    @ohnorobot @TalkTalk This is so, so bad. It's negligent in many ways but the amount of stress debt collection letters cause = horrendous. @TalkTalk should be investigating what is going wrong in their system, or more likely, why their system is designed to be this way

    @TalkTalk having listened to 'we've got a limited team' message a hundred times as well as being hung up on 3 times I'm doing what feels like putting a message in a bottle in the hope that someone will miraculously #help
