.@TalkTalk keeps sending generic mail ads via Royal Mail but I think they need to sort their customer service out first. I remember back to about two weeks ago when I requested them to ring me thrice and they didn’t! Then tried contacting direct and on hold for 2 hours!

TalkTalk #Scam. Ended contract and TalkTalk failed to send a returns bag for router. Specifically asked for it too. Now billed for not being returned. Apparently they don't want it taking to head office! CEO complaint time.

Got less than 1gb left now on my phone doesn't renew until 25th. Had no internet at home since Saturday, cheers @TalkTalk i mean i get the internet goes down sometimes but I'd expect a quicker fix time than 4 days and still ongoing.

@TalkTalk fibre down in london e17 8qb again. Second time in less than a week. Took 75 mins on slow live chat to fix it last time. Not even open now. I asked for new hardware last time. Faults recorded but never followed up.
