@TalkTalk absolutely terrible service. Have requested to move home 3 weeks ago, told BB would be ready on 10/10, no comms to say then it wouldn't be, have called every day since Monday 30 mins each time and get nowhere

@TalkTalk Hi, my family and I have been without internet for 48 hours now, and were told we might be waiting until Monday evening before it gets sorted. Find it incredibly disappointing, and the service we've received to try and fix it has not been great.

@TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup you guys cut off my Internet and keep blaming city fibre then make people hold for hours on end to keep having staff hang up. What The hell? Nobody has a clue why it isnt working. Everything is in order and paid. It just randomly cut off last night
