    @TalkTalk absolute disgrace of a company. Due £125 in compensation for loss of service only to be told today all I will receive is £18.27. Spoke to three different departments today and not one person is willing to correct this

    @TalkTalk you’re customer service is appalling. Spent over an hour in the queue to cancel my account & once I finally speak to someone I get put on hold & then disconnected. Any advice on my next steps or is this your plan to avoid people cancelling?!?
