@TalkTalk Appealing service continues. Followed advice to DM you. Result = told I need to ring up while still on call after 1.5 hrs. Rang new number given, got through, spoke to 3 teams, security check each time. Eventually hung up as line dead. Rang again, given diff reason.

@cybergibbons Loop disconnect works on most Openreach exchange based lines, so anyone using wlr2, BT, EE etc Any LLU provider like sky, talktalk you have no chance, and almost none of the standard VoIP solutions support LD dialing, I have fitted LD>DTMF adapter to an old phone for use on sky

@TalkTalk So after calling again today to fix the unresolved fault - phone lines advertised as open 9-7, when dialled at 625pm say they are closed -Customer service is diabolical
