    Never in my life on behalf of my brother have I received such appalling customer service as I have from @TalkTalk In the last two weeks his internet has gone down 12 times! 3 hours on Monday on the phone no resolution! Another hour today and still no resolution! #disgusting

    @TalkTalk My Internet has been down since 5 am. At 11.10 am received an email saying that your engineer has fixed the issue, but it hasn't. Multiple follow-ups hasn't helped me get an eta for resolution. This is utterly pathetic. What's going on?

    @thestuffofmemes Currently with Vodafone and they’re decent. Also TalkTalk weren’t too bad. Avoid Plusnet at all costs though

    @TalkTalk tried to cancel my out of contract connection and Dillan in retention could not do it as his manager was not there. Then wanted 30 days notice reduced to 6 days even though we have no internet. He gave up and hung up

    @TalkTalk I’m not asking for any information about my account. Just a simple answer to the question why do you think it’s right to treat your customers this way? (PS I used to be a data protection expert so please don’t give me any BS about GDPR and not being able to answer my question.)

    Waiting impatiently for Yodel to deliver my replacement router. Won’t be before 4pm. One more day without internet. Hoping that the new router would resolve the issue the other 3 routers could not connect. #TalkTalk you are giving me headaches and stress.
