For the third time I am reaching out to @TalkTalk for help which they are not offering. I have been duly paying my contract for over 5 years. The minute something goes wrong you are nowhere to be seen to help. You are not holding up your end of the contract:

@BMox81 @Sea_Troot Ahh I had countless issues with Sky. They were throttling my Openreach line, I tried to move to TalkTalk and they didn't have enough ports. We had at least 2 broadband outages a week since November 2020. It's been awful here.

@TalkTalk I am ashamed to be a customer of yours. My father in law is moving in with us as he is fighting cancer and we need to support him through a difficult period. As a customer of yours he called up to see if he could cancel as obviously he won’t need your service.....

... Lesson to @TalkTalk - if you tell customers to phone you if they're thinking of moving, then make damn sure you give them good service, or you'll persuade even the fence-sitters that they're better off elsewhere.

@TalkTalk worst customer service ever... Took us 2 hours to book an engineer (after you tried anything to avoid it). No one showed up and just got a text saying you will still charge us for it!!
