@TalkTalk I have just had an email from someone to confirm my email address, I have clicked on that and it takes me to the page to enter contract number etc, the page I have trouble with. I will try again tomorrow when I have calmed down

Also the fact I've used my data more than my WiFi this month bc my Internet cuts out every 10 minutes is appalling. @TalkTalk and I have complained and been told no issues. Not even sure what I'm paying for by this point.

@TalkTalk I’ve now tried to register my home move on your website, only for you to cancel it a few days later for no reason (your customer service advisor told me the website didn’t tend to work and it was better to phone). I’ve now tried to phone twice today and your line (1)

@TalkTalk I keep seeing info about updating on my talktalk dashboard but it's always on and no update has been pushed overnight. Until last night DLM was not doing anything to improve speeds for almost two weeks after a recent area outage & powercut. I'm on SG4K10002816t FAST5364
