After 4 hours and still no broadband or landline @TalkTalk now tell me my router is no connected and it isn't! I'm feeling angry and helpless as faceless and box ticking customer service agents make me jump through hoops and then just lie to me.

@TalkTalk Support.... There is no Support from TalkTalk at all... The worst experience I could ever imagine!!!! Nearly 3 weeks without Internet in the middle of estate and neither TalkTalk or OpenReach has no clue what they are doing🤬

My BT internet contract runs out in December. I got a better deal with TalkTalk who were willing to switch me over and give me free service until my BT contract runs out so can ride out my current contract and then switch over without any fees. Great, nice and easy I thought

in fact a person from Talk talk fibre loyalty team put the phone down on me mid sentence deliberately cut me off. That’s the level of TalkTalk customer service. if I start from scratch on the Talk talk website I’m offer fibre 900 and I can go right the way through to

@TalkTalk Drop you a line really? I am a high risk priority customer because of medical needs who's fault should have been fixed in 24hours. All i have been getting is its with an engineer. Its been prioritised. WHAT PRIORITY ITS BEEN 5 DAYS NOW DISGUSTING 😡
