    @TalkTalk Please DM me. I phoned yesterday multiple times and my issue is still unresolved. Phone lines cutting off with TT representatives in South East Asia and South Africa - not good enough.

    I’m very annoyed now @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup. The service received around an Amazon voucher has been abysmal. Please help me to sort it.

    Going to assume it's unlikely my engineer will arrive in the next 50 minutes, especially since they would then be working outside in the dark! Was excited about moving back to @TalkTalk with Future Fibre after a previously bad experience but it's not looking good so far...

    @TalkTalk Just get told to call in myself to customer service, but then I have to deal with waiting in queues for your error?! Sort it out and deal with my complaint. This has been happening for over a month.
