    @TalkTalk It clearly cant deal with it though can it? 1st time: 1hr50 on hold then stuck. 2nd time: 'systems down, unable to let me cancel' and unsurprisingly not called back as promised. What would @Ofcom think of you making customers go to such great lengths to cancel? What a joke.

    @TalkTalk still no internet, 3 hours on chat to be told contact through chat again after an our due to tech issues.. tried DM one message then ignored appalling service
