So I ring @skytv to tell them my broadband hub is not sending a consistent WiFi signal. They tell me to monitor it. It gets worse. Ring them back. They send my a booster. Doesn’t even connect to hub 10ft away. Are you the new TalkTalk in disguise? #shocking

@WeAreOpenreach @ITPnetwork Can you send them to my house because the 2 you sent last Friday hadn't a clue and even signed the job off as fixed! I'm a @TalkTalk customer and now have a Sky phone number??....no phone and no internet!

@TalkTalk I need help please. My contract has ended and I am not being offered the new deals (for existing customers and new customers) that are advertised on their website and in the daily newspaper. I was told by chat they can't do it as its not their end!!!
