Most of the @TalkTalk customers helpline is situated in Africa. Average call last more then 45 minutes or more. Rarely your issues will solved. My regret doesn't become yours. Think before you sign up to talk talk broadband.

@TalkTalk I am absolutely fuming. I called with a technical problem earlier. You're customer service rude and ended the call by hanging up on me. She has changed something in my router, and now my baby cam will not reconnect to my broadband and is currently useless. (1)

@TalkTalk been on the call for 41 minutes, now talking to Pinky, the line manager for Cindy and Bridget. she has been both hostile and unhelpful - using your support is like having the life drained from you. I expect to receive an appalling experience!!!!!!
