    @TalkTalk horrible broadband service!! I dont have internet more than 10 days and you can not even send a technical to help as your technicians are too busy!!(guess why?) You have an online chat but agents are useless..I will never purchase anything from Talk Talk again!!

    @pedalestrian @TalkTalk @virginmedia Interesting. They were very odd when I rang to cancel. I am perfectly happy for them to "brag" about their own service but I was very uncomfortable with them attacking someone else, and effective accusing them of lying. Seems like someone should have legal recourse...?

    @TalkTalk major issues with our broadband. The last few weeks have been up & down to say the least. Not great especially when home schooling & working. Now absolutely horrendous yesterday & today. What is going on?

    @TalkTalk How on earth do I speak to someone? Terrible broadband service and possibly the most un-customer friendly company in the world. Online chat timeouts out and calling just puts me in a IVR loop
