@TalkTalk I really don’t want to go through this all again,u sent me out a new router but it didn’t work I sent it back to u guys & never got a replacement,u said tech wud phone me bk & they never did that was about 1 month ago

@MrBez1 @StevenKelly82 @SkyUK @TalkTalk I just cancelled my sky TV on Thursday been with them over 20yrs I have a smart TV with built in Freeview play but never used it as didn’t have a cable for the aerial so bought 1outta Asda £7 wow I loving Freeview it’s just the same as sky.

@wayne_amsdon @TalkTalk save your breath mate. I was told by a talktalk agent in South Africa that it’s a system wide issue and it can take up to 3-5 working days for it to be fixed. What a joke of a company!

@TalkTalk Just had the worst possible customer service during an hour long phone call to one of your advisors! She was not able to rearrange an engineers appointment which I booked for just under two weeks’ time! She recommended I just miss it even though it would incur a fee (1)

Don't sign up for a @TalkTalk account they just pull out of a contract when they feel like, and charge you more, rubbish connection and poor customer service 😡

I'm as guilty as the next for calling out poor customer service on here. However, we should also point out great service. Thank you @TalkTalk for a seamless home move - fibre connected on time, at 53mb, better speeds than before, even out here in the sticks. 🙏

@willmull25 @TalkTalk Damn same thing happened to me I contacted support for almost two weeks and all I got was automated robot replies, not until I got recommended to Uniplatform_assist on Instagram who got it fixed in a few hours
