@TalkTalk hi Computer bot. Do you support Oxford United on Saturday? Lines don’t optimise overnight.. the dynamic process may last 7-10 days. It is entirely unrelated to rain penetration issues. The DLM reset delivered results within 2 hours.. but rain caused line sync to drop..

After my first complaint of no broadband today, @TalkTalk sent me a DM at 16.19, asking me to contact them via a link. I tried immediately, and regularly through the afternoon and evening, to no effect. They finally contacted me at 21.30, to tell me that they finish at 22.00.

@talktalk I joined your service from sky two days ago. You didn’t port my number and I now see that you are experiencing a national outage and I have no connectivity whatsoever. Don’t think I will be a TT customer for long.

@pstanf @TalkTalk Most all their support, especially chat, is via poorly programmed automated computer assistance bots: still worse, their few staff follow the same script.. “there is no minimum speed guarantee, as you are out of contract..” — err, what? You supply, bill, take payment = contract!

@TalkTalk Fat chance of help. You contacted me by DM around 16.00, asking me to fill in a contact form. I did so immediately, but you didn’t contact me until 21.30. You then just dropped me mid-conversation. You truly are the world’s worst customer service.

@TalkTalk @iCAdam Your service isn't reliable nor is it stable, for the last two days I've barely had a connection yet I'm being told its my home set up to blame! You're not providing the service your clients expect for their money. We're all paying for this over and above agreed costs!

@TalkTalk Oh, and the problem has been going on since January. My neighbours (half a mile away) have exactly the same problem. Two engineers have been, and have said that the problem is not within my house, and yet you keep asking about my sockets and router. JUST SORT THE LINE!
