So @TalkTalk not even asking what’s my grievance. It’s like a fault is more important to customer service. Just they will have an update on the 20th, 21 days after service failure began. Wow.

@TalkTalk Put through to an internal numbers. Told to ‘hang on for 2/3 days by which time THEY will send someone out to fix THEIR fault’. I have even explained that I have a vulnerable disabled adult due to be at the property tonight from 5/6 who depends on internet access

@TalkTalk Hi this service has been awful since the day we had it put in I have called given different things to do but nothing worked they then sent out a router to help last night I could not get connected to the internet at all. I have had enough of this I think I need to someone higher

@TalkTalk I have sent you a message but from what previous Chat Assistants have told me you cannot help me on Mum's behalf. I think it is now up to Tristia Harrison to take time out of her day to respond to my mother since her appalling service has taken months of my Mum's time.

@TalkTalk service from Talk Talk. She will lodge a complaint this evening but not sure who we go to next other than the regulator. I am horrified that a comms brand has left my Mum in this way. It is despicable.
