    @TalkTalk My parents have been disconnected from internet/landline for a full week now, constantly been told that it’s being fixed. Apparently the problem was fixed today but now there is a router issue for which they have to wait another 48hrs for an engineer.

    @TalkTalk I am shocked at your customer service. Over an hour on chat being transferred around in circles all I want to do is cancel as I have moved house and this is getting exhausting!

    @erincandescent @TalkTalk @Hyperoptic Even if there is some good reason (which is never stated transparently), I would still be against paying it. Switching internet should be as smooth and fee-lees as switching utilities. Hell, you can even CASS switch bank accounts for free.

    @TalkTalk I eventually got through on the phone and you’re charging me £134 to cancel my service because I only had the option to sign up for another 18 month contract when I moved six months ago.

    I don’t know who needs to hear this but if you are considering @TalkTalk for internet then just don’t. Even their own customer support advising using other internet providers to actually get internet

    @TalkTalk any issues in M27 area? broadband really slow and lucky if I get 10Mbps when I run a speed test. Working from home and having kids on live lessons and a poor connection isnt helping

    @TalkTalk Could you please DM too? I was on here 11 hours talking to someone, until they stopped replying. I was not rude or aggressive to anyone, but just stopped getting a reply! I still have not got Internet connection since Sunday.
