    @TalkTalk & @WeAreOpenreach - disgraceful service. Especially, @TalkTalk made multiple fumbles of my complaint - every time I speak to someone it’s like it’s the first time I’ve raised the problem. Without service since 31st March after being miss-sold full fibre plan.

    You know how everyone takes to Twitter to whinge about things! ….. I gotta just say @TalkTalk customer service were so helpful and kind when we noticed a problem with my mum’s phone line : she’s a falls risk now and they went above and beyond to make sure everything ok!

    @TalkTalk My internet hasn’t been working since yesterday. Customer care says my account was disconnected due to a TalkTalk technical glitch, and I’m now being treated as a new customer, meaning my contract is gone and I must place a new order. Can you confirm if this is correct?
