@TalkTalk Not sure if this is a DM? Anyway, as I said in my message earlier, my broadband is extremely erratic and the router has to be rebooted several times a week. Does this mean there is a problem with my router?

@TalkTalk For weeks now my TalkTalk broadband has been extremely intermittent. At least 3 times a week (sometimes more) I have to turn off the router for at least 30 minutes and then reboot it to try and get some sort of decent speed. Is this a problem all over, or do I need a new router?

No refund of the £50 from TalkTalk I paid for new phone and they actually closed the fault down on their system BEFORE I got an engineer so they obviously knew it was not an internal fault 💩
