    @IsabelOakeshott It's run by Dido Harding who lost a whole **** tonne of data when at TalkTalk. I don't think we have to worry about her surveying everyone

    @TalkTalk 1.Despite having paid for and added TT network connectors connectivity is poor throughout our home and becomes dysfunctional upstairs in the bedrooms where we and the children work and downstairs in the kitchen.

    @TalkTalk Given that we live in a very ordinary mid terrace house on an extremely low density estate wkith no major environmental or technical  barriers to service, only one to three connected devices are ever in use and even then only for very basic usage

    @TalkTalk Service update says New Cross issues. I'm near Woodford (12+ miles away) and have had intermittent disruption all day. Are they related? Or do you think I have a separate issue?

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup The level of incompetency I have received the past week has been utterly frustrating & unacceptable. My WiFi has been down for the past 12 days & the support system on your technical team has been subpar. I will be issuing a formal complaint.
