@TalkTalk Been told everyday "were sorry we are escalating your issue to case management, please give us 3 days". 4 days later and iv been told another 3 days 🙄 I'm tired of chasing this up every day and going round circles. Cancel my contract & weiver the fee?That will help!

@TalkTalk You think a customer, after coming back from work will keep spending hours on call with your customer care department every month and your department will keep putting him in this vicious circle of bills without any services from TalkTalk??

So are you genuinely trying to piss off the customer by creeping up our bills over time? Sorry, but the idea that we the customer need to phone you up every year or so to try and stop you from picking our pockets... Seems a bit ******, to say the least. @TalkTalk

@bt_uk Shocking service #wedontcare - moved 93 year father-in-law from @VodafoneUK / - they disabled copper line (which was not requested - fall alarm system now failing) / account access broken / support is terrible and even they recommend that we should move to @TalkTalk !
