@CommunityFibre quick question I live with someone who has existing telephone service and broadband I have booked in an installation of only fibre broadband will my installation cancel her talktalk service as I don't want to interfere with her services by getting this installed

@Jayda_jay78 @mohammed_s_121 @TalkTalk they renew my contract with out telling me, when doing a home move they charge me when saying it would be free, i cancel my direct debt as they signed me up for TV packages in the past things i never ordered they owe me over £250 the bank said they are known for this

@TalkTalk What is wrong with you? My home move order was supposed to be completed on 10th and still the connection is not active. The engineer has missed appointment thrice now and you are doing absolutely nothing. I have no service for the last 8 days. #pathetictalktalkservice

@TalkTalk Unfortunately Andy I have had enough of your company’s so-called customer service it’s disgraceful hanging up on customers one minute after your call centre shuts I have worked in a call centre for 4 years we wouldn’t dream of doing that to our customers
