  So after TalkTalk made an arse of my broadband fault and taking over 2 weeks to send a new router in November then ignoring me for a month. Total result - £401 compensation and a groveling apology. If you work in customer service - dont piss me off.

  @TalkTalk Are there issues in Lincolnshire today coz trying to use wifi and its rubbish so having to resort to using 4G coz if want to use wifi I have to keep disconnecting and reconnecting?

  No wonder customer service at @OriginBroadband has gone down the pan if they’re now owned by @talktalk . When it comes to customer service they don’t get much worse than @TalkTalk
