    @TalkTalk why’s it almost impossible to cancel. Can’t do it via online account. 6 time started a chat this week, system either down or takes forever for agent to respond to msg. After 15 minutes told they can’t help me & need another agent to call me back within the next 48 hrs!

    @TalkTalk another wasted day waiting for tv box to be delivered. Why does everyone at talktalk lie to their customers. I have now spent 7 hours trying to resolve this issue. Complaints team too busy to speak, no surprise @BBCWatchdog

    @CoveViewHoliday @TalkTalk I’ve had the same problem with Talktalk! They lie all the time and up their prices. You are better off switching as soon as possible! I have and it’s a lot less hassle!

    @TalkTalk account in my wife's name still waiting for the £60 credit. How can a communications company be so awful. Is it because you have overseas call centres? Maybe it's the management. Who are the CEO's? My wife currently on tedious chat line.

    @TalkTalk Kindly acknowledge my 14 day right to cancel and that you accept that this is my right to cancel .. You've cut me off twice and send emails warning me not to stop my direct debit without getting in touch .. Cut off telephone calls X2 No reply email Now I have your attention

    @TalkTalk Why do you lie to people? My disabled friend is having problems with her set top box, your engineer told us the box is faulty and now obsolete and that he would inform TT that a new box is needed, TT say she can`t have one. WHY?
