@TalkTalk can you fix your customer service, engineers and delivery drivers as they all seem pretty useless. None se to listen and we are still without the correct cable which was “sent” on Tuesday to be delivered Wednesday. Avoid talkTalk

Nearly 48 hours no broadband. Wasted time waiting at home for no engineer to arrive for their planned appt. Online chats ending without notice, same for telephone calls. Someone leaving me on hold then the service closing and not informing me. @TalkTalk this is awful service!!!!

@TalkTalk Thanks, but I talked to someone yesterday who said there's a national delay on the @geteero routers, so they've shipped us a non-eero alternative. Might arrive tomorrow. Disappointing, but we can wait (we have the slow @EE broadband still up and running).

@TalkTalk Just to note a resolution, after 10 days of constant line tests and being told it was in our property, engineer came to check and said the network switch down the road wasn't connected... might try switching your process to check everything is plugged in first? 🤔#ITCrowd
