    God now I can’t get hold of O2 customer services as their number just keeps cutting you off or referring you to Telefonica or Talktalk! These people are the worst nightmare to deal with. Now I have to stop them from extracting money from me! Buyer beware. @O2

    @TalkTalk Because people don't care that much. They'll work around it like I did. If it was broken completely they'd report it to avoid being punished for your mistakes, as it is you're left waiting to discover your failings in sarcastic tweets

    .@TalkTalk The worst customer service EVER!! How do you expect an 80yr old man to remember the last number he dialed, on an account that was closed down over a year ago? And then say you can't help, he needs to send an e-mail?

    @TalkTalk Hi, internet. It seemed to go back on after a router restart. You really need to communicate that customers might have to do this whenever you do maintenance. Never had to do this with an ancient @EE router we had for years.
