    Update: @TalkTalk they have set an phone appointment for 12th to call me about my complaint. I called to discuss today as I'd rather just get it dealt with today. And was told I can't get transfered to discuss the complaint. I have to wait...

    @mikegalsworthy That's the same John Penrose who's married to ***** Harding, ex-TalkTalk CE at the time of cyber attacks on the company which revealed details of 4 million customers and was head of the terrible Test and Trace program!

    @TalkTalk you need to allow flexibility. This is a ridiculous situation to be in, especially when I only owe you a maximum of £2.28. surely someone at @TalkTalk can re-issue the bill or press the button to send the final bill. Rather than going in circles like this.

    @TalkTalk You have the worst service I have ever experienced with any company on the face of the planet earth. I guarantee not even the admin uses talktalk otherwsise they'd be sat there for 20 minutes trying to send a tweet

    @TalkTalk your customer service is actually appalling. None of your staff can communicate to each other and no one can solve my issue. The @OpenreachHelp technicians don’t even turn up. It’s a joke.
