@TalkTalk due to a misunderstanding in setting up our broadband we have already waited 6 weeks for an engineer and now we are expected to wait another 4 weeks for an engineer. We are considering another provider who might be more willing to provide a more prompt service.

@kamkaur89 @IPiskulla @TalkTalk What really gets me is how blzise they are about it. No sense of urgency just lip service. I pay them at of money for a service that is just too unreliable. Going down at peak times over the weekend and during the working day.. Their service has really gone downhill.

@TalkTalk Your customer service is despicable. You seem to have no CRM, your customer agents make facts up and speak very poor English. Poor to the point where they don't understand what they're asked for and their answers don't make sense.
