@TalkTalk Are there outage problems in the Nottingham area!? My mum has had no Internet for 2 days now! I DM'd you last night to sort this issue only for it too work for about half an hour and then go off again!!! Shocking service! May even consider an alternate supplier for her!

I have never ever experienced such poor customer service as I have today with @TalkTalk after a total of 3 hours today on the phone to them, still no closer to actually getting an Internet service. Diabolical. Today I was actually nearly reduced to tears by the rude staff

@TalkTalk once again - slow speeds and dropping out. Your tests and resetting of routers has failed. I've used more mobile data since joining you guys, due to WiFi dropping during video calls, in the last 7 months, than in the last 10 years. Can I leave you guys yet?
