Shocking customer service from @TalkTalk My 72year old dad been transferred to 3 different people on a chat system all trying to avoid just cancelling his service. I’m in shock reading the chat.

@TalkTalk useless talktalk no internet again, same yesterday evening and no 24 hour support how have they still go license to be an ISP. My little boy who is barely 3 can't even watch Bing :-(
