    @talktalk I have been waiting since 8am this morning for your engineer to fit my fibre. They were due between 8am and 1pm. I was given a number but there is no reply to texts. When i call your customer services I am told just to wait around until tomorrow and see if he appears.

    @TalkTalk Just switched to you from BT - they’ve switched our service off, as planned, but now there’s no talk talk service. Waiting for it to be fixed, and kind of wishing we’d never bothered. Half an hour on hold each time we try to resolve it doesn’t help either...

    @TalkTalk Hi, Our internet has been cataclysmically down since Wednesday morning now, suddenly died and no joy since. Can't get through to support, and we both work from home. We're in Neyland, Pembrokeshire and it's usually great... Help?!

    @TalkTalk *APPALLED BY YOUR SERVICE* - after numerous delays to first installation you’ve now cancelled my contract in error (twice!) & I’m told I have to wait 24hrs to start a new contract, then a further 2 weeks for a go-live date & you cannot honour my initial contract rate!

    Need to submit a complaint please @TalkTalk can you let me know how. I gave you plenty of notice for my home move & have been told too many different things - now won't have any WiFi to work from home for 12 DAYS. Furious! @OpenreachHelp also to blame.

    @TalkTalk @WeAreOpenreach engineer admitted liability for bodged work by his team last night in CM7 9NF - meaning no internet for many households. They told me to contact yourselves regarding compensation for loss of service - can you help please?
