@DeborahMeaden When leaving @TalkTalk after, but not because of, a data breach which exposed customer records she took a full year's salary of £550,000 despite only working two months of the year. That tells us all we needed to know.

WOW WOW WOW. Thank you @BT , what a difference compared to the appalling @TalkTalk , BT have done EXACTLY WHAT THEY WOULD DO & WHEN, TODAY I now have a proper BB Service & Telephone, THAT WORKS, & best of all CHEAPER than @TalkTalkGroup with their APPALLING customer service

@TalkTalk you have just cut me off for the 3rd time in 40 minutes after trying to resolve an issue for 3 months. I gave spent over 12 hours on calls and IM's trying to resolve - appalling!

Erm Royal Fail... Considering there's a backlog... Not a sausage in post... Waiting for Private Eye... Also, bin the f**king pizza leaflets/PPI claims/College brochures/unaddressed crap from TalkTalk... That seems to get through...

@OpenreachHelp We have the problem that our elderly vulnerable neighbours in their 80’s have misled their account details so I can’t talk to TalkTalk , they had this same fault back in July 2022 and was resolved by one of your Engineers
