    @TalkTalk Then why have your staff been unable to access the cancel process for the last 4 days, is that under maintenance too ? Or is that just so my cooling off period expires and I can be conned into keeping a sun standard product ?

    Second day with no Internet from @talktalk. You say you've resolved issue but engineer yet to even turn up. 45 mins on hold trying to get through on phone. Terrible service.

    @TalkTalk Is was resolved late last night but at the time would have been helpful for @TalkTalk to provide information at the time that there was an outage.

    @wingadchris @TalkTalk @talktalk yes when your system is down all your automated ‘tools’ say that everything is 100% ok, and that it is a problem with my own setup - not true - there is no way to report it or get an update - really not good enough

    @TalkTalk just outside Cardiff, noticed no Internet just after midnight, still not got any Internet. Service centre only highlighting Oldham server but if a stretch of we using that server

    @TalkTalk are you actively trying to force me into keeping your substandard product ? 35mps bb is <6. Tech support reset it and got it to 50mbs, for 2 hrs, then back to 6. I want to cancel the service and for 4 days your cancel system has been “unavailable”.

    @TalkTalk I live in Newham and I have no connection whatsoever. Tried to call customer service but call doesn’t go through to your colleagues where my queries could be answered.

    Dear @talktalk still no internet in N4 in London. Still no updates from you, still no information on your service website. It’s been since Monday evening. Maybe time to find out why and tell your customers why they don’t have the service?

    @TalkTalk You’re aware that my new 35mbs fibre is struggling to achieve 6mbs. But that doesn’t mean you’re making any effort to cure the problem. Only intent on forcing me to not cancel !
