@MarcAllera do you think it is acceptable that since moving from a perfectly good broadband service with talktalk that since switching to your company on 15th Feb I have had no broadband. Well I don’t. I think it is totally unacceptable. All I get is excuses.

@TalkTalk my patience has gone now. Our Wi-Fi is STILL off. An engineer replaced the outside line last week and on Wednesday an engineer replaced the inside phone line socket. It’s still not working.

Stop sending me bills @TalkTalk! I haven't been your customer for over a year and its ridiculous having to call up every month to ask you to cancel again, only for you to completely ignore and simply send more bills! Going crazy here.

@TalkTalk - absolutely rubbish service. We have been without WiFi at work all week and contacted them twice. An engineer never turned up and when I called to find out what was going on, the guy said he would call me back at 1pm and surprise surprise!!!!…. Nothing.😡😡

For anyone thinking about taking out a service with @TalkTalk, please don’t! I ignored the bad reviews and have been left since my installation date of 2nd Feb with no internet. Today I have been told my whole order has been cancelled due to “technical issues”

@TalkTalk Absolutely not! We are switching providers - wasted way too much time on a seriously substandard provider. Your complaints department must be huge going by the bad service that many people have had. I can only hope that the complaints dept are better than the purchasing dept
