@TalkTalk disgusting service, completely cutting off telephone and internet for my recently widowed neighbour because you didn’t have “time” to process her forms changing the account name!
-

@TalkTalk @K0connor No point. I wrote to you twice with complaints and not even an acknowledgment. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Deliberately obtuse

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK stroppy letter to CEO office before they would sort it out. (EDF Energy, by contrast, were sympathetic, helpful and efficient.) Means I will never have an account with TalkTalk. 2/2

@TalkTalk As I’ve said it’s my partners account and she doesn’t do Social media. Currently she is at her elderly parents caring for them. All she wants is the contract terminated for lack of service with NO fee. How is that difficult??

@TalkTalk Andy, I’ve sent 4 DM’s all to no avail. You are using eero routers, they are single SSID, that means anything that requires a 2.4ghz Wi-Fi signal will not connect i.e. IP Cameras ( CCTV )

@TalkTalk never works in the morning !! I mean if you’re struggling as a business and needs to cut internet off day so #CancelTallTalk
-
Chris May (@ckmknod) reported
@JohnEsling Exactly so, John, the irony being that TalkTalk’s perception of ‘efficiency’ meant I spent 7 hours trying to explain and resolve problem that could have taken 15 minutes on the phone…and they’ve lost a customer!

Ian Douthwaite (@IanDouthwaite7) reported

@OpenreachHelp You’re incorrect, Talktalk do not want to know! It’s your engineers who are the preferred contractors, they should know never leave a site in a state worse than you entered it. I worked for BT for 24 years. You are fitting a router that only one SSID, IP cameras need 2.4 Wi-Fi.
