@TalkTalk I spent 2 hours on Thursday with various teams including the better value team. No one able to help just told the error had been reported again! I was told someone would call me to resolve this yesterday but did not have a call back

Truly appalling service from @TalkTalk no internet for a week, lied to by live chat; then told an engineer would come; engineer cancelled. Now another three working days - no weekends. And no apology today.

@TalkTalk is the worst customer service ever. Paying for a service I'm no longer receiving since August 22 and they expect me to pay? I am now with BT and @TalkTalk won't send the cancellation email unless I pay for a service I no longer have! It's like talking to a brick wall!!!

@TalkTalk How can I speak to your loyalty department??? It’s already a very bad service calling from uk, horrible connection as your call centre is located outside uk most likely and last time I called I could hardly hear connection was horrible. Now I am not in the uk so how can I call???
