No matter how things bad are ,remember it could always be worse, you could have a Daikin Air Source Heat Pump or have to deal with TalkTalk Customer Services..!

@TalkTalk No that is fine I have already cancelled, my bill is for the 23rd, I have not had service since my last bill, my change over is on the⁷ 31st, I just need to be compensated,and also y do I have to pay for no service. Lastly y are you using my real name on here it's not in my tag

@StuddedHelmet @TalkTalk Won't work for me because not actually a customer. I ordered a broadband service from them they could never provide because the order had never been processed past the stage where they gave me an invoice to print out telling what I was to get..Clowns!

@TalkTalk can't even send a returns bag out as promised by a manager, do yous actually have a customer services department if I am charged for not sending box back I will cancel my DD and switch providers! #slackconpanyservices

With @TalkTalk only but every time I tried placing full fiber connection they cancelled saying my flat only has copper connection. On top of that @TalkTalk failed to cancel previous tenants connection on time and I was not able to place order with any new vendor

@TalkTalk The WiFi stopped working from 03 Nov and it is 19 Dec 22 and still there is no connection, it has been very stressful and frustrating for us with the service I have been experiencing for past 2 months and still they are not able to tell me when they are going to resolve the issue

@TalkTalk I were ignored by the TalkTalk as I have been told every time from day one that the issue will be fixed in few hours and 2-3 working days on every occasion when asked to the technical support team.

@TalkTalk . As a customer, i am completely dissatisfied with the service and I want to leave TalkTalk and find other service providers now. When I told TalkTalk that I was leaving, they threatened me that they will put a big extra charge for doing this.
