Have had nothing but issues since being convinced to get @TalkTalk eero (on a call which was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had) Now yet again we have no internet and tech issues on the talk talk website. So sick of paying for a service we're not getting.

@TalkTalk really disappointing service from you today. Been disconnected since 9:30am and have been on with agents ever since via live chat - the last of whom has just decided to terminate the chat without a word. I'm working from home and am currently having to tether! Not good!
