@TalkTalk It should be TalkTalk’s concern. What you not hearing is that I’ve already wasted much time & effort, being locked into your ‘chat’ systems. Nothing resolved and now this ridiculous issue of bills for NO service.

@TalkTalk Can I just say your online chat support is pointless and disgusting, im posting a chat log of endless chat restarts and no support as they believed they were dealing with a man that was over 84 years old. I was sat next to him doing the support. Absolutely disgusting.

@TalkTalk my elderly dad has received a shocking service. I reported his landline had a fault ( he cannot dial out or receive calls) over 10 days ago ! He’s just had one email saying that it will be fixed sometime in the future . I signed up to receive texts, received nothing!

Hello @TalkTalk since Openreach started messing around with something where we live, our internet has been up and down like a yo-yo, they were digging holes on the corner of our street last week, no warning, which is when it started.

@TalkTalk just to let you customers know that @WeAreOpenreach do not work weekends, any problems reported on Friday will not be looked at til the Monday. Even though the internet business is a 24/7 business. That is why everyone has issues on a weekend. Blame the subcontractors..
