    @ShelaghFogarty Since we set up TalkTalk to only accept a chosen list of numbers (free service, similar to BT Call Protect), life is far more peaceful. Other people trying to contact us can say their name, then we're rung and can decide whether to take the call. The rest is silence. :-)

    Almost 2 weeks without Internet thanks to @TalkTalk having no clue how to provide a service, now being told it won't be till April.. let me guess in April it will be 'please wait another 48 hours till August '? Don't bother communicating with them, customer service is the worst!

    @TalkTalk My account has been cancelled, and a new provider has taken over the line, but I have been charged. I need to ensure no more payments will be taken as the account is fully cancelled. Please can you help, i can't get though on the phone.
