@TalkTalk as of the 24.02,2021 my router keeps restarting this has cost me to lose few days pay from work. 3 engineer visits replaced cable and customer service advise it's my fault not had 49mbps 07.94 can you please help me get what I'm paying for

Hey @TalkTalk despite having a ‘fixed price’ contract for 18mon, less than a year in you’ve changed the price.When we rang to ask why, we were told if we wanted a fixed price we had to pay for a higher £contract, despite the OG contract being fixed and this being broken?thoughts?

@TalkTalk hi. My router is showing a red light and when u run a test on your service centre, it says ‘track fault’. How do I go about fixing this? Got a text saying my connection is fine even though I get ‘track fault’ as result! Need wifi for work

@TalkTalk a year without service, the 10 year old router has just died. I pay £25+ pm, tech support sent me a new router which i didnt agree to having or request. After a 3hr call,promised a call from complaints debt for 5pm Wednesday, i am still waiting for said call and refund.
