@TalkTalk any explanation to why my intern had been down since March 1st? I seen that you was doing updated on the 2nd at 00:00 till 05:00 am so I give the benefit of doubt for it to come back up but now with it being the 4th ad my router is still flashing…

@jenthomo78 @robbo1pga @TalkTalk You know what? I don't even think the problem is the router. I think it's outside my house, but they can't "see" my current router, so they are sending me one the can "see". I'm done with these pricks! Looking for another ISP.

@TalkTalk Rather concerned you're using Yodel to deliver my human's new router. What happens to her service if, as I suspect, the router doesn't arrive in time? She's due to switch in 5 days' time, and according to your customer service the router hasn't even been posted yet.
