@TalkTalk having signed up 2 weeks ago I’ve been assured several times that my router will arrive within [X] days but still no sign. Seriously unimpressed with this initial customer service experience, and I urgently need WiFi so as to WFH. Please help ASAP.

Why does Brawl Stars work perfectly fine on ******* 2.4 GHz TalkTalk but it keeps on stuttering on my fiber BT where the cables around the house were literally rearranged to maximise the performance. How ********.
