  @TalkTalk Bill was paid 4 days late at the end of last month due to finances as hours have been cut in most cases LPF is fair, but I have had a lot of disconnections though/poor service at times so not not believe the late payment fee is reasonable. How do I raise a complaint?

  @fileydeb @ItsAlto @TalkTalk It appears to be a BT problem. There was a loud explosion just before 10 in Filey. Don’t know if that’s caused it.
