@luislopez224 @TalkTalk Same ive been with them for 3 and half years and it was always slow so i went for the upgrade which was for better internet speed and there was no difference.

@TalkTalk @MoneyTelegraph internet was deactivated on Fri 17 for nonpayment. I paid that day but my internet is still off. First I was told it would be on by the next day, then 3-5 days and today told it will take up to 7 days. Terrible service. My issue needs to be resolved now.

@TalkTalk I may try again tomorrow I've already put a complaint in and had 2 separate checks on my set up. I had such reliable internet till you "accidentally" cut me off yesterday. Hasn't been the same since reconnection.

@OpenreachHelp I spent two days over the last week waiting for engineers who never showed up. I then had to call @TalkTalk to learn it had been rescheduled. My internet speeds are too low and disconnect frequently. This is after 4 months of @virginmedia refusing to connect me.

I'm feeling brave, so I'm going to have another go at engaging with @talktalk customer support. But the page is so impenetrable I can't work out how to actually talk to someone. A chat interface would do! Any suggestions, @talktalk?

@TalkTalk Thanks, but I talked to someone yesterday who said there's a national delay on the @geteero routers, so they've shipped us a non-eero alternative. Might arrive tomorrow. Disappointing, but we can wait (we have the slow @EE broadband still up and running).
