    @TalkTalk I spoke to someone at Talktalk today regarding problems with my internet. I was told it's due to a faulty line which should be fixed today. I tried to log in to my account to ask for an update can't log in due to technical issues? I'm stuck with no internet any help?

    @TalkTalk Thats always your answer. I've had terrible service for at least 3 months. I want a refund for not providing what Talk Talk guaranteed me. I've gone through checks with your tech teams. It doesn't improve. Stop ripping your customers off. #badservice #talktalk

    @TalkTalk That isn't compensation for not providing service levels. Thats compensation for non install. I've had my contract for over a year. If you guarantee speeds and don't provide customers should be refunded #badservice #talktalk

    @niall5982 @TalkTalk well it is still here network seems to be slow and rather strange anyway talked with talk talk and they seen to know very little about the problem their just interested in the account side of things which is rather stupid
