@SouthDownsTech @TalkTalk @TeamViewer Ask your customers to use a VPN for support sessions. That’s what we do with no issues. Also use screen sharing in Jitsi as well

@TalkTalk We moved into a new property 8 days ago and our broadband isn't working 48 hours after it was supposedly set up. We've tried every possible solution and still nothing. I've now had to move out of the house as I work from home and having WiFi connection is vital.

@TalkTalk the most disappointing internet provider! After many complaints of poor service I was promised a faster line, only to be just as disappointed. It has made no difference. My TV disconnects for hours everyday. Having 2 kids makes it frustrating for them to watch anything!

@TalkTalk Why is it my parents have been waiting for the installation of fibre for over a month. At present their WiFi is restricted and the TalkTalk TV not working. I would love to know what they do now. Phoned numerous times but got nowhere.

@TalkTalk Hi, so @YodelOnline have totally ruined the start of your service. They've decided to leave your router in a 'safe place' but didn't take a photo like their email stated their would. I imagine it's been stolen having been left outside. Not a fantastic start...
