Hi @TalkTalk, would be interested to know why (after days of having 0.02 MBPs upload speed) my live chat with your help services had the 3-5 minute speed test extended to 17 minutes. Just as it approached 6pm: your closing time! Weird coincidence that.

@TalkTalk phone lines down in Greater Manchester but internet is fine. Can't make calls from landline and not receiving any calls. No dial tone. Is this being resolved??
