@crowmogh @TalkTalk I think they are among the most ignorant customer service agent i've ever come across. They DM'd me with a verification link which as a new customer it is impossible to fill in satisfactory. Then they totally ignore you in the hope you'll just go away.

@TalkTalk I am currently on the phone now for 1hr16mins and still nothing how is this acceptable? Promised fibre and boosters for full house coverage, nothing sorted your customer service is not to standard. We have been cut off as you do not resolve or communicate. 😒 #dissapointed

@TalkTalk such a nightmare = chat boots me out as it stopped working and now nobody is there after an hour of getting nowhere. Nobody to answer the phones!! I have a recurring issue despite having a new set top box and pay so much for this service and nobody can assist.

@talktalk Appalling service. trying to cancel my acct. Passed from customer servs to your retention team. Hours spent on chats and phone, still charged for services I couldn't use as I moved home. You agreed you would refund me, when I escalated the complaint. Where's my refund??
