@TalkTalk Just when you think a company cannot get worse, they achieve a worse service. A month on trying to close an account through bereavement, I’ve sat here waiting for you to ring at a set time of your choice. I don’t know how you stay in business, time to contact the CEO

Hey @TalkTalk, WTF is going on? I'm trying to place a call, but I'm getting a recording saying my a/c has been frozen due to non-payment of an "outstanding amount", despite my bill being paid by Direct Debit on 12/11/2025.

@TalkTalk Sensing some things have changed at TalkTalk; your X banner photo also implies as much? Cheeky question, maybe, if I may: As a former TalkTalk customer some years ago I by chance discovered, earlier this year, that I could still receive emails sent to my former TalkTalk email address even though I didn't need it nor pay for it. Today I find something of mine was still registered using the TalkTalk address but to change the registered email address the company wants to send a security code to ... you guessed it, my TalkTalk email, and I see whatever changes have happened your end have meant the plug's been pulled on old email addresses like mine. Is there anything at all that can be done to extract whatever may have still been there or to prolong it's life just a few more days??
