    @TalkTalk Just be careful if you cancel your contract with TalkTalk (even when out of contract), as they can re-establish the contract without your permission and send you further bills.

    @bt_uk it would be really good if these new social tariffs home essentials covered all available speed options at discounted rate eg 900mb from talktalk is £27.50 vodafone 900mb is £30-35 and they both have 1gb up 1gb down but bt is £60 900mb down only 100mb up due to differences

    @TalkTalk Interesting scam call this morning from a female person with a distinct indian accent claiming to be from Talktalk. Mij line has been compromised and I am responsible and they need me to urgently go into my setting and they will help me to get a new IP address. Bla bla bla.

    @TalkTalk Really let down by this company. Looking forward to a second weekend without a phoneline or broadband. Could of been fixed yesterday if you'd sent the right engineer.
