    @TalkTalk disgusting service, completely cutting off telephone and internet for my recently widowed neighbour because you didn’t have “time” to process her forms changing the account name!

    After all sorts of issues to get it sorted, my @TalkTalk broadband has failed AGAIN. I despair of these companies now, banks or internet service providers - so much seems not to work now. But, how do the @TheAA_UK & @Argos continue to get it right maintaining efficient service?

    @TalkTalk is there a problem with TT accounts today? I enter my username and pw any the system says preparing your account/bill/dashboard but then does nothing else

    @TalkTalk Hi. My bill is showing charges for International numbers which are in fact local. Now unless my mother has moved to the USA without telling me, AND kept the same phone number, I think something iffy is going on. There is an extra 0 appearing in front of the area code. Help!
