    @stacieway @Peter_Hulbert @TalkTalk Hiya, upon checking here, our network monitoring has identified a number of customers connected to Barnstaple, Ilfracombe, Braunton, Bideford and Holsworthy exchanges are experiencing a total loss of service. However at this time we are unable to provide an estimated resolution

    @TalkTalk I don’t want you to take a look into it. I spent 2 hours previously trying to sort it and you failed. You then haven’t bothered responding to any emails. I just want to know how@to escalate my complaint please

    @TalkTalk Hi, I have totally lost connection and im meant to be working from home. I run a service status test and it says it cannot find my router but my router is fine even after resetting it. Still no connection help please

    @talktalk over a week since my UFO router was installed and it is still not working. My old internet contract ended yesterday. We woke to a cold house with no hot water with a baby as I didn’t realise that it needed the internet to switch on. Not great this time of year!

    @TalkTalk my internet is not working and My account says to check back in a few days for an update. Will you be issuing me a refund as I need my internet to support homeschooling and also to submit key work! I’m forced to use my mobile provider at additional cost!

    @SkyHelpTeam It doesn't work. I think I'll be looking at BT or TalkTalk then as I'm in my last 30 days now. Just as I get to a gold member too.
