    @talktalk to say you are trying lure new customers to talk talk Future Fibre. A Communications provider that doesn’t seem to communicate with its self. To be told I have to report your problem to talk talk’s provider. There’s a morning I won’t get back🤬 #verypoorcustomerservice

    @TalkTalk How come your customer service desk didn’t know anything about this issue. I’ve spent 2 hours on the phone and they had me doing line checks. This is poor communication on Talk talk’s behalf. You should be called Talk Less 😬

    @TalkTalk 5 weeks now if no broadband or reduced bandwidth. Another no show from an engineer after taking a days holiday from work, horrendous service from talktalk

    @gazw88 @TalkTalk They’ve told us until the 11th January because they’ve cut us off their service and accused us of moving address and leaving them but they’ve still been charging us. Apparently this is why everyone is having issues. It took a 6 hour phone call to find that out

    @TalkTalk thank you for promising our live connection yesterday and cancelling the engineer visit without any explanation both today and yesterday! Customer service telephone and live chat lines have been shocking and wasted hours of our days so far.
