without a fail, at 12! After few search online, it is clear that this is happening 2many other @TalkTalk customers, in fact, I’ve found post fr ppl complaining about regular broadband restrictions as far back as 2021.

    @SunderlandLolly @virginmedia Never had a problem with TalkTalk. Easy to contact,phone,email or webchat. Change address is no problem.
