    @Michael91554121 @TalkTalk Their agents falsify records. Tell you they're going to call, don't, then when you use live chat you'll be told they've tried to contact you. The solution they give; another callback.

    @TalkTalk I’m having continual problems with internet going in and out for last few weeks. It’s impossible to contact anyone. I can’t do on-line chat as it goes off every few minutes. Can some one contact me to resolve it. I’m paying for a service I don’t have.

    @TalkTalk Still no connection another 6 calls over 3 hours, eero 6 Pro Red light on (no internet) Openreach say all good should be working. This is the worst service I have not received

    Please @TalkTalk get me reconnected ASAP and compensate me for lack of service I have been receiving. OR cancel my account with compensation and without early leaving fees so that I can find a new broadband supplier who is able to get me online again
