@talktalk I joined your service from sky two days ago. You didn’t port my number and I now see that you are experiencing a national outage and I have no connectivity whatsoever. Don’t think I will be a TT customer for long.

@Skotmi @MoneyTelegraph Majority of TalkTalk support is via automated assistant computer bots.. chat support, phone answering: always initiate line test with DSLM/DLM reset, interrupting your line/connection, delaying and failing necessary communication with customer. £1.5bn revenue 2019-20 All greed.

@TalkTalk hi Computer bot. Do you support Oxford United on Saturday? Lines don’t optimise overnight.. the dynamic process may last 7-10 days. It is entirely unrelated to rain penetration issues. The DLM reset delivered results within 2 hours.. but rain caused line sync to drop..

@TalkTalk Hi, my fibre internet has been dropping throughout the day, it’s been happening every half hour and slowly returns. I did all the online checks and my account claims there’s no issue. Do you know any solutions? I can’t do much because it’s disconnected as much as not.
