    @TalkTalk disgusting service, completely cutting off telephone and internet for my recently widowed neighbour because you didn’t have “time” to process her forms changing the account name!

    @TalkTalk SCAM THEY WILL.NOT CANCEL MY ACCOUNT I HAVE CALLED THEM AND THEY JUST PLAY A GAME AND PRETEND TO CANCEL AND DONT. THEY ESCALATE IT AND NOTHING HAPPENS ..I HAVE BEEN SPEAKING TO THEM FOR 2 MONTHS.

    @TalkTalk No reply from that account. 🤷 I was planning to switch my residential broadband from virgin media to talk talk because it's cheaper but after this experience I don't believe you'd be able to provide a good service, or even any service.

    @Soul_hunter345 @virginmedia @TalkTalk Talk Talk are awful, I spent over a year with virtually no connection, I got nothing but lies from their advisors and they threatened me with huge fees if I changed provider and refused to ever compensate me.

    @TalkTalk I'd like details of the customer complaint procedure because it should not have taken 4 phone calls at a very distressing time with information changing every time we called up. Thanks Andy, know this isn't your fault.

    @TalkTalk All done Andy, but took 4 phone calls. My mum gets easily confused by this sort of thing but I usually don't, but I found the customer service weirdly elusive and vague and the amount and service plan changed every time. I wanted numbers, not a negotiation. Please pass that on.

    I was a @YourSSE customer and transferred to @OVOEnergy. THEY have apparently passed on my broadband account to @TalkTalk, who claim they didn't know this had happened (even though it's reported online). At a loss if no-one wants to take responsibility...

    @TalkTalk I've called several times. They still don't know what the problem is and just tell me to wait another 24 hours. Next call will be to cancel the contract.
