@TalkTalk @ArmyXRPveteran 3 times last 30 days engineer has fixed issue at exchange. Over the last week router keeps rebooting 6,7,8 times a day and speed has dropped. Turn router off then on speed returns to normal. After a few minutes speed then drops and I get text saying everything has been resolved.

@TalkTalk Do you know the meaning of the word “fixed”? Yet you are able to lure new customers in with cheaper prices. They will be the next victims no doubt. A disgusting way to run a business. No doubt your new owners are keen to cash in but with practices like this, you deserve to fail.

@TalkTalk @ArmyXRPveteran TalkTalk are monitering the situation. Tech expert tells me never to turn router off. 30 days and it is worse since the engineer "fixed" the problem on Tuesday. Never offered any lower payment. Thinking of cancelling DD to get rid of this "service".

@Ofcom @TalkTalk The issue isn't so much the price rise, it's the fact that the contract was a fixed price contract. It was mis-sold, falsely advertised and therefore fraudulent.
