@GameBoiiSav Had a terrible experience with TalkTalk - sent me 2 routers that just didn’t work. Moved to Virgin Media. Can be slow sometimes due to traffic like you said, but overall had a much better experience with them

@TalkTalk Our account says we still need an engineer, Delivery of goods excellent Engineer buggered of for 2 hours returned to say he couldn't do job. Went live a day late Speeds nowhere near what you said. The TV deals are now TV not bad prices can't access them. I'm not sure Yr all that

Guys Virginmedia speeds are amazing but the Internet traffic in my area means it either runs really slow or not at all, 256mbs Talktalk is only 76mbs but is 99.9% reliable and has no traffic Do i stay with virgin orr go with talktalk

@TalkTalk I just want to lodge a report now im not regaling my story to yet another agent and getting zero resolution and increasing frustration I have a job to do too and I'm endlessly going round in circles with your lot I've had enough I'm fuming I'm sick of it.

@TalkTalk I've had less than 0.1mbps download for nearly 2 weeks. I work self-employed for an American-based company, my income depends on the internet. I've had 4 engineer visits, 2 from openreach saying it's a problem with TalkTalk. What are you doing to fix the network?
