@TalkTalk The issue is you're not providing clarity or assistance and it's just for show (not you directly btw). As an organisation you must know what is happening, why it was showing as a fault and now not. Even if it's bad news treat clients properly, like adults and tell them the truth

@TalkTalk yet again showing you're customer's thee worst interent provider in history. You're good for like 3 months then 3 months ridiculous inconsistency. Not providing the performance promised and dropping out constantly. Compensation for customer's is needed.

@TalkTalk I called as I had a very old router, they send me a new one but without my approval they renew my contract for 18 months, I had some issues with my Internet, I raised two complaints, no one got back to me, now I request a cancellation, they asked for 117 £, don't trust @TalkTalk
