    Another morning of working from home with @talktalk broadband. Several hours wasted with their terminally inept customer service - their suggestion was a new modem (the old one was a few months old) - lost network eight times in the last 90 min

    @TalkTalk I've had written confirmation of cancellation in an email and verbally 3 times, and have STILL RECEIVED A BILL FOR AN ACTIVE SERVICE. Every time I reinitiate contact, people claim to have no record of my cancellation until pressed, when proof suddenly miraculously appears. (2/2)

    Hey @TalkTalk - 7 days without home broadband. Your Help people just say OpenReach will inform me when it’s fixed. I’ll KNOW when it is fixed - what I need is progress updates and some reassurance that it’s actually being worked on. #NotGoodEnough

    @TalkTalk I have now called 6 times to talktalk raised 1 complaint and my account has not been cancelled and been told I would be contacted within 5 working days! This was 8 days ago! The customer service is **** and I have cancelled my direct debit! Contact me urgently

    @TalkTalk Told them my Router was dead on 26th August,no SSID broadcast,no DHCP service,and not connecting to WAN.Pushed from Future Fibre to other team, back and forth,half a dozen agents.They sent Open Reach yesterday,who confirmed router is knackered.But they can't send me a new router
