  @TalkTalk Internet is down. Spoke to two of your IT support each verifying that the issue is resolved yet internet still down. And on top of that your customer service has closed for tonight. Is this a joke? No 24/07 customer service available?

  @TalkTalk …and another thing…if you send Openreach engineers to install Full Fibre, at least give them some basic training in how to advise customers on reconnecting their apps/devices. Had installation last Thursday and shambolic ever since on my home network.

  Honestly cannot wait to switch from @TalkTalk to @bt_uk on the 8th of February, it’s got that bad that I can’t even watch catch up on my TV!
