    @TalkTalk disgusting service, completely cutting off telephone and internet for my recently widowed neighbour because you didn’t have “time” to process her forms changing the account name!

    Usual rubbish service from @TalkTalk reaches new depths. Although I have Wi-fi connection, speeds are *actually* zero!

    Talktalk is terrible, the most ghetto internet provider. I do not recommend it.

    Over two hours talking with @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup trying AGAIN to resolve our issue of no internet. Just to be told ‘theres an issue with the line.. have a good weekend’ #TalkTalkcanWalkWalk jesus!

    @TalkTalk How do I make a complaint? Your customer service is shocking!!! Just a team of robots reading from a script!!! Appointments changed without any contact with customer!! They seem impossible to provide any useful information other than “we are waiting for an update from OPENREACH”

    @OpenreachHelp No internet since 2pm GMT. My internet provider @TalkTalk has raised a ticket with you to get the issue resolved. Why are we not kept updated? What is going on and when will we get internet back in my area? No one is answering you contact line.
