@_graceharley_ @TalkTalk I've tried asking them but just get asked to do home checks because the issue is resolved, even though I'm sure it's not just me experiencing this. and I haven't touched or changed anything anywhere near my router :/

@TalkTalk I’d love to believe you but 17 months after taking money for services I was told were cancelled, I’m still waiting for my money. TWO hours online today and I got the typical poor customer service response of it was my fault. And apparently a manager will get back to me🙄

I ordered faster fiber but have not received it, the engineer said this could be the possible reason for no internet yet @Talktalk will not discuss this until I have internet. Yet they can’t seem to fix it and I am expected to pay for a service/s I am not receiving

So far I've had 8 different people on twitter DM in 16 days and no nearer having any @TalkTalk internet. All perfectly nice and offering to help. TalkTalk - For Everyone ( - who is prepared to wait an inordinate amount of time.)

@TalkTalk Hi, it does say that it’s available. I’m just surprised because my street was never dug up and the other network that you would provide internet on is dramatically worse. I’m just surprised more than anything.
