  @TalkTalk You have told me this but I have had 2 ppl send me messages of proof from talk talk confirming the exchange is down in withernsea which effects all our areas, I dislike being fobbed off when there is an obvious problem !!

  @STEcopywriting Don't know what it's like now, but when I used to work for BT, we had all kinds of problems as TalkTalk would half-arse installations and the whole phone line would have to be yanked out. PlusNet have been lovely. Ours isn't as fast as the Virgin, but customer service is ideal.

  @TalkTalk Please can I have an estimate as to how long internet will be down in Pocklington? Heard that a cable has been cut next to A1079 and have seen Openreach engineers working there. Rumour that will be out until Wednesday - is this right?
