    @TalkTalk Talktalk you are a complete joke of a company over 3 weeks I've been trying to contact use with zero success absolutely no support cant actually wait to get hold of someone so I can tell use where to stick your rubbish broadband!!!!!

    @TalkTalk I have been trying for the last 3 weeks to talk to someone about my bill as its came to my attention that you have been over charging every month, no matter how I try to contact to you I never get anywhere as every line is apparently closed, I will be leaving

    @acali94 Not totally, I think every provider is good at something, with SKY it’s their TV packages, BT is good for BT sports, and virgin obviously the internet speed. I think talktalk is the worst though, my god. The only thing they’re good at is cheap international calls.

    @TalkTalk Thanks Jona - they have been next to no help whatsoever. We’ve had 6 engineer visits and no resolution of the problem.

    @TalkTalk trying to become a new broadband customer of yours was quite difficult just now as when you need to choose engineer date then confirm it, it then stops and doesn't go further. I tried 3 times and nothing. So... I had to look elsewhere and opted with @skytv @TalkTalk 😔

    @TalkTalk you were so poor that we contacted open reach ourselves, who sent an engineer today and fixed it. You told us that someone was working on it outside the house, and that was a lie. The filter just needed to be replaced. I’ll be sending you my 4G bill...

    @TalkTalk Scam company! Contract ends, cancel DD, no way of cancelling in account, call up, doesn’t log call, continues billing, call again, charges for 7 days of a disconnected service, ask for a call, passed bill to debt collection 👍🏻 @TalkTalk is a joke

    @TalkTalk Our internet hasn’t worked all day the red light on the broadband comes on when I reset the box. Ware in the Teesside area any help is appreciated

    Why do @TalkTalk @bt_uk & many firms persist with having a "Customer Services" team in India,Philippines & other Far East countries when they can't understand an English dialect & we struggle with theirs! Stop being cheap with your customers and #KeepitintheUK #DontUnderstand
