@finbarjameson @PhilipJohnWylie @Beckenham Just went down again, back after a few minutes. Infuriating. I'm not in Hayne Rd (but just round corner); a friend lives in flats there and he's getting the same thing. Not the suppliers; he's Vodafone & I'm TalkTalk, but times are in synch so it's definitely in the exchange.

@TalkTalk As I cant get hold of you any other way...I had no service from you prior to Xmas, I paid for a router that you said was the problem...it wasn't. No phone no internet, 4 engineers and a promise of an reduced bill..paid full bill, another months bill in and still no reduction??

Feel like banging my head against a wall...Worst customer service @TalkTalk can’t wait to cancel my contract in august 2021. All I’ve had is problems with your service! Tried 4 times to reinstate my Now TV package that YOU cancelled over Christmas. Now the voucher is wrong again

@HughSykes @TalkTalk I had that - went on for 2 weeks while I went round in circles with their helpdesk. In the end I switched providers. Recommend doing that - no problems now.
