Upgraded to future fibre yesterday, no internet connection since ! After 5 calls to Talktalk and several hours on hold, been told it could be 3-5 days before the issue is fixed 🤬

@TalkTalk Hmm.. why am i not surprised. less than 50 minutes left for the Openreach engineer to show up, no phone call, no router or Wi-Fi gear. support so far have wanted to cancel my order, then couldn't find it, then said a survey would be needed, and they would call 1/2
