@TalkTalk I really don’t want to go through this all again,u sent me out a new router but it didn’t work I sent it back to u guys & never got a replacement,u said tech wud phone me bk & they never did that was about 1 month ago

@TalkTalk I have spent the last hour on the phone to Richa one of your customer “service” managers listening to her refuse to listen. Apparently you’re allowed just to not turn up for appointments and provide no internet. Never again. we are transferring to @SkyUK

If anyone is considering moving to @TalkTalk , please bear in mind that when they say they have customer support 365 24/7, they don't. Their "helpline" says "we are currently closed due to changes in hours over the festive period".

@TalkTalk think I need to replace my hub. Constantly dropping every device, I can't maintain connection to my SkyQ box, Netflix or Amazon. I've rebooted so many times it's beyond stupid. Can I use my old plus net router to connect to talktalk's internet?

@TalkTalk HNY team! Internet service went down last night and fix is 2-3 working days. I’m wfh so can you provide a hotspot/dongle so I have internet access during the wait? Can’t just tell my employer I can’t work sadly. Will my bill be reduced for this downtime also?

@TalkTalk following fareham exchange outage yesterday still no bb. Unable to process card payments talktalk business support closed until Tuesday 8am. So I will be spending another hour of my time Tuesday chasing talktalk to do there job again.
