@TalkTalk Seriously unhelpful responses being offered here. After many years of using Talk Talk because I had no alternative, there are now options in my area. Poor service like this just reminds me of why I should change supplier next month when my contract expires.

@TalkTalk customer service is absolutely shocking. Hung up on 3 times trying to cancel a broadband subscription because the engineer came out to fit our broadband and realised there was no openreach outlet in our home. Absolutely no fault of our own yet we are treated like this

@TalkTalk Hi please will you sort our internet out today. Been waiting since 14/10 told different things every day 2/3 hours, 1/2 hour, 30 days. Being transferred from 1 department to the next, never ring back. Undoubtedly the worst customer service ever. Please restore our faith in you 🙏

I spent quite a while on the phone to @TalkTalk trying to get them to fix my dads (80 lives on his own) faulty phone line. Woke up today to find out that cost me £40 in phone calls. Cheers @TalkTalk
