@TalkTalk In what way can you help? Sam found the issue and got it escalated in 45 mins unlike being passed from what it seemed country to country speaking to people who tell me to "plug my router in" or 'turn off my VPN" which i dont have set up - shambles!

@TalkTalk What's more annoying is, no one crossed checked my details for my FTTP line as all your "support agents" who are not based in the UK read off a script and if there are any problems that take your agents off script they don't know what to do. @Ofcom
