Hey @TalkTalk been without WiFi for 4 days. I’m unable to chat to a human being, your chat function is abysmal and when I attempt to login to my account there’s a ‘technical fault.’ How are customers supposed to get help? Cancelling my direct debit seems the only viable option…

@TalkTalk Silidile stated that TT cannot help me with a problem regarding Outlook! I don't have a problem with Outlook; I have a problem with TalkTalk blocking my access to Outlook through your site! My e-mail is with TT but my contacts & diary are Outlook through TT.

@TalkTalk You've been dealing with my problem Windile but it seems to be going nowhere and I've just realised that my link with Microsoft Outlook through TT is broken and all my diary dates and reminders are lost because of @TalkTalk not relinking with Outlook! What's happening?

@WeAreOpenreach have been causing huge delays in my switch from @SkyBroadbandd to @TalkTalk. It has now resulted in my original service being switched off by Sky. Sky are blaming TalkTalk. TalkTalk are blaming Sky and Openreach. I'm left with no service. What can actually be done

@TalkTalk I think you're either wrong or TalkTalk have changed their tune! TT encouraged the use of Outlook through your site and now your recinding that support of Outlook's usage! I can't move on as my TT e-mail address is TT but my address book, diary and reminders are with Outlook!

@TalkTalk Are the worse company. Trying to sort out my dads account. Telling them he has memory issues for them to ask to speak to him and what did they ask “ can u remember a memorable event” HELLO HE HAS MEMORY ISSUES
