Every time I speak to support they just keep saying it will be activated in 24 to48 hrs. What is it the back office need to do and what can I do?

Every time you issue a bill you then have to refund it - why is the account still showing it is open and now you're asking for DD to be re-instated when last time I was told it cld be cancelled?
