@TalkTalk I have seen mentioned that the problem is with the HomeSafe spam filter. Can you confirm that and whether turning off the filter would be a temporary fix?

@talktalk No internet in WA12, in line with msny others I note. Please sort it out and stop displaying the notive saying there are no problems as quite clearly there are.

Never encountered a worse company than @TalkTalk. Abysmal internet that's constantly cutting out, compounded by them constantly trying to fob me off saying it's a problem my end when I've tried all their suggested fixes and they're virtually non existent customer service. AVOID!!

@TalkTalk It’s not easy to try and resolve a problem when no one replies to DM’s. I once again have no internet and have no idea if I need to do any more as Lish stopped responding with no indication.

My current contract with TalkTalk expires in 5 days, and I have decided not to renew my contact with them for various reasons. However, I can't find a way to cancel their service, without having to call them. I'm also looking for broadband recommendations?
