Sorry for the late spoilers tonight. I've got Internet connection problems and no idea how to fix it. The WiFi connects for a little bit then 5 or so minutes, the connection is lost. Couldn't do very much today whatsoever. It keeps going off and on all the time. @TalkTalk

Having the slowest conversation ever with @talktalk ‘help’ team. Messages being responded to on average every 11 minutes. Great work - last time internet was down for five days. Wonder if they can beat that this time?

It's amazing that @TalkTalk won't even let me login to my account (on mobile data) to complain that despite having a @BTOpenreach1 engineer visit my internet is still having a disco on and off. #notgoodenough

@TalkTalk this is a bit of a joke, for the last 4 months TalkTalk have promised that the billing problem has been resolved, and it still isn't, I have had a string of problems since being cut off back in February

@TalkTalk Yeah - so for the 2nd time in two months my wifi is down - flashing orange light. Probably another ‘serious fault’ on the line like last time where the OR engineer told me it was just someone turned us off in the exchange - but still took 6 days to fix

@TalkTalk my mum who is 72 years of age is having serious issues with drop outs and has been left with no broadband since 8pm on 01/10/21 till now! This is the second router that has been sent!, We have reset the router, and turned it off and on again loads can you help please.
