  @TalkTalk If you want good service go to Sky.. It will be 5 days without internet when parts arrive which may not be right. Terrible service Sky can visit the next day to get you up and running

  @LauraWhiffin @TalkTalk They say they can't find anything wrong with the network and they need to do checks in the property to see if the problems there or locally. She can't do that, and I can't get back there 'til Thursday evening at the earliest. She's elderly and vulnerable and on her own.

  @TalkTalk Streatham is also experiencing problems. Do not ask me for an account or landline number because I'm a renter and our landlord won't give us those details.

  @TalkTalk I live in Birmingham and my wifi hub is flashing orange again happened Friday too , was told local exchange outage, changing provider weekend , keeps happening every month , fed up now
