  @TalkTalk I called a few weeks ago to set up an instalment plan with an agent and they told me it was not possible as my account was closed so I should make small payments every month myself like an IP. I received a text to tell me to make a payment when I did recently. Pls help

  @Bogi73794124 @TalkTalk Im Same, they were advertising last year that they'd never put bills up while your in contract, now they do this, been with them over 10 year but once my contract up I'm off, it's just pure greed!!

  @YvonneBurdett3 This man is an idiot. We all complained at the time. Although by the time we found out how much they had spent they’d already spent it. The original complaint was about Dido Harding who has messed up every job she’s ever had, including ruining TalkTalk.

  Dear @TalkTalk I have only been with you for 5 mins and I'm already having a terrible time. I've tried to report a scam email, but can't seem to log in - managed it once and then came up as an error and booted me out. Tried to reset password twice but the email hasn't arrived...

  @TalkTalk Internet constantly going off all morning,checked the service updates,it’s saying no issues.Trying to work from home but it’d impossible

  @TalkTalk At present all is well! Cross fingers that it will be ok! The engineer called on Tuesday and re booted the rooter and he thought that might be the problem but wasn’t sure. I just hope I don’t have to phone customer services again - it was one big nightmare!

  @FonBrowndy @TalkTalk I've got Now Broadband, it's the same network as Sky but much cheaper! Depending on your setup you can usually install straight from the box.
