@TalkTalk I have been phoning since Sunday as have had no internet since then I was cut off twice tonight. Rang back and had message that the Service was closed. Disgusting service. I need internet to work!!

I cannot express how extraordinarily utterly hopeless @TalkTalk customer service is. Like many others in our town, we woke up to no broadband. 😱 BT, Sky, all find a fault and give various estimates for when it'll be fixed. Talktalk say: it's "working as it should be". 1/

I have to go to work (cos no internet at home). I strike up a "live chat" but we get nowhere because apparently Talktalk can't detect errors unless I'm in the house (what?!). 2/

Eugh. Trying to end my broadband contract with @TalkTalk Its painfully slow. Been passed from pillar to post. Been on the phone for 30mins so far. Why can't I do it online if I'm out of contract??
