@TalkTalk I’ve just moved into a house you we’re supposed to connect the broadband on Tuesday 27th, then got moved to 28th then to 5 May now moved to 10 May. I never get a notification. I’ve been without services for 2 weeks. I’m still paying and having to pay for extra data now too.

@TalkTalk My father in law died, you were contacted, u told her she couldn't put the account in her name. Rather than just cancel his account and open her one. U made up nonsense about needing a new hub. She has one! Then said u hadn't heard from her. Even though u replied to an email!

@TalkTalk renewed my contract on Friday 30th but for some reason my internet cut off. Your service team says it would be available today but still nothing. No idea why it was cancelled in first place. I've been a customer for over 10 years!

@ThePixieCharmer @TalkTalk TalkTalk is among the cheapest when signing up, but the cost of poor service when there are problems? You know lots of their support is in the Philippines, thus could not work from home during Pandemic when demand was greatest.. lots of chat / twitter support is via computer AI

@TalkTalk According to your ‘tech team’ - they couldn’t fix a phone/internet fault on my disabled parent’s line - and say it could take 5 days to run diagnostics?? I believe Ofcom insist on priority repair in such instances, is it quicker if I lodge a complaint to them about TT?
