@TalkTalk Hello can I please have your update as we still don’t have land line and this issue has been going on since 28th of October - this is absolutely unacceptable!! Engineer did not arrive on 03/12/22 as you have advised previously.

@TalkTalk is is wrong that your support team refused to cancel our internet package in a cooldown period, then insisted on payment and when we called to cancel they have hung up on her instead of dealing with it!

@TalkTalk why do I have only 2mb download speed, when my line should have 45mb. It states on your site that my speed to router is poor, but your email has just said the line test is fine, and it's radio interference in the house when nothing has changed!

@TalkTalk every other night just after midnight my service drops out completely, reset the router and no change on service. Shocking behaviour ongoing for 3months now

@TalkTalk i’ve been without internet since saturday and your customer service team are advising me I may need to wait until Thursday to even get a call back? I work from home this is not good enough I need internet
