    @TalkTalk If u mean by DM the live chat I have been there and done that numerous times, raised complaints several times, been waiting since Tuesday for a call from higher level supervisor still nothing on Saturday!Certainly not customer satisfaction! Why can’t you ring? Tele com company?

    @TalkTalk Ive been without internet for three days. Every day customer service telling me it’s a problem in my local area and to wait until local works complete. Local works completed but I’m still without internet. Contacted talktalk to request help but (1)

    Dear @TalkTalk, we moved house & I cancelled our service with you. Thanks to advice from your staff on phone support I cancelled my direct debit & awaited the final bill. I was then hit with cancelled DD charges (despite paying it within the hour of notification) & now /1

    @TalkTalk I got the new router and it works. Took a week of being told the issue was outside, @OpenreachHelp had fixed it on a Sunday and multiple tests ran to be told it's the router. You'd have thought if you knew the issue wasn't outside the router could have been sent last Saturday
