    @TalkTalk Really? Talk Talk has shocking customer service. We have had no Broadband for 8 days now after numerous phone calls. I can’t work from home, send or receive text message, use the internet, make landline calls, watch tv, listen to the radio etc. Rubbish!

    Oh no guys it's all OK @TalkTalk have advised me someone will call me on the 22/11/2021 to discuss official complaint and lack of Internet since 10/11/2021. No mention of a fix between now and then though of course

    20 minutes on phone to Radge at @TalkTalk for him to get my account and tell me I need hold line as nobody there to talk to me,I had to spell out the words I was saying. I'm a new customer, great start. 3 times on phone today for delivery of a router that still hasn't arrived

    @TalkTalk Bs23 1rd is down. What's the reason. Every night same problem same hours. For the last week everything is garbage.

    @TalkTalk Morning, I moved house, despite an engineer coming to my house to connect me, 4 days ago, I still don't have internet. Talk Talk customer service is a joke and twice I have waited for them to call me back and run "Tests" Can I speak to someone in the UK? If not, I'm leaving TT

    @talktalk Help! Amii at TalkTalk suggested this route for assistance. my homecall email account is inaccessible - thepassword no longer works and the only suggestion for retrieving it is for you to send an email to the inaccessible homecall inbox.

    So, @bt_uk unable to communicate internally, claiming to have no contact with @TalkTalk , one of its own businesses and both companies charging the customer for a service provided only once. What does @Ofcom say in these cases?Hilarious inadequacy, shirty customer service. Fail.

    @TalkTalk Hi, our UFO broadband has conked out in YO30. Done the usual fixes from our end, but the router just doesn’t seem to have any connection to the internet. Are there any issues going on in our area at the moment?
