Really let down by @TalkTalk. Due for a 7th Jan go live and now being told that due to a technical error behind the scenes that led to the engineer being cancelled I won’t be up and running until the 24th at the earliest. Poor show.

@virginmedia Your service is a joke. Just waited 15mins for disconnection team only to be cut off. Having to call again whilst 4 messages offering me a £5 discount for being a good customer! Your broadband service is poor and expensive. Just got a deal with @talktalk 50% cheaper

@TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup would NOT recommend at all! 7 calls later numerous of credits to outlet account STILL no internet, been waiting since November. Yes November 2021.POOR! very poor, nothing but bullshit of the people on the phone!

@TalkTalk Day 4 with no Internet or phone, spoke to someone at 9am who said we had been marked as urgent, it's now 5pm and obviously Noone is coming again.. You're ******* ****! Been with you over 15 years. PATHETIC SERVICE!!
