@TalkTalk now being told by your customer service that it is my fault that our internet is down! #pathetic customer service! The customer service member's name was Rico! I strongly suggest he be reprimanded if not dismissed!

@TalkTalk have had no internet for four days, have asked for help everyday and still not had it fixed and have been told because it’s not a serious issue we won’t be called for at least 5 days. Will be switching provider if this isn’t fixed by Tuesday.
