@CityFibre Waited in Saturday 27 Sep for City Fibre. Nobody came or contacted me. 11 days without internet connection. What is the problem? Impacting my life, PC updated itself, overrode password settings and locked me out, internet connection required to log in! #TalkTalk

@TalkTalk No functioning land line telephone connection for my 88 year old father since August. Despite 2 or 3 long phonecalls, me using a chatbot that cuts me off, promises to send equipment that never arrives! Why no engineer? How is this safe for a pensioner living alone?
