    @TalkTalk no internet in coppull AGAIN. this is the worst ISP I've ever been with it goes off at least once a day and when it's on I get less than half the speed I'm paying for.

    I’ve just spent another two and a half hours on chat to @TalkTalk technical department after they got back to me, having dropped me mid—conversation last Thursday. Answered a lot of questions that I had previously answered. They claim to have fixed the problem. I live in hope.

    @TalkTalk You do endless line tests, same test no result equals pointless activity, then you blame open reach.... just let me out the contract before I cancel the direct debit and cause you public embarrassment when you try and take me to court.

    OK as I'm getting no response from @'ing them, I guess the only way is to call them out. @TalkTalk I have had no internet OR phone service for 27 hours and am getting NO information or help

    It should be as easy to cancel a service as it is to sign up for it. Spent two and a half hours waiting for a callback from @TalkTalk and so phoned them again and have been waiting in a queue for almost 45 minutes and the only way to cancel appears to be to call them!

    @EJHarrison6 I was fully armed with TalkTalk's cheaper offer, but I think Virgin knew how crap TT was and that it was just a bluff..
