    @GTOpoppy @Plusnet Going from +net to TalkTalk we had to stay a month without any broadband as the first engineer made a mistake in creating the new line. 3 engineers later (with the company close to charge £65 for the (dis)service) they solved it but what a massive pain!

    @TalkTalk My aunties line been down a week in that area no ones helping now her Internet gone and she's been with you over 20 years. Can't varify account does not know password & email on account is incorrect and only why to varify is via landline call landline 👇 were switching

    It’s the year of 2021 and I have no WiFi and my landline isn’t work @TalkTalk telling me it can take up to 5 days to fix… unacceptable!

    @TalkTalk total shite. Weeks with intermittent or no service. Please DM us they say. Does nothing. Crap company. Crap customer service. Hrs I’ve spent talking to them but still not fixed. It’s a shambles. Company should be forced to pay massive compensation to customers.

    @JuliePratt27 @SkyHelpTeam The lack of knowledge/updates is actually disturbing from Sky. Even TalkTalk provide consistent updates when an outage occurs, and even have a localised tracker. I wouldn’t go with TalkTalk if my life depended on it, but at least they’re responsive to these issues.
