@lgladdy @TalkTalk I remember when signing up it asking me as part of the checkout process, but it's never been on. And still isn't. I see online from their forums it occasionally goes rogue and does weird stuff.....

@YardleyShooting @TalkTalk Virgin media is as bad. I left them months ago, now they've sent a debt collector for money & I don't know why? They said they'd send me a letter 4 money owed, I want a breakdown of how they came 2 that amount. They also never acknowledged contract end.

@TalkTalk So I signed up for the new package where you get a free gift and a new router can someone tel@me how long this takes for the router at least I’m guessing the gift comes after the first bill so that I’m tied to the contract but as a customer already it’s expected il pay my bill
