@TalkTalk Internet connection keeps resetting today as well. 7times in half an hour is completely unacceptable! I have to work and I can't do it without internet! When are you going to fix it? This has been going on for over a month now.

And before the @TalkTalk Service Management Center person calls, we don't need an engineer to come to our property to check our line and router - that was done 2 weeks ago. We want a @BT engineer to come to the local cabinet and connect the FTTC #talktalk #fttc #understand

@TalkTalk I have been on the phone to tech support three times and they said there’s nothing else they can do and that the upload speeds are too low, but correct. You should update the website stating that 2 - 4 mb upload speeds are all you actually get
