  FN brilliant you get on the mobile to TalkTalk to report a land line fault, they keep you hanging on for an hour+ and then the line drops out. Its a similar story with their online service. No wonder Britain has gon down the drain.

  @alex_weel @TalkTalk I went 2 weeks over Christmas with no wifi and no 4g - nothing. I was never reimbursed by @talktalk for this. I was told my current issue would be fixed by an engineer today.. Apparently are relaying all fibre in the area and didn’t think to notify anyone about it. Shocking

  Re your business account people: they are the most spectacularly useless script-reading nincompoops I’ve dealt with. I cannot access my own account because you’ve decided an email I have never used is the only acceptable proof I exist. I’ve provided every piece of ID except my inside-leg measurement.   @TalkTalk @WF2K_ You can see why so many customers refuse to deal with the social media team. We know you can't do anything to help, and the only thing you can do is push us back to the non-functioning team that we are complaining about. Until management starts managing, #Talktalk is best avoided

  @paulivory1963 @TalkTalk do yourself a favour @paulivory1963 and leave them, they are and always have been a terrible terrible provider. they double billed me for 6 months and i t took 9 months of legal letters to get it paid back

  @MrRoflWaffles Should see if @zeninternet operate in your area! I swapped over to them last year from TalkTalk and it's never dropped below what I pay for! their customer service is incredible too whenever I've called (Payment issues)
